Heavenly stay. Lived the amenities and the room was beautiful.

Everything was good!

We wished that there is more food for breakfast like oat meal, corned beef, fried potato wedges, sausages and ham. Comfort Inn can start making a list of breakfast items with prices which are not in the normal breakfast in the dining area and give them the guests upon check in. During the night, guests who selected the items shall be submitted to the front desk. The list shall also include the time the guests will come to eat. This way, guests will be happier and will surely always choose Comfort Inn during travel. Please think that the types of most travelers are retired people and financially stable people. Retired seniors are very conscious in what they eat, therefore you can give them more options to eat. My wife and I travel a lot and find the same breakfast. If you consider my suggestion, I bet you, Comfort Inn will be well known to travelers.

makes you feel like you are in a lodge. very clean - great breakfast. this was our last stay in a two week road trip, we stayed two nights and it was our favorite stay of the whole trip. Will stay again next time in Flagstaff for sure.

The room was clean. The bed was decent. Location was great, sitting up on a hill in the pine trees. The included breakfast was filling and with good variety--nothing extraordinary.

It was a fine stay. The coffee maker available for guests was broken, but there was a Starbucks inside the Bashas which was within walking distance, so it worked out. (Also a pod coffee maker in the room) The bathroom accommodation was a bit uncomfortable because only the toilet and shower were private so if you want privacy flossing your teeth or popping pimples or something, you won’t have that here.

The hotel had a warm and welcoming ambience. The breakfast could have some more savoury options.

I have stayed at this location many times and have always been pleased with my room. The $50 pet fee is high.

Room was clean but beds were uncomfortable. My hips are killing me. Would be nice to have a Chromecast feature on the tv. Breakfast area is great, but sausages tasted funny. Didn’t like a room facing a busy street. Lots of street noise. Very pet friendly. They have grass!!

The Comfort Inn Staff were incredibly helpful & courteous. Only complaint was a musty odor in our room.

This was a family trip with our Siberian husky as well, and it was a perfect place to book our two days. Everybody was very friendly that we talked to along with the breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast. Great options for all of us cold and hot. I love the fact that you could get coffee at any time of the day and they also had hot chocolate for our 5-year-old which made him feel special. I'm very happy we selected this property and it was close to everything. ☺️

This hotel is beautiful. There is a lot of space to spread out on the premises. The pool is refreshing, but still felt great. The location is easy to access and close to the airport.

This is the third time we've stayed in this hotel. It is a very convenient place to stay when in Flagstaff and the hotel is always clean, the staff is always pleasant and the breakfast is always decent. We had a nice room with a sofa and it was comfortable and quiet. We couldn't hear the trains, which is often the case in Flagstaff. It's a good place to stay.

The hot breakfast was delicious, though it would have been nice to have a few plant-based options for those with dietary restrictions in our group. Just a few simple items, like peanut butter to have with toast, or plant-based milk to have with coffee or cereal (e.g., soy, almond, oat). We did enjoy having 24-hour access to a hot/cold water fill station, coffee, and assorted teas in the lobby. The staff were among the nicest we have ever encountered during a hotel stay. Super warm, welcoming, and helpful. You could tell they really wanted to make our stay comfortable. Overall, just a great place to stay!

We always stay here on the way to Santa Fe. Lovely hotel in a woods like setting. The rooms are well appointed; comfortable beds; bath rooms with tubs; nice views; quiet; easy to park. All good. Best part is the large seating area on first floor. Very pleasant after a long day driving. Fresh home baked cookies served and small tables for those (like us) who want to play games or just relax in a quiet setting. Breakfasts are really good with waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, muffins, etc. The staff are also welcoming and happy to chat - if you are so inclined. Wish there were more modest , but well run hotels like this one.

I had a great stay at Comfort Inn. The hotel was very clean, which is always the most important thing to me when booking a place to stay. Even if a hotel is a little outdated, cleanliness makes all the difference, and this location definitely delivered. I booked after seeing multiple reviews consistently mention how clean the property was, and I’m happy to say it did not disappoint. The room felt well-kept, comfortable, and cared for. The location was also very convenient, only about 6 minutes away from the Overland Expo and close to everything we needed. Overall, it was a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

As always, the staff were friendly, the property is clean and the rooms were clean! No issues at all. This is my 4th stay at this property and each time it has been a great stay!

