Everything was great, I stay at this location every time I visit. Definitely will be returning.

My room was nice. The roomservice was excellent. Bixby what's I was told that I would have to pay $10 extra for breakfast? Wanna checked in that morning? When I went to get breakfast, I was told, I need to pay $15 per person for breakfast. I had 3 children and myself every time I left my room. My key would not work. So I had to go back downstairs to get it. Rekeyed, that was a lot of movement with my children .

The atmosphere is so nice, staff very welcoming. This is our second stay here and this is the only hotel we will select when in town. The breakfast buffet price could be a little lower- I noticed a few folks look at the menu and leave. The offerings are ok, just average.

The attitude of the manager. There faulty lock security locked all my items in the room. We traveled 8 hours and just wanted a nice hot tub. Didn’t get it but got well the best we can do for you is a br

The only really Pet friendly hotel we have stayed at. Our pets are happy, and will go to the elevators straight away. Always quiet and clean. Only problem was the microwave, it was loud and vibrating. It sounded like it was about to explode. We didn’t use it.

After checking in, I went to my room only to see that there was trash(empty car liter containers along with used cat litter in shopping bags) outside a room that was adjacent from mine. It stayed there from the time I checked until about 9am the next morning. I personally thought that was gross.

The staff was amazing and the food was great. The AC unit was horrible and disruptive.

The room was very nice spacious and clean. I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room as well as the bar and restaurant on site at the hotel as well as the in door pool. The staff was very helpful knowledgeable nice and friendly. I will definitely return. The room was also in a great location close to restaurants and close to Walmart.

I did not have the breakfast. The animals. There are guest who are allergic to animals. I think it was a little inflated to charge $3.00 fir a bottle of water. I think the rooms should be fumigated for fleas.

Nice place, friendly staff, easy check-in. My only suggestion would be to improve the gym a bit. The pool was teeny, more like a large hot tub, and the gym only had a few hand weights and ellipticals.

While watch the March madness championship on Saturday evening in the lobby, the chairs at the tables, wooden round back were beautiful to look at, but horribly uncomfortable. Other than that this place is great!! Thank you for having a wonderful polite staff. We always come back to the same place when we visit.

We have always enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden in Fayetteville. Had a double problems with our stay this time. But overall, nice, clean, and very friendly service at frint desk.

Heat or ac machine too loud, when I turn down the heat temperature it became cool air instead off like normal heat does, lower the temperature is off until it drop then heat is on after. When check out I asked for paper receipt, counter told me I will get from email. Almost whole day over, I didn’t get the email yet.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Easy check in and great breakfast. The hot tub and indoor pool was a plus and we enjoyed it. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Just an overall great stay.

Room was fabulous. Had a great walk-in shower in accessible room. Quiet, no sounds thru the walls, comfy king bed and a very good fold-out sofa bed (really!). Huge tv (we went to watch an important college football game). Staff was awesome at checkin. My only negative is that they didn't have free breakfasts (had to order from menu). Otherwise, 5 stars. Will definitely stay again.

Rm 223. Overall fine experience. Microwave too low power. Bathtub downright dangerous: slippery and points downward! Beds comfortable. All lights, electrical outlets, etc. worked well. TV difficult to punch in single channels. Overall, a good enough experience for the price.

Multiple outlets in the room did not work so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom.

Check in was good. The bedsheet had a stain on it. I called the front desk and they sent up a set of sheets…. I’m not sure if I was supposed to ask the person the change the sheets but he sure didn’t offer. He handed me the sheets and said have a good evening. The fridge wasn’t as cold as it should have been. Just sharing.. none of this stopped me from getting much needed rest.

Expedia rep daunte would clear issue with my check in, for a room I paid for in advance. Cause to rebook the same room a higher. But night management was very nice and understanding with helping. But resolve but would there again just not Expedia

Hotel and staff were excellent and friendly especially the breakfast crew. But the air conditioning unit in the room kept us up throughout the night. Thought we were blasting off for Mars. Not a good nights sleep unfortunately.

This was a perfect spot. The hotel was clean, front desk attendants were friendly. We were given a "Welcome" bag as we were attending the US Open. The hotel also had shuttle service to and from the tournament which was very convenient. The food was also very nice.
