The mattresses need to be replaced. First night was ok, second night not so much

We have been loyal Hotels.com customers for years, and Hotels.com even submitted a refund request on our behalf. Unfortunately, we never received a response from the property, nor any follow-up regarding our concerns. The lack of accountability, communication, and customer service was extremely frustrating.

Would never stay any quality inn

This was a horrible hotel, there are doors connecting the rooms and you can hear EVERYTHING through the door. I could hear the whole conversation from next door like they were in my room, I heard their alarm clock as if it was in my room. Would not recommend this hotel at all, there is $150 deposit not you aren't told about until you are there.

It had a hot tub which was nice. However, extremely limited breakfast options.

Not really the best experience. Room wasn’t really clean we found a use paper plate on top of the closet. Everything in the room looks old and bad smell. The bending machines don’t work take your money and don’t give you the staff that you buy. The front desk lady was helpful but not really friendly. I don’t think that I would stay here again. Advertised as family hotel but I feel is more like for people who live there.

Room I got had a spa tub and it was amazing. Comfortable bed, quiet floor. Free breakfast. Will stay here again.

Protein options. Booked room for 3 but only had bedding and towels for two. Had to go get third towns and bedding for hide a bed. Staff was helpful and polite. Will stay again.

The pictures actually make the place look worse than it is. For the price I was EXTREMELY satisfied. My son and I took a day vacation. We swam, relaxed in the hot tub, hung out in our bathing suits in the in room jetted tub. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The sheets smelled fresh and clean and everything was better than expected.

The room was very spacious & quiet & the location was great! The beds were not very comfortable.

The breakfast menu is fresh. The staff was very polite. The building needed a little bit of attention. The gardens needed waiting. There was a caution tape around the front of the building looked kind of sketchy and old like it needs to be taken down in the swimming pool, there was a little bit of algae growing on the windows which I reported to the front desk. It just didn’t look good, but the swimming pool was nice. The hot tub was hot.

enjoyed my stay for the mariners game.

There were ants in the room. We switched room. More ants. The shower made a screeching noise so loud I thought the fire alarm went off. Half of the tv channels didn’t work during the NBA playoffs. WiFi is not secure.

It does feel like a retirement home that has been turn into a hotel. But clean, friendly staff will stay again if in the area.

Room was very clean, front desk was helpful. They might seem a little strict when it comes to rules for visitors of guests ( I didn’t have any, just basing it off what front desk told me if I had any. Checking the ID and license plate any adult etc) but I think that’s definitely how they keep it clean and safe in this day and age where so many hotels have become over run with drugs, and unsavory individuals. I was in town for a concert in Tacoma. If I’m ever back in the area I would absolutely stay again.

The jacuzzi room was covered in ants. I couldn’t even use the bath. The remote for the tv didn’t work. And the sink was clogged.

A nice quiet, well run and organized hotel for a stopover in Seattle. The breakfast was ordinary, not enough options, rudimentary.

The worst sleep I have ever had. These beds were old and when I barely moved you can just hear the springs popping everywhere. There was trash left in the dressers. Shower rod was broken. Old showers head that had black all over it. Remote was left under the bed not that big of a deal but not professional at all. NEVER going here again I definitely do not recommend wasting your money here. Thank you

They ripped me off and wouldn’t refund my money cause I didn’t have. A 150 dollars for there deposit and they wanted to hold it for 7 to 10 days

The the hot tub room I rent was not up to par, the tub was actually a whirl pool tub and the jets were not that strong and wouldn't stay on for that long and the TV was small for the room and the bed was not that comfortable.

I stayed at this location and didn't like it, but this time it was good. Comfortable bed, clean room and one of a kind amazing shower. Tv channels and sink can improve. Over all great place to stay.

Friendly staff, clean facility, breakfast Breakfast wasn't ready early enough for me on the weekend. My room was not in the best repair. Window didn't lock, air conditioner cover was not on correctly, I put it on Correctly. Shower curtains had been moved but not repaired properly. Most important the mattress was wore out and very uncomfortable. Too much deferred maintenance.

The only thing that disappointed me was the breakfast I was told it was continental and it was actually very minimal choices and that was not what I was told. When I ask at the front desk they said continental breakfast is only on weekends. I think they should display that or advise the customer in some way. Other than the breakfast everything was great.

The jettub was awesome

Old hotel but very clean. Staff was very attentive even we came late night and still have time to swim. We love the water pressure in the shower.