This is our go-to place to stay when in Flagstaff. The location makes it easy to get into town or on the freeway. Staff are super friendly and check in was quick. The free breakfast was good with many different choices. The only thing I would suggest is a little variety with the hot breakfast foods. We stayed 3 days and they had biscuits and gravy and eggs every morning. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay as always!

It’s the only place we choose to stay in Flagstaff. The staff is always beyond friendly! The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We love the big cozy couches in the lobby and the fireplace is dreamy! We won’t stay anywhere else! Nothing!

We were given a room right next to the stairs by the eating area. Very loud stairs and the noise from the guest eating. This room should be a storage room and act as a buffer.

This was highly rated and while it’s fine - it is more a lodge from the 80s or a nice motel kind of place. Beds were fine, not super comfy, rooms were small. Older carpet and carpeted baseboards harken to days of yore. We were also a bit flummoxed at the entry as we were getting in late and there was no obvious sign of entry. Also walkways to our side door were poorly lit. Manageable but dark. A small sink outside the bathroom had a loose faucet. Not bad for the price but not worthy of the 9.2 Wonderful rating on Expedia.

I gave it 4 stars because we had no hand soap in our room and the bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy.

This has to be the most beautiful Comfort Inn we have ever stayed in. So clean, so nice and such friendly staff Parking was a little bit of a challenge since we had a full size SUV towing a trailer, but we managed to figure out a spot on the ramp.

Very noisy from road noise and they don’t have any rooms free from noise. We ended up checking into a different hotel across the road. Also took forever to get a room even after checking time.

I booked two rooms, one for my brother and his wife, king room. One for us , 2 queen’s. After check in and going to room, my brother, King room, had to change due to the Marijuana after sense. Terribly offensive. He was moved to another room where there was food left in the frig. Our room was excellent. And there was evidence of marijuana in the hallways. Know its now “legal”, housekeeping should be instructed to report and advise of this. There is a no smoking policy that is enforced. Perhaps some policy on where to “smoke”. We loved the “community area”: Fireplace, sitting area. Used it both evenings after dinner as well as reading during a rest between events. The breakfast is so well done. children arriving in their PJs and parents. We Wii;d stay again. See above, appears there is a MJ problem, meaning those who “smoke” create a very offensive experience for the next visitor. Housekeeping did not notice the replacement room had items in the frig.

Perfect location for touring NAU. Loved how clean the hotel premises was and that it was a smaller hotel, it felt more personable. The free breakfast was a nice touch with hot eggs and bacon as well as the normal continental items. Loved the warm and inviting lodge feel to the lobby and sitting area. The rooms were a good size overall but the water closet was a little tight from the toilet to the door. Very nice having sink and vanity separate. Really only complaint was the beds were on the hard side and it was difficult to sleep comfortably on my side as I normally do. Also we ran out of toilet paper on morning we were leaving so we just used the tissues. Didnt jave a whole roll to start with so that ciuld have been prevented or another roll left. Still give it a 5 and will recommend and stay again.

It was gorgeous. Lovely main room with a fireplace and two rocking chairs in front of it and comfortable squishy sofas. Very beautiful beautifully done and very inviting. Staff was brilliant. (the young lady at the desk is fabulous. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Nothing I didn’t like. It’s a 10 minute drive from town, which was actually nice because it meant you were in a quieter area but of course if you wanted to be able to walk to town that wouldn’t work. One suggestion I would have would be to clean the windows in the breakfast room ;-)

The carpet in the room needed to be washed or steam cleaned. There was a musty, pet like smell when we entered. We opened the window and left it cracked during the night to solve the issue.

Very clean and nice hotel, I love how it was on theme, it was my favorite part of this hotel, how it felt like a cabin. We were confused about the TV controller, and the employee came in to help us out! They also had the hot tub open early whihc was the biggest plus, and they had freshly baked cookies at 6 pm!

Everything was great the only thing was there were no trash bags in the trashes but other than that I would stay again.

The hotel was unique in appearance. The rooms were clean for the most part.

We had 2 rooms for one night and the hotel itself is beautiful; huge fireplace and sitting area off the main lobby, comfortable beds, great continental breakfast. However, one of our rooms still had trash in the trash cans and the other room had 3 lights burnt out. So when they say “housekeeping upon request”, I guess we should have requested it before we got there. Nonetheless, we were only there long enough to sleep and get ready the next morning and I would stay here again.

Only issue was that the breakfast had a couple issues, gravy tasted like Vienna sausage water/oil, and one associate (young lady w/long dark hair) came across as rude, even while my son was dispensing the orange juice, she said excuse me and pulled the door shut while he was in the process of pouring.

