Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. While some guests appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff, others were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and noise disturbances.

Todo estuvo excelente. Gracias
- 4/5
The room was clean. Staff helpful.
- 4/5
Cons: Pool only open till 9pm (too early for a weekend). Dog poop station out of bags. Hallway smelt like pot. Overall okay place to stay.
- 5/5
Rooms very clean. Breakfast was amazing waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns. Breakfast cereal, coffee juices and milk. I definitely recommend.
- 3/5
It was pretty loud and we woke up a lot during the night with people in the hallways and doors slamming
- 2/5
Website says there were suites at hotel.............well they don't have any suites!!!
- 1/5
Advertised that the pool and hot tub were open. But when we checked in the front desk employee (Who had terrible people skills) told us the pool and hot tub were closed and there was a sign on the pool door saying the pool was closed for the season and will open in May.Well , it is the middle of june and it's still closed. And in between the hours of eleven p.m. and midnight , a group of men were running up and down the hall , goofing off and carrying on , and nobody said anything until I asked them to please be quiet. We will never stay here again!

This is a clean enough hotel, an average stay, breakfast was ok. Tv in room didn’t work, but beds were comfortable, towels in bathroom were there but very thin. I would stay there again, but don’t expect anything more than an average stay.

Everything Wa Great!!
- 5/5
The staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Highly recommend.
- 2/5
The gentlemen that checked us in was helpful however was disappointed when we were given zero information about when breakfast is or where it’s at, when check out is or any other amenities. I also work at a motel so I know how important this is for some guests. The room was clean but housekeeping woke us up early persistently knocking saying his tablet said we’d already checked out and it was 9:30 maybe. That was frustrating as we were so tired from traveling the night prior.
- 3/5
I was with a ball team and did not get the discount. The cost was more than I thought and I didn’t even get the discount. The staff were amazing. I didn’t get a bill at the end. The pool was shut down which was why we picked that hotel. Not happy about that as we all wanted to swim.
- 3/5
Otherwise wonderful breakfast with eggs and a nice park with splash pad right across the street for kids.
- 4/5
Very clean hotel and room. It was advertised that it has a bar. It does, but there is nothing in the bar, it is closed off.
- 4/5
👍
- 5/5
The staff was overly friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was clean and updated and had all the amenities TV was easy to work. Enjoyed the couch area in the room. The hot tub pool were out of order, but I will stay here again as that was just temporary.
- 4/5
The hotel offers clean rooms, helpful staff, and a quality breakfast, making for a convenient stay. However, availability of luggage carts should be increased to help guests transport their belongings from the parking garage to their rooms.
- 5/5
Well-appointed rooms and property. Very clean. Great breakfast!! Highly recommended.
- 3/5
It was good. Room size, location, and view of the mountain was great. Old carpet in room, didn't seem to be the cleanest. Stairclimber in gym didn't work and there were no towels or cleaner for equipment. No coffee or tea in common area. Orherwise it was fine.
- 5/5
Hot food selections for breakfast
- 3/5
Stayed there 4 different times and every time the TV had a problem. This time they couldn't getting it working so they moved us and the new room as not as good and a smaller TV, but it worked

Great staff, I had forgot to ask for the front desk agents name that assisted with getting me checked in. But she was great, and very helpful I appreciate all her help and working with me. The other staff were great, they were very welcoming. It was quiet and such a great location with everything around the hotel. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great place to stay.

Overall, the hotel was good and clean. The breakfast was very convenient, healthy, and included in the room price, which was a nice bonus. I enjoyed my stay overall and would recommend this hotel.

Safety Security Cleanliness/Sanitation Fair Pricing Not too much to ask. Oh but how you failed me during my recent stay at LaQuinta by Wyndham in Federal Way, Washington. In fact, the better question is how many ways did you fail me… Date of Stay: Two nights, May 15 and 16. Price paid: Booked on Hotels.com Now this is where it gets interesting. Safety and Security: Again, single woman, grandmother actually, traveling alone. Got a great room on the first floor. Everything appeared perfect until I tried to toss the deadbolt to lock the door. It did not work! It was late, so I placed the ironing board against the door in hope that the noise a falling ironing board would make would wake me up. Next day, Saturday, I notified the front desk who promptly sent a serviceman to assess the situation. Guess what? His conclusion was the same as mine. The deadbolt was broken or jammed, but it was not going to lock the door for me/us. Responding he’d call for a locksmith(?) someone more qualified. I agreed and I left for a very long day, visiting a terminally ill friend. I get in around 10pm on Saturday evening and nope. The lock was still broken and surprisingly no one offer to move me to a more secure room. Guess the ironing board will get another workout. But wait there’s more. Cleanliness and sanitation. My room had not been made up. The wet towels were still on the floor, stinking. The garbage had no

