I didn’t eat breakfast because I was sleeping so good I didn’t go I love everything

I love everything

The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in.

Very nice Hotel I will definitely come back when in the area. They had an excellent breakfast in the morning. They kept hot coffee ready at all times down stairs. Beautiful rooms & very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was phenomenal, very nice and informative.

Very nice clean hotel

We enjoyed the two bedroom suite very much however, the breakfast lacked a lot. There should be eggs and some sort of meat or protein available as well. Staff were very courteous and friendly.

The room was not a it showed when I did booking. I was expecting a full range kitchen because I needed to cook and bake food. I was offered to move to another room with a queen size bed which would have been a smaller room. I was told there were no larger room to move to with a king size bed. I could not cook for my family. I requested this accommodation for a reason so I would be able to cook my Christmas dinner for my family to take to my relatives house. The room was too small. I requesting to be refunded because what I booked I did not receive. Thank you, Donella Crist

Staff was nice, but the room not so much. Door to the room wouldn’t close unless we pulled the door to the side when leaving the room. If we were on the inside of the hotel room we had to push the door with our hip to close it. The tv in the second room had a line running down it. Spoke to management upfront about the situation, and all was said “We heard it sound like somebody was slamming the door, but wasn’t sure what it was.” Showed pictures response once again was just simply “I apologize”.

We arrived on Christmas day and no restaurants were open. The front desk woman was so helpful in trying to find us a place to eat. We found a supermarket that was open and got some supplies there. We ended up barbequing in the hotel's well lit front porch on their Weber grill. She gave us utensils and seasoning for our chicken. We had a secluded, private dinner and it was great! Room was clean and all workers were friendly. It's not glamorous but was well worth the price.

This is a very nice updated hotel. I would stay here again if I am in the area. It is very convenient to restaurants, gas stations, and shopping.

For the one night I stayed there, it was great. My only recommendation is that mirrors be placed by the door. The unit I was in only had a mirror in the bathroom.

Very clean hotel. If you’re bringing a pet - make sure you read the policy. Hotels.com needs to do a better job at notifying customers that there is a $75 charge for pets (it was under per policy but if it was bolded that would’ve been great).

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week. It was very close to a lot of things, the property was clean and the workers were very nice and polite.

The property was overall good. The drawers kept opening on there own. Also, the door required entirely to much force to open and close.

No problem with traffic and location is very convenient

Property was very clean. I brought my miniature schnauzer because it was pet friendly. The smell and the cleanliness was awesome.

I was not informed that there was a pet fee of $75.

All staff were friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented but the representatives who checked me out on Saturday, 6 August were exceptional!

Wonderful property

I stayed for 3 day without no housekeeper coming by to ask if I needed the room to be cleaned. Apart from that the hotel was pleasing.

Overpriced and breakfast was mediocre

Dislike: exercise room was only one elliptical machine and nothing else and the pool was closed.

Friendly staff

This was an excellent hotel overall. The room also had a separate living room to watch television. Plus a complete kitchen, and I mean complete, refrigerator, oven with stove top, dishwasher, microwave. Everything was sanitized and mask are required. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

Roaches in the room dead and alive Clean dishes left in dishwasher not put away. Tub barely drained creating inches of water and creatng a slip hazard. Mentioned it to the desk upon leaving... "oh sorry about that." VERY disappointed and expect WAY more from Marriott. Def wont be back.

Great! Customer service was great, beds comfy, location good and clean room. The only little thing that I have to add is that there were 2 baby roaches that I saw in the bathroom, so maybe some pest control would be great. I did check the beds and the rest of the room and did not see anything else.

Property more worn than expected. Caulk coming out in bath. Loose faucet on sink. Door pass switches on outside doors not working. Pool closed but not listed on website as closed.

From the outside this looks like a new building. On the inside this building is dated our room was a double queen with a bathtub. The top of the refrigerator hadn’t been dusted in quite some time, the fire alarm device was hanging out of the ceiling, the tv stand was not level and had the shims still sitting visible at the bottom. The grab and go breakfast in the morning was a frozen bagel and a hard boiled egg I get it because of COVID but the bagel was still frozen and the egg was wrapped in clear plastic wrap peeled already.

I was dissatisfied with the fact that I booked 2 rooms for my family and we were down the hall from eachother and not next door as expected. As I am always appreciative of pet friendly hotels this one did not meet expectations. Aside from the drawers that kept opening as we walked by them, all of the handles were rusty. The room was “clean” bed was comfortable. Shower was found to have hairs on the wall. I also found 2 cockroaches which was when we ran out in the morning. In addition, if you think this is close to 95 it is NOT. way off the beaten trail in a not so good neighborhood.

