The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

It was close to the interstate. They had free breakfast and wifi. The room was smaller than expected. The one chair had stains and was worn looking. The refrigerator didn't work. The coffee maker was missing the lid to the water reservoir so I didn't use it. Also the desk was right next to the door.

The property was clean and easy to get to. We had a truck with a cargo trailer that was easy to park. I booked 2 rooms and we weren’t near each other.

Very friendly staff. Motel is "dated" and could use some updating but it's clean. Very convenient location. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.

Check in person was overwhelmed with a computer problem. During the delay there was no acknowledgement to the 3-4 guests waiting in line that she knew we were there but she was working to solve a problem. Seems to be a training issue with new staff - a guess on my part.

The bath tub was not draining very well. Second not sure what they were doing on the third floor but it was loud all night. People yelling and walking with bricks. If you're on a budget sure why not. But if you need rest and like things clean go else where.

Stuff was generally clean but needed some maintenance. We had a water stain on our ceiling, and the cover plate to the shower knob was falling off. The Elevator smelled like pot, but perhaps we just got on after the wrong person each time. Also, some of the furniture in our room was leaning over quite heavily, and we wondered when it might fall apart. We appreciated the brand new carpet in our room. Breakfast was very limited but ok for what was there.

Place doesn’t look like the picture. It’s getting run down. Bathroom was extremely small. There was an old smell in the room.

Friendly staff, centrally located..an abundance of places to eat and nearby Walmart.

My daughter and pals were looking for inexpensive accommodation for 2 nights. This delivered that very well. Clean, comfortable, safe, and with included breakfast and parking. It is a shame that the phone cord could not be replaced because they felt a little nervous after finding that out.

We asked for cleaning of a table as well as restocking of hot foods. We ate about 8:00-8:30 am and then selection was extremely sparse. They did respond to our requests. Having to ask for restocking of continental breakfast food, plastic utensils.

Clean Room & Great Staff!

Room was comfortable and clean, it does need some maintenance. The location was great. Breakfast had plenty of options. Internet was terrible, didn't work much of the time and was slow when it did work.

We came in late and left early. Our room was clean and worked for us. It was quite which was nice.

It was perfect for what I needed. I only stayed one night but it’s ideal for longer trips as it’s clean and it has a central location. Staff was nice. Only thing is that the darker curtains don’t close fully so you only have the privacy of the sheer curtains. I was a solo female traveler and stayed on the first floor so this was a little bit concerning for me. Aside from that would recommend just keep it mind in case you’re traveling solo.

Both room air conditioners kept the room temperatures comfortable, though I couldn't figure out why, when outside temps dipped into the 30s, it required air conditioning, not heater, set in low 70s. Confusing, but it worked out fine. Breakfast seemed to have good offerings: Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle and pancake machines, juice, cereal, some fruit. Too bad that staff had to be bothered by customers wondering why the items themselves were not refilled or why add-ons like milk or syrup were missing. Staff was responsive to requests but didn't act on their own. I like the place enough to stay there again, but I'll skip the breakfast and build that thought into my value equation against the hotel's rate

After having a different reservation somewhere else the same evening that fell through, Baymont ended up being a great option instead and probably better I imagine than the original planned hotel elsewhere. Room was very nice, breakfast was good, and staff answered all my questions. Thank you!

A excellent option for the price. We’ve stayed here a couple of times when visiting Flagstaff. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they have a good breakfast. The rooms have always been clean and it is convenient to the interstate, NAU, restaurants and shopping. The property is showing it’s age, but if you don’t need anything fancy, this is an excellent choice.

Room was nice and clean. Door jams allowed small gaps of outside air in. Breakfast was pretty good except replenishments were very scarce (once they ran out, it took a while to replenish). WiFi was suspect most of our stay there. The only time it was decent was when we first checked in.

It struck me as incredibly rude that an employee kept hovering over me for over ten minutes while I was trying to read. Furthermore, when I asked for the specific items I needed, they handed them over without offering a single word of explanation. All in all, I don't think I'll be going back—even if the prices are good.

