The complex is showing its age and could benefit from some renovation work. Specifically, the bathroom is missing a towel rack and has holes in the wall where the previous fixtures were installed same issue with bed side wall light. Additionally, the TV stand in the living area has a swivel mechanism, which poses a safety risk some no TV on it.

The room was okay cleanliness wise but the sheet had a burn hole, there was hair stuck to the shower wall, the toilet paper was half gone and rerolled poorly. The AC/Heater needed a new filter it also didn't want to heat up until we set it to almost 80. The seal around it was coming off letting air and small critters from outside in. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold there was no in between. There were 2 sets of pillows. 1 set was completely deflated and the 2nd was big and puffy and sunk in the moment you put any pressure on them. The provided plastic cups all leaked and the microwave took double the amount of time to work. The lady at the front desk was honestly the best part about the stay.

The online pictures do not reflect the true state of the rooms. There was a puncture hole in the bathroom door bathroom doors handle was about to fall off. The shower controls didn’t work properly. They advertise about themselves was true to reality. The place is in desperate need to be an update on all apartments going through the place. The night attendant couldn’t even speak made it very hard. The only good thing was they let me check in for early check-in without charge.

Literally nothing The first room my best friend and I got was completely unusable with a slashed couch, the smoke detector was off the wall, a lampshade was missing, one of the bathroom lights had no cover, and various pill capsules were jammed in the AC unit. We were then moved to a second room with unclean and unvacuumed floors as well as very visibly stained sheets on the beds. Both rooms smelled of mold and/or mildew. The front desk employees were extremely rude about us not wanting to pay to stay in a dirty room. In fact, one employee responded that she herself would happily stay in a hotel room that has dirty floors and stained sheets and that we "get what we pay for" well for $125 I expect a clean room as the bare minimum as that's not cheap by any means. I kept offering to show both the employees all the pictures I took of both rooms only to be told they didn't need to see them?? The other front desk employee was trying to say she heard my friend and I unpacking and eating food in both hotel rooms, however, we never even unpacked our things let alone ate anything!!! Nor was there any possible way she heard us in either of our rooms. She was the same employee to tell us that our first room was a disaster from two previous guests staying there for two weeks and told us that our second room also had guests that stayed in there for two weeks- as if that somehow means they don't need to have clean rooms for customers??? After having us grab all of our stuff and run around the hotel multiple times, both employees were extremely disrespectful to us, did not uphold the refund policy of 10 minutes(as we were in our 2nd room for less than 10 minutes) and were completely unprofessional. We left and ended up staying at The Best Western, which was very clean and had very polite staff. Attached are photos of the first room with the last picture being the bed sheets from the 2nd room.

They Had Me Arrested For Trespassing For Paying Over 28 Days. On Day 29 i was told to check out for 24 hours, After spending 3,164 (99 + tax =113x28 days) Plus day 29 which they said they wouldnt accept, but did and still haven't refunded my card. They still have all my personal belongings, and i cant pick them up because I Went to jail, for 5 days, for Trespassing, IE..staying more than 28 days and refusing to check out because i was scared, already hiding from my ex in a violent domestic dispute, men trying to solicit me for prostitution if i even went outside to have a cigarette, and im almost 50 years old, dont dress provocatively, and wear wigs because I Lost all my hair, eyebrows and eyelashes for 3 1/2 years from brain cancer that i just beat on 11/29/2024 and someone said i looked like a lesbian hobbit, and my fiance of 6 years was cheating with a girl half my age as i went thru almost dying, no hair on my head, my self esteem at a 0. Im have no words now, I am angry, my faith in humanity is at an all time low for the treatment i got for being a full price paying customer. I looked up state law, and there arent an that say you cant pay for a room for over 28 days, without checking out for 24 hours, hence paying another deposit and Lyft transportation, then re checking in here, paying another deposit and Lyft to come back here. So they had me removed and Arrested for Trespassing out of my room, still accepted my day 29 payment, not refunded yet. I NEED A LAWYER

They advertised a pool that was not and has not been open in quite some time. The hallway to the room was dirty and smelled badly. There was garbage all over the ground in the parking lot and over flowing from the garbage bin. There was no remote for the tv. The shower was peeling and broken in multiple areas. And then to top the whole thing off they double charged my card. I will say that the staff was very friendly and helpful and was the highlight of the stay they have no control over the dilapidated state of the hotel.

