Yes parking was easy. I loved the suite layout.

Elevators did not work and our room was on the 5th floor

We stayed on the second floor. This was our second visit to this hotel.The walls Needs painting. In my room the floor had a lot of carpet stains. You can see the carpet was not vacuumed properly.A lot of dust webs in the corners of the rooms. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was not in this condition. Hopefully they can look into fixing these problems.

The elevator wasn’t working & I had to carry luggage up & downstairs. A huge inconvenience. There was no sense of urgency to get it fixed or help customers carry luggage up & down the stairs

The elevator was out of service. I had to use the stairs with a 2yr old baby

We have stayed at this property many times. This most recent was disappointing. Elevators out of order. Toliet seat came off and there was no one available to repair. And staff seemed unconcerned.

The worst experience ever! they charged for breakfast not having breakfast, not being authorized to charge my card. What a shame !

Great service and clean facilities but even though the property looks fairly new, inside the veneer is starting to come off. Sink sprayed water all over, scuffs on the walls, poorly painted over, etc. But aside from that, it was a great place to stay.

Breakfast was not provided. A complimentary breakfast would have been beneficial since we also had children with us. We had to go to IHop to eat breakfast. The menu is not child friendly.

The staff was amazing, not just one or two people, but everyone that I came in contact with. They were of great assistance and catered to all of my needs as necessary. The water pressure in the room was very low. The sink water pressure came to a stop several times during my stay. The toilet water pressure was low as well and I had to flush twice each time. The shower water pressure was fine; so I didn't make any complaint.

The hotel looks nice and clean from the outside and the lobby is well maintained. My room didn't meet my expectation, I got a king suite that had no bathtub, the bathroom ceiling (specifically over the shower) was chipping, the lighting was mismatched and not very good in the entire room, and the decor shows greatly where corners were cut among other things, the temperature also wasn't consistent despite trying to set it on the thermostat. I didn't get the experience I thought I paid for but maybe I set my expectations too high.

PROS: The bed was comfortable. The facility clean. Food was great at restaurant. Grest location.. CONS: Lighting in bathroom not.bright enough. Water filled up in the bathtub while showering. Wifi did not.work - per.staff on duty. The water filling up in tub while showering, along with low water pressure from bathroom sink extremely low. Wifi Not working. I feel like the issue with bathtub filling up while showering was a known issue that was never addressed or fixed!

Not enough luggage carrier,(1)! I waited over 20 minutes and the guy at the desk could care less. My husband uses a cane, and we made 3 trips.

The check in staff at night was very nice. However, he forgot to give us our breakfast tickets. The room itself was just below okay. The fridge was going in and out. The bathroom door opened out and did not open all the way. There was nothing to hold the toilet paper roll. The sheets had little balls on them, annoying and scratchy. The shower head adjustment didn't work. You should have the option of choosing which days you want to purchase breakfast. We only need two days, was forced to get three. There were about 4 options to choose. I would have liked to seen bigger varieties. Breakfast should include choices of what you have, oatmeal, yogurt, apples, and bananas. We stayed here for EV charging. Overall the place was okay. Nothing more.

We stay at this location several times a year. Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and relatively new. Within walking distance to several restaurants.

There seemed to be an issue with the plumbing in that it took forever for the toilet to refill and the aerator on the faucet was missing. The chair in the room was missing "foot". That said the room was fine and it was one of only a few hotels that I have been in that actually had enough luggage racks to be useful.

The room was clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. There's on-site food and drinks at various times throughout the day. Location is near restaurants and stores to grab essentials. Would definitely recommend.

It's a nice hotel located in a nice location. Not far at all from any food places and even has a Wal-Mart close by if you needcto pick up a few things.

This hotel is located in a convenient location with a variety of dinning and shopping areas. The room was clean and the bed and pillows was very comfortable. The staff was nice. They do have an on-site restaurant but opens after 5pm and have breakfast but not free. Very nice place to stay.

The hotel was nice, very average Holiday inn. Rooms were nice but for it not to be an old Holiday Inn I thought the room would be better. Staff gave no information about hotel or restaurant in it. Had to ask about Wi-Fi, employee during check-in was very slow and there was no one in the lobby at the time.

I stay at the location every time I stay in North Carolina. I only have one complaint. When I checked out, the lady didn’t acknowledge me until I was almost out the door. She was too busy talking to a coworker when I returned the key.

We went for a military function, room had several issues. The Television did not work, the toilwt overflowed first flush, shower water pressure was horrible. After the 1st night they finally changed the room but the new room had no linens. The front desk staff had no alternative options. The food downstairs was horrible, I ordered a turkey club, they gave me spam. We had several rooms between the entire group 30 rooms and we all had discrepancies. We will choose a different location next year. They will never see us again.

We had a handicap room with a roll in shower and it was not clean and a piece of the wall was broken of and was just sitting next to the sink. I felt dirty after taking a shower.

Our group of ten booked at this hotel while attending a funeral. We met in the lobby to talk. Large tv loudly played the news. We asked night female desk clerk if we could turn down tv. NO. Asked to change channel. NO. When one in our group looked for remote or buttons to make changes, same clerk came yelling at us to NOT touch the tv and there was no remote. Our final day another desk clerk offered the remote which was behind the front desk the whole time. The first clerk was RUDE every time any of us had to deal with her. Next, they charged my credit card for my stay when I had presented proof the stay was pre-paid thru Expedia when I checked-in. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

We went to the bar a few nights, the bartender V was amazing, warm and friendly. She was the highlight of our stay there!

The pillows smelled awful

Charged me for two nights when I PREPAID thru Expedia and SHOWED them Expedia receipt. Rude evening female manger REFUSED to change TV station in lobby or even lower the volume so our group could talk. Management unprofessional disagreed with members of our group over incorrect charges on the bill. Do I go on?? DO NOT, CLEARLY DO NOT stay at this place!!!!

Property was well maintained, and room was comfortable. Front desk staff person was rude, extremely disrespectful and boisterous when discussing my folio and reservation. She lacked knowledge about the policies and use of my family members' service animal. She lacked basic customer service skills.

The restaurant was out of biscuits and bacon for at least two days I was there. Cleaning staff assigned to my room performed dismally last three days I was there. (Note, I requested no service the first day.). Bed linen was not changed in 4 days; dirty glassware not removed from room during duration of stay; toilet/bathroom was not cleaned during 4 days; bed was made up only one day and that was badly done.

The hotel is relatively new. It's in great condition. Room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. A big plus was the free EV charger. I was able to fully charge my car overnight.

When my reservation was made Iask for a room with a king bed. When I arrived I was booked to have a hearing impaired room.

Greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Fresh coffee available in the lobby. Rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. Spa bathroom topped it off. We will be back!