An older hotel that needs updating. Had big dark cabinetry in the room. Would look better with smaller lower sized pieces. Bathroom is tiny but was clean. A/C made noise. Decent size gap in the door threshold made me worry about bugs. No site of bugs though. Breakfast was good.

Absolutely worst hotel I have stayed at. Dirty walls, doors, mold in the restrooms, gating around the pool is falling apart and rusted. I have no idea how reviews mention this place is clean… yes the linens were clean, which should always be the case. Our first room was so dirty we were changed to another room and even that second room had disgusting walls and doors. We only stayed because the beds were clean and we were driving 14 hours that day and needed to sleep.

At check in- the females at the front desk were not help. 1 was on the phone about poor maid services and dirty rooms while the other female was on her personal phone. Then when we got to our room, there was an unwrapped bar of soap that looked used and a used washcloth on the counter. The bedding didn’t look like they were changed and 1 bed smelled like cologne. The furniture were dusty as well.

The hotel was ok. We unfortunately got a room facing the Main Street. Emergency vehicles for some reason were very active and we stop counting at 10 through the whole morning. The walls are thin and the guests upstairs were up late and up early stomping around at 5am. You could also hear kids running around making all kinds of noise at hours people are sleeping. The staff was not rude but not friendly. The hotel looked like they remodeled some things yet left other things old. For example the bathroom had new toilet, sink, and mirror yet they left the old bathtub and the really old light switch covers. The bathtub I understand can add significant costs but the light switch covers?! Made the other modern updates they made pointless cause the old stuff was really horrible.

Do not stay here! Checked in and checked out within 30 mins. Found a bed bug and alerted the staff. We were no longer comfortable staying here. And have been given the run around in getting a refund. I gave the bed bug to the front desk in bag and was told to wait until the next morning for the manager. Called the next morning and the manager wasn't there still. I was told the manager would be there later in the afternoon but when expedia called they said it would be the next day. That front desk agent asked if I had proof with pictures. I told her I had given the bug to the guy working the night before and she said it didn't matter unless I had pictures. Then come to find out the guy never checked us out. Not to mention the bed had yellow stains on ot when we pulled the sheets back. And empty beer cans just sitting in the lobby. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

The front desk attendant was very kind and helpful. Though the rooms are a bit dated, updates (like awesome tile floors) seem to be ongoing, and they were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Nothing horrible for the price

Our room was #201, parking was convenient as lot was right below our room. We used stairs to get up/down to car and back hallway was full of construction materials and trash. Carpet in room looked new and air conditioning worked well.

The property is showing its age. Holes in the walls, stains in the carpeting, damaged furniture, and poorly executed repairs.

The property is in an excellent location and the breakfast was very good. The room seemed fairly clean although its obvious that they do not pay well when it comes to maintenance. The fan in the bathroom either needs a really good cleaning or replaced, after a shower everything is damp, walls floor, toilet. Yuck, and the caulking is not professional at all. And the door needs a new sweep, could see light from outside and had to kill a few spiders.

Staff were pleasant enough. Breakfast left a little to be desired. Room was clean. However, this is the second hotel in Flagstaff in which I have noticed that the room door to the outside is not sealed very well at the bottom and particularly the bottom corners. One can see daylight coming in. The hotel really needs to address this problem on all the doors which are problematic. I found two spiders in my room and another type of insect. I imagine they're coming in from under the door. Easy enough to deal with, but not something I really want to find in my hotel room or know that the door does not have a good seal when it is shut and locked.

The place was a dump. There was mold all over the shower. Room poorly maintained. Parking lot full of shipping containers and construction equipment and outside otherwise poorly maintained.

The only advise, is that it was hard to find. The entrance was not obvious.

The hot tub was hot but no jets working. The hotel was in need of upgrades, very outdated but served its purpose for a quick stay in our road trip. Nice location.

Very basic rooms, definitely needs an update and better cleaning of floors and walls. Beds are comfortable and clean. Meets basic needs. Online stated we could ask for kids bed or playpen, staff said no and where surprised we asked.

The room was in awful shape. I took pictures to show front desk to ensure I wasn’t going to get charged. Hair dryer was hanging off the wall, towel bar parts missing, water stains/holes all around the mirror. The girl who checked me in was not very friendly. I had to ask about when breakfast was. Would never recommend this place.

