Hair in the pillows, dog hair in the floor, bath tub wasn't clean.

Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there. Actually very scared and uncomfortable.

It’s what you would expect for a $60 hotel. If you’re looking for a cheap place to crash this is it. The bedding is always clean and the rooms are clean. It’s in a pretty rough part of town but has noticeably less sketchy types lurking around unlike some of the other cheaper spots nearby. Stayed here 7-8 times and my experience has been consistent. For under $80 this is the best you’ll do.

My privacy was violated during my stay. Someone allowed devices to be out into my room and bathroom to watch me and to trigger me.

The reviews are extremely misleading. The room was so disgusting. For $114 for one night is actually criminal. we had to leave after our show and drive back to Portland because it was just not going to happen. We could not sleep there. Floor was full of hair, the remote was sticky, holes in the blankets, stains on pillows, stains on the wall, it REEKED of tobacco and cigarette smoke that followed us. Ugh so crazy. And they tried to charge $20 per person as a deposit that you don’t get back? Crazy. Idk what I was expecting but not that. Pay the extra money for your slumber.

I think it was in a rougher part of town but I felt safe.

You have to slide your credit card and ID through a tray under a window, if that gives you and indiction of the clientele and location. The lobby is not open. There is no free coffee. There is no hot water. No warm water, in fact. The wash cloths were so worn out, they were like rags. It smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The comforter had a cigarette burn on it.

I got hacked sorry about my recent review this place is a great location near alot of restaurants good housekeeping and the wife is super understanding and nice they accommodated my stay last min and got a good room it has a nice view definitely recommend this place for commuters easy acces to freeway... The owners are great people and super caring

Everything good

Room was filthy. Trim falling off around the doors. Missing paint. Light and fan cover in bathroom broken and hanging from the ceiling. What I can only was menstrual blood on the wall by toilet.

The front desk was rude. There was blood on the bed.

The room was clean, but the property overall was in disrepair.

The walls grimy. Tv Remote was grimy. Nothing positve. It was like they rented by thr hr. 😝 sleeped in my sleeping bag.

This is not a motel to advertise on your website. I would not recommend this site to anyone

There were stains and residue all over the walls. Which I took pictures of. You could see that it had not been properly cleaned. Which makes you doubt any of the rest of the room was cleaned or disinfection. The bed was as hard as rock made it really hard to sleep on. The fridge did not work. They tried to move me to another room but room wreaked of smoke. They insisted it was a non smoking room. Which it was not. And if it was someone clearly smoked in it. You get what you pay for which is a roof and not much else. It survived its purpose but I would not recommend.

Comfortable but a little noisy

It was okay, I didn’t have to deal with no homeless or unruly people. The room was decent, has an odor, and wasn’t all the way properly cleaned I can tell although there wasn’t any visible dirt. But I mean there was no bugs or roaches.

Terrible service.... I arrived at the hotel and they told me that I had to return in 3 hours bone I had to enter the hotel at 9 pm

I didnt use the dresser cause the handle was broke. I didnt use the ac cause it didnt work.

There was Prostitution on property in the rooms upstairs. We called ahead of time coming from out of state and were reassured there would be someone to give us our key. The person who helped us at the desk was not sober. He was high in something and we had to call multiple times, knock on the doors and windows to even get him awake to help us.

A smoking room smells like ash tray, ash tray was not even cleaned in the room. The bedding has cigarette burn holes, 5 holes and melted spots. The carpet is ridiculous!! It’s just sliced with no border with stringy pieces. DO NOT STAY IN THIS PIGSTY AREA. So not worth $105 plus a $20 deposit. Any Motel 6 is better than this place. Non refundable!!!

Attendant was friendly, but property generally felt unsafe. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and was somewhat dirty.

The software listed the motel to less than 40 miles from my location at Rainier National Park Paradise. The actual distance was 76 miles. The property is near the industrial port of Tacoma and a truck stop. The adjacent business were boarded up. We did not check in and drove the 2.5 hrs back home.

It was a place to sleep. Otherwise it felt super shady. Broken tiles in the room. Holes in the sheets...my feet vere dirty from walking barefoot.

Disgusting, bugs in room. Nasty bedding. Never again!!

The owners are super compassionate kind people and the place is decent for a lower budget hotel i juat didnt like the random small bugs in the room

The property is older and needs a complete overhaul. I did not feel safe. The shower was barely tepid and definitely not warm or hot. The room was overheated, and there was no way to cool it down since I couldn't get the AC to come on. No thermostat. No coathangers. The tiniest bars of soap I ever have seen (and TINY is the operative word). They weren't even big enough for a child, let alone an adult. I will never stay here again, and I would recommend that Expedia take this property off their list.