Great location in Federal Way, WA. Super clean and efficient. Will stay again. PLUS after staying in a room where we did not get what we paid in advance for, these people made sure we had the room that met my elderly fathers needs. Will definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Room and facilities were nice. No housekeeping provided unless you request it at least 24 hours in advance. This was not explained to us at check in.

Helpful lady that checked me in. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was good. Pillows were small and not very supportive. Hotel located within walking distance of many restaurants, Trader Joes, Kohl’s and Home Goods. Would recommend.

Good
- 4/5
The room was incredibly beautiful, spacious and every creature comfort provided. Staff was very friendly. I would have given a 5 star but breakfast was filled with all processed foods.
- 3/5
The parking leaves a lot to be desired, I couldn’t find parking at first in the main parking lot, so was directed to the back parking lot and told to use the back door to get in, my room key lit up the keypad to green but the door wouldn’t open, it was a dark parking lot and very unnerving as I was alone and felt unsafe.
- 4/5
It was a pretty nice property. The bed was not the most comfortable. A better quality/more comfortable bed would have bumped my score to a 9 or 10.
- 4/5
Breakfast was a little skimpy
- 5/5
Very conveniently located, there’s food and shopping all around transit as well… It’s close to the freeway and the airport so it’s a perfect location to stay if you want to go to different cities, i.e. Tacoma, Seattle, Puyallup Federal Way, Olympia, etc.
- 4/5
Room was very clean but the sink and tub were a little slow draining. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Sausage eggs potatoes waffle maker cereal yogurt fruit juice milk. It is close to restaurants a mall and a transit station that can take you to downtown Seattle
- 4.5/5
Clean spacious good breakfast
- 5/5
Very clean room and building
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 3/5
Your typical eggs, sausage and potatoes. Cereal- hot and cold, Yogart, hard boiled eggs and some muffins. A lot of construction going on and around the premise. They were replacing air-conditioning units which the old ones were placed in the hallways. Had to walk around them. Our room was quite dirty- hair on the bathroom floor and tub, pulled out the hideaway bed and somebody’s used beach towel was stuffed in the back and the sheets had crumbs on them. I did not walk on the carpet barefooted.

- 4/5
Great breakfast options included, excellent staff, nice room, the only thing that annoyed me was that they were replacing all of the A/C units and they were all over the hall way during the day, just had to be careful not to trip, to avoid falling on the units, they did moved them at night, which made me feel better. I’m all for remodeling/replacing, they just need to do it when people are not there.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Staff was ok but I had to leave my room for a couple of hours so that was pretty inconvenient so that they can put in a new air conditioning

Staff was very kind and helpful! Our room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

It’s a great place to spend the night and take the light rail into Seattle for the day.
- 5/5
The staff were polite and helped me with a change in my reservation. The breakfast was wonderful. I need to take a dip in the hot tub next time :). Enjoyed the stay! Nice location with decent restaurants across the street.
- 4/5
Remote control was missing the back and obvious the phone was broken something rattling in it… other than that everything was pretty good! Breakfast was good and hot, didn’t use hot tub
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
I was disappointed to find out the hottub mentioned in the property description was actually outside and closed for the season. I did love the big windows though!!!

Breakfast was okay. Scrambled Eggs seemed from a bag or something. Did not use hot tub or pool. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Manager and staff were awesome.. breakfast wasn’t all that but it works
- 2/5
I checked in online was supposed to just pick up key card. They made me redo all the registration even though they already had it the manager said it’s just the way it is. Also charged my card $100 more for essentials won’t be going back to this Laquinta
- 4/5

Luxury Stay
- 5/5
The room was absolutely spotless. Up to date and stylish. Which was very much appreciated. The agent that checked me in was very professional and mindful. Will book again in the future.
- 5/5
I will definitely get a room there again.
- 5/5
My room was spotless, inviting & very comfortable
- 4/5
The hotel itself is nice. Very convenient as its location in a huge shopping center with food and stores. However, there’s absolutely no privacy in the bathrooms. The sliding doors they have installed don’t close fully so everyone in the room can hear you doing your business. For that fact, I would never book this hotel again.
- 5/5
Very good clean. But pool was out for winter would have been nice to know before I booked it.

