Our room was clean and this is so close to the light rail. The Bistros food was ok, coffee I didn’t care for, the good thing is there are a lot of places to eat within walking distance. All in All it was a good stay. I will stay there again next year.

If your wanting a pet free environment, this is not the place. Even if i was traveling with one, i dont think it was sanitized well after each persons stay.

Also, the 'breakfast' in the lobby was done by a Starbucks... good coffee, but my $30 breakfast was NOT worth it. I guess I will go back to staying at Hilton properties.

For the price I paid it would have been nice to get free breakfast. Room was clean but the tub/shower needs to be updated.

Very easy check in. Great staff. Very clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Restraunt right next door. Several more within three blocks. Will definitly make it a priority to stay there in the future!

Hotel is fine, nothing fancy! There seems to be a very large influx of homeless people around the property. Along with the Hotel having very limited parking even though they charge you for parking!!

Great staff. Super clean room and lobby. Great location too.

The room I stayed had a common door shattered with the neighboring room which was creepy. There was a family with a baby and heard the baby crying all night.

I’ve stayed here many times and will continue to stay when visiting. The jacuzzi was not operating at 100%; no jet bubbles.

Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Didn't like that we had to pay for parking, and if you wanted coffee and breakfast it was an extra charge, was told the only free coffee was in our room after we already checked out.

Clean quiet room, modern ‘organic’ decor. I enjoyed the gym and Starbucks, there’s a good ramen place across the street. Convenient to SEATAC coming back from Mount Rainier and only half an hour to Pike Place and UWash.

This hotel was a business man’s hotel quick in and out they do not cater to women they do not cater to people who are staying for luxury. They don’t provide very much at all, but a bed and a TV.

The hot water in my shower and sink was grey and I had to take a cold shower. Plastic cups in room, no room service, no hair dryer. It’s in business man’s hotel. They don’t cater to women at all.

My favorite hotel in federal way

My deaf companion felt entirely safe with her hearing accessibility room. We also felt completely safe as lesbians wanting to stay in a place that was LGBT welcoming.

This hotel smelled so good as you entered. The staff was very friendly. The hotel rooms were nice and clean and it was lovely. The only thing I didn’t love was no jets in the hot tub.

Very nice pool and hot tub! Room is comfortable, clean, modern. Beds are comfortable too! Proximal to the airport but can’t hear airplanes inside hotel.

The front desk staff was wonderful when we came down to let her know the first room had a horrible odor of cat pee. The second room also smelled of pee but not as bad and it was too late to move again. Rooms were old in the bathroom and seemed to be slightly redone in carpet and furniture but I think the beds may have been peed on probably the mattresses and that was not changed with the upgrades. Lobby also looked recently redone. Elevator ok and store was stocked. Very loud from traffic of the major highway next to building and it was clear the lady at front desk knew there had been recent car breakins

Personal cleaning items for hair/ body wash are off poor quality… NO SAFE SEPOSIT BOX IN EACH ROOM. U must put ur valuables in the front desk safe deposit boxes ( u will b given a key) Really??? Not enough towels to shower . They could provide two water bottles per room for ur first cup of coffe but that is too much of an expense …… Never again This is a NO in my list …..

while there is construction in the area the hotel is close by to the free way, shopping and plenty of places to eat with various types of options that are not just pizza or burgers.

There was nothing unique. They charge $8 for parking and when we returned from a wedding there was no parking in their lot and we were told to park at a neighboring business’ lot. I asked them to remove the parking charge - staff seemed surprised by the request.