Tourist mistake booking a cheap motel somewhat by a concert venue we were attending. Got asked if we were “working” first trip to the car for bags. Don’t do it. Lol

The staff were very friendly and professional. Security and safety in the area seemed to be an issue for visitors and staff of the hotel. There were questionable visitors in the parking lot that didn’t seem to be hotel quests.

One of the worst motel I have been to. Dirty and smell bad. Good location for shoppers though. They are a lot of retailers around or near by.

My reservation was not honored. The property wanted more than the reserved rate!

The family that works there always try to get money from you they charge me $10 for a new key card when I cannot find my other one. They charged me $20 every time I had a guest over even though they told me visitors are allowed. Then I found out that visitors are allowed 9 PM to 9 AM but no one ever told me that and even then they would still charge me when I have a friend over around 7 PM. They’re rude and won’t see your side of things in maintenance barely come over. Would not recommend staying here unless you want to get your money taken for every little thing

I did not like the fact that the clerk in the night shift could not look up my booking information because she said she did not have access to the computer only the owners do therefore she couldn't honor my reservation or my booking price!! I went to a different hotel.

I ended up the staying here looking for a place to rent and thay kept my deposit three tymes for no reason. Other then that ok

Floors were dirty like they never been mopped. The cleanliness and maintenance of building and surrounding area was very poor generally upkeep very poor as well.

The place was comfortable and convenient by location. Staff were friendly and resolved any problems we encountered. Best of all, they had no problem allowing our large dog to stay in our room with a small pet deposit.

No one was around when I checked in I had to call. The guy was rude that checked me in, the room wall was dirty, the toilet leaked after you flush it, the mini frig was dirty, there was cigarette or smoking marks along the tub, the floor was dirty! My socks were brown by the next morning and I barely walked in the floor . I will never stay here again.

The staff raised the rates once I got there and refused change it and there were people doing drugs as well as what I can only imagine as women of I’ll repute were lurking around the building as well

When we first walked into the front office, the lady working at 4pm on Saturday immediately told us we couldn’t stay there before I was even able to tell her I had a reservation. She gave my friend and I dirty looks the entire time we were signing in and was not friendly. The men in the office the next morning when we checked out were very nice though!

The place was quiet, relaxing, quaint. It’s not a place that is lavish however, the staff is very pleasant. If you want to just be left alone and do care where you are...this place works for that! It did for me.

Bad neighborhood. Evidence of meth or heroin use in the parkinglot. Exposed nails in the bathroom floor/frame. Stairs were scary! Room was NOT clean. We used our own sleeping bags! $10 key "deposit" not refunded. Check in took FOREVER since they haven't joined the age of tech. We were just too tired to move on.

Police raid happened. I had my teenage daughter with me and she was scared. The raid happened in the room below us. The floors were sticky, the toliet seat was filthy, the soda machine was out of order, the ice had bugs in it. The manager Rhonda was very apologetic and was extremely upset about what was happening. Seems like the owner should have been there during all this to assist this poor woman. Very scary event to have happened.

Checked in at 1 am. Hotel is 1970's dated and derelict. Couldn't get the air conditioner to work so asked manager for help. Room was so smoky and stale, said he could not smell anything, kept telling me I got a very good rate and should have been paying more, could not sleep. Left at 3am. cigarette burn in fitted sheet. Will never stay her again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirty, nasty, booked a no smoking room, used ashtray on the table, roach dropping’s in the bathroom, overall terrible, checked in at 5:00 returned from an outing at 1:00 AM, couldn’t handle the stinch and checked out at 7:00am, just couldn’t handle it

Great stay! I like the way the hotel is set up. We were upstairs on the far corner. Very private. They have decent weekly rates. The area seems a little sketchy, but we had no problems. People staying at the hotel were real friendly and helpful. I dont want to leave this place. I will miss it.

The dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed! Dirty shaver left in the bathroom from possible previous guest. Burn holes in the bedding of a nonsmoking room, thank god I brought my own bedding! Employees were rude and seem to be miserable, acted as though we were inconveniencing them to just simply check in.

The most nastiest room and attitude I have ever been in. I have pictures to prove it and they wouldn’t change me rooms. I ended up leaving and sleeping in my car.