Stay here was terrible…our room was dirty, our door didn’t lock properly..the sink backed up. Housekeeping was terrible and felt unsafe. Never again, and for that nightly rate this should be a better hotel. I give it a (- 10) rating

The room was very clean but the walls were very thin. You could hear the neighbors snoring next door! The staff was friendly. The breakfast was dismal. Lots of carbs and not very enticing. The price was raised for graduation weekend, and it was overpriced! The air conditioner worked well.

This property absolutely should not be rated as highly as it is on hotels.com. Shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. Shower head was broken. Bathroom doorknob broken. Bubbling peeling wallpaper and water stains on the ceiling of a mid-level floor. 1 of 3 light fixtures in the room didn’t turn on. And the front desk really didn’t care - the first night the shower curtain rod got fixed but nothing else.

Had to wait in line for check in. Staff was cool and impersonal. Room and cleanliness was fine. Breakfast was below average. Eggs were watery as was the batter for the waffles. Coffee okay. The facility was rather full and noisy. Probably would not stay again.

Check-in was friendly bit could have gone more quickly. If the lady had not assumed we were sharing a room as three of us waited in line. Once entering the room, it was quite pleasing how clean it appeared and how nicely it was decorated. The water pressure was good in the shower and at the sink, but did not put out any hot water, only lukewarm. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked great. We went to use the hot tub and were tickled to have it all to ourselves, but did not stay long because the water was so hot. When I took off my swimsuit, I saw that it had turned blotchy blue from the chemicals in the water. I tried to rinse it out, but it did not come out. Breakfast was quite chaotic as there were two foreign tour buses filling the area. It was hard to get into where the hot drinks were located with so many people. But, there was enough food and the staff worked hard at keeping it replenished. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable and slept well and would consider staying again if in the area.

Bed was good pillows were just air ( we always bring our own) it’s a low budget cheap hotel. We didn’t expect much and that’s what we got. Staff was nice.

Checked in with front desk, gal was neither friendly or rude. She never looked up and never really spoke. Got to the room and it did not smell fresh. Air conditioner was very loud. The room looked like they hurried up to finish a remodel and did a very poor job. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall, so when you showered the bathroom floor got soaking wet. The beds were ok and the breakfast was average. Not the worst stay but would definitely choose another hotel if we return.

The directions of the hotel could also improve. It led outside and it got confusing it good thing we did not have children with us.

Did not try breakfast. Room HVAC unit had front facia pulled loose, heat did not work correctly. Night clerk was ubfriendly, acted like she did not want to be there. Not helpful.

I’ve always enjoyed staying here—the clean rooms and especially the breakfast are the main reasons I keep coming back. Normally, everything goes smoothly, but this visit was a bit different. Upon arrival, the staff member I interacted with wasn’t very pleasant, though I’m not sure if that was due to the large party that had checked in just before me. Additionally, the breakfast, which is usually a highlight, was disappointing this time. I’m hoping this was just an off experience, as my past stays have been much better.

The room was not spacious enough, breakfast was poor due to not having enough for the guest. Certain rooms there television did not work and had to inform the front desk and the television was not completely not fixed. The property really needs to have and upgrade overall.

I now seek out Wyndham because of the breakfast. Everything is what you expect from a Wyndham and the price was fantastic in April.

Clean room. Quiet and safe location, away from the noise of downtown Flag. Within seconds from the 89 (to Sedona) and I-40. Plenty of parking. Tricky to find the entrance turn at first, but can’t miss it once you see it. Check-in and out was smooth. Breakfast was solid (fruit, cereal, bread, sausage and eggs, coffee, juice, waffles). Water cooler available in the lobby 24/7.

Staff was rude, rooms are gross, windows are old couldn’t see throw one side of the window. Bathtub was dirty, like there was a dog in it before.

The next day, i stayed at Baymont in Flagstaff Az. I had breakfast with their eggs as scrambled eggs. I was happy!!! I will stay at Baymont again for sure!!! I feel the prices were reasonable during my road trip at the last minute of reservation! As long they serve scrambled eggs im good!!!

