Very clean rooms Nothing to complain about

Location close to main thoroughfare making getting in & out of town easy. I appreciated the microwave in the upstairs hallway since he was no coffee maker in the room.

The hotel is quiet with plenty of parking not far from downtown Fayetteville, and near I-95. The quality and cleanliness far exceed the price. I could only stay one night.

Absolutely Nothing Book a room thru Booking.com got to the hotel and the lady said there would be a $50 security hold then charged my sister's card for 75$ and only gave her back $50 after we canceled, not to mention one of the third party booking companies tried to charge us an additional $125.00. I will never book this hotel ever again!!! Just ridiculous I have never had issues booking with Booking.com like this!

Stayed here for an extended trip and it quickly started feeling less like a hotel and more like a reset button. The room stayed clean, the staff was consistently welcoming, and the atmosphere made long-term travel surprisingly comfortable. A few small things could be improved, but overall it made being away from home feel a whole lot lighter.

The beds? Dangerous. I almost canceled my plans just to keep hibernating in those blankets. 🛏️ Would absolutely stay again. 10/10 little pocket of peace.

Everything was very clean…Tonia is AMAZING! She made our stay very pleasant. The house keeping staff was kind…the only suggestion I would make is that it should say there isn’t an elevator…and also a coffee pot in the room would be lovely…other then that…it was a wonderful stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an overnight stay traveling through so weren’t concerned with amenities. Building is older but room has been updated and very clean. 10 minutes to downtown shops and restaurants

This room was nice. I did have an issue with the tub not draining well when i showered. Also there was sand that came out the faucet in the tub at first. This was a good stay experience.

The room smells nice and it's neat and cozy. Staff is courteous and reminded me of the policies. There are 'No Smoking' signs posted in multiple places. It does smell like Marijuana smoke in the hallway, though.

We arrived after a very long day, and were greeted with a welcoming smile. Check-in was quick and smooth. Our room was spotless and quiet. Check out the next morning was just as pleasant as the night before.

Had a great stay

I was amazed how clean it was. The price was great, but I picked it because it had good reviews & is close to the place we were headed to. On the phone, & in person, the staff was super nice. You also didn’t feel like you were going to get mugged going to your car like the last place we stayed. Also, the bed was more comfortable than mine at home. I didn’t want to get up. So yes, I absolutely would stay there again. We booked through Hotels.com & had no issues with the reservation.

Make sure you bring your charging blocks as there are no USB ports in the rooms.

The stay was short, in yown for a concert which was right across the street, awesome, yes, i loved the room.

The hotel was very clean, and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. My only complaint really is that I was near the road and it was kind of loud and hard to sleep. Otherwise there’s food in the area and the location was close to the airport which is why I stayed there.

Clean Rooms a lot of smaller Motels aren’t very clean.

Check in was at 3pm and the staff was calling me on the road at 330pm asking if I was still leaving. I did not receive the wifi password when I checked in on any of my paperwork. And at 1030 am the next day, the guy was already knocking on my door to kick us out. I told him we were showering and I was packing up our stuff. He was back again at 1055. Stay if you must, it is clean, but the owner is ridiculous.

I have stayed in this hotel many nights as it’s close to work. It’s safe in an area that can be questionable. The inside room entry was the primary reason for selecting this hotel. No frills, clean and have always felt safe as a solo traveler. The owner is a lovely lady who rebuilt/remodeled the hotel a few years ago. The parking lot is well lit. I would highly recommend this hotel in the area and will continue to stay.

At the rear of the hotel were some abandoned houses that were a bit disconcerting.t Rose is definitely a "no frills" hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and friendly. I would stay there again!

Price was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very dirty, floor was definitely not vacuumed, blankets and pillows very low quality, bathroom ceiling stained, sink drained very slowly. Extremely hot and humid inside the entire building, took a while for the a/c to cool the room. Reserved for 2 nights left after the first.

My door would not close properly. Unless I locked it from the inside I could pull it open and anyone could push it and enter the room. It wasn't a problem when I was in the room because I would lock it. I never had to use my key to get in the room.

The room seemed decently clean, but there was hair in the shower and when I was looking for my daughter's shoes under the bed I found an adult toy package that was left. Luckily I was the one that found it, and not one of my kids.

Nothing I disliked. Mostly I liked the proximity to the Crown Complex. I was in town for a JW Convention being held there. I will definitely stay at the “The Rose” when in the area again.

Ask to be put away from people because i go to bed and get up early and was put next to people that kept me up all night.

