    Staff was very nice but the room was kind of dirty. The floors felt sticky and the AC took forever to cool the room down which was very hot when we got there. Other than that it was good. Thank you

    I booked the room for my mom and the staff was rude tried to charge her again after she paid for her room. There was also a $50 deposit that no one could give a clear understanding of. I have visited several different hotels and have never paid a deposit. They were suppose to give her a first floor room. Due to her health. She was not satisfied neither was I so we will not be using your company again.

    No complain about the staff they were amazing. However, the room was wet. It just seemed like a breeding ground for mold The sheets weren’t clean. I bought my own. I found hair in them the first night and I was so tired that I just took the sheets off and bought my own. The room just did not feel like it had been properly cleaned at all.

    No fruit and water for breakfast. The clean didn't clean my work instead stole personal items out my room. Desk clerk has poor customer service spend more time on the phone and outside of establishment with companion. This hotel needs alot of work holes in linen on bed and the rates of the hotel is expensive. Don't have enough cleaning supplies to clean rooms.

    I brought attention to the staff that the soap dish in the shower was coming off the wall and water was getting behind the wall. I did this on the first day of my stay and expected it to be repaired. It was not fixed the 5 days of my stay. These other items below I did not report. 1) Walking on the floor bare footed, I picked up grains of sand on the soles of my feet. 2) The top of the refrigerator in front of the microwave was gross with dried food or whatever it was. 3) An electrical outlet cover was broken and only a small piece remained. 4) I noticed that a lot of cold air was coming around the door. obviously the gaskets were not adequate and needed to be replaced. 5) There was one small but noticeable defect in the floor covering. On a much more positive note when checking in I was greeted very well and recognized by name as previously been there. My room was 142. When I am in Fayetteville, I will again stay at this motel. The price is right.

Dogs were barking and smell of pot on the floor. Bed platform is hollow aluminum, so every time you move, you hear it. Paint was peeling and dust in vents. When I took shower in the morning, I discovered mold on shower curtain. Told checkout clerk and he asked why I didn't change room.... Because I didn't take shower until the morning! The man at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and had an attitude the entire time. The elevator feels like it’s one bad shock away from falling apart. The pillows were small and square like throw pillows so there were no actual pillows. Overall will not be coming back. Worst experience I’ve ever had and would like to talk to someone about getting money back for this.

    Room floor are black with dirt. So don’t walk bear footed. We have to request house keeping, and that was only done once in 10 days. The only grace was today, we got a late check out because they ran out of waffle batter and the attendant at the front desk today was very pleasant.

    There was a lot of people hanging around outside the hotel rooms and it made me feel unsafe. Some people were outside their rooms smoking weed and some people were talking loud and playing music loud after 8-9pm. Room was very basic and old looking inside.

    They was not going to honor my reservation that I made a month ago due to family event that I was apart of. I had to inform them I was apart of the family. My room had vulgar language written on the walls and mirrors. The walks and doors had damage as if someone used force. It was a lady walking around with a knife when we arrived. People that looked sick were hanging on the premises. The person securing the premises looked like one of the sick people hanging out. My experience was terrible and I felt unsafe for me and my family. My sister had people trying to break into her room twice.

    First they charged me a fee of $50.00 just in case something was destroyed in the room. When I entered the room and saw the condition of room my jaw dropped. There was a huge hole on the wall n sheets on bed were dirty. I was very upset that they would assign a room in that condition to anyone. Went back to front office n they assigned me another room. It was a little better. I will never stay in this hotel again n I would never recommend it anyone.

I had a reservation for there days and the room was never cleaned once. The place is disgusting! It is a skidrow ho-tel and definately not a quality Hotel. Avoid at ALL cost!

No protein. No fresh fruit. No muffins. No bread but there was a toaster. But they did have a sign on the wall saying GUESTS CANNOT TAKE BREAKFAST BACK TO THEIR ROOM. Oh, really?

I’ve worked at this hotel many years ago when it was under Marriot and it was a pleasure for people to stay dude to staff and how clean the rooms were. The hotel needs up keep plants look like they were dying lots of motions from people staying at the place felt like more of a motel then a hotel. Lots of sketchy people rooms need major upgrade it’s sad because this hotel is at a prime real estate due to the fact the mall is across from them. Best thing to do is to destroy and rebuilt. Sad how this hotel has taken a big downgrade.

    We checked in at 2am due to having to work and not being able to leave until after working and then driving 6 hours. When we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the counter when we approached and desk clerk asked if we had a reservation which we said we did. He then asks us to have a seat and we had to wait on someone that was taking money out of the ATM. I would have been understanding if we did not have to sit there and wait for over 20 min. The guy the clerk was waiting on sat there playing on his phone before finally going to the ATM and then finally completing his check in. Again we had drove for 6 hours after working and were ready to go to bed. When our check in took less then 5 min. Then there was the random $50 deposit that we were unaware of after already spending $100 for the room. Outside of most rooms were people "partying". The hall our room was on you could smell marijuana very strongly. Checking out this morning met with the same delays with checking out. When the clerk just walked away to speak with another worker about things that needed to be done. Again having to wait to just turn in our room card. Overall all staff was completely rude and without saying something like give me just a min would just walk away in the middle of conversation to speak with someone else. I do want to say the room was extremely clean as was the bathroom, but i would not come back because of the rudeness of the employees and whats allowed on the property late at night.

    Did not understand concept of handicap accessibility with dogs to get in and out also. Tried to make sure we could get ground floor a week prior to visit and we ended up on the 3rd floor. Did not enjoy having to try walk and fight with multiple doors while using a walker.

    The guy working the desk was very nasty with his mouth. My room could have definitely been cleaner. It was a lot hairs all over the bathroom and I don’t think they ever cleaned the sink.