Person at check in over charged my card for security deposit 3 times, another lady assuming was a manager said she was reversing 2 of the charges so funds would be returned immediately. Didnt get it back till 4 days later.
- 5/5
Staff very nice
- 3/5
Bed and pillows were horrible. Breakfast potatoes were hard and scrambled eggs were fried. Been here a few times and don't see bacon served only sausage.
- 3/5
The room was great. I booked a 2 bed suite but they did not give me a suite. Said they were sold out of suites. I paid kore to have the suite so i feel i should be compensated.

Very clean room, very friendly staff, we were very impressed!!!!
- 3/5
This was our first night planned for staying ended up getting a room the next night too. But first night it was somewhat loud as there were people out in the hallway and outside our windows yelling. Our room for the most part was clean besides the spider that was squished and left in the wall and our bedsheets hadn’t looked like they were changed but my boyfriend thought I was paranoid lol. I was thankful I brought my own blankets and pillows and that I was so exhausted
- 4/5
We had to reserve a room for another night due to dad being in the hospital. The second night we stayed the room was clean and quiet. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating and let us check in early.
- 3/5
Black mold in the bathroom around the sink and the shower was a lot of pink mold. Bed and couch not comfortable. People coming in for the breakfast buffet off the street, harassing people staying here. Very loud people staying all around us. Fine for maybe a night but otherwise I'd skip it.
- 2/5
Staff seemed kind. Room was mediocre for one night. THE AREA IS NOT SAFE ESPECIALLY FOR SOLO TRAVEL!! My boyfriend and I were asleep (around midnight) and heard what we believed to be young kids playing around in the hallway. Upon inspection it was noted to be a man who was there for a one night stand who was causing a VERY LOUD scene in the hallway. When said high man was in the hallway being extremely loud a lady across the hall from us opened her door to ask them (believed to be children) to be quiet and said high man pushed his way through her door beginning a horrific fight with her husband. The fight made its way to the hallway and a large police presence eventually showed up. The sliding doors to get into the hotel are locked after 9pm, which is theoretically a good idea bu

The lady at front desk was very nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. Thank you.
- 5/5
Front desk friendly Did NOT like the dogs in the breakfast area. Some of the people eating were definitely not staying at the hotel Asked room to be refreshed..service was A++
- 5/5
Perfect.
- 3/5
Would help to have some guide in operation of televisions and for comcast to give better warning when they going mess with the cable in the place. I missed out on the Seahawks 49rs playoff game cause couldn’t be received in my room And the eggs and hashbrisns at breakfast are way too dry to be edible, cook needs to do better.
- 2/5
The room itself had furniture door & dresser with broken or chipped areas. It was mentioned that there was someone in front desk 24hrs. Not correct. I was there in the mornings no one was there. Their fire alarm went off due to something happening in the kitchen. They never announced it to the residents there. Ppl including myself got scared. It was nothing to be alarmed about. The food selection was very limited. I was there for 8 days. Half of the time I didn’t want to eat what they had same thing everyday.

Clean hotel, room and the staff was super sweet! The only complaint is that the bathroom toilet was stained (pink)? not quite sure what it was but it was my only complaint that made the room a little ick.
- 2/5
Lobby / Check-in area is beautiful. The carpet in our room was dirty, stains on the couch and chair. The entire room has a musty smell to it. Stayed one night and then switched back to the hotel we normally stay at.
- 5/5
Staff was absolutely lovely - everyone I crossed paths with was friendly and accommodating. From front desk, to maintenance, culinary staff, security, housekeeping - everyone was so gracious. Excellent experience!
- 5/5
Property was well maintained, close to lots of shopping and dining.
- 5/5
They got us in early. We had a long drive up so because traffic was pretty bad because of the holiday
- 5/5
It was pretty good! Thank you so much. Appreciate you!