Was great was going there for awhile. I believe they kept my deposit and i never knew that if u check in late online that u must have $80 cash 30 for dogs none refundable and 50 refundable. The hall way smells like piss. Had to go up 3 sets of stairs elevator was broke should of taking pictures but i was very tired. Check out then came back later to get my $50 deposit and check in since i paid online. The lady would not give me my deposit saying my 2 8yrs small dogs peed and tore up blanket. And refused to check me in saying i have to get ahold of the company i booked it on for my refund. I still have not got my $50 and my $92 back. The room did not even have a battery in the fire alarm. I killed a huge creepy spider while i was using the toilet that felt like the lid was gonna fall off. The owners were nice before all this. Just that rude lady who refused to give me my refund and give me a full refund for booking and paying online they dont even answer their phones. In the parking lot you got broken busted vehicles and people doing drugs infront of you. Not a friendly family place. The view is terrible. Worst place ever they will steal and take your hard earn money from you and lie to your face.

That property has seen its best years behind, decades behind. Only thing that it would make it come alive it would be to bulldozer the building to the ground and build it back up from its foundation. This is not the Marriott but for the cheapest hotel I could find, I was pleasantly surprised and would totally stay here again. The pool is closed and there's no breakfast. But the rooms and sheets were very clean for being an older place. Shower was nice and hot. Came with fridge/microwave and TV was nicer than expected. The room served its purpose. I didn't witness any sketchy activity around the premises and had a very good stay. For the price range, I'd give it a 5. Because believe me, there are way worse places charging the same amount.

Lamps had stuff caked on, had a pool but wasn’t up and running, pigeon crap every where, ac nob missing and cracked, hair dryer being held in place with duck tape, carpet stamina and rippling, cigarette burned sheet one one queen bed, burn mark on microwave, smoke detector had tape on it and finally couldn’t find any stairs to take instead of an elevator.

Around the hotel broken down vehicles, the big garbage cans overly full to where the trash is falling out. The room don't you dare walk barefoot on it. Haven't got into the shower yet and I find hairs in and on it. Had to run to loves for cleaning spray before I used the restroom. The blankets on the bed had holes the bed not comfortable couldn't sleep. No remote to the TV. Went through 4 remotes before getting the right one. Smelled weed as I walked in the lobby. There were no convenient outlets for my devices. The carpets were stained with bleach stains. They advertised a breakfast and pool, but had neither available. The keys needed to be redone every day. The neighborhood was ghetto, with someone sleeping in the lobby. The lady at the desk was friendly and she tried her best to help, just couldn't do much.

Cannot judge a book by its cover this is an older hotel and it shows some wear and tear especially in hall way but room was clean and comfortable everything worked as it should and it was suprisingly quiet.

Definitely an older property, showing its age. Our room lacked the security lock. The shower water temp sucked. 1st night, it was scalding hot for 30 seconds, then went cold, then ice cold. Yet the bathroom sink had warm water (which the wife had to bring me in a used drink bottle so I could finish rinsing off without freezing anything... sensitive off. The alarm clock kept time as well as Biden kept his faculties. For our 2 nights, clock was ultimately off by 2+ hours (set correctly upon arriving). TV quality varied by channel from okay to horrible. The marque sign says breakfast served, but it wasn't. Nothing, nada, not even a piece of fruit. It was a good price, so we thought we'd try it. Sometimes, you get what you pay for. We will NOT return.

Stayed here for two nights. My first impression did not start off good when I came to check in the lady at the front desk seemed to have a bit of attitude and that same night the fire alarm was set off waking everyone up at 3AM and continued for over an hour. Nothing was said no apologies for the inconvenience NOTHING. My next day wasn’t bad but when it came to check out I had asked if it was possible for a later check out at 5 in the morning then was told that I had to wait till 8 in the morning to ask somebody else which I then waited and spoke to the front desk guy and he told me it’d be extra money per hour. Now this place is not top of the line in one bit but you would think atleast an hour right? 30 minutes max. If you don’t mind bad service this is place is for you👌

Yeah when I checked in the staff acted like I was a broke person and she was quite rude and continuously went into the back room to talk on the phone to her employer about what she was going to charge or whatever

Our stay was short, and definitely sweet which a big thank you goes out to the staff. Especially Connie at the front night desk. We didn’t see many day time staff because we were gone all day but the room was tidied up while we were gone which was helpful as well as the 24/7 coffee in the lobby. God Bless. Thanks again

The bed was very comfortable, which is great because I just needed a place to lay my head for the night. The property is very run down. There was a hole in the bathroom door that was taped over, the toilet lid was broken and taped over, the sink faucet was loose and not attached to the sink. The one time I needed to iron something and there was not an ironing board. There was also something on the floor/carpet that was spilled and not cleaned up. The chain on the door was barely hanging by a single screw. The room in general was clean, bathroom and tub were clean, floors vacuumed, bedding clean. Staff was very nice and efficient. The property in general could use some TLC.

This property needs updated. We stayed in a 2 queen bed and a pull out couch. None of the lamps worked because they were all unplugged and the outlets looked sketchy. There was only one set in the whole room that worked. The shower was straight hot. Turning the handle made no difference at all. If they updated just a few things in this room it would be great.