    I normally would not leave a negative review, however I truly felt unsafe - there was a fight going on in the room below & outside that woke me out of my sleep and went on for hours - screaming , doors slamming , loud cars. In addition there was a layer of dust on the surfaces and the bed actually smelled like urine cigarette smoke and the smell of msrijusna permeated Under the door and through the ventilation.

    Was in a bind and decided to stay here last night. When I arrived, the gentleman in front of me was having to get another room because the one they assigned him was dirty. I checked in; went to the assigned room and as soon as I opened the door, cigarette smoke smell immediately hit my face along with trash in the trash can, unmade beds and a room that had clearly not been cleaned. I returned to the lobby to get another room and the worker sent another worker to check the room for cleanliness before giving me and the other gentleman clean rooms. Even the second room was not thoroughly cleaned as there were still items in the freezer part of the fridge. You def get what you pay for and I won’t be staying here again.

    The breakfast options was not that good, the only thing hot were waffles. We got stuck in the elevator and we didn't get any room service for a 3 night stay. The property looks decent from the outside but the rooms are bit out dated. The room toilet was wiggly and made a sound every time it was used. Also the room smelled like wet carpet even though it didn't have one. Will not come back.

    The room needed a good cleaning- it was very dirty - the shower didn’t work well. The lock needed tightening on the door to the room. There were no other rooms available in the area as there was Military Training or we wouldn’t have stayed. Very disappointed.

    Room was gross, i dont think the room had seen a mop in 6 months. Dirt under furniture and behind stuff. Bathroom was dirty. Smoke detector had plastic wrap over it. There were spiders and bugs (although i didnt see any bed bugs) in our room. The fridge leaked. Free breakfast was an absolute joke. There was so little food out that at first i thought i missed it. We stayed multiple nights each day i had to go get my key cards programmed so we could get back in our room. They wont give you new towels unless u physically bring ur dirty ones down to lobby. Homeless and hoodlums hanging out in parking lot at all hours and playing loud music as late as midnight. Definitely didn't feel like a safe area. Motel is located on main drag right in front of a red light that ppl think is a drag strip constantly gunning it every time light turns green all night long. Im a frugal person but believe me when i say pay the couple extra bucks to stay someplace nicer. Dont believe the nice photos u see, they are very strategicly taken. Unless you like slumming it avoid this flea bag flop house at all costs.

    There was extensive mold on bad caulking around the shower. There was also a significant bug problem with a couple of very large cockroaches, or waterbugs, noted. Dirty washcloths from the last guest were hung over the shower rod. The wifi did not work at all and I had to use my cellphone for a hotspot. I overheard the desk clerk mention that the owner doesn'r care about the place and cannot even be contacted on weekends. I understand that Quality is the bottom end of Choice Hotels, but this was not much more than a flophouse. I would not recommend this property to anyone with any sense of dignity.

    We were PCSing out of Ft Liberty (Bragg) and this was one of the cheapest options for us to stay. I have nothing to say about the ladies working the front desk, they were really nice. Our issue was the room, it was dirty, dusty and the bathroom had a musky smell, there were even cow webs next to the door. We asked for the room to be cleaned twice and housekeeping never came, so there’s that. Breakfast was ok, just what you can expect on a continental breakfast. I guess you get what you pay for.

    It was okay. Room wasn't really clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is not a buffet breakfast like it states. The only way they get away with it, is that you wait on yourself. There is ceral, small blueberry muffins, juice, coffee, yogurt, apples and waffels. No breads or bagels. Only protein is the yogurt.

    The room was dirty and cockroaches inside, flies, etc… Called for room services they didn't go to our room until after three days we had to call them again before they went to clean. Vaping smell and tissues under our bed I had to clean it myself since it was disgusting. I can't with QUALITY INN HOTEL NOMORE!!! 💔 DISAPPOINTED.

    This is my go to place it's always clean inside and outside...the pool area is looking good can't wait until I get the time to get in it ...the staff is always friendly and I always look for Ms.patel when I stay...she is such a sweetheart and is always helpful she makes sure I'm looked after at all times she's definitely one of my favorites there

    I asked for clean towels and the cleaning lady said I would have to go and trade the used ones at front office. They also didn’t clean the rooms in all three days we were there. The bathroom was not clean

    It's always clean when I go from the front to the back. The staff and management are all awesome they work very hard to keep that place going. I love the new beds I wake up refreshed not to mention the got the pool looking good can't wait until I have the time to actually get in it. 10 out of 10 I always recommend

    Upon arrival we were given room #304 and there were multiple bugs across the bed, floor, bath tub and towels. When I went down to voice my concern, the man at the front desk was dismissive. The next room, #219 did not have a properly working shower head.

    I'm always looked after when I stay ...my room is always clean and ready when I arrive.. breakfast is always on time and the waffles are delicious... management always makes my stay worth it... anyone I recommend this place to love it and always come back whenever they come in town

    I was told by the guy who checked me in that breakfast ended at 10. When I went down to get breakfast at 9:30, it was already shut down. I was told that morning it actually ended at 9:30. They did not let me have anything.

    - very dirty corners in floor of bathroom - shower had annoyingly low water pressure - TV didn’t work until I got instructions from front desk about its awkward operation procedure; even then it was awkward to use and lacked most major news channels - Breakfast is minimal, with unacceptable automated machine coffee

    This place will always be my go to place...the upgrades to the rooms I love them..the new beds are really comfy and the best part is the staff and management they're always there when you need them and go above and beyond to resolve your issue

    This place is always clean and the new renovations are coming along good...it's looking really nice...the pool is looking good can't wait until it's open...the new beds and room upgrades are awesome the beds are so comfortable...staff and management are always around to help with all of your needs if you ever need anything...I LOVE THIS PLACE
