    Breakfast was served always on time; displaced layout always nice and neat; varieties of pastries and one of my favorite was fresh fruits each and everyday. I really enjoyed the breakfast there. The food service staff were wonderful and they always alerted the guests for last call prior to scheduled time of closing if they needed anything from the dining.

    The maidens, that cleaned the rooms everyday and we're readily available to issue supplies as needed; the staff was excellent but they didn't tell me about third party, Hotel.com how they reward your OneKey money even after in advert cancelations for overlapped reservations occurred. I not only discovered the overbooked reservation money was in the account but an overbooked in May 2026, which allowed me and my son to stay for an additional today's. Hotel.com was wonderful in not only alerting me, that I had over $300.00, that I could use for my bookings. They went way and beyond their job to assist in bookings. They were wonderful. Thank you all very much, they are willing to please guests in turn helping hotels like yours to keep valuable customers.

    Great location, very clean and nicely updated. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Lots of dining options and shopping nearby. The room was very clean and newly updated including new carpet. Bed was comfortable, shower had decent water pressure. Coffee was nice and hot and breakfast was good. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

    The only issue I had was with the checkout process. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, and instead of simply calling the room as a courtesy reminder, someone knocked on the door five minutes before checkout and told us we had 15 minutes to get out or we’d be charged for another day. We were already in the process of getting our things together, so the approach just felt unnecessarily aggressive. Then, before the full 15 minutes had even passed, he came back knocking again. It just felt excessive and could have been handled in a much more professional and customer-friendly manner. Overall, good stay with excellent front desk service, but the checkout experience definitely left a sour note at the end.

    I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a little bit of a hassle. During booking I added my additional guest to my reservation. It took down my contact information but used my additional guest name as the reservation holder. During check-in I’m providing my email contact information even the reservation confirmation letting them know I indeed have a reservation here. Instead of the front desk letting me know that although they see my reservation because it wasn’t under my name they could not check me in, they just continued to tell me they couldn’t find my reservation for 15+ minutes. I was asked if there might be a different name. I provided the additional guest name and was told they found that reservation but not one under my name. My additional guest actually had to come in and check us in to which the reservation was quickly found. The whole process was frustrating and it was too late at night to be dealing with difficulties. Going forward more transparency can be used. Had my additional not come in once they realized the process was taking a while, I would’ve still been at the front desk attempting to explain the situation - despite being told that I would not be able to check in.

I can’t afford to get sick” instead of greeting me and ask if I needed a mask or something, she was rude! After that she asked if I was checking in, I felt so uncomfortable and on top of that she immediately went to get some hand sanitizer and put a mask on… like c’mon if you don’t want to get sick don’t work at costumer service, second i wasn’t sick! I just stayed there because we were tired after a +18hr trip… she needs to learn to treat people better and to understand that a cough doesn’t mean a person is sick… I wouldn’t come back or recommend this place if you’re sick or if you’re COUGHING! This happened Sunday 14th 2025 around 17:30-18:00

    Yssa was great upon check in. She asked if we had a floor preference since the hotel wasn't full. The room assigned was having AC issues so they quickly moved us. Breakfast had some nice options. The woman working there diligently kept things replenished and clean. She brought out requested items as well. The evening and night time staff were friendly and helpful. They would greet with a cheerful, "welcome back"!

    The staff was very welcoming and helpful when I arrived. However the cleanliness could be a little better. The side door was not working for entry so when you parked you had to walk around to the front entrance. Breakfast was good nice selection and clean.

    We had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable I slept better than I do at home. All staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. The only negative would be the weak in-room coffee.but the coffee service in the lobby was good.

    This hotel is very nice. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint though was the cleaning staff. Checkout time is 11am but staffed started knocking on the door at 10:45, 10:50 and 10:55. Each time we told them we were going to be checking out at 11:00, which is exactly what time we left the room. This was very aggravating and rude.

    1. We wanted to turn off the A/C as it was very noisy. We were not able to turn it off using the thermostat control panel in the room. We called the front desk, and they said the A/C needed to be unplugged. They offered to unplug it for us (it’s 220V) but we did it ourselves. We plugged it back in in the morning, but again, the thermostat didn’t control it, so it wouldn’t turn on. 2. At around 12:40 AM, our door (214) was opened by what we think was the front desk staff person along with other guests, waking us. They apologized for the intrusion (there was no knock or other notice before the door was opened). The following morning, our keys didn’t work. The morning desk person was friendly and helpful, but had to come up to our room to open the door with the master key. She guessed that the battery in the door lock had died. In any case, the whole episode was disturbing and time consuming.

    The access road getting to this property has huge holes, could damage your car, there was a hole that looked like a fist went through the wall in our room, we reserved a king room, when we got there we were told they don't have any king rooms left by a rude front desk person named Franchesca. I sent detailed info to Hilton, it's been 3 weeks with no reply so I'm guessing they don't care enough to investigate my complaint. I'm telling everyone my experience since they didn't care to discuss it with me. I was giving them time to make it right first, 3 weeks was sufficient for some type of reply. I do not suggest you book here.

    The hotel overall is good. It was clean. Upon check-in around 5:00 pm, we were told that the hot water was out but they were working on it and it should be restored in 2 hours. The hot water wasn't restored until around 11:00 pm. I was not happy about this at all. The room was fairly small compared to other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. Breakfast was decent. When we got to breakfast, there was a sign for biscuits but we were told that they were not going to put out any more. My kids were disappointed. Overall, the stay here was just okay.

    Great stay. We were comfortable, service was nice, and parking was easy; However, there was a lot of people staying when we stayed and one elevator situation was very inconvenient and long. The stairs also appeared confusing like you cant find the start to them which makes you feel forced to ride the elevator any chance you can.

    Was charged 84 dollars pet charge for one 12 pound multipoint for a hotel stay of 7 hours. When booking the site said pet friendly but made no mention of charge. If I knew charge was 84 dollars I would never have stayed. Understand a minimal charge of 25 dollars but this charge was in my opinion a scam. Could have stayed at other similar hotels that are pet friendly for a total of less than 100 dollars this 7 hour stay was over 240 with pet charge ridiculous.

    Actually wound up not staying. Checked in with my elderly handicapped parents. Handicap parking was not accessible to rooms and located in an area that a motorcycle club was having an outdoor party. Was not comfortable leaving my car there. Did not honor my request for 2 beds and was told none were available so we left. Horrible experience, unaccommodating and unapologetic. So many hotels in the area with much better conditions. Also prices were too high for what you get.
