I must say I did like the front counter service checking in. The first room that I received was pleasant.But unfortunately , once leaving out of it , I was never able to get back in it. I ended up going to 4 or 5 rooms having to check them to see if they were okay but by the last room that I went in , it was suitable enough for me to stay a few hours , I did not stay overnight.

They fsiled to inform me that they were having issue with insects… throughout the property until I demanded a refund… I had to hang my bags up in the closet..

When we first got there the room stunk. The fridge didnt work and there was no microwave or coffe maker and i was under the impression there was to be a couch in the room also but they said they havent had any in the room in years. The pictures on the web site is very misleading. It shows couches in the rooms and updated fridge, microwave etc.Then the next day my husband talk to the manager and he apologized and moved us to another room. This room was ok but the microwave didn't work and still no coffe maker. Not to metion the bugs in this room. And someone tried to break into out hotel room while we were there. I was so disgusted with it all and scared for my life but i didnt have the money to go to another hotel. I will never book this hotel again. And i will never recommend it to anyone. We were told we would atleast get a refund for one of the nights but we haven't seen a dime. Its been enough time for us to receive one but hadnt. This is the worst hotel i have been in so far.

The staff that checked us in was nice The place has bed bugs… found one in the room my first night there. This room was really clean though. We notified staff immediately and their response was Refund/ Room change. We had to take the room change because we had no where else to go and no more funds to book another hotel for 10 days. The next room was on the opposite side of the first room and it was dirty, had broken cabinet doors and dresser drawers, an AC with no filter… and it had roaches and bedbugs and any other type of biting insect. I got bit up every night of my stay here.

The fact that they literally require a deposit for certain rooms and then they find any petty excuses or issues that clearly were there as I arrived. Then proceed to tell you that once the cleaning lady has been in they will refund deposit and suddenly after waiting period you never receive your deposit back so you call to see why and what's going to be informed that they kept it for the room being left messy... mind blowing right and what's funnier is that I personally swept and cleaned it as walking out to make sure I received my deposit so I knew then thats how they get you there to make sure they stay afloat....

I don’t like the fact that they will not reimburse me my $164 on a room I never got to check in and stood and cancelled reservations for way before clock in and the man that worked at the desk told me that all I had to do was call booking and they should reimburse me my money and it’s doe been a whole almost a month this hotel is lying thru booking.com using false advertisement and now so they don’t wanna give me my reimbursements

On a scale from 1 to 10, I give a 8.5. The only problem was the water from the shower head was slow. It also took a few minutes for the water to be slightly warm for showering.

I was immediately unsatisfied, and I went back to the front desk to request a refund which I was granted. The customer service was great, and it was no hassle checking in and getting a refund shortly after. For the hotel room I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I was very disappointed. Check in wasn't till 3. I had stated in my reservation that I would be arriving at 11. Had to ride around till I kud check in. 1. My door was horrible. I had to lift the handle the put card in..not good. The grounds was horrible. Trash on the side and corner of buildings. The folk that stayed there made sure they kept up their habits. I slept with the chair braced against the table kaw I didn't feel safe at all. They grounds were horrible, trash jes sitting out around and near the building. The tenants were nice and didn't have an issue a stranger saw more than they should have.

Location was convenient I thought I had got bit by a spider on my eye come to find out it’s Mercer and I caught it at the motel in my room I am very disappointed about this because I have spent a lot of money at the motel six

Staff were not communicative, very unprofessional in the way they were interacting with one another in front of customers, and didn't seem to care that we were inconvenienced. We canceled our reservation on the spot and booked another hotel nearby (thankfully there was something available).

The staff is really nice..like really nice. The room was clean and also was very roomy I stayed for 3 weeks and If i need a long term stay i would stay here. The kitchen was the perfect size it was just 2 of us and it was roomy. The motel is close by a grocery store,restaurants,movies,the dollar store anything you need.

The air conditioner had covers missing and was filthy. I was there for less than an hour and booked a different hotel and got out of there as fast as I could. I did not feel that my vehicle was safe parked there, even though it was right in front of the office.

I complied and called for a refund even though my receipt shown to the staff was correct. Although the manager noted the mistake an compensated me for a room for my last day, (I had not other place to stay at the time), I will NEVER use this dump again! The room given at that time had a toilet that continuously ran due to a rotten stopper valve. had to hold it down for 5 minutes to fill in order to flush!!!

Overall impression is that it is not clean. Trash bags and left fast food could be seen in some places such as packing lot. Downstair room were having parties and music was too loud even after 11.00 pm, and no body from hotel came to interrupt. No cup in our rooms.

It was terrible.. There were bugs in the room, mattress was used to death, floors weren't clean,room was very small and i didn't get a smoking room cause they had no tv's in any room available.. I will never stay there again!!..