My experience staying at this Marriott was great. The staff was nice and friendly, the room was clean and neat.

Social distancing Christmas family trip. Next best thing to being at home. Great location, pet-friendly, and take-out within walking distance. Excellent choice.

I booked this room for 2 nights and one and a half day of my stay my room didn’t have air at all! We asked could we move to another room to accommodate us but they informed us that they didn’t have a room big enough.. I than ask if we could get two rooms for the inconvenience since the didn’t have a room big enough for us and they denied that suggestion. They finally was able to fix the air before the last NIGHT. We literally had to stay out of the room so that we wouldn’t be burning up the whole day. The weight room wasn’t available which is a part of the stay cost and we wasn’t aware of it prior (wasn’t discounted). We heard mice in the walls while in the bathroom as well. Overall I did not enjoy my weekend here in this room.

Enjoyed my stay. Power went out twice and there are no back up generators so just had to wait until it came back on. Otherwise all the staff were nice and the room met my needs. The stovetop was what helped to make the decision to stay there as this was a rather long stay than normal (10 nights). Room also had a fridge and dishwasher. No cookware in the room. But plates, utensils, and cups available

Paid for one bedroom suite before we got there but they didn't have one available so the kids didn't have their own space.

House keeping was limited. I Had to take out trash. Was informed by house keeping that the freshing up of the room would be done after we left. Excuse used by staff was because of covid 19.

The front desk clerk wore a mask and disinfected the counter after each guest. They limited amount of people in the lobby and were extremely accommodating. The room was clean and loved it had a full kitchen. I will definitely stay again.

Had a great time at an affordable price very comfortable and relaxing. The only complaint I have is when we checked in they said they’d have breakfast in the morning (bagels and muffins due to COVID) but when I went downstairs they said they didn’t have any and the ones they did have were expired. Other than that it was a well maintained hotel who were very helpful and polite.

What a lovely suite we stumbled onto....booked same day due to travels, got a reduced rate and a very pleasant surprise! Not only was it pet friendly (we have a little jack) but exceptional in cleanliness...I could smell the “clean”. The beds were so comfortable including pillows, shower strong, and even breakfast was decent!! We will make this our stop on the way south for sure from now on!!

Nothing unique. The property needs some updating. The bathroom fan was so loud and disturbing. The bathroom ceiling was filthy and looked as if a large leak was patched badly. The room smelled like smoke when we walked in.

The hotel room was so clean and met my needs. It was like a studio apartment. It was perfect. Very spacious and accommodated all of my needs. From the fully applianced kitchen , to the full bathroom , even the spacious closet in the bedroom. I will definitely be staying at TownePlace Suites again!

When we arrived the front desk workers were so very nice and informative. We were in town for a family event and they gave us great suggestions on where to go, directions on how to get there, and even asked us how our day went when we arrived back each night. Facilities were nice, property was conveniently located next to Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and Cracker Barrel.

Enjoyed our stay. Some days were a bit off since we visited during the holidays. Had to ask for a few items but again they were running minimal staff due to holidays.

I found one roach in the bathroom but i didn't say anything because it was only one and everytime i left my room my key got deactivated somehow...even though i kept it away from everything else...still had a great experience

I love staying here when I come into town. Always friendly, rooms always clean, just wish there were more breakfast options for those with allergies.

I was not happy with the first room they put us is. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and they switched me to better smelling room. Other than that, my stay was great!

We intend to stay there again next year for the next granddaughter to graduate.

Stayed here for a weekend and it was a clean friendly environment and the continental breakfast was good.

The breakfast was a little disappointing because there was no protein other than the sausage bits in the gravy. No eggs, bacon, etc.

Hotel facility and staff were great. No complaints what-so-ever. That said, the room above mine must have been occupied by a family with children. They ran around the room with lead feet late into the evening and then again early in the morning. Cheers to the parents oblivion. All complaining would have done would have been to anger the family.

My room was next to a storage room. T I believe storage room was bigger then my room. For prize I paid will not do it again. I have stayed in bigger room just mike away for $30 less.

The people staying in another room was noisy very loud like they were having a party but overall the room was clean and newlike and comfortable

This is the second time we've stayed here. Pet policy is great for big dog owners and rooms were nice, clean and up to date with nice amenities you don't see at many other hotels. And there is free breakfast, which is rare now a days for hotels as nice as this one.

Fairly new, clean, efficiently sized two bedroom suite. Bathroom a bit tight, but generally useful and comfortable room. Nice beds! Biggest complaint was the lack of a sheltered arrival location to unpack (was raining at the time)

This property is very nice for extended stays way above others similar and the price reflects it. Service is top notch very professional and helpful. I would recommend his property to anyone looking any length of stay
