    The staff there lies. I asked them if they had roaches in their hotel rooms. They lied about it. There were roaches crawling everywhere in the room. It was disgusting. Room118 was infested with roaches. We couldn't stay there. They need to refund me my FULL refund immediately

    I over slept didn't get breakfast i have always enjoyed my stay although this time there was a couple issues with my stay they were going to me take an upstairs room and I have health issues i would have ended up at the hospital had it not been forthw first room not being cleaned proper the next room there was no water pressure in the sink to wash hands or brush your teeth and the only other issue was the pool wasnt open my belief is if a motel has a pooĺor whatever i feel it should be available for guests to use and not a well i dont feel up to it so its closed i love the staff at this property but we have to be truthful when leaving a review they lost another day stay cause they weren't opening up the pool if the ad states it has a pool it should be open to guest and if housekeepers can't clean property properly they should be warned once and let go if it happened again

    Location was great, very quick to get on and off 95. Room was clean, sheets smelled fresh, beds firm and comfortable, nice assortment of pillows. Breakfast had nice variety of items, good coffee. Pool and hot tub available. Refrigerator in our room was broken, was initially given key to room that already had a guest in it, though this was quickly fixed, it could have made for a very awkward situation.

    I have stayed at 100 red roof inns, and I can name the ones I would stay at again on one hand. Dog owners love these hotels because of their pet policy. This location was clean, comfy, convenient to the road and everything we needed. I would definitely make a point to stay here again.

    The location was convenient for our road trip stop and check-in was easy. The room had a very strong musty, old smell. The air conditioning smelled like mold, which made the situation worse. My daughter coughed throughout the night, and I was very concerned about the air quality. The odor was so intense that I could barely sleep. Traveling with a baby and a toddler made it extremely difficult to change hotels in the middle of the night. The breakfast quality was also very poor and disappointing.

    The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Specifically the woman who checked us in. The rooms were clean and we were provided with plenty of towels. Overall, not a bad deal for the price. During our stay, there were a couple people lingering around outside, mostly young adults running and yelling. There was also a subtle smell of cigarettes drifting into the bathroom vent, although we were in a smoke free room. The water pressure was less than desirable but still enough to get the job done. Overall, not a bad deal for the price.

    BEWARE 2026!!! This is BY FAR the worst red roof inn I’ve ever been to. If I was with my family I would have refused to stay here, luckily it was just me. Usually I don’t leave reviews, but for 80$ for someplace you should have to pay ME to stay is completely unacceptable. For close to 100$ a night most would expect to be at least somewhat clean and roach free. I slept with the light on to deter the roaches. 5 dead, 5 roaming around when I got in at around 2am. Red roof should hold this location accountable or drop them. It’s disgusting.. even outside.. I clean up after my dog, some people don’t.. but as the owners/managers you should make sure your property is maintained.. it is not. I don’t think they even clean at all other than change the sheets.. the pictures speak for themselves..

    I love the staff they were very polite Tasha was great about handling a problem I had with some people that were staying above me she will definitely take care of a problem if you have one her and the owner or the manager are very polite very nice people I would recommend Red roof to anyone that needs a place to lay their head the housekeeping staff is also great to deal with I spent two weeks there had no problems at all There were some loud guests above me and they had a truck that had all kinds of animals that stunk real bad right in front of my door but Tasha handled it nicely for me

    Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was great (including a waffle maker!) Love that a non smoking room means you don’t smell smoke at all :) The only negative was the number of barking dogs. Nice that one pet stays free for guests who need it, but not being a pet owner, it is not fun to be kept awake by someone else’s dog barking.

    I didn't like the rude service from the individual that checked me in a mail checked me in I've stayed at this motel several times before and have never got rude service have always gotten a room that I've reserved or been compensated for them not having the room that I reserved and I wasn't compensated for it I was given a total different room and was only offered a 10% discount which is what maybe $10 off of a room I'm very displeased I think I should have gotten the amount that I paid over which was about $30 off of a room rent for the next time I stay is the way I feel it should have been because the gentleman tried to give me a room that was not handicapped accessible first and I told him no I could not do that then he gave me a room that was handicapped accessible but it was not a king size bed the microwave didn't work the remote didn't work it was just it was total dissatisfaction and I went and talked to the manager when I woke up and I was only offered a 10% discount which really upset me because I paid for a king superior room and got a double room which I would have stayed another night but being as I was only offered a 10% discount I could not afford that again right now so I asked for that for during the week so that at least it took $10 off during the week but that still isn't satisfactory to me because I still lost out a lot and my friend is on the road a lot so I didn't I don't get to see him very often and it just totally dissatisfied me cuz I wanted a good

    They stay itself went really well. I only stayed for one night. Breakfast in the morning was limited but still good enough for you to grab something hot to eat ! Now… there was a live bug in my room that I had to smash (sorry), but other than that, everything else was clean ! Staff was pretty sweet. 4/5 (because of the bug). I would stay there again if I just need something affordable for the night.

    The staff members were all very friendly, efficient and helpful. They stock extra toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forget yours. Breakfast is a waffle maker, cereal, bagels, fruit and mini muffins. They have a juice machine, coffee and tea. They did not have decaf brewed but I also didn’t ask if it was an option. The room was very clean and included a mini fridge. It was a very good choice to stop for the night on my roadtrip as it is also very close to 95 and there is also inexpensive gas next door at Exxon. There is also a Starbucks, Ruby Tuesday, McDonalds and Dollar General nearby.

