This was not the typical comfortable, clean, good, safe area you would expect to find. It was mediocre for HIE and I would not stay there again knowing there is another in the area with better food options close by and in a better location.

Bed was amazing. Pillows too! Best sleep ive gotten in years. I have insomnia. And I slept from 10 pm to 7 am. Can't say there was anything I didnt like.

This was a very nice hotel. It was enjoyable.

Nice room. Front desk did not seem happy to see me and placed me on the second floor above the laundry, where the noise was so bad that I had trouble sleeping. It felt as if a helicopter landed on the building every 30 minutes or so.

The big problem was that I got locked out of my room in the morning. The safety lock on the inside somehow locked when I closed the door. A technician had to fix it but he didn’t arrive until 8:00am. This set my trip back by 1 hour. The technician said this happens occasionally. If so why don’t other staff have the tool to open a door that is locked from the inside?

The hotel was great, quiet, comfortable, beds were great and the staff was amazing!

The room was good until I found a pair of dirty panties behind the chair in the room. Cleaners need to make sure they are checking behind things when cleaning. Other than that the breakfast was great and staff was friendly.

There room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I was thrilled they had such a large breakfast buffet. It was delicious. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. There is a Starbucks across the street! Plus a Cracker Barrel nearby. It’s in a very peaceful area with easy access to major roads. The hotel is very well maintained. I couldn’t think of one thing to complain about. I’m a very tough critic. This is above and beyond my expectations and worth every penny. Oh the gym is 24/7 access. Until next time Bullet 3 signing off.

Outdoor pool and parking is convenient and close to entrances . There were not any vagrants loitering around so I was comfortable

Have stayed here several times while traveling I-95. Site convenient to I-95. Not near shopping or many restaurants, although there is a Ruby Tuesday 2 doors down which is good and a bistro in a nearby hotel. Have found the breakfast at this hotel is OK, but not great, although there are enough offerings to get by and get back on the road.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. This is a nice, clean hotel with a great complimentary breakfast.

Reception and checkin excellent, people very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was very low, HVAC hard to control and unit was very loud. No hot breakfast due to oven not working.

We were so pleasantly surprised. After driving for over 10 hours, we stopped at this beautiful hotel and were greeted with an exceptional young man, Isaac, with a genuine smile and a good heart to go with it. Isaac made sure that our reservation and stay were perfect - and it was!

We had just an overnight stay due to some winter weather in the area. There wasn't very many options around as far as food but it was super convenient to the main highway. The hotel was quiet and offered a decent breakfast.

The lady who was at the front desk when we checked in was excellent, and when we checked out the one that was on duty was also excellent . Breakfast was good too. I highly recommend this property!

We were warmly greeted at check in by front desk person. Check in was fast and friendly. The property is modern and inviting. The room was good size, clean and well appointed. The bathroom was likewise clean and had everything needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast provided a good selection of fresh and cooked items. Overall great experience.

It was a very comfortable stay however very old needs bathroom walls fixed in 128. I did not like the shower. It was easy to get in however the soapy water ran all over the bathroom floor causing a slippery mess. Needs to be revamped

We chose this hotel because it was a halfway point to where we were headed after having already driven around 5 hours. This hotel, as all of the same brand are always top notch, very comfortable, and very clean.

We came into town just to check out the antique shops so view was not important. Everything was clean staff was great, breakfast ok. The beds were good not great but this is where I stay from now on if I come to Fayetteville. Keep it UP IHG!

The room was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. My family enjoyed the pool. Upon checkout i had an issue. I booked and paid for my stay through Hotels.com but when i checked out they said my room wasn’t paid for and charged me again. I had to call my bank because i was charged twice and it is under investigation at this point. I had proof that it was paid but they still charged me.

Everything we needed was nearby

We had a hard time getting from Chicago to NC. With flight and transportation issues. It was a great relief that the check in process was uneventful. The front desk had our keys ready and knew my name as soon as I walked it. After a day we had that’s was great comfort and release.

Showed up at 3:15 (check in time is 3:00) and they didn’t have the room we paid for ready. Paid for a King Suite. We were told we would have to wait over 2 hours for our room. Ended up putting us in a normal king room (the cost of this room should have been less). They did not give us the additional $ we paid for the suite back, and said that just because we paid for a suite does not guarantee we get one. Staff was RUDE, would never stay there again

Holiday Inn Express is always a great stay. Room is spacious and clean. Did not like the surrounding area that much and we had to drive 5 miles for dinner.

Check in was fast and easy. Vending machine area was well stocked.

Cons: Booked room with a handicapped accessible bathroom. I called hotel directly and was assured it was a room with an accessible bathroom with a chair height toilet with grab bars. The toilet was very low, no grab bars. Very hard for me with my bad knee. The bathtub wasn’t any better. One single grab bar wasn’t able to use shower. Not sure who Holiday Inn consults on American Disability Act and designing a bathroom that is actually accessible. But I won’t be staying in any HI any more.

Very clean. Modern. Continental breakfast great as it gets you a good start to day of travel.

The room was spacious and clean, the Check-in progress for quick and efficient. At 9am, my family and I came down for breakfast but breakfast was not refilled for examples, the hot water dispenser was empty, eggs was empty event thought breakfast was suppose to be until 10am.

One downside on my room, 122, the thermostat light stayed on at night, was too bright. Had to cover it with something. Otherwise, great stay.

Traveling for a funeral. The stay was just what we needed to unwind and relax during our bereavement.

We were mid-family move and needed a safe place to stop for the night. This hotel was available with room for our entire family of 5. It was mostly clean, though the bathroom floors/corners needed some attention: nothing atrocious, but it was evident that dirt and junk had been pushed into corners. Overall a great stay: we slept well, everyone was able to eat breakfast even family members navigating gluten free/dairy free options. We would stay there again!