This was easily my worst hotel experience and it shoud for no reason be priced at $70 a night. A guest should be paid just to stay there and at best let homeless live there for free. The room was filthy and smelled of cigarettes in a non-smoking room. Every bit of that room doesnt appear to have been cleaned in at least a month. Of course there were roaches. What really put this over the top as terrible is my request to have the room cleaned, mind you, I had paid for a 4 day stay, which doesnt mean much to them when they are basically renting the rooms to drug addicts. I digress, the gentleman at the front counter told me they can't clean the room because that only happens on monday. I checked in Tuesday til Sunday... I was also told to bring my own towels down to the front at a specific time, after I go to work, to get new towels.

The facility itself needs a proper and thorough upgrade of furniture and fixtures and thorough extermination for bugs. Light fixtures have no shades and the bathroom fixtures are dilapidated and well worn.

The power went out in our room around the second night. We went to the office multiple times to have the issue resolved I had sparks flying from electrical outlets. I could not get management knowing maintenance to even come look at the problem let alone fix it finally on about the 5th day maintenance came and looked at it he looked at it from halfway across the room and turned around and started to walk out I informed him that I am and have been a contractor commercial as well as residential for over 20 years I told him what the problem was how to fix it even offered to fix it myself and was told no on day 9 a local construction company working on the road in front of the hotel hit a gas line we were forced to evacuate the property yet I didn't know this because I was at work. The hotel informed everybody on site they were to be taken to a second location to spend the night however was not informed I was out in the cold with my 3-year-old son and my fiance trying to find a another hotel we could go to I finally did around 11:00 and was able to get back into our hotel the following day my overall experience with studio 6 is that it should be shut down condemned because it is unsafe I'm healthy the employees are not helpful management got smart with me many times over in person as well as on the phone I recommend you would be better off to stay on the streets then at that establishment

Overall the staff was very helpful everything with check in and check out went smoothly the first room we were put in didn't have a TV microwave or blankets or pillows the next room they put us in it was kind of like the movie Joe's apartment if you seen the movie you'll understand other than that didn't have many issues except for every time I left my room I had to go get a new key card because it didn't work.

Very friendly front desk staff and is located within walking distance to serval stores and restaurants. Furniture and linens are outdated and I had to buy a can of Raid to keep the roaches in check.

I called the front desk to see if someone could fix it or give me another room and was told to come to the office for a new 9 volt battery and fix it myself. I did. Next, I slightly adjusted the wall mounted TV only to have it pull out of the wall. Was not secured into a wall stud but held in with plastic wall anchors. Property is old and in need of a major remodeling.

I’ve been staying here off and on for several years. Staff goes out of their way to help and be professional. Just wish there were zero roaches. The roaches are my only real complaint. Other than that, it was great. It’s come a long way from the previous owners who only cared about the money and nothing else.

I booked a 1-night stay through the hotels.com app, using one of the reward nights I had earned through my repeat business/use of hotels.com. When I checked in for my overnight stay, the hotel made me give them a card for a $50 deposit that was re-fundable after checkout. While they had my card, they charged me for the night (which I had already paid for using the app) and also charged me the deposit. Very dishonest and disappointing. I have had 0 luck getting my free reward night back so thanks for the double charge and no help!

Wonderful staff, however, the place was disgusting, and I’m not much of a complainer. I rented 3 rooms for our move from Florida to NJ and checked in at 3:30am. No other options to change motels at that time. All of the rooms were crawling with live roaches. My eldest son slept in the car, and the only reason we didn’t is because we were all exhausted after driving 12 hours with elderly parents and 4 pets! I’ve stayed at 6’s before and NEVER have seen anything like this. I’d put a big red flag on this one and stay the hell away.

Expedia took my money , the hotel cancelled my reservation due to lack of room available and no one has issued me a refund or contacted me about the situation! I say on hold for 4 hours trying to get an agent on the phone.

Upon further investigation, the floors were filthy w/ muddy boot prints, dust & roaches of ALL sizes all over the place. I was in a tight spot budget wise & the booking was non-refundable so I had to deal for the night. We had to buy Raid ant & roach spray, Windex & Lysol. It’s a small space so we sprayed it all down w/ the door open to breathe. Afterwards we attempted to wash our hands & guess what? Towels were available but, no washcloths or soap. We had a flatscreen TV & no remote for it. The staff leaves at midnight so no one is available at the front desk. I wouldn’t refer them to my worst enemy. I’m still itching from what I encountered. I left as early as I could on checkout day, UGH!!

The staff was very nice... but walking into the room we were met with cockroaches on the table and wall... after taking care of that I was plugging in my charger into the plug behind the side table and there was what looked like blood splatter in the corner... so I went to turn the light on above the side table to look closer and more cockroaches... so we slept in the car and left a few hours later.....

Every room that I stayed in was full of roaches, couldn't get any sleep due to the activity within the faculty, housekeeping was the worst, they basically were not doing their job.

There were roaches in my room. I had no towels or wash rags. I asked for some and never recieved them. My coffee pot wasnt in the room and was never brought to me.. the staff was rude... the toilet wouldnt flush properly ..people upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture all night. The walls were filthy it was a terrible and nasty experience
