Perfect place to stay if you are centering around historic Flagstaff area!

This place was absolutely adorable. We loved the room. We stayed in the Enzo and Marguerite room. It was beautiful! We loved the outdoor area/patio. Very peaceful for. Being in town. We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly especially the blonde lady at the front desk. My only complaints are the ice machine seemed to always be empty ( it was. Very small). And room service did not remake our bed nor restock coffee bar with clean cups, real sugar or filters for the coffee.

The room was lovely. The decor and furnishings were upscale, nice and tied in well with the room name. We liked the QR code with the local restaurant referrals. The shower was very nice. The lightning in the bathroom was awful. There was no way I could get ready in that area even with the shade all the wY up. The steps down from the bathroom were a little ominous because the color of the tile and the color of the first step were similar in color at night.

I loved this property, hoe well situated, it was soo cute, prepared with great taste, nothing was forgotten on the amenities, i felt like i was in a bed and breakfast in italy, jet this is usa which I love that they are using this concept here too , thank you for having such a besutiful house

Beautiful property, clean rooms & compfy beds. Staff was very helpful . Parking tight. Air conditioned & a fireplace , very nice. Wish the lighting in bathroom was better or a small table in shower area where there was plenty light. But over all would deffently visit again.

This was the cutest boutique hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff was very accommodating and kind. The location was perfect, close to downtown and lots of restaurants and bars and things to do. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed!

This is a lovely boutique hotel that has a homey feel. Very clean, comfortable with in-room amenities and nice community spaces. There are no staff available after 6pm, or before 10am. Tried to buy a bottle of wine from the lobby at 5:30pm, but no staff were present despite posted hours until 6pm. There are posted prices for various items, similar to mini-bar options in larger hotels. I texted for guidance, got no response, and—based on past stays—took a bottle and offered to have my card charged. At 5am, I received a text to return at 10am to provide payment, but we were leaving earlier. I offered to share my card over the phone, but communication became tense, with a staff member implying I had "taken the wine without paying" and that this wasn't a "supermarket". He was abrupt and rude on the phone, which made the situation unnecessarily stressful. He refused to take payment over the phone before 10am. To resolve it, I texted my card details before business hours. I was then charged $55 for a bottle priced at $27 (retail ~$12–$18), and had to follow up again to correct the overcharge—met with more rudeness. A frustrating end to an otherwise great stay and trip.

Beautiful grounds and well stocked.

Lovely room, didn't have time to enjoy attractive outside seating area. Easy walk into town, and easy parking Had to ask for help to operate ceiling fan (2 different remotes!), would help to provide written instructions! Nice shower, good lighting in rooms. Will return!

Nice place, very updated. Little smaller than we expected and does feel a little cramped.

Great location that's an easy walk downtown and property is charming. The outdoor patio is very relaxing. For the three days we were there, the same half pot of cold coffee sat in the lobby and the fire pits were not turned on at night. Our room was also never serviced though daily service was claimed. Great presentation, slightly lacking in execution.

Very nice Historic Inn. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants.

This is one of the nicest boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. I honestly can’t say enough good things. Every detail was thoughtful and curated. We had a spacious bathroom, wet bar, living room and bedroom. It was luxurious! The location and service were incredible. I hope to come back some day!

Parking, location, room were great. We were woken up every time the guests above us stomped around during the night and from 6:30am for the rest of the morning by guests above our room. Completely ruined the stay by not being able to sleep for more than a few hours at a time. Complete shame- the bed and room overall was very comfortable.

Great private place very unique!

We have stayed before and will stay again. This is a special property that is close and convenient to downtown Flagstaff. Walking distance. We did feel like housekeeping slipped a little. There were some obvious misses but nothing drastic. For the price I do expect some elevated housekeeping. But the property is still beautiful, comfortable and a special place for us.

Locating the parking lot was a little challenging with Google maps.

Lovely inn within walking distance to downtown. The room was really nice - beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and a fireplace. We really appreciated the attention to detail - the room included everything a traveller could want. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Bring back the Inn at 410! While the stay was ok, it fell far below the standard set by its previous iteration as the Inn at 410. From the lack of any welcoming to the unavailability of staff and services, Bespoke fails to hit the mark. Garbage was not once picked up during our three night stay such that garbage was over flowing on to the floor. Despite documentation of the contrary our room was not serviced daily and we ran out of basic amenities including soap and shampoo. An unapologetic staff did not reduce frustration regarding these deficiencies. If I was comfortable with limited service, I would have booked a budget chain hotel and paid a budget fee. Flagstaff is a wonderful destination, don’t ruin your trip staying at accommodations that over promise and under produce. So disappointing.