We would stay at the Baymont in Flagstaff again because the room was clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. The overall motel, though, was average. The property is older and it showed in many places, including in the rooms. The AC in the room was good for the time of year (early spring). The room itself was comfortable but in need of updating. The room was very clean, though, which is what matters most to us. The breakfast was free and decent compared to other motels. They offered scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, breads, cereal, and fruit. Coffee, tea, and juice were also offered. The staff was attentive and very friendly with 24 hour desk service. Overall, a nice stay near to downtown and only six minutes from the FLG airport.

TV remote control was missing. Had to pick one up from front desk as they don’t have staff to bring it to the room. And yet, the remote provided didn’t work and they don’t have another one. Phone in the room didn’t work either and was not fixed by the time I left even though reported with ample time. They are understaff if you need anything outside of just the check in.

Check in staff were nice and helpful. The room itself looked well kept, but a couple issues. The smaller one is the smoke detector was removed, just the mount was there. The HUGE one is that the bathroom ceiling leaked and formed a pond in the bathroom. Called the front desk and they knew it was an issue as if it wasn't a big deal.

The room was so clean and comfortable first time staying there. That will be my next stop when I visit Flagstaff again in June.

Everything was good

The pool was empty but I did enjoy the hot tub very much that relaxed me very well. The breakfast was alright and I had better breakfast in the Marines in the field, the eggs was soggy and the waffle batter was empty, the juice was just water.

The pool was closed the hot tub was scorching hot. The heater in my room wasn't working properly. The hair dryer did not work in my room.

There was 8 people in our group so we had 2 rooms. One was better than the other. Overall it was a fine stay. They had breakfast but didn’t really restock anything. I found it rude that the worker was mopping while there were a ton of people walking around grabbing there breakfast, it was definitely a safety hazard with that many people and a wet floor.

The breakfast was nice and the heater was warm as it was cold in Flagstaff. The hotel is a little run down...but the bathroom was clean, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable.

Expedia also deserves some blame for this episode. Their default date when making a hotel reservation is two weeks out. I was on the road and in a hurry to find a hotel quickly and missed the default date. It would be very easy for Expedia to set up their site to force the customer to select a date prior to checking availability and prices.

The room floor was cold. Amenities listed such as BBQ grill were not there. The blinds do not close fully. We were on the first floor and people walking by can see in. Had to use a clip to pull the blinds closed.

Easy check in and out. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was your standard eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes (I didn't eat those as they looked like little wax things), cereal, yogurt, bread, bagels, muffins, juice, etc. The only downside for me was the walls are thin so we could hear people who don't know how to keep their mouths shut or voices at least low as they're walking by peoples' rooms at night. Heard people out in the parking lot arguing at night. Could hear the tv in the room next to us. Other than that, it's worth the low price.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Good location and many restaurants close by. Breakfeast onsite was also a plus.

Washroom was in bad condition. After shower, water was all over the floor. Walls were peeled. Plumbing was very noisy. We stayed for 3 nights. First night we heard 7 showers from neighbours with loud plumbing noise. We could hear neighbours talking clearly. Worst hotel experience during our 3 weeks vacation.

This is a motel with outside room access. Thermopane in room was so bad you could barely see out and inside heavy curtains don’t close ( there was sheers underneath that did close) so everyone walking past can look in your room. Breakfast did offer a nice variety of offerings.

For the price this was a great property. The staff were courteous and efficient. Check-in was quick and easy. The hallways are a bit worn down but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was a bonus for a hotel at this price. I would certainly stay here again for a simple, clean, place to sleep. I stayed two nights.