The bed was uncomfortable and the lady at the desk was so worried about a man outside that she kept getting distracted while checking me in so it took longer than it should have and she didn't seem to know what she was doing on the computer

The staff were great, the room was large. The mattress was obviously older, but still comfy. An older building. Things have been remodeled. It is not a high-end hotel but was perfect for what I needed and for the price. Breakfast had few options, but was perfect for me. This hospital is close to St Francis hospital and it made things easy for me.

The staff was all smiles and friendly. The HOT TuB was an ice bath- colder than the pool.

Room was dirty with pink mold in the shower, the sink and shower clogged up and were slow to drain, beds were like bricks, the TV didn't work and was at least 20 years old. and the building has no insulation against noise. The front desk staff were nice. This is not worth the price that I paid for the stay.

Check in was fine however the toilet was very noisy and ran for the whole time! Called the front desk and she came and tried to fix it but to no avail.

I liked that the room had a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. The light in the fridge didn’t work. The microwave didn’t work. The room was very dated. From the moment I entered my room, every room around mine was loud. It felt and sounded like WWE was having a show above us, beside us and the Jerry Springer show was across the hall. We woke up around 3 am to gunshots in the parking lot… Needless to say, we didn’t sleep and won’t be returning.

The room was pretty sad, everything was so outdated for the price that was charged. Especially the area we were in. Pretty sketchy characters in the evening. The guy at the desk was not very helpful or knowledgable. The only good thing was the breakfast, it was good, & clean.

And SO, despite its prime location for work and traveling amenities when I do stay in federl way 8 or so times a year, I will likely start looking for another location that serves breakfast more suitable to my dietary needs and preference as it is literallythe most importantpart of my day as a construction and maintenance contractor.

I liked the jacuzzi tub. And it was quiet Staff was rude and refused to refund me after asking if id be staying an additional night. I paid then they said I couldn't but my payment was to be non refundable. They said I could stay more than 5even though the quality inn site says 7. All they has to doo was let the 3rd party booking company know that they couldn't let me stay so they would refund my stay. But they don't respond to mine or the third party sites emailed. Very unprofessional and inconveniencing. I should be compensated

The breakfast was ok. Mostly just continental style with no fresh options. The location was noisy, with lots of street noise and activity all night. Noise from the street.

I feel the breakfast options where good, just spendy for a hotel. Then thought it was a free continental breakfast not a continental fee.

The room and bedding were clean, the furniture clean and dusted, the floor too. The shower was wonderful - great force. Check in staff were friendly.

The room was very spacious. The staff was VERY nice and hospitable. I believe we dealt with a McKenzie at the front desk and she was so nice and helpful she definitely went above and beyond to make our stay a great one!

Clean and cuayet

The room is old. It’s smells old and it feels grubby. The fridge/freezer is visibly dirty on the outside and top and looks like it hasn’t been wiped over in a while. The shower curtain doesn’t fit so water goes everywhere in the bathroom and it’s very slippery. The pillows are so soft and uncomfortable, The hot tub is out of order which is a shame. The pool area was nice but the water is very cold. Lots of parking. Area feels safe and close to many things. Not the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had but I don’t think we’ll be staying here again.

Note re room: the bathroom sink is very slow. Would be nice to have an extra blanket in the closet. :-)

Didn't stay there because of booking problems. Put in for September 20 checking out on the 21st. Reservation was made for the same date I was making the reservation on the 8th checking out on the 9th some reason. Called your agent said it could've been a glitch. Now waiting for the credit card to get processed so I can file dispute of the charge. I also talked to your agent on the 8th day of the booking he said he would cancel the reservation but would cost $50.00 but credit card was charged $105.80. not happy with Expedia and probably will never do business again if we don't get this adjusted. The staff were nice and they kept the hotel clean, but the pool was ice cold and the workout room was a joke. There was only one ice machine that worked, and that was on the first floor. The TV was a small screen.

There was no heat in the room. Staff said there was a work order that never happened..plus management was rude. Told us we had to check out because we stayed over 30 days. But they told us to check out for 1 day and come back..we did just that and they still would not extend our stay.

Breakfast was good with ample choices and kept up and clean. The employees were very friendly also

This is always my go to hotel anytime I am in the area. The place is lovely but above all else the staff are incredible! They are so kind and accommodating and can always help. If you need a place to stay in Federal Way, go with quality inn!

