Check in was the fastest I have ever checked into a hotel!! Our room was very clean and almost like it was new, so I'm not sure if it was a new addition onto the hotel or what. My only complaint would be all the walking in the room above us, it was constant. Otherwise very clean and nice hotel.

At $161 per night before taxes, we felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered. For only a little more, we've stayed at Embassy Suites properties that were significantly nicer and provided a much better overall experience. Given the choice, we would definitely choose Embassy Suites again. Our room was located right next to the swimming pool, and even at 10:00 PM we could still hear guests talking loudly. This made it difficult to relax and wasn't ideal for families with young children who need a quieter environment for sleep. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Our baby was crawling on the floor for a short period of time, and his hands and legs became noticeably dirty afterward. This raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival.

They moved me to another room and the sheets had hair under the comforter and the room had a bad smell. I doubt I would ever stay there with my guest. As a Platium member I was embarrassed

Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express, this was by far my worst experience. The room smelled muggy and uninviting. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. I will never book this location again. I should’ve asked to switch rooms, but it was so late. I would’ve hated to move to a different room with the same sad experience.

Nasty.

We were at the far end of the hotel and WiFi would not connect. Okay at front desk. Need more strength. We functioned, but really?

We had stayed at this property before and enjoyed our stay. This time we also enjoyed the room, but we felt that the room we were given was not one that was normally used. We first noticed that the aerator was missing from the sink. I told the staff and it was installed. The bed was comfortable, but in the bathroom the mirror was pretty beat up. The bathroom door dragged along the floor because it was splintered. We also noticed that the bottom of the door was quite dirty. I couldn't help thinking that the last time I booked a room I used the IHG app. This time I went through Expedia, just wondering if that influenced the choice of room we were given.

Everything was awesome.. except the WiFi.. sucked so bad and I was there for work so really needed good wifi

Very clean and excellent staff

Room was old and run down. I believe they were renovating some rooms because all the rooms around me were being worked on and the first room they put me in had trash and lunch from workers left behind (they moved me). Incredibly loud, beds are squeaky and uncomfortable and the elevator did not work so we had to haul our luggage up and down stairs!

pool was supposed to be heated but was cold, overall just an average cheap hotel

Staff friendly