Very clean facility very clean room nice and knowledgeable staff I will stay here again ...
- 4/5
Staff were amazingly with our large soccer team family group.
- 1/5
We got there at 4:15pm and they checked us in what had to be the worst room. The room was smaller and notched in because the checkin area took some of the room. The tv wasn’t in front of the bed very far from us to see. It was a very noisy room being next to the lobby. People would talk in the lobby and wake us. In my opinion this room shouldn’t be a room or it should be very discounted. La quinta really stuck us with this room being we weren’t late. I just didn’t realize it was a bad room because we checked in and left. Hardly slept with all the noise people talking, walking and whistling.
- 5/5
Great rooms! Great staff! All around great experience.

The staff was super sweet

The room was clean. The staff was polite.
- 3/5
staff was nice. room was just ok. old. i was there for an event that required me to bring food to be kept cold - but the fridge in the room was disgusting and not turned on. i didn't have time to fuss with changing rooms - my food spoiled.
- 3/5
At checkin, bathroom toilet in room had not been flushed after the last use. Was not sure it had been properly cleaned, so I cleaned it myself. We had been driving all day and were tired and needed to use the restroom right away so I didn't wait and notify the front desk. Staff were very helpful at check in.

Friendly staff and clean hotel
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, the hotel was modern and clean in the rooms and in all public spaces. I loved the natural light throughout. Breakfast options were great!
- 2/5
In addition, they tend to get a lot of homeless folks visiting during breakfast hours to eat at their facility.
- 3/5
the original room I was supposed to stay in's door would not close all the way so i had to transfer rooms and the attendant was rude about it.
- 4/5
The stay over all was great. My only complaint and it’s superficial is the tv remote wasn’t the correct one and the drain in the sink in the bathroom was stuck closed but overall would stay here again.
- 5/5
Close to everything we needed in the area. Great location
- 3/5
Check in staff was unfriendly and the rest of the staff was barely helpful. The only thing this place has in its favor is the location. It was clean. Bring your pillow from home if you are able.

Didnt get to have breakfast since i checked out early
- 5/5
This hotel is in a super ideal location. There are plenty of food/shopping nearby, all of which were walkable. Hotel had super easy parking, access to major roads and public transportation. Staff were all incredibly friendly and willing to help out. Breakfast was delicious and easily exceeded expectations. There were so many options and the hot food was always fresh. Breakfast team was also super nice and on top of replenishing and keeping eating areas clean. The hotel itself was in great condition. There were some minor maintenance issues here and there but with a hotel that get high volumes of traffic, that is excepted. Front desk staff were always incredibly hospitable. Room was clean, housekeeping staff were great! We extended our stay an extra night and it was worth it!
- 5/5
Everything and everyone was nice
- 4/5
This place is way overdue for a remodel, so many things need to be upgraded. The rooms need new carpet. The colors are 1979 orange, everything works. It’s just very worn down.
- 1/5
Bathroom was moldy, towel rack was dusty and room was not fresh. I've stayed here many times, this was my worse experience.
- 5/5
Great location !

Breakfast was good. The breakfast area was a bit cramped on Sunday, but the other days it was fine. We enjoyed the breakfast and on the weekends it stays open until 10a.m. Major plus after walking around Seattle and Pikes Market all day. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again next trip up to Seattle.