The reason for my 2 stars has nothing to do with the staff, they were very polite and attentive. The hotel itself was beautiful. I love the fireplace especially. Even though the doors were automatic, it was always very warm the moment you stepped inside and the decor was beautiful. The reason I am giving it a two star is because, although it is handicap accessible for anyone who has a physical handicap, my experience and my wife's experience with their bed was atrocious to say the least. It felt like trying to sleep on a stone slab. The foldout couch that they had was impossible and too small to sleep on as a couch and even more impossible opened up as a bed, but I think everyone knows a fold-out bed is generally pretty painful by design alone. They did offer us some extra pillows and comforters, like I said, service was not the issue, but for a company called "Comfort Inn", the quality of comfort was sorely lacking.

This hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, the lobby was warm and inviting, and the breakfast was really nice. We really enjoyed staying here and were looking forward to coming back. However, on our last morning as we were getting breakfast my 9 year old autistic daughter left the lid open to the sausage because she had seen others in line do the same since someone else was going to get food. But she didn’t realize no one was behind her. The employee Bonnie yelled at her to keep the lid closed. My daughter was upset and confused but moved on to get a bagel. Again my child has autism and was doing her best. She went to get a bagel. She did not see the tongs but she grabbed the only bagel she touched because she knows not to touch food she’s not taking. Bonnie again approached her and scolded her. I then approached Bonnie to apologize and explain my daughter is autistic and doesn’t always understand. She replied to me, “yeah, right” in a snarky tone and walked away. This situation was very upsetting to our family. My daughter felt shamed and confused about why she was being yelled at. We no longer felt welcome and it was a disappointing end to our vacation.

This was an unexpectedly beautiful and peaceful setting! Definitely not your average Comfort Inn. First, Bonnie is an exceptional manager; always going above and beyond and wherever assistance was needed (front desk, kitchen, dining, assisting other guests and/or employees, etc.). Bonnie was quietly everywhere and problem solving any issue with a genuine "can do" spirit or simply offering a pleasant hello to guests and employees alike. This building is really solid and well built. Our room was so unbelievably quiet. Sure, we would occasionally walk down the corridor to our room hearing a roomful of crying children or a dog bark (they allow pets) but step into our room and heard NOTHING!!!! I don't know if it was the solid doors in addition to good insulation but we slept like babies at night. The dining room felt more like a ski lodge with the fire going 24/7 and huge windows with views of the pine trees that surround the hotel. The hotel sits atop a hill and looks down upon the Woodland Village. It was surprisingly picturesque. Its a non-smoking property, smells fresh and not with cleaning products or an overuse of Febreze products just simply fresh. The place is spotless! Its wonderful to be in a setting where pride in maintaining standards (customer service to cleanliness and decor) is definitely practiced. It really showed at this location and this place really shined in the middle of a bustling Christmas holiday. The holiday decor was also very lovely!!!

Good rooms and breakfast. The walls are just so thin and we were woken up all through the night from stomping around above us. We called to request them to be quiet but it still sounded like people were tossing suitcases on the floor every 20 minutes all through the night

The only thing that needs some improvement is the breakfast. The eggs are from a box, the gravy is bland, the biscuits were hard. I tried a bagel the first day and it was old. BUT, our room was great!!

Best continental breakfast I've ever had at any place I've stayed. I loved the area where you eat breakfast, lovely view of the trees & homey lodge. My only complaint is that housekeeping walked into our room 90 mins before check-out. They came back again 30 mins later, 1 hour before check-out. That should start at a later time closer to check-out. Other than that, I loved it! All staff were super friendly & welcoming.

Free breakfast had 5 or 6 different options (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravey, cerals, yougurts, oatmeal, bagels, toast and English muffins). Apple and orange juice, coffee of course. They kept the area clean and well stocked. We did get a room directly across from the elevator, and our window faced the street. So we had a little more noise than I care for, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

This is my favorite hotel in Flagstaff! It's all the things you want in a hotel, clean and comfortable, but so much more. The ski lodge lobby is adorable and a great place for your family to gather and play games. The fireplace just adds to the homey feel. The fresh baked cookies on arrival are a yummy perk. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Flag.

The room was awesome! We slept quite comfortably. My wife and I loved the breakfast and the ambiance of the dining area. Who doesn’t love a fireplace burning on a cold morning. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this place. The location is quite convenient for trips to Sedona, Jerome, Prescott, Williams, etc. and you’re right across the street from what I refer to as the “World’s biggest Kohl’s “ Trust me you’ll love this place.