It's clear they have high standards for housekeeping. ​The breakfast was decent, but nothing special. It covered the basics you'd expect, but I'd call it average. It gets the job done, but don't expect a gourmet experience. ​The one area that could really use some attention is the furniture. The furnishings in my room felt a bit dated and showed some wear and tear. An upgrade to more modern and fresh furniture would significantly elevate the overall experience and match the high quality of the service and cleanliness. ​In short, I'd recommend this hotel for its fantastic staff and clean environment. Just be prepared for a simple breakfast and slightly older room decor.

Actually it was great. Unfortunately, the pool was in renovation otherwise it would be perfect.

The morning staff, MacKenzie, is the reason I am writing this review. She was more than kind, welcoming, cheerful, and helpful, I needed toothbrushing supplies, she proved complimentary brush & paste. I had blood, she did all but doctor me up, showing genuine concern and getting me band-aids, etc. The place looked great, clean, up to date, the bed was dreamy. You can't miss if you stay here. The breakfast was OK (Kenai, AK's Chef Mike can teach a thing or 2) with cereal, B&G, and apple juice and coffee. The cherry?? Of course, the hot tub, which I did not get to try but I understand is undergoing a major renovation so it will be ready for me when I return. Hope to see you there!!

Good for the price!

We picked this place because it had a pool for our kids to swim in and it had a hot tub but it was out of service. It seemed like every time we stayed here it was out of service.

The hot tub has been out of order for the years. We were there for USMS national championships and needed a hot tub each day after competition that is why we picked this hotel. The staff said it's posted on their web site. I'm not sure if that's true but it wasn't on expedia.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms weren’t 5 star. There was a stain on carpet and smelt funny. But overall not too bad

Website was misleading. Directions to the entrance of the property were confusing. There was plenty of parking on a quiet night, but on a busy night I don’t think there would be enough parking. Check in was a breeze. Staff was nice. They had a couple of energy drink fridges in the lobby. They had a couple drink vending machines and 2 snack vending machines. One of the snack machines took a CC, but it did not work. The elevator was very old and slow. When we first walked into our room it smelled nice. The old springy bed wasn’t very comfortable. The pillows were nice though. There is an inch gap under the door. We blocked it with a towel at night. The window was left opened which concerned me. We found a bed bug crawling on the wall the next morning. The rooms and the building were very outdated. Lots of rust, old fixtures and stains. The hot tub was not working. The pool was very murky, cold and had clumps of hair in it. The concrete was crumbling. The closest bathroom was in the hall and we had to walk dripping wet to the front desk to ask for a key because the bathroom was locked. We got breakfast at 7am. There wasn’t much there. Biscuits were cold and not good. The gravy was warm, but burnt from not being stirred. The waffles were good but the mix was either running out or the nozzle was broken. Coffee was almost out. There was a big crowd that came in after us and they didn’t get much. Check out was a breeze. 3/10 I will not be staying there again.

I have always stayed atop

The staff was top notch, the rest of the hotel was subpar. The pool was down and we weren’t notified, the breakfast was not as shown in pictures. Not sure I would stay here again with so many other options around.

Lovely staff and easy check in!

Untrustworthy elevator, advertises hot tub and hasn’t worked in 3 years. No phones in the rooms work. Only one luggage cart for the entire facility. Breakfast items ran out before it was over. Coffee maker in room but no coffee. Toilet seat extremely loose. The price of a room, larger tv should be available with how inexpensive they are nowadays.

The receptionist was so friendly and it was an easy check in and check out will definitely stay again!!!

Expedia web search said dogs allowed at this Inn but we were turned away. The staff closed the reservation they said and they were polite

Affordable price, but breakfast was limited; no dishes etc. in room kitchen; staff was not friendly or helpful (for example, I asked for bedding for the sleep sofa and I was given a single flat sheet).

Older but well maintained hotel. Convenient location. The bed was excellent.

Pool was closed which was the whole reason I picked this room and the manager didn’t care at all did nothing to try to make our stay better told me I could just still pay and go else where!

We found this place while looking for a hotel to stay, for a quick weekend visit with family members. Great location, loved the room, and greatly enjoyed our stay.

The room door has a 1inch thick opening on the bottom. The bed was the worst of all, it’s a very very old spring bed. We could not sleep through the night. We kept waking up in pain and we couldn’t even stay the second night. We left at 2am. The rooms also have no sound proofing so we can hear the people in the hall, people outside, all the cars, everything. One of the worst stays we have ever had.

The mattress hits the spring when you lie on it. Woke up with back pain in the morning. The bathroom tub water does not drain and backup covering the feet. So is the sink. Wash your face and wait until the water drains. All three days i had to wait for coffee and food in the breakfast room.