Great location in the heart of Flagstaff. Allows for an easy walk to all of downtown. The grounds are very nice and well maintained. Would love to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the fire place and outdoor seating. Our room was on the ground floor so couldn’t really open the blinds since people were walking in and out of the property. Also we had a very loud person/people above us. Sounded like the were pounding on the floor as they walked starting early in the morning both days. The room itself was very nicely appointed.

Upstairs room sounded as if they were rearranging in the room at 3 AM in the morning and didn’t finish till 7 AM. Did not get a good nights sleep.

They have a washer dryer that you can use where the ice machine is.close to bars, restaurants as well as shops.plenty of seating out front with fire places. Had to leave

With temps outside of 18 degrees this was too cold. The staff raised the temp to 65 after we asked the second day but I’m not sure why it was not set at 68 minimum with the outdoor temps being so low.

This place is amazing. Lots of character, cozy and warm. We booked after hours and the door PIN wouldn't work. The staff gave us a temporary code and came by immediately to reprogram the lock. Thank you so much! Great customer service.

There are not enough words to describe the experience we had during our stay at the Bespoke Inn in Flagstaff. From check-in to check-out, everything was outstanding. The room was spotless, and the attention Audrey gave us was truly five-star. Fully equipped, with fridge,coffee, coffee maker, teas, and even a wine opener. First-class towels, bathrobes, and even bath sandals made the stay feel extra special. Daily cleaning and restocking were always on point. We 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back the next time we visit Flagstaff.

The room and the bathroom were beautiful. Lovely neighborhood setting, very walkable. The second night we had guests on the room above is and they stomped around like a herd! Mostly quiet in the night, only woke me once, so maybe not the best insulation between the floors but we did love our room.

I didn’t like the self serve amenities, meaning when we arrived and were in a hurry to get ready for dinner we discovered there was no shampoo/conditioner or hand soap in the restroom and didn’t have time to figure that out. I was able to text the staff because it was after hours and they responded timely explaining there were items in an “amenities room” and how to access it. Once we arrived back after dinner we got what we needed however it was pretty frustrating upon arrival as those are basic needs. Lastly I didn’t like the noise coming from the room above ours. I really try and understand the age of the building and those limitations however the stomping and creaking of the guests moving around their room was definitely bothersome.

Great small hotel! Sleep wise, probably one of the best hotel beds we’ve slept on (we like a hard mattress and usually end up with a back pain after staying at hotels - theirs was great and not too soft). Cute room, decent coffee, nice staff, good location, loved it that they’re pet friendly. Would stay again! All was great! The only one small recommendation would be to make sure there’s fresh hot coffee in the lobby earlier in the morning (8ish). The rooms have nice coffee but it would have been great to be able to go down to the lobby in the morning and have a cup of coffee there.

2nd stay here. Lovely, comfortable room with great amenities - fireplace, good pour over coffee, very comfortable bed, thick towels. Gorgeous outdoor space with tables chairs couches firepits and blankets to keep you warm. Very welcoming. We left early and thought there would be fresh brewed coffee we could grab and go. All the equipment but nothing available.

The Inn is diminutive with only 11 rooms. I felt that the Inn staff was a bit standoffish, judging by their text message mannerism.

Bespoke is such a gem. So charming, peaceful, and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room is a jewel box, and so comfortable. It’s such a delight to be here that I’ve extended my stay.

The property was very nice for our stay in Flagstaff. The location is perfect for walking downtown. During the weekend we were there, housekeeping was unavailable despite the property description indicating it was available daily. This may not be an issue for many travelers, but it would have made our stay better.

Everything about this property was spectacular! Check in process was so easy. The room that we had called the Pettit chamber was immaculately clean. The front office staff I didn’t get her name, but she was super helpful kind and overall just super professional. We live in Scottsdale and we’ll definitely be back here again.

The only negative side that we had was the noises, there is a restaurant next-door and there was a lot of noise coming from it during the day. I am sure that as it gets colder outside, their guest will eat indoor and that problem would be solved. However, the food there is excellent, we had lunch and breakfast😊

We had an amazing stay! The entire experience was wonderful! Our room was perfect, as was staff, their communication to us, and the hotel amenities were great! It was within walking distance to shopping and dining and the outdoor patio was delightful especially with the outdoor fire pits. We stayed in Flagstaff while we toured Arizona including the Grand Canyon and Sedona. So lovely to get back to this home base! We hope to come again and HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The Bespoke Inn is a comfortable, charming, immaculate Inn and we had a perfect stay. The property has many comfy spots to lounge and the lobby is accessible 24/7 by guests. My favorite in Flagstaff and one of my favorites anywhere!

