Everything was clean and very spacious rooms with nice deck overlooking the pines. The bed could use a upgrade.

Very pretty resort. The staff was extremely friendly, and checked in via text periodically just to make sure there was nothing else we needed. The hot tub at the club house was refreshing after a long day hiking the national parks nearby. The room was very nice, with a full kitchen and we'll maintained. There were five deer in our front yard one day. We loved this resort so much that we came back. We were at the same place last week.

This was the perfect spot for our family! Everyone had their own space and we loved hanging out at the club house and hot tubs. We would definitely stay here again!

Our fireplace was not working. It was quickly fixed. There were not enough pans to cook with. They were immediately brought. In the morning after the snow, our sidewalk all the way from front door to our car was shocked and salted. The staff was amazing. The rooms clean. It was just near perfect!

I contacted the front desk and the washer was eventually replaced, but it was upsetting that this issue wasn’t caught before we were allowed to check in. It also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room overall. The bathtub had visible hairs, and the towels provided had blonde hairs attached, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the stay was very disappointing, especially given the cost and the expectation that comes with a Wyndham property.

The stairs were a issue for me. There was only two towels, they need to fix the bathroom faucet which took a while and then another day to enter to fix another item. Cool they fixed it but we had kids running around and it was just not personal to us.

Such a great space and a great value! the early check out is hard when it feels like you have to do dishes and take out trash. Maybe I put too much pressure on myself lol

Clean, comfortable, fully stocked with towels and other house supplies, the location was great, the kitchen is well-stocked and we like the dishware you chose. Love the fireplace and patios on both levels. We didn't use property amenities but it's nice to know they're there. The draft in the master bedroom from the sliding glass door, the shower downstairs is noisy, and so is the laundry.

The room was great. It's like a mini condo. The porch/balcony overlooks the woods, where you get a good view of the deer roaming through and sunbathing. Quiet environment, great for relaxing, ample space, and nice amenities.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The property is well manicured and the rooms are spacious and spotless. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful property and enjoying the amazing amenities. I highly recommend staying here!

Staff was very professional and pleasant. They ensured we were aware of the rules, amenities available to us. Very welcoming! Our suite was fantabulous, spacious, very quiet, clean and just pleasant. Parking was great as well.

This property is in a nice location. It has nice trees. The condo was clean, however, one of the bedrooms smelled like urine.

Great location. Lots of wildlife in the area to watch. Mini golf was fun. Clubhouse was great. Nice billiards tables. Very clean and well maintained. Pictures on booking.com showed the rooms had fireplaces but my unit did not.

Staff at the Bear Paw Clubhouse were super awesome! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the decks/patios or the pool/hot tub due to the weather. The space was elegant and clean, extremely homey and welcoming!

W had a wonderful stay at Club Wyndham, the unit was spacious & clean. Our 7 year old grandson loved the pool and the miniature golf.. Wish we had more time to stay. We will definitely be back.

Club Wyndham was great they always do a good job. They even help fix a Booking dot Com error. The negative was working with Booking.Com. They did not book the room properly, then made it almost impossible to communicate with their staff. They dropped me twice. It takes FOREVER to talk to a person. They believe AI is a viable communication solution. The accent of some of their staff is hard to understand. One Booking.com staff member even lied to me, saying they could not get in touch with the Wyndham Flagstaff manager even after they DID talked to her about my reservation issues. That manager told me that Booking.com did not convey my issues correctly. ?

Amenities were fantastic! Having a mini golf course was so much fun. All the staff we encountered were super kind and eager to please. Had a wonderful two stay.

We had an amazing stay here. We had tried to book a room at Little America but they were full. I found this property and so happy we chose to stay here! It was our first time here, but we plan for this to be our go-to place when visiting our son at NAU in the future. This trip we only stayed for 2 nights, next time we would love to stay for longer! There was so much space in our 2-bedroom suite, and the property is beautiful. Loved the large balcony to sit at night and look at all the stars. This was an enjoyable stay for my family and I. The amenities were perfect for children and the condo was great in size. I wish I could pick which condo we could stay because the little ones would have spent their whole day at Bear Paw...We will be back again!

