We had a first floor ADA room, which was awesome not having to go up the elevator to another floor. The room was very spacious and the bathroom shower was level with the floor.

The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom. Bathroom trash can had urine splashes on it. It was situated right next to the toilet. The drain in the tub did not work, unable to close it to take a bath, and the drain was dirty. Also, the exhaust fan did not work.

They have a free Breakfast included with the stay. They offer, eggs sausage, breakfast sandwich, cereal, hot oatmeal, muffins, pastries, juices, hot tea coffee, milk, and our favorite, make your own waffles! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel again.

The staff was top notch. From check in to breakfast. Very friendly, chatting it up, but not too much. Front desk at check in, young guy, very polite and great manners. Didn't try to rush anyone at the desk. Nice bar and bartender. Breakfast staff, Tara and Yolanda, were so nice. They kept everything clean well stocked. The room was nicer than any hotel we have stayed in recently. Comfy beds and nice big bathroom. I would stay here again. Our thermostat didn't work well. We tried to turn it down and even off, but it just kept blowing hot air. It was warm! I let the front desk know in the morning. Breakfast offerings were just OK. The ladies were super nice and kept it stocked real well. But the hotel needs to step up its game with some extra offerings. Wet scrambled eggs and meh sausage are just not enough. Maybe some bacon or sausage gravy added would be nice.

Had to switch rooms three times. First one the deadlock was on and we couldn’t get in. 2nd one wasn’t cleaned and had no bedding. Front desk agent was apologetic and helpful though.

The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The room was clean. Housekeeping did not replace items; there was only one coffee for two people and the conditioner was empty.

Stayed for a soccer match. Lots of dining options near by. Hotel itself was nice, breakfast was good, and felt safe. As a runner, I did not feel safe running out of the hotel in the immediate area but there were some better areas I found later that weren’t far at all (like the Cape fear River trail).

We did the suite with the two queen beds and pull out couch room. We have five of us (two adults, two teenagers, and a toddler), and it was very comfortable in space for a hotel room without having to get two rooms. The room was clean. Breakfast is pretty basic and pool is a bit small, but overall we will definitely be going back for our ATV trips when we are in town. One thing to note is they do have a problem with homeless people in the area (not their fault) so please make sure to lock your cars! The hotel was very sweet and warned us and said we could put our son’s 4wheeler inside if needed.

First time in Fayetteville even though I’m from North Carolina. I had to bring my daughter to Fayetteville State overnight. The school recommended this hotel. I give them a 10 out of 10. Every time I come to visit this will be my second home. This is by far the best hotel and very reasonable price. Anything you need is down the street.

We loved the Fairfield Inn Marriot, we only questioned the housekeeping. Our room, bedding wasn’t made, and the bathroom was never cleaned? Towels were placed in the rooms and trash bags, however room wasn’t vacuumed. The hotel was family friendly. We will refer our family and friends.

Once we checked in, A note was slipped under the door that someone will be by in the morning for AC unit maintenance. I didn’t think nothing of it until at the next morning at 9AM, the maintenance guy stood knocking to get in. We couldn’t understand why it wasn’t scheduled after we checked out. He came in & saw my husband sleeping and started but then said I just come back he’s sleeping.

Hotel must be newer, in great condition. Everyone was friendly and there were a lot of different options for breakfast. Pool was a little smaller than anticipated and steps into the pool were a slippery, which is the only negative about this hotel. I would definitively stay here again and recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

my wife cannot use feather pillows. I went down to front desk to get a foam pillow after checking in. The staff member said he did not have key to housekeeping and could not help us. I had to drive to nearby Walmart to buy a pillow suitable for my wife. Don't understand why staff did not have a key to assist us. also cigarette smoke from outside seating area came up and entering our room thru the A/C. It was pretty strong til vacated after midnight.

The room smelled the walls were filthy the bathroom was dirty there were white stains all on the bathroom walls and mold all along the shower door and in the corners of the floor was dirt build up. The chair was filthy in the room. The phone had built up dirt on it. The only thing I can say was very clean were the towels and linens.

I love this place . My family and I stay here when we come visit family. It’s a smaller hotel , but has everything we need.

Everything was excellent and staff were all so polite.Only suggestion would be a lamp between beds that could be turned on or off for each bed .

Front desk staff was amazing. Friendly service with a smile. Room was ok, could not get the ac to the right temperature. My door lock went dead on me as well. Again the front desk got maintenance to my room immediately to fix the problem.

Was Quick stay as we arrived at 9pm. Room was perfect and breakfast also. Nothing négative to say!

The staff was friendly and the hotel clean. But the clientele ruined our stay. We just needed a quiet, clean place to stay during a long drive but there were teens staying here and clearly here to party. The music was loud in the room next door and the teens yelled through the hallway. Luckily it ended by 2pm but it wasn’t a peaceful night until then. This looked like a group trip as we saw no adults and have no idea why the woman at reception gave us a room in between two of the teens’ rooms. As a bonus, our car was keyed when we got to it the next morning. The parking spots are small and we had to park on the line which the neighboring car clearly was not happy with. Crummy.

We came from NYC for my boys graduation. We had adjoining rooms and it was very conveniently located to everything. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great even though bacon wasn't served everyday, lol. I wish the pool heater was working but overall this is my new place to stay whenever I go to NC Fayetteville.

Greeted as soon as we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and very comfortable as well as inviting. Our kids enjoyed themselves also. Breakfast staff and the spread was delicious and well stocked. So many different options to choose from.

Walking distance to everything and anything you need during your stay. Wal Mart. Several fast food restaurants. However, enjoyed eating at the Rockin Crab Seafood bar - food was awesome. Starbucks for those coffee lovers. Gas station and many more. Airport 20 mins away and the Cross Creek mall 20 mins away as well. Ample parking spaces all around the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and good enough Room was clean, fresh and spacious, with 2 huge TVs, one in the bedroom area and one in the kitchen/living room area. Large desk space for those of us who likes to work during vacation. Super spacious and clean bathroom.

We had family come in town for my wedding this weekend. I got there to check in and the staff made me feel welcome and they assured me my family would be in good hands. I’m happy to report everything was fantastic and we will book with you all again. My family and I thank you all for everything!

This was a great hotel for our family! Just a few minutes off of 95. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean and the hotel is well kept. The breakfast was a great value too!

This was a great quick little getaway spot for me! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. It’squiet and in a safe location. The only thing I’d change would be the parking, but it’s not too bad. Just fills up quickly!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that we reserved a handicap accessible room and this room really wasn't. The shower tub had one grab bar all the way at the back of the tub. A handicapped person would be unable to hold the grab bar and reach the shower controls. We requested a shower chair but none was provided. Otherwise the room was fine and the free breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.