Housekeeping needs improvement. There was used, open soap left in the bathroom, and I found several hairs in the pillowcases. Check-in was quick and easy, and both the woman and gentleman at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast was decent with plenty of seating. However, the breakfast attendant began stacking chairs about 20 minutes before breakfast ended, right next to guests who were still eating, which I found rude. The microwave in the room was very dated, and I had to look up instructions on YouTube just to figure out how to use it. The parking lot also needed to be salted badly, as it was slippery and unsafe. In the morning, housekeeping was extremely loud and banged on my door aggressively—like the police—which was very unsettling. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The room was miserable. Dirty the upkeep had been significantly neglected. The smoke alarm went off four times in our room, the third time I called the front desk. The receptionist said that she would contact maintenance. Maintenance did not come, nor did anyone come just nobody seemed to care. What else? The breakfast was significantly degraded from the last time we stayed here. In fact, we rebooked because of the breakfast. Yesterday, it was horrible. Ran out of coffee twice during our breakfast, there was no staff in sight running the breakfast area. Several times, I had to go to the front desk to get help for the breakfast area. Tables were not cleaned, syrup on floor. Signs of significantly poor management, especially especially since our stayed two years ago. Whoever is managing this place needs to understand the significant decline in all areas.

Staff was passively rude at best. The breakfast was cold and obviously leftover, no juices in the dispensers. Room was unfinished, and sloppily so with paint and drywall mud on the carpet and curtains, no grout in the tiles in bathroom, 2-tone mixed unfinished paint with some areas mudded over with drywall mud. AC unit sounded like a car wreck every time it kicked on and blew out no air. Walls and ceiling way too thin and clould hear even the slightest noise or movement from neighboring rooms. Curtain rod was falling off, so it was difficult to keep water inside tub while showering. We wont be back

The front desk gal was not friendly, acted like booking me in was a horrible burden. The people in the room above were so noisy I called the front desk, was told it would be taken care of but the noise continued. We had to pay $ over 200 for one night simply because it was a Saturday, absolutely highway robbery considering howold and not up to date it was. Will not stay there again.

Bedding is dirty on one bed of my room, I guess they didn’t change sheets of the bed. Luckily the other bed is ok and we only have 2 persons so we shared the other bed.

Easy check in! We checked in early so we paid an extra 25 dollars. Room was clean, breakfast was good! Definitely a good place to stay for my son’s graduation.

Friendly and efficient staff. The hot breakfast was nice. On the downside, the hotel seemed very dated and the noise was unsettling for trying to sleep. Not only could I hear the people outside but also the water being ran from a different room. Too many noises to make it pleasant. And the small pillows didn't help either.

The room would not warm up and cold air was seeping in from somewhere in the door or windows in the room I had on the bottom floor. I checked in after 5 pm, left to go to the observatory, returned to the room after 10 pm. I gave the heating system a chance to warm but it became unbearably cold. had to check out at 12 am and stay elsewhere due to this issue.

Zero stars and staff needs training

However, the lack and total disregard for guest safety was paramount. All of the hallway smoke detectors were taped off, as well as all of the fire alarms. Both of the emergency fire staircases were closed. The only egress for 50+ rooms on the 3rd floor was one elevator.

Breakfast was very disappointing as there were few healthy options, no fresh fruit. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very rude. Overall, the staff were not very friendly and hospitable. The guest rooms were in need of a serious facelift. The location of the property was easy on, easy off from the expressway.

I was given a room better than last time so that was a plus. Breakfast is more on the go I guess and not very appealing.

Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. It is a very nice hotel and just slightly dated. We did have an RV and it said it had RV parking which it does, but it was a little tight. But we felt safe and secure there.

Check in staff was not very pleasant, we dud self check in before arriving. All she did was hand us a key and nothing else. She could have at least smiled and said thanks for staying at the hotel. Didnt mention anything about breakfast times etc.

We also had to leave a day early to an emergency at home and they wouldn't print us out a receipt. They said we would have to go through Expedia.

What bothered me was the indifferent check in staff, a dirty, worn elevator, a rug outside the 2nd floor elevator landing that was worn through to the backing, old, dirty interior cement walkways that looked like a Chicago subway. Very busy breakfast and only one coffee maker that was empty twice during the short time that I was there. This “name brand” hotel is privately owned and it showed. And it wasn’t inexpensive either. I was embarrassed that I made reservations for my friends. You deserve better.

I was put in a room with an extremely noisy wall unit heater/air conditioner. When asking for help with moving into another room, it was all on me. I heard, both that night and the next morning when I brought the situation to staff's attention, the mantra "I cant help you." in response to any suggestion I made to ease the situation. I wrote an email to the manager.after check out as there was no manager on-site. Its been 4 days and there has been no response. They CANT HELP YOU!