What an amazing gem tucked away from all tbe hustle and bustle of the city, yet still in the city. Great views, superb customer service, well stocked unit. We cant say enough about it. Great experience for our time in Flagstaff. The included amenities are above and beyond, as well.

Hi. This was a really nice place, a lot of space and room. Would’ve given it a higher rating but there was a power outage for over 6 hours with no updates. And when asked for compensation the staff said that it was out of our control, which I understand. But as a business in customer service, you need to take account and accountability as this was almost 25% of our short trip. In addition, it was really dark everywhere at night. Lighting needs to be better especially considering wildlife.

Bad customer service, power gone in our room for all day and their only suggestion was go seat in your room, as all other rooms were occupied even tough parking lots were half empty they said it will come back eventually! I called hotels.com and canceled and move to another property, Won't go back there and do not suggest this place to anyone. Rooms are nice and clean.

The property is wonderful, but check-in always feels intense. The front desk lady always ends on “and if you’re not out by 10am, you’ll be charged this amount. Now sign that acknowledgement here.” Then of course, you have to go to the next desk for the “amenities” which feels like too much when you’re tired. The place was beautiful with lots of scenery. The pine trees from the deck was a great way to wake up every morning and sip my coffee. I even seen deer passing by each morning. My only regret was booking for just 3 nights. Next time I will stay a week.

We loved our stay! Having access to the Bear Paw recreation center was so much fun! On our non-hiking day, we played putt putt and games. The layout worked well for our family and I was not expecting a ginormous master bath so that was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and often reached out to see if we needed anything. My husband and I said it was one of the best check in experiences that we’ve ever had!

The downside was not the property, but it is Hotels.com and Expedia playing games with photos ands what "appears" to be what you are booking. However, we should all know this by now that these big sites are a bait and switch making it appear like you are getting the best rooms with a view. Next time with ALL hotels I will book directly through the facility.

Property is amazing specially if staying with kids. Lot to do there. Rooms are little congested. Sofa that converts into bed is not comfortable at all. I would suggest 2 bedrooms instead. Besides that everything else was 5 stars.

Ty et pointed us to a Safeway store nearby for groceries - super expensive- later found a Walmart a couple exits down with reasonable prices. I think they should be upfront with guests about this Safeway; it’s clearly priced to take advantage of the golfing clientele at the resort.

It was a beautiful facility and the staff was so nice and welcoming. We felt like we were in a ski lodge with the view and my kids loved the kids clubhouse.

Our stay was very nice. The condo was clean and fit my families needs. There had been some confusion about how many beds were in the 2nd bedroom, but they quickly brought out a rollaway so the kids could spread out a bit. I appreciate the speed with which they corrected that. And we did end up with a room with a hot tub, so that was well worth it! Only complaint was the slowness with which the dryer dried our clothes. Our stay was very nice. The condo was clean and fit my families needs. There had been some confusion about how many beds were in the 2nd bedroom, but they quickly brought out a rollaway so the kids could spread out a bit. I appreciate the speed with which they corrected that. And we did end up with a room with a hot tub, so that was well worth it! Only complaint was the slowness with which the dryer dried our clothes. Beautiful condo! Lots of space for our family of 4. We saw Grand Canyon, Volcanos and the Meteor Crater! Everything was 1 hour or less from our condo🙌. Restaurants around the area were awesome!

The bear paw club was awesome!! We did bingo and it was so much fun… Tuesday they have a sip and paint. Staff was super nice, we were there during a snow storm in a tiny rented Nissan, so our car got stuck. They let us park and drove us to the cabin. Just really great service!

Location and overall experience was great. Close to downtown and snow park to take our children. Only complaint was that there were not warm blankets available and took an hour to receive after they had been requested.

Convenient location. Condo was outdated, but clean. Kichen was very poorly lit. Stairs were a pain. Not enough outdoor light coming in. Just one window in bedroom, and sliding door in living room. It is a basement condo. I felt like I was living back in my basement bedroom at my parents house as a teenager.

We loved the 2 bedroom condo with loft. The location was quiet and we felt safe in the area. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We will be back.

Great Stay, huge floorplan, huge shower with great water pressure. Everything was excellent, and peaceful, but conveniently located to everything.

We had a wonderful time in Flagstaff and loved our stay.