I had an interesting check-in experience where a difficult guest kept the only person at the front desk from helping me check-in. There were at least 5 other staff members that watched me wait for quite some time. I found a $1.OO charge on my credit card from La Quinta during my stay that doesn't yet have an explanation.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect except front desk customer service
- 3/5
Parking great Check in front desk great. Check out front desk rude & not accommodating. Asked for her name & she lied - she said Jasmin when her tag clearly said Jessica. Threatening “girl” as in girl I’m going to do “Something to you tone”… Can email me for details
- 4/5
The Hotel was clean. The elevator was a bit rickety. The water from the shower was completely black and red and unusable. When we went to check out, we waited over 10 minutes for a Receptionist to show up, we brought up the water issue and she told us there was water mains work being done in the neighbourhood. We were not notified of this at all and really needed the clean water for a shower we didn’t get to have.
- 1/5
AC did not work, room was filthy with mold. The room had a bad odor. We checked out after the first day. Reached out to Expedia for a refund and you did nothing. The hotel said we would get a receipt and refund from Expedia and Expedia customer service gave us the run around. I am reporting this to our credit card company and the Attorney General’s office. We are still owed 3 days refund from Expedia! Shame on you!
- 5/5
Only wish is to have a much bigger TV in room
- 5/5
Everything was really clean in the room. We had a minor issue with the faucet, but they got someone in to fix it right away. The only complaint is that the common area, especially right in front of the elevator, wasn't terribly clean. Might want to just have a sweeper handy to sweep up that area periodically throughout the day. But room was nice, bed was comfortable, common areas were nice and breakfast was really good. Overall it was a very nice stay.
- 5/5
Goodservice
- 5/5
We were there for a family medical emergency and the staff was very kind and accommodating.
- 3/5
I booked this for my husband based off the reviews for a trip to see his friends. I'm glad it was just for one night. He stated the shower wasn't cleaned and he found a dead spider in there. The room wasn't ready until almost 5pm, amdmhe watched several cops driving into the parking lot. The staff was friendly but that's the only good thing.
- 5/5
Have stayed here several times and always have enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is excellent.
- 4/5
I woke uphaving to put in a grievance. The bed cover- not the sheets was stained with piss and other things i couldn’t and don’t want to guess. I’m still waiting on my refund and a comp for the next time i need a room cause i know it was not like this when my kids and i stayed before. we loved it!! Sooo hello Laquinta in federal way, where’s my refund?!
- 5/5
Super short. Arrived after mudnight. Gone at 730am. Room was clean and breakfast was great
- 2/5
People were hollering in the hallway late into the night. It was very disruptive to everyone trying to sleep. I checked in to get away from chaos but ended up paying for more at this hotel instead. The staff, especially at check out were extremely kind and apologetic though.
- 4/5
The AC/heater unit didn’t work in our room but we opened the window for a while so it was fine. We were too lazy to ask for a different room. The continental breakfast was great!! Convenient location with enough parking. Would stay here again
- 4/5
The bed was hard is my only complaint

Always a good choice of places to stay in Federal Way. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Always my first pick when traveling to that area

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was up to the standard of all the La Quinta's we have stayed and the hotel was great value for money and would stay there again

Room had bed bugs

Kaihila was so very helpful in getting in our room early so we could go and enjoy our day in Seattle. She let us know about the breakfast and about our stay. We really appreciate all her help and we would stay there again the next time we are in Seattle.

Very good and staff are helpful.

Clean and very convient
- 4/5
This was a nice place to stay for the weekend. The only thing I would have to say there was no hot water to shower the next morning but the overall experience was good.
- 4/5
I asked for my room to be cleaned after two nights. It wasn’t cleaned.
- 3/5
While the hotel itself is still clean and well-maintained, we ran into a few issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The TV remote in our room didn’t work properly, and we had to contact the front desk multiple times just to get it sorted, definitely not the kind of inconvenience you want during a relaxing getaway. Additionally, we were really looking forward to using the hot tub, only to find it was out of commission. There was no prior notice about this, which was a bit disappointing. We still appreciate the brand and hope this was just an off experience, but this particular stay didn’t quite live up to the standard we've come to expect.

The gal working the front desk in the evening was extremely nice and helpful. Every other hotel was booked up but they took care of us after a bunch of flight delays. She made us a to go breakfast so we could leave early. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for the night.
- 5/5
Everything first day was great. I would say the kitchen seemed unprepared for breakfast, but otherwise everything was good.
- 4/5
Clean and convenient location. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Very appreciative that the staff gave us a sack breakfast since we needed to leave early to catch a plane 😊
- 1/5
No hot water, room smelled and not clean
- 5/5
We always stay at this hotel when we’re in town because of ease of getting to it and it’s consistently well kept and has breakfast available.
- 2/5
Unlike previous experiences at this property, the front desk person was distracted, on the phone and trying to serve at the same time. She was not welcoming nor hospitable. That was my only negative. Try to request a room away from the ice machine!

The complimentary breakfast was nice. Lots of options.
- 4/5
Our smoke detector battery was going dead and chirping. Front desk staff didn’t know how to change it, so my husband had to do it. Breakfast was really good, but we stayed 4 nights and it was the exact same thing every morning. Beds are firm- if you like that. Overall, it’s a great place. We felt safe, the rooms are clean and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
The hotel is in a very convenient area, a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff was nice
- 4/5
Everything was good

Please hire a bartender & make better popcorn. Real eggs at breakfast...yippie. Would book with La Quinta again

Pleasantly surprised at the amazing quality and kindness from this place! Will absolutely stay again
- 5/5
Receptionist was veey professional and welcoming.
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 2/5
I prepaid for the room via hotels.com. At check in the staff argued with me regarding payment. Now I am double billed and could not not get anyone to answer the phone to take care of the situation. No option to leave a message just on hold forever.