It's a beautiful inn. The setting is comfortable. The receptionist was warm and friendly. I asked for a top floor room and distance from the elevator and ice maker because I am a light sleeper and she was more than willing to accommodate my request. The room was clean. We booked for next week when we come back through Flagstaff. Suggestion: shades in the breakfast room/lounge area. The morning sun is blinding and there is not enough seating to avoid it.

The sheets were stained, when I went to ask front desk to have them changed , they stated there was no one and gave me an attitude that I wanted them changed. I ended up doing it myself. The mattresses need to be replaced all you feel is the springs.

Breakfast was ok but coffee subpar and eggs not palatable. Room and common areas were nice. Biggest complaint is our room faced a busy intersection which disrupted our sleep all four nights. Convenient to restaurants.

There was a half empty bottle of wine and other things left in the refrigerator. the couch was dusty and did not want to sit on it as it didn't look clean

It was clean, comfy and safe at a great price. The breakfast was way overrated and average at best. Gravy was empty and not refilled for the 30 min I was in the dining area.

Comfort Inn has always been our go-to place whenever we're in Flagstaff. The parking is convenient, there is a free breakfast, the staff are all wonderful and friendly, and the price is just right.

Parking was very easy. Theres an ourdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. Breakfast had a nice variety. The breakfast/lobby area is very cute with lots of seating options and a big fireplace. I enjoyed having a fridge and microwave in the room.

TV did not work. When we arrived mid day on a Saturday, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. Way over priced hotel, but then again, all of Flagstaff is overpriced...out of control pricing.

This will be our go-to hotel in Flagstaff from now on. Breakfast had a couple of hot options plus a variety of other things, and they kept it clean and supplied. We liked the room set up with a couch so we didn't have to eat dinner on the bed. Friendly staff, very clean room, mattress was good. We didn't use the gym room but could see it has several pieces of equipment and a TV. You could see into it from the hallway so that adds a nice feeling of safety.

I live in California and my son lives in Los Alamos NM. That puts Flagstaff right in the middle. So I always spend one night in Flagstaff and I always spend that night at The Comfort Inn.

Staff are absolutely amazing and this property is beautifully themed. It looks like a lodge resort.

When we got to our room, as usual I checked for bed bugs and clean bedding. There was hair on the sheets. I requested clean bedding and the front desk was very apologetic and brought new bedding. She said she was going to talk to the manager for a discount but haven't seen one yet.

Comfort Inn was very clean and employees were very nice. We only stayed overnight, but used the pool & hot tub outside. It was probably one of the cleanest pools I've been in. The room was clean & very quite which was nice. We also traveled with our dog and the grounds has real grass for him to do his business. Overall a good place to stay.

Everything was great except the beds seemed like they were double and not queen....they were comfortable though.

The staff at check in was great and very accommodating. What I didn't like was 1) the fact that someone attempted to steal the wheels off of my truck and come to find out there are no security cameras. 2)there were dog poop stations set up but no bags, fortunately we bring our own but a lot of other people don't. 3)the pool area is unsecure and open to anyone who is aware of that fact. For example, I met a man who was living in his RV and parking in the Walmart parking lot. There was a very uncomfortable situation at one point. Being that there are homeless/unsheltered individuals in the area the pool should be secured as should the premises.

Small, bear bones room typical of most American hotels. The biggest complaint is the absolutely abysmal Internet connection. Hard to log on, hard to stay logged on. And it’s very best, it was 20 MB per second. That is scandalous in 2025.

This is very pretty hotel in a convenient location with easy parking, comfortable rooms, a nice breakfast buffet and other amenities. Considering the moderate price, it is an outstanding value.

One night we had a late dinner and just got Cane's and took it back to the hotel. We sat downstairs at the tables that are for breakfast in the morning. Cane's forgot to give us ketchup so my son asked if they had any (thinking maybe for breakfast items) and she said they don't have it BUT their employee refrigerator has some and she let him use that. I thought that was really sweet of her. I didn't catch her name but she's the same one that checked us in originally. Very efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were pretty good - 1 felt a little more "old" than the other (my son said he could feel a spring - not sure if that's really true though). Hotel has a cute "lodge" feel. Decent breakfast in the morning (the double chocolate muffins were sooo good!) - oatmeal, eggs, bacon, one day had biscuits and gravy, bagels, etc. I'd definitely stay here again!