The check in was terrible. We were a bit early and they made no concession for us. Then, we arrived back at 4 pm as we were told. Our room was still not ready and there were several other couples also waiting for their rooms. The desk staff was a disappointment how they handled this cluster of a mess they called the check in process. Also, I wanted to use the tennis court and even had my own equipment, but the court was locked on Sunday and no main office to give me a key code. This was very disappointing to me.

Check-in and concierge service is well above average. Some of the best I’ve experienced. The rooms are dated but have what you need. Where we were, there was an A and B unit duplex where one is above and the other is below. I’m not sure why they put young kids above a group of adults. Their little feet running around and jumping onto the bed echoed badly and woke us all up really early each morning.

Very nice place. Two-bedroom suite was spacious. Nice to have onsite restaurant and clubhouse with activities for kids. Only two things weren’t great—our bathtub wouldn’t hold water and there was not a great breakfast option on-site. Only coffee and muffins at the clubhouse and brunch starting at 11am. Otherwise, it was great!

The only request I had was an early check in time. This didn’t happen, room was ready around 4:pm.

This place was wonderful. My children had swim at night under the stars. It was beautiful experience. I hope to visit again.

The area was beautiful & very peaceful & very family oriented. Lots of amenities to use during your stay & we seen deer on more than one occasion. The views of the mts. are spectacular to look at during a walk in the neighborhood. The condo has everything you need during your stay.

This is a great retreat for my wife and I for our vacation. The amenities and condo were very enjoyable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Only issues were the lack of hot water (the pilot light kept going out throughout the week) and the internet kept randomly disconnecting pretty often. Otherwise, it was the perfect place to lay low and relax.

The heads up message a week before to ask if we had in special requirements was just a taste of the very professional and Courteous staff we encountered. This was by far one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve taken in the last 20 years! Thank you to all your staff! We will be back!!!

Everything was great. Kids loved every minute.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Quiet room w/balcony, clean, all kinds of kitchen equipment and neatly organized. We never had to ask for anything! Will definitely be coming back here!

Very very loud at 0800 Saturday morning, they were rebuilding the deck on the unit next door. Check out time of 1000 is not a great plan.

Property was well maintained and the staff was great to work with. The space was more than we expected and suited our needs perfectly.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The unit we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The balconies were wonderful to enjoy the outdoors and the stars at night. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the ataff.

Great property with lots of amenities. Units were clean and comfortable albeit a little tired. Amenities are awesome and staff were super friendly and helpful.

Condos were comfortable and spacious! It was perfect for what we needed!

Some rat turds around front door, grout on tile used to be light grey- now black. Rather disgusting. Bathroom dated and old.

The property is well-maintained on a beautiful property. The rooms are cute suites, like cottages. The staff also went above and beyond for my son who was celebrating his 16th birthday, and gave him a goodie bag of food treats. Thank you!

The “deluxe” room just means the unit above the bottom. Very loud if your the bottom unit. Easy to get lost driving to your room/unit specially in the dark.

I still haven't heard back with any paperwork or email as promised requesting 3rd party to refund us for not checking into a condo that was not connected, as promised.

We enjoyed our stay here in Flagstaff. It is easily 1.5 to 2.5 hours away from major site seeing adventures like the Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, and Fountain Hills. The bathrooms were nice.

Internet access was horrible, and repeated attempts working with their service provider did not improve its performance.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The room had all the necessary items and was very clean.

My reservation was for two twins and a king bed. When we got to our room it had a king and a full. When I asked about it I was told we were given a private hot tub. While that was nice it didn’t make up for the fact that my teen boys had to share a bed. The resort is amazing. Deer everywhere.

We didn't have time to explore the recreational options but look forward to that next time. If you are looking for a good meal nearby I suggest the Northern Pines Restaurant. It looks unassuming but easily accommodated all the dietary restrictions in our family in a nice atmosphere.

The facilities are split level with a lot of stairs inside and out. I have had ankle and knee surgeries and the stairs were a definite challenge, especially in the dark. Inside the srairs were irregular, so i had to be very cautious. The king size bed was very firm and hard and downstairs smelled moldy and musty. The kitchen was nicely stcked and the restaurant at the country club was exceptional.
