Room was OK. Lighting in the room was poor. Vanity light over sink did not work. Towels were thin and rough. Was nice to have a fridge and microwave. We did not hear any road noise, thanks in part to the white noise from the AC unit.

Bed was comfortable, value was on point, housekeeping staff aren't really cleaning the hard to see areas: finger prints on the walls and doors, blood splatter and snot attached to the walls and ceilings. Breakfast was minimal but provided. The sink drainage was slow.

This place based on this alone isn't a trustworthy place. They played "finders keepers" with my money. That's not ethical. Or reasonable.

It was pretty good. Quiet, clean, safe. No elevator. the ice machine was on the second floor. Coffee, cereal, pastries in the morning was good enough.

Hotel is off of Rte 66, so you will hear street noise. There are also train tracks on the opposite side of the highway. Neither are terribly bothersome. Hotel was a good value for the money.

Honestly, no complaints. Exactly what is advertised and conveniently located. Beds were exceptionally comfortable (imo). Would stay here again for sure.

Ok for a motor lodge room was clean but the light switch in bathroom was broken. Towels super cheap and rough. For the function of pulling in late and pulling out early it was functional

This place is solid and I'll keep it in mind on the two or three times a year when I find myself near or close to Flagstaff. I was pleased with how quiet it was, even though it's right on 66 and the train line. The rooms are simple but adequate, with a microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. Everything is very clean. I enjoyed the nice, warm, recently upgraded shower. The breakfast includes mostly cold or microwavable items, but given the simplicity, I thought the variety was quite good. My quibbles are pretty tiny. Be careful about trying to make a left turn out of the parking lot onto 66. Even though the speed limit is moderate, it's hard to see around the curve uphill to your right. If you need to go left, it's probably smarter to just go right and then "U it" at stoplights not far uphill. Compared to a lot of places you'll stay on the road, the parking lot is not brightly lit. But that's going to be the case in most places in "Flag," which is a dark sky city.

It was a nice room with no surprises. Breakfast consisted of coffee, apple/cinnamon danish, toast, small hostess donuts, and two brands of cereal.

Over all everything was good except the noise ,you could hear the cars going buy and the trains lots of trains other than that everything was great

It was easy to check in and out. We were assigned a room on the second floor which was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was simple but included common food such as toast/waffles, pastries, yogurt, coffee, and juice.

The heater made a loud ticking noise for over an hour. I think it was cooling down after I turned it off, but since I am a light sleeper it would not allow me to sleep. When it stopped, there was another unknown noise most of the night. Also, the bathroom still doesn't have light bright enough to put on makeup. I always stay in this hotel when I go to Flagstaff for medical issues and though I have had problems with bathroom lighting before, I have never had the heater noise and whatever the other house was. This won't change my stay in there. Still recommend it highly, I just wish I could have slept.

Everything was absolutely great. We could still hear the trains but barely. The sidewalks that don't belong to the hotel were not in good shape and extremely narrow, especially for someone who is handicapped. Front desk was friendly, room was really clean and quiet. Had all necessary amenities. We will be back.

I made a mistake booking this hotel where another 3.5 stars hotel is charging the same rate. I was not able to cancel my reservation. Have a terrible sleep. Not enough shampoos and conditioner provided...Noisy from the train, the other neighbors and very limited parking. I don't feel safe to work outside.

The wire stairs were not easy for my dog to walk up. He was very uncomfortable on them.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. Would definitely come back.

I really don't think the cost of the room for the night was worth it. It wasn't the cleanest. The bed wasn't flat. It was at an angle which made my head lower than my legs. I had to sleep where my feet should have been. And the breakfast wasn't good. When we went down to get breakfast, they had only 5 frozen waffles out that were still frozen together. Which meant we had to touch them with our hands to pull them apart instead of being sanitary and using tongues to pick them up. There were only a couple packages of donuts out and a couple packages of small pastries out. The packages of donuts only had three donuts in them. There were only 3 yogurts out. If the cost for the night was less, then it wouldn't have been so bad. Paying 100 plus dollars for the room for a night just isn't worth the stay.

Staff never came to service the room. We were there for several days, and I had to go down to the office every day to get toilet paper and fresh towels. For how much I paid for the room, i was disappointed in the experience.

We thought room was clean until we we took our shoes off and our white socks became very dirty. No tissues in room. Housekeeping took our dirty towels but did not replace them with fresh ones. Our TV had no signal and they fixed that quickly. Near many dining options and the University.

The towels are never soft. They are very harsh on the skin.