The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was super rude, and the racial bias of the guests was clearly evident. All the employees seemed unhappy; you could tell they were super frustrated with being there and doing their jobs. The hot tub wasn't working, but it didn't say that anywhere. I booked that spot to spend some time relaxing in the hot tub. You couldn't stay in the pool because the room had no ventilation, and you'd end up nauseous and dizzy from the chlorine. They don't allow snacks or drinks in the pool, and the attendant yelled at us from the entrance saying they weren't allowed when we clearly weren't eating (we hadn't seen the sign saying it wasn't allowed, and we didn't want to go back to the room to leave them). Overall, the worst stay I've ever had.

I went to hotel school I can see inmediato all the detail. i will never cameback.

The place was dirty. The pool was grimey and not fully functional. I would never have booked the room if i had known this in advance.

Thursday night we checked in late around 9pm after an 11hr drive. The carpet floor felt disgusting. The beds are not comfortable. The next morning noticed the room was disgustingly dirty. The sink had noticeable gunk around the rink, the floor had crumbs all over. I have a 11-month toddler who crawls all over. Her feet and legs got dirty black just from crawling around. We requested a room change. Got switched to a new room which was much cleaner and smelled fresh. In the evening before bed, a cockroach was felt on my husband’s leg. Found it crawling under the bed. captured it on video. The outside tile of the tub was sinking in. Stepping out the shower you could feel the soft spot and the unevenness. The customer service from 2/3 of the front office staff were unpleasant, lacked customer service skills/ simple communication. Unpleasant stay overall. Will avoid this hotel chain in the future.

when I showed up and laid on the bed after a while I realized the sheets were sprinkled with blood I called the front desk to clean it and the front desk supervisor came and changed them arguing that it was s third party rental and they have nothing to do with it I was very upset and discussed about it that I will never stay at this this hotel...

They didn't return the deposit

Coffee maker was lacking the tray to make coffee, there was only one packet of regular coffee.

Needless to say, I won't be staying here in the future.

Photos online do not match property. Hot tub is broke (other reviews say for a while now) plaster in hot tub and pool is well overdue for a re-plaster. Water is cold/greenish. Room was clean though breakfast was bleak.

Pool in terrible condition and nothing in the fitness area worked or turned on.

The breakfast was the same thing everymorning, scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. There is also biscuits and gravy but the gravy looks like its been sitting in the pot over night and just reheated. Only apple juice not oj so if you like your cup of orange juice with breakfast youll have to go to taco bell next door and get one. The rooms were spacious and that was a plus for us. Beds were comfortable and the room was pretty clean besides the bathroom.

Make sure to find a different place to park! Had my cars back window busted in and robbed. The hotel was fine, but definitely not a good place to be

Everything was great

Hidden gem in Federal Way! When I pulled in the parking lot, I thought it was closed because there were no cars, but I was wrong. This place is clean, inviting, quiet, great shower that gets super hot, and they serve breakfast every morning at 6. Kim was very nice and personable at FD. I will definitely be coming back

I reserved a room with a kitchen but there is no kitcen wares. no dishwasher soab or any kind of aoab. room is very old and rust all over

The front desk staff was nice, but thats all they have going for them. We will find other accomodations next time. The deposit really needs to be disclosed of better, also, because that was a total surprise to us when we arrived. This review will not allow me to add photos but i do have them. The vending machine stole money and didnt give the product. The hot tub doesnt work, and a couple if the kids got scrapes on the bottom of their feet from the pool, its rough and jagged.

They need to tell you that the hotel is going to spring an extra 150 dollars on you for the deposit on the site when you pay for your room so you dont get ambushed.

Several cars including mine got broken into. Property theft. Zero help from the staff. They didnt even notify anyone that several cars were smashed into the next day and RIGHT infront of the main door on camera. What was the night shift doing? Day 2 my thumb got sliced open on the handicap bar in the shower and needed stitches. There was no first aid kit and every single sanitizer station in the building was empty. Day 3 the fire alarm went off at 1:17AM and we all froze outside for an hour. I chose this place because i was going through medical detox and it said it was safe quiet, secluded, and rated highly. There's about 45 chinese kids staying there long term for a work exchange program and they ran up and down the halls ALL day and ALL night. I overheard the front desk lady tell another customer she couldn't move her and told her to go knock on the door a few times and ask them to be quiet. Holy hell!

We really enjoyed our stay at quality inn 😊
