I like how clean the hotel is and how friendly the staffs are. One thing I don’t like is the vent in room 407 bathroom is not working.

Air conditioning was having a temperamental moment but otherwise perfect as always

Great stay, rooms were clean and comfortable. Maid service each day which was nice. A lot of other hotels do not clean the rooms every day. Clean towels each day and refill on coffee. Would recommend this hotel!

This is a great place to stay at a very affordable price. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection, rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and no fee for parking. Also there’s a little mall like 2 mins drive away with a number of restaurants surrounding it and a convenient Target. Would highly recommend!

The location was horrible. Smelled horrible because of an Indian wedding. Drunk people inside and out, my wife saw someone get abducted. Could not leave my truck in the parking lot because of theft so we chose to stay at another location and cannot get our money back. It would’ve been nice to talk to the reservations manager. Since we went through booking.com instead of on-site, we are still fighting to get our money back because we never stayed in the room.

Very close to restaurants and stores. Easy access from the highway. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is my new go-to hotel in the area.

Well, long story short, it repeated every day. I asked nicely for them to do something to make it right, and they did absolutely nothing. Did not offer to switch rooms, did not offer points, they did absolutely nothing.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with lots of items to choose from: waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, cereal, etc. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would book this hotel again in the future without hesitation.

Breakfast good & different each day. Had to make my own bed & garbage was not emptied. It’s an 8 floor modern building with comfortable beds & is very quiet. Sadly for such a large hotel it only has 4 handicap parking places so you might have to park in the back 40 like me.

Some negatives that would keep us from staying there again: 1) Due to the design of the shower door, you cannot turn on the water and adjust the temperature before getting in 2) The toilet paper holder was literally behind you while seated, and the roll would keep sliding off the holder. Very bad design. 3) there was no bathroom fan, causing the mirror to fog up and wouldn’t unfog without opening the door and letting it air out. 4) Our room on the 4th floor had a lot of traffic noise from the freeway all night long.

There's a young lady on the front desk team that's so rude and flippant, never seemed interested in helping to resolve anything. Made the whole stay awful. Housekeeping also would lie that they cleaned room on request when they didn't. When you try to ask them about cleaning, they'd claim "no english". So no way to even request cleaning. Management didn't seem to care. Stayed one week, requested housekeeping twice, both times ignored, bed bugs also in bed. So another person leaving for the same bugs.

I was having some reservation issues when I first got there and I thought the receptionist was being unfair to me when I was having some payment issues about the room that I booked. The towels were rough to use in the bathroom. The room was kinda stuffy.

Both Elevators were broken and they put us on the 7th floor. My kid literally fell to the ground because she was out of breath by the time we got to the top. If you know the elevators are broken, then I wouldn’t recommend putting people in a higher floor were they have to travel up the stairs with all their luggage.

We had a great time. Exactly like the pictures. The kitchen staff was wonderful. The property was clean. The pool was nice. Only thing is that there is no jacuzzi but it was fine because the pool felt warm.

It's nice to have a smoking area out front away from the doors for othwr patrons, but when no one cared about or came to even speak to a woman being loud, drunken, and vomiting out there... right in front of the property... near the FRONT DOOR... yeah...

I picked this hotel because it was NOT pet friendly but allowed service animals only. Upon arrival, I saw a family with their dog waiting to check in. As I was checking, another guest inside had 2 small dogs, as I was signing the hotel agreement, it said no pets allowed. I showed to the employee but she said things had changed. I have allergies to animal hair, I would not have booked had I known of policy change. And, the family with the big dog when we arrived, their room was right next to ours. Also, dogs barking at random times/hours during my stay. I have no other complaints, just the pet policy and I had prepaid for the hotel. The rooms, parking, breakfast, staff and location were ideal.

Long black hairs in bed, towels, and on bathroom floor. Homeless people stealing food during breakfast. Groups of men drinking beer and smoking in parking lot. Homeless people around outside of hotel. Cali at the front counter was great. No hot water! I'll never stay there again.

Upon check in we were given a key to room 704. When we opened the door, there were people on the beds asleep and we quickly exited. This is unacceptable that we opened someone’s room - both for them and us - a breach of privacy and security.

The internet didn't work which was a real issue. Travellers really rely on hotels having internet to do work, so that was a big disappointment.

This hotel was wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean and everything was in good working order. We wondered if we would have trouble when we saw a homeless encampment behind the hotel, and they gave us a paper warning us not to leave valuables in our car, but we didn't have any problems at all. The morning breakfast buffets were excellent, and all the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. We would stay here again.

My only minor complaint is the deodorizer used in the rooms, or perhaps just on the second floor, can be a bit overwhelming. That said, it's not a dealbreaker for me and certainly won't stop me from staying here again. In my opinion, this place is well worth the money.

I don’t really like staying in hotels. I feel that dark colors just hide all the stains and dirt but not at this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the pool clean and well maintained. The lobby was large and inviting, the breakfast had a lot of variety although not a lot for those counting carbs and the elevator was probably the fastest I’ve ever been in. We would definitely come back

Immediately upon getting to my room I could hear the room across from me they were extremely loud. Having a party, yelling screaming and laughing. This went on from about 5pm until after 2am. I sent a text to the front desk just before 1am and asked them to please talk to that room, I got no response. I then asked the front desk for late check out because I got 2 hours of sleep due to the loud room and I was told no. Horrible customer service. Now I have a 3 hour drive ahead of me with very little sleep.

Had a great time there. Hotel was clean and honestly the best place to stay in Federal Way. Ryan at the bar was very attentive and personable.

The temperature of the water in my room was barely above luke warm. The issue was not fixed during my stay. I would expect access to hot water to be a given at any hotel but particularly because of the charge per night at this hotel, I would have expected the issue to have been remedied.

Elevator was under repair for a day; water supply also under repair for a day. Stayed 4 days total. Otherwise hotel is clean and modern. WIFI is a little pokey. TVs are broadcast/cable only, not account streaming. Gym was adequate. Close to tons of shopping and the 5 highway. Quiet enough, did not feel the noise from traffic was noticeable, even though our room faced that direction. Without repair events, hotel would have been fine.

Location is good and clean, but several days the hot water was out and one of the two elevators was out of order.

Had to go down to front desk to ask for sanitation wipes to wipe down room because there was dirt in room on bathroom toilet. Also did not get the room that we originally requested which was a king size bed. They gave us two queen because that was all that was available. Gap underneath the door makes you feel unsecure as well because someone could stick a mirror underneath it to see if you’re in the room.

The property was clean and updated. The breakfast was excellent and had lots of choices for a variety of diets. There was one elevator not working and it is right by the freeway which is convenient and easy to get to but noisy. It is a great value for the price and we will stay again next year!

I arrived to find (for the first time) my reservation was for the cheapest room available. I had reserved a king room, I was offered a 2 queen room. This is probably more about how they work with Hotels.com than this specific hotel.

Staff was great. And rooms were very clean. Parking seemed very secure, not sure if this is because they have had problems or buses were parked there but I didn’t have any worries.

The property was very clean and staff were very nice. There appeared to be issues with car break-ins in the parking lot, which made us nervous. Also all the EV charging cables were cut and stolen which made it inconvenient for charging. Only issue with the room was the glass shower door did not close, but would slide back.

Got assigned a room on the 8th floor in November, hot water was just warm. Got reassigned to a lower floor, much better, had a pleasant shower the next morning. Maybe it was just that specific room, but the hotel staff was very helpful with the issue.

People arguing in the middle of the night. I thing I think they should add in the room is drinking water bottles in the room. That way we don’t have to walk all the way to the lobby. They have a coffee maker but no water