Our bathroom had black mold on the walls and the paint was peeling off. The floor in the room was dirty, our white socks ar now black. The breakfast had little healthy selections like fruit. The eggs had grainy texture. No orange juice. Must of had tourist bus in cause could hardly get to any of food stations. Dissapointed cause our son is going to NAU and we were hoping to find a rwgular spot for when we move him in-out

We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff.

Seemed like room was cleaned but not a comfortable stay. Also stain on cloth bed frame. Unfortunately, woke several times by other quests running up and down hall slamming door and loud speaking all night.

It was adequate, but seemed outdated and getting run down. Gaps between the door and the floor, water stains and mold on the bathroom ceiling, the stairway smelled musty. Honestly a little disappointed and not worth saving a few bucks.

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. We used this as a "home base" for day trips to Sedona, The Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. The room was clean. It was a bit outdated and a just a bit rundown. We wanted something with easy access to downtown Flagstaff and a central location for our day trips and this room worked out great.

I didn’t expect room entry from the outside deck. Little tight going from elevator to room. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable.

After being given a room that smelled like pee, I went down to tell them that. Then was sent into a room that was so musty It hadn’t seemed like it had been aired out in a long time. I asked housekeeping for two blankets. They said I would need to go down to the front desk and ask. Any other hotel I’ve ever been at housekeeping can go get your blankets.The two times I went down to the desk There were three other people in line in front of me so I gave up. So at almost midnight I went down to ask for two blankets. I was told I could have one blanket. Umm it’s a hotel. I’m sure as a paying customer that I can have two blankets. The front desk guy went off supposedly to get two blankets and handed them to me. I get up to the room and they are mattress toppers, The cling things that stick/secure around a mattress. That’s disgusting to put by my face when it’s been used on and off dirty mattresses that have been used for years. I tried to call down by phone to tell him, but the phone didn’t even work. The eggs and the sausage at breakfast were disgusting and no one was eating them. The oranges that were on the rack were literally all brown and rotting. Terribly disappointing stay!!

The hotel is run down - old and not maintained. Our room was dirty- and also not maintained. It didn't look like it had been vacuumed.

Room was ok for an overnight stay. Pricing was reasonable and dining options were close by. The negative for me was that the bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned very well as there were hairs in the tub. Toilet seat was loose. In the morning when we went for breakfast (which was included with the room price) there was a large tour bus group also there and it felt very chaotic in the breakfast room.

Quick and easy check-in process (everything was completed online before arrival) and once we arrived, we found the room to be clean and peaceful. Finally someone came from outside and checked us in. Elevator was dirty and smelled... hall to our room was even worse.. smelled like puck. Carpet in the hall was worn through in large areas. Room was old, woodwork very scratched up. No chair or lamps, wardrobe door was dirty and streaked, didn't touch it. Bathroom was clean but towels were stained. Bed was comfortable but scratchy sheets. Would not recommend. Not sure how they got the rating they had on expedia.

The entire property is clean, well kept, organized and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and includes lots of items such as fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and iron. The bed is amazing. Best night's sleep that I've had in a long time. The staff is very friendly and professional. The online app and check in system is super user friendly and easy to use. I'll definitely be coming back here again for my Flagstaff visits and events.

Someone keyed into our room at 6:42am… waking us, startling and totally disrupting our ‘sleep-in’ on our little vacay. Charged us an additional $86.43 on my debit card for a no-show charge. Requested a $108 comp for the room due to these issues. I did receive the $86.43 refund for the bogus charge… but have paid for the room in full. Disgusted and disappointed.

The MOTEL!!!! Not a hotel was dirty, dark, very dated smelly and just gross all the way around. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are small and disgusting! After seeing the condition of the room and bathroom I even checked the mattress…. Guess what IT WAS FULL OF STAINS!!! Needless to say I slept in my clothes, on top of the sheets I was completely horrified at the MOTEL being under the BAYMONT/Wyhdham name.

Worth the price. Lot of dining options around. Wallmart is walkable. Nice continental breakfast.