It was the worst stay ever!! Lots of traffic. Nobody at the front desk after 10 pm. They just lock you in. Last night the power went out in the whole Hotel and Nobody around to help. There was no dead bolt lock on the door. It was all electrical. So, anybody coukd have walked in on me without lights on. I only got 2 hours of sleep. I coukd hear the room next door and they were snoring loudly. I had just drove 12 hours and needs sleep!! But was a joke!!! They gave me the wrong size room. I paid extra for the room i reserved. I will never go back!!

I would like to say that the location seems as if it was ran by an older Indian couple and they were nice they’re older so they want their property to be ran at a certain type of way so don’t go here if you think that you’re gonna be able to throw a party - have a good time. This is a close knit type of situation and it was very nice to be here for the price. Nice and quiet. They seem to keep their properties up and running correctly thank you.

Our stay was great, can't beat the value! The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars for everything was our AC unit in the room worked but I wish it had cooled a little better but id definitely stay here again.

I liked the fact that it was right across from the Coliseum. That was very convenient. I did not appreciate the tv not working, and the AC buttons wouldn't work so it was set at 61 degrees.

The room seemed decent, walls are thin we were awoken at 3:30 in the morning to the people above us running around, making noise, opening and closing doors or cabinets in their room. Cleaner than other places I came across. There was some food crumbs under 1 bed, the bathroom had some hair around bottom of toilet and in the bathtub. The towel that was on the tub when we arrived felt damp. Beds were ok, this was a 1 night stop to get off the road and get some sleep which unfortunately was ruined by the guests upstairs. Check in was easy and they were friendly.

This little hotel has been renovated into a very clean & comfortable stop. We were able to walk 14 min to the Crowne Coliseum for a show and avoid the crazy parking lot.

I was refused my room at check-in. Got there at 11:30 at night with no time to get reservations anywhere else. I was totally disappointed.

I was late for my scheduled check-in but the front desk assistant was very helpful in helping my family and I to settle in our room. The two nights we spent were relatively comfortable. We did not get breakfast as we were told so I give an average four stars .

I have stayed at this property at least one night a week for the last month. It’s simple, close to the office, check in is easy, friendly staff, quiet and meets my basic needs. I think it’s a good deal for the price and works for my needed location. I plan to continue staying here one night a week for the next several months

This place is actually really nice. It is however, very different from the common hotel stay.

Easy check in. Quiet. No cigarette smells. No alcoholic/druggie/homeless types hanging around.

I’ve stayed at this location plenty of times but my last stay was horrible. I slept in room 107 and the toilet seat was nasty…BUT I brought cleaning wipes so that helped a lot! Also, I was getting bit at night. Idk if it were fleas or bed bugs.

To be honest for this low price there wasn't any problem. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom was clean. Sheets were pilled if you have sensory sensitivity it's triggering. I was kinda upset about it. We drove in the area a little bit and it is not that safe l. But the hotel felt safe. I wouldn't stay again because of the sheet issue and the area.

Super clean and convenient since we were attending a convention right across the street wt The Crown. Will be staying here again next time we attend this convention.

Only a fridge in the room...microwave is upstairs for all to use. Mostly quiet in the evening...only heard people in the room above me for alilbit.

Property was very overrated. Only basic furnishings and a small bath. Noisy highway(US301) only about 200 yards away. Bring earplugs. No microwave or minifridge in room. Had to dress to use a communal microwave at end of hall way and get ice at a machine in the lobby on 1st floor since there wasn't one on second floor. Property should have been described as a budget "No Frills" hotel. It was clean but surrounding areas were not great and not convenient to I-95. Would give property about a 7.5 to 8 rating at most.

My stay here was just eh. The bed was semi comfortable, if you can ignore the springs, and the room was clean. However, there is mold growing in the bathrooms, that you can see once the walls are Dewey. You can hear everything that’s happening around you, and it is not convenient to any necessity. It’s cheap, and you get what you pay for.

Extremely nice and clean hotel. We stay here for our away hocky games. The guy at the front desk is very nice and helpful, its well maintained and modern looking, No weird smells. Popeyes and waffle house are across the street. Will stay here each time we play hockey here.

nice place only two problems, no elevator, so carrying my big bag up stairs is not fun. Front desk is not staffed all the time, so you got to call to get staff, sign on door states, call this number to make reservation only, otherwise you feel I'm out of luck; Returned on my way to airport to get receipt.

Our stay this weekend was a truly pleasant experience from Check In to check out. We were greeted promptly upon arrival. Check In went quickly and smoothly. We were given our choice of rooms and were impressed by the cleanliness of our room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We have stayed here previously with no issues but the beds in our room this time were not good!!