    Multiple dogs barked for a solid hour starting at 5 o’clock in the morning. It woke me up and my disabled son. It’s not like a dog was barking only for five minutes. It was a solid hour, and I think it was dogs that belong to a staff member. I emailed the manager and explained what happened and also explained that I think I should be doing a refund because I had to drive a long way after that and I was very very tired all because these dogs were barking constantly and were never told to stop. I received no response whatsoever from the hotel

    Close to exit…otherwise was just meh! Shower didn’t work properly, front desk check in was just meh, guy looked all disheveled, roaches in room found by 3 of us, German coal roaches too! You weren’t allowed to take breakfast back to room probably because of roach problem idk…..just not okay. Wouldn’t recommend or stay there EVER AGAIN!

    Bathroom lock/knob didn't fit properly. I was locked in the bathroom from 525am to 605am. I managed to disassemble the lock and open the door. Also, room door doesn't close unless slammed. Room below us converted to storage and had 2 large dogs in crates barking early. The dog smell was very strong.

    I have a very low bar for the accommodation but this is by far the worse hotel I stayed in. It’s dirty insude and outside, with shady people walking around (probably drug dealers and prostitutes). I was with a child and definitely felt unsafe. I didn’t sleep at all as I was concerned about my car and the belongings left inside. Two individuals who worked at the reception desk seemed uninterested. Their appearance didn’t show any professionalism -their clothes were more appropriate for a random guy on the street corner. The entire property is poorly maintained and it’s conduction clearly reflects not even a basic interest to improve. I made a big mistake by rushing to make a reservation without reading reviews. Please avoid.

    The pool was not properly maintained and had bugs and hair floating in it. While the room seemed clean the bathtub had holes that were clearly patched with a rubber seal that was a different color than the tub. The peep hole in the door was installed with clear glass in it so you could see in through it as clearly as looking through a window. We could hear ever conversation that happened outside our room.

    Refrigerator didn't work or keep items cooled. Wall outlets didnt functions and i forgot my insulin in the refrigerator and when i had returned to get it the house keeper had already thrown it away.

    We had to change rooms three times. The first two rooms the doors wouldn't lock. Also there was flies and roaches in the rooms,.The rooms were cleans but there was so many roaches in there.The third room was fine. We were there three days and each day we had to move.

    This was by far one of the top 3 dirtiest, noisiest, creepy (unsafe) feeling, and poorly maintained places we have stayed in, in all our years of traveling to Florida. The main door did not latch properly, which does not make for a good nights sleep. The rooms were certainly not sound proof and our neighbor was playing his music and singing very loudly till midnight. It was loud enough that one would think he was in our room. Will not ever book this place again.

    We stayed here because they are pet friendly. The room smelling like cigarettes. We changed rooms & same thing. We were exhausted so we stayed in the second room. I saw 2 small roaches within 5 mins of arrival. The bed sheets & pillow had cigarette holes. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall & there were some stains dripping down the wall of the bathroom. The only good thing I will say is that bed was comfortable & the water pressure in the shower was very strong for a decent shower. We didn’t test the breakfast after experiencing the other things. Room could use some renovations.

    Bathroom was filthy, dirt in corners, all fixtures rusted, floors throughout not mopped! Our feet were black!! Pillows flat & even when folded over were flat...no way would we eat after seeing the condition. Would NEVER recommend to anyone!!!!!

    Check-in was a breeze. The young lady that helped me was professional and very personable. She acted as if I was the most important person at the hotel. The property is convenient to numerous eating places including a Starbucks and convenient to the interstate. As far as the room, we went in with low expectations and were not disappointed. The beds were comfortable but the room itself is in dire need of paint and refurbishing. A lot of the past repair work was amateurish and of poor quality. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything around you. People were talking outside well past midnight. Pets are allowed with some restrictions which is one of the reasons we chose Red Roof Inn.

    The beds were comfortable and clean. At that point that was all we could take comfort in. We are staying at another Red Roof in Bordentown NJ March 14 and this place is immaculate. Staff, property and rooms. What a relief. This is what I’m comparing the last one with. They are not all created equal

    My door knob was broken, other than that, nothing to complain about. If hotels in the immediate area are closing and this Red Roof is surviving, they are obviously doing something right.

    Room was fairly clean and comfortable other than the ceiling in the shower falling down. Lots of noise outside and in adjacent rooms till 3AM. Arguments in the parking lot and even a 4 wheeler buzzing around. Looked like a lot of non guests around. We didn’t get much sleep.

    Rooms are old, worn and dirty. Linens are clean, service is ok. Lots of very seedy characters lurking around outside. Looks like a lot of rooms are used by locals for long term residence.

    It was lack of communication. When I checked in it was before check in time but before I proceeded with the process I asked will I get the days I paid for on my app before I made reservations. The receptionist said yes but made me check out a day before because I checked in before check in time . So I made a reservation for 8-10 and they made me check out the 9th ending it off with “ if I want to stay till the 10th I would have to pay “ when I paid on this app already.

    First it began with a cockroach. Then we see that the smoke alarm has been removed and wires are dangling. Tried to pop popcorn but the knobs were broken off on the microwave. Room smelled like smoke, and hair dryer cord was broken with wires showing. Ironing board, but no iron? Oh, I didn’t mention the pubic hairs in the bathroom. To top it off at least, no joke, four to five dogs howling and barking. Keep on driving.