Clean room. Comfy. Beds comfortable. A bit dated but was doable. Sort of crowded. Nice long bathroom counter would have been great to have a small table and chairs.

It was nice to have an online checkin but you still have to wait in the line to get your key card once you arrive. The beds were okay and the place was clean. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff lady was SO friendly and nice. I accidentally left my king pillow in the room and called 2 hours after we left and were told nothing was turned in to lost and found. The direct line to the hotel told us that “I inspect the rooms myself and nothing was left”. He was kind of rude and I’m out a nice king size pillow that cost me 50.00. Not happy at all about that!!!

Arrived at 1 for an approved early check in. However… rooms were not available and were told to go back at 4 by the lady at the front desk. Other than that experience, other staff and location were fine

Unfortunately, I had a terrible check-in experience. The hotel needs updating and is not as comfortable. Not my choice for future visits.

Stayed 3 days and really enjoyed the room and the Staff. Being next to a great restaurant was a plus.

There was a corn on the cob in the microwave in my room from the previous traveler (or maybe even before that!) I did appreciate that there was a microwave though.

The room was okay. It definitely was not as nice as I expected from pictures. The bed was comfortable. You could see repairs had been made to the ceiling etc. but the repairs were very visible. It had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. So it was adequate and the price was reasonable.

I have stayed here four times in the last year. They have a very good breakfast. The neighbor hood jas a lot of dining options and is close to the university.

The room was nice. Comfortable bed, microwave and refrigerator in room. Only problem was mold in tile grouting in bathroom.

Property was really close to the college and stores for shopping. Easy to get to and parking was very open. Was very clean and the continental breakfast was good.

It's convenient to NAU although the traffic patterns during the day are a little annoying. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The room was mostly clean, staff was friendly.

Great place to stay though room was bit too congested to move in the room. Amenities were great but felt very little space left to move in the room. Otherwise clean room. Stayed there while visiting Grand Canyon. Breakfast options were great.

Decent for the money. Pretty clean overall. The chair in the room was a little dirty. The shower leaked non stop, but I told them to have maintenance fix it.

Baymont by Wyndham in Flagstaff is a great place to stay for a great price.

Very comfortable quiet and relaxing...

The front desk staff was not very friendly to us, which was a common thread during our stay. They kept pointing out that we had “booked through a third-party”.Their internet photos showed the room with an extra chair, not just the desk chair, which had to sit right in front of the door because that’s where the desk was. How safe is that? When we inquired about this, they told us just to take a kitchen chair from the eating area. We ask about being moved to a room with an extra chair, they said they couldn’t because again “we booked through a third-party”. Furniture was quite beat up and the mattress was old.Our bathroom had just been painted but no repair done to the walls. See attached photos. Upon checkout, I asked for a receipt, but they wouldn’t give me one because,” we booked through a third-party.” There was not a single hello, welcome, thank you for staying with us. I must say however, that in favor of the Baymount , the cleaning staff was friendly and does an incredible job. There are plenty of electrical outlets and the AC unit is great. We visit Flagstaff frequently, but we will NOT be staying here again.

TV only got the weather channel

The staff was really night both at night when we arrived and in the morning. The hotel is old, but you cant beat the price. The breakfast was fine, it tasted like every other hotel breakfast. The staff was attentive in the morning. Bed was comfy too.

Quiet and clean. But parking was a mess. Other then that ok.

My stay was good. The problem was the check in, the reception desk, and the check out. The people working there had no people skills, they were young so maybe they were not happy to be working. During check in just took my card and id, asked me to sign and fill out car info then handed me my keys. Morning I asked about check out time and when breakfast ended and I got correct responses but just responses no checking on how things were going. Upon check out same thing they just took the key card and I asked if that was it for check out they said yes. As for the room the bathroom was not too clean and in the room itself there was a place by the bathroom mirror that looked like something was just taken down and nothing replaced ( like a picture or something)

Clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, slept really well. It was also quiet. Hotel is older and could use some updates, but I have no complaints!

Deep clean is needed and mini remodel.

Room 342 did not have the linens replaced. Hairs and gym shoe prints were founded on the bed linens.

Floor looked like not vacuumed. Water damage on walls. Ceiling water spots.