Nice hotel! Modern, clean and organized! A lot of stores nearby! I loved it!
- 5/5
I liked the location and friendly staff. Quickly becoming my go to hotel.

Wish there was an airport shuttle service available.

Was cery clean quiet and centrally located. The breakfast was excellent
- 5/5
Great custoner service for check in, the room i had reserved, spot less, we like it so far.
- 3/5
This place was conveniently located and the room was nice. However, even though we were on the third/top floor, there was still quite a bit of road noise. There was also a lot of noise from inside as well. We could clearly hear what people were watching on TV in the room next to us and could understand every word of conversations spoken in the hallway. If you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend looking at other options. If not, this place is great.

Everyone was super nice and the park right

Los desayunos muy ricos.

I would stay here again.
- 5/5

1. Upon arrival, I noticed fruit flies in the room. After moving the couch, I discovered a significant amount of food wrappers, crumbs, and other debris that had been left behind, suggesting the area had not been thoroughly cleaned. 2. The shower doors did not close properly, which may have contributed to the visible mold in and around the shower. With more attentive cleaning, this issue might have been prevented. 3. During our stay, there was a heat advisory, and unfortunately the air conditioning was not functioning. The unit was unplugged when we arrived, and even after reconnecting it, the wall thermostat would not work. It took two visits to the front desk and two staff visits before it was finally resolved. Overall, my stay was average. While the issues were eventually addressed, the experience could have been improved with more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
- 5/5
Lots of amenities within walking distance. Nice clean hotel.
- 2/5
Found on Expedia. Booked because of good reviews, rate, location to what I needed. Photos were deceptive, hotel is not as pictured or advertised. Its old, dirty carpeting, smells of ammonia in hallway. Sketchy area. Not worth a $60 overnight stay, I paid $213 Hugely Disappointed, deceived, dissatisfied asked for a refund upon reaching front desk to find somewhere else to stay, but was denied. Best thing about the property was the front desk ppl. They were kind. Do not recommend.
- 5/5
love the place! It's worth it for the price!
- 3/5
Came here to stay for a visit with the kids while going to Wild Waves. We made sure to get the room with two full beds and a pull out bed so we could all fit. When we pulled the bed out it was absolutely disgusting. Front desk gave us extra blankets when I showed the pictures but we weren't about to put our kids on this. The jacuzzi/hot tub was out of order as well. Reached out to the manager by emails and phone calls and never got a response. Wouldnt stay here again.
- 3/5
Ok for a night.
- 5/5
Our stay was great. This was our first time and I was very happy with everything, overall. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The weather was perfect and their pool was awesome. Breakfast was the ordinary complimentary breakfast, but had something for everyone. Our room was nice and clean. The best part was the proximity to shopping and restaurants--Trader Joe's was only a 5 minute walk!! I will definitely be back.

No handicap access...full size beds..no queen beds....terrible breakfast..nothing hot...high price...no amenities...not even paper and pen in room. Not informed while making reservation that property was under construction. Poor internet service...no one answering phone at desk...

Good location and nice staff. Goid breakfast.

Front desk agents are nice

Very clean and what I would expect of a LQ Inn, breakfast was great and kept stocked all the way until they closed it at 9 (weekday). My only complaint was that I was charged multiple times for my room. Once by Expedia for $137 which I expected, but then when I checked in the front desk said she had to run my card again "because the Expedia charge is just a hold, they only run it if you don't show up." However on check out I noticed I had been charged $226 AND a separate charge for $100. They did reverse these two erroneous charges and I suspect it has something to do with the front desk woman being new (she said it was her 5th day). Also Expedia had me check in ahead of time with my address, request a late check out, enter car info etc. But then I had to do almost all of that again when I got there. I say almost because they had my address and name the way I wrote it on the online check in so I know Expedia sent them the information. When I called in the morning they did not have my late check out but thankfully were able to accomodate me. So over all things went quite well but the missteps at check in and with charges were inconvenient and a little stressful. Would stay here again.