Everything is great except for the shower which looks beautiful but has no water pressure at all and literally drips . It’s impossible to wash your hair and you can hardly get clean. The bed and bedding is fantastic, extremely comfortable. The fireplace is beautiful and relaxing . The hotel is quiet and safe, close to everything . Overall the hotel gets high ratings except for the barely functioning shower.

The bed and bedding is fantastic, extremely comfortable. The fireplace is beautiful and relaxing . The hotel is quiet and safe, close to everything . Overall the hotel gets high ratings except for the barely functioning shower.

The room was so nice, the front desk was so sweet and helpful. The outdoor seating area was wonderful. Loved all the seating and fire pits. The nicest big fluffy towels in the bathroom that I have used in a hotel in a very long time. Will definitely keep this hotel on the list to revisit.

Extremely friendly hostess. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. I will definitely choose this Inn when coming through Flagstaff in the future.

We had a ground level room (preferred) with guests above who stomped around loudly and was only distracting point to mention.

We had an incredible time staying at the Bespoke Inn. Check in & out was really easy, the staff was friendly, and the room was much nicer than we were expecting. I will only be staying here whenever I come back to Flagstaff.

Unfortunately, we did not have a lot of time to explore, but our time at Bespoke was great. The room was very charming and a ton of space for the six of us, much better than a traditional hotel. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Flagstaff.

I can’t say enough about this property. It is beautiful, unique, very clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in old town Flagstaff. Quiet location. Perfect atmosphere for our anniversary weekend. We loved everything about it and will be back!

We lived our stay at the Bespoke Inn!! It will be our go-to spot in Flagstaff from now on. So comfortable and clean and we loved the cozy tones and fireplace in the room!!! Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. Highly recommended!!

Kind of a personal preference but I like having a real human at the front desk to be available if you have any issues. Also the wifi stopped working around 8am before my check out which was unfortunate as I was looking forward to a chill morning watching TV and drinking coffee.

We’ve stayed multiple times at this property. It’s right up the street from the shopping/dining district. It’s adorable decor and the team is always so nice and welcoming! The lobby has a huge table and seating to sit and hang out, have lunch or apps and wine before heading to dinner.

In the spirit of constructive feedback, we wanted to share our experience with the check-in process. While we appreciated the idea of a contactless check-in, we encountered some issues that frustrated us. We received a text that our room was ready, indicating an email with our room code had been sent. Unfortunately, we never received the email from the inn or any corresponding message through our booking platform (Hotels.com). When we arrived, the manager was away, and we waited approximately 30–40 minutes before she returned. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, we were surprised that there was no acknowledgment of the delay or apology for the wait. Additionally, we were told that the issue stemmed from booking through a third party. However, booking through platforms like Hotels.com is common practice, and we believe that ensuring a smooth check-in process for all guests—regardless of how they book—would enhance the experience for future visitors. Again, we want to emphasize that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our feedback is intended to help refine the guest experience. We’d happily recommend Bespoke Inn to others and look forward to staying again. Best regards

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bespoke Inn Flagstaff. The property was lovely, getting in and around was very easy, and the proximity to downtown was wonderful. From the gas fireplace outside and in the room, to the beautifully decorated spaces, to the lovely pour over coffee and comfy beds, it was truly a home away from home. I could have stayed many more days, it was a cozy haven away from the bustle of everyday life.

This place was one of the cutest, coziest places I have ever stayed. The Inn is quaint and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room had every amenity and the bed was very comfy. We will be back!

This is, genuinely, a "bespoke" experience--a wonderfully one-of-a-kind small hotel. In a nice quiet neighborhood, but close enough to downtown that one can easily walk back and forth. A real pleasure to stay here.

The Inn was quiet and very clean. We only stayed one night but said if we ever return to Flagstaff we are staying there.

Location to downtown shops and food was fantastic. Property was charming and room was spacious. A bit strange to not physically see host although contactless service has its plusses. Snacks and water in the lobby came in handy. Would stay again and would recommend.

It was a wonderful room! Plenty of space and bed was quite comfortable! Large outdoor patio had fire going every night.

This was one of the best travel experiences of my life. First of all, the property and our room were fantastic! Second, there were a few minor hiccups but they handled both with such Grace and perfection, we barely noticed. Third, the customer service was excellent. I would recommend to anybody.

Loved the sparkling water and the heater in the bathroom a nice upgrade to the usual ambiance They thought of everything umbrella, charging cord, cork screw and wine glasses. Easy check in and check out. Was a great break from the usual routine