The bed sheets seemed as if they had not been changed/washed, the towels had stains, not sure if they were clean or not. The key card was deactivated even though it was not the check out time yet.

They should put more bright lights in the room and the bathroom. The AC was not functioning properly because it would keep turning off. In the middle of the night I had to get up multiple times to turn it back on.

The property fronts historic Route 66 so there is a fair amount of vehicular noise & there’s a very active railroad line across RT 66, but the exterior walls are concrete block so the noise was acceptable especially for the road weary.

My main issue with the property was that the cost was not commiserate with area. Paid too much for what it was but was able to walk to the car rental location. Will not be back.

We didn’t let the dogs explore in the room much because it did not seem safe for them. Bed was comfy! There was a bit of railroad noise but that didn’t bother us, may bothers others but we were fine with it.

In general it can be summed up as "okay" ... Not the cleanest but clean enough. Do be warned the trains come through often and will vibrate the room... This goes for most hotels in Flagstaff FYI. If you're tired and poor this room will work.

We stayed there to break up a 800 mile drive from Raman New Mexico to San Luis Obispo California we left late in the day and didn't want to night drive the reception was nice polite and helpful the only downside was the car park had very narrow driveway and was difficult to manouvre in a pickup

Very quick in and out arriving late last night and having medical procedure in the morning. Not far from the hospital and lots of food choices were available but not within walking distance. Large room, no carpet a big plus for me. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a large chair (again no fabric which i hate in hotel rooms because you always wonder how clean), a desk and chair, fridge, and lots of places to put things. We did not use the shower but the bathroom appeared clean. Staff was helpful. It didn't look like there was much for breakfast but we weren't eating so didn't check it out fully.

The property was extremely clean. The staff was very lovely. The only issue I had was the train tracks and the noise of the trains frequently in the night, they were a couple hundred feet from the hotel. They need to upgrade their windows to noise canceling

There was other peoples hair all over the sheets and wood chips. They were not cleaned. We also got a non smoking room but the smell of smoke was so bad that I didn’t sleep at all and made my asthma worse. I felt like I couldn’t breathe in our room. Worst stay I’ve ever had. The front desk just made excuses for the dirty bed instead of apologizing. The parking lot is so small and tight. And we could hear absolutely everything from other rooms. There was also no deadbolt so my family felt very unsafe. The AC was not on when we arrived so the room was super hot too. It did not keep the temperature of the room and it was extremely noisy. I do not recommend this place at all. Never staying here again.

Our stay was extremely comfortable & quiet. This motel is an excellent choice if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay with the perfect location off old Route 66! I highly recommend!

The front desk person, Armando, was wonderful! He was full of helpful suggestions, reccomendations for dining and sights ti see or to avoid. He made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. 😉

Clerk wasnt friendly at all and acted like she was being put out working there. Very abrupt. Room was clean but didnt really care for the area the hotel was in.

Our stay was Good until later in the evening. the next door couple were having a party and there was lots of yelling and door slamming. We did try to call the front but no one was answering. We felt very unsafe.

I like that when a customer was disturbing the peace after hours and yelled a racial slur, suggesting that the hotel should hire more white people, apparently to do a better job than the service he recieved from someone of a different race, one of the staff addressed him in the morning amd told him that the he was no longer allowed to stay at the hotel for the night.

Just what I needed

The train goes right by the rooms. If that bugs you. Was no big deal for me as i grew up by the tracks and it put me right to sleep. Other than that its a good place to stay for the night while passing thru.

Previous visits always makes me come back, Nice rooms, TV, internet. Location is ideal for traveler(s) with no transportation. High marks from me...

The entire motel has been remodeled and is in excellent condition, as was our room! Everything was sparkling clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Not much area around for walking a dog. It would be nice to have a patch of grass.

Closet to downtown and to route 66, easy access to dining. But careful they charged me an extra fifty dollars for no reason.

Was an alright stay older place not super clean but not bad to just sleep in vending machine candy was old and plan to eat out for breakfast continental had nothing hot except coffee mostly packaged things all in all to sleep n keep your stuff it’s an alright place to stay they did accommodate my wanting to be on ground level which was nice everyone was very nice as well

The hotel staff were wonderful! Very hospitable! Check in was a breeze, and received dog friendly dinner recommendations. Dog area is a nice plus. Morning guy was superb. He talked with guests, made everyone feel welcome, and even gave my dog a treat. Felt right at home here, and would gladly stay again!

I believe the rooms are newly remodeled and they felt fresh and clean. They are pet friendly and had a nice and dog area. They do charge $20 pet pet which is a bit much, but the room rate was good.