Good breakfast, though no bacon. No ppl loitering nearby. Room is good sized and bathroom is clean.
- 5/5
Thanks for your kindness!
- 3/5
Sofa bed was horrible because it was like sleeping on springs. There was zero cushion.
- 5/5
Loved the amenities, cleanliness and friendliness. Breakfast was pretty great as well and the pool was warm with a relaxing ambience. Lots of places to chill around the hotel and recharge. Would come back
- 2/5
Fruit fly infestation. Disgusting. Room was dirty and had a fruit fly infestation. They swarmed us. Staff was not helpful. Told us they had no other rooms and they would tske care of it. They did not.
- 5/5
Great view of Mt.Rainier, convenient location, decent standard breakfast
- 1/5
I travel for work constantly and I’ve been on the road the last 3 years, and not until this hotel did I encounter bed bugs!!! I was up and out of the bed within an hour when I discovered them. It was 3:38 and I had no where to go as no one will check you in until the next afternoon by that time. I was up over 24 hours because of this! Yuck

Good stay

Great hotel.

Decent hotel with excellent staff, good breakfast. Had a dog friendly room that reeked of the previous pet. Didn’t clear up during stay. Hotel bar was closed entire time for “private event” which there were none being held. Good pool. Across street from nice park. No safe in room

Impressive service, great breakfast, beautiful room.

Decent value

I’ve stayed here in the past, and current management has really improved the hotel and it’s a much nicer place to stay.
- 4/5
Quiet
- 4/5
The only convenient I had was that I reserved a executive room with a king bed and they didn't have any when I arrived so I had to get a double queen bed stead.
- 5/5
Traveled into the Seattle area with my family and we couldnt be happier with the accommodations especially being last minute. The area has all you need for breakfast and dinner and lots of places like walmart in the area including a eally cool park across the street!
- 3/5
Stayed four days and had to ask each day for clean towels. 3people in a room go through a lot of towels. Room was never serviced and when I asked if the room could be tidied up a bit was told probably not. Not even our garbage was looked after over the four days. Disappointing.
- 5/5
Only stayed for one night but honestly no complaints. The bed was comfortable! My friend’s car died and we needed it jumped and one of the staff helped us out with that so thank you! Also the staff was very kind and smiley. I saw a few reviews about the area not being safe + bed bugs so I was a little nervous but I felt safe the whole time and there was no bugs. :) I will say one thing I wished the hotel room had was a full body mirror lol but great overall!
- 5/5
Nice to stay with family
- 3/5
1. There was nothing in the room that gave important information like the fact you have to make a reservation 24 hrs in advance to get the room cleaned. 2. The shower head was so high, I could not reach it to point it into the middle of the shower. I had to put my head against the wall to rinse out the soap. Really bad. 3. The breakfast area closed down 15 minutes early. It closes at 9am, but closed at 8:45. In addition, it would be better if it operated until 10am. At least for us. 4. If rooms aren't being cleaned daily, we could have used a bigger garbage can. Or an extra can. 5. Everyone was very nice. Our issues were dealt with promptly. The room was clean and comfortable. None of the above would keep us from staying again. Well, the shower head.....
- 4/5
They had to bring an industrial fan to our room because the A/C couldn't be fixed, and it was in the upper 80s!!
- 1/5
This property’s photos must have been taken when it opened. I felt like I had been catfished. The carpeting throughout looked like it belonged in a frat house. It was utterly disgusting. The room’s furniture was stained and sagging. There were fingerprints everywhere. Mold in the bathroom. The bar in the hotel was closed and the hot tub was broken. This was an extremely disappointing stay.
- 4/5
Stayed on business. It was sufficient for my needs. Not amazing but tot bad either
- 4/5
Breakfast options were pretty typical, maybe above average for free breakfast. The first morning they let the waffle batter run out.
- 4/5
Called the front desk to let them know we didn’t have a hair dryer and she hung up on us. Room smelled a little weird, but we were only there 1 night so it was fine. Otherwise, everything was good!
- 3/5
We were there for 8 days, 7 nights and our A/C would only work sometimes. With only one person working and 4 or more people waiting, it was hard to let staff know. We were able to catch the front office gal, she offered to move us to another room. I like the service and staff are friendly. BUT for me, the clean part is important. I am not sure we will stay there again.
- 5/5
We chose this hotel for its convenient location between Seattle and Tacoma, just off I-5. The included breakfast was good and they didn’t run out of anything despite being busy. Would stay again!
- 5/5
Hostess was wonderful! Place was very clean . Great location many resturants and shops. I will definitely stay again.
