Not far from main road with food and stores Right near I95 so very noisy/ makes it’s harder to fall asleep. Was in a room facing back of building (closer to highway) and right across from the stairwell so heard door slamming all hours of the evening & night

Beautiful hotel clean smelled fresh. Just wish I was able to get a room sleeping in your lobby was not my plan. After driving 10 hours me and my husband arrived at the hotel around 11 PM. No one was there we waited in the lobby until 5 o’clock in the morning the clerk walked up, woke us up and said I can I help you we told him we would like to check into the room that we reserved room . When we went to check in he stated that our reservation was canceled and if we wanted to get a room, we would have to pay additional $100 for early check-in. He stated that he had a family emergency and that’s why he was not there. However he had saliva marks on the side of his face, goober in his eye,and pillow marks were n his face as well he was obviously sleeping in the back. while on the clock. It was absolutely unacceptable. At least he got a good night rest there was at least four other people that reserved rooms trying to check in that we’re not able to. Your front desk clerk is causing your your hotel to lose money and then to try to charge additional hundred dollars because of his negligence. Unacceptable uncourteous. He showed no regret for the situation he put us in. Thankfully, we were able to find another hotel but unfortunately we had to pay a $50 early check-in fee pick up the house because someone didn’t want to do their job.

Overall the facility was decent. The curtains in the bedroom were shredding and the carpet in the bedroom was damaged. The rooms were drab looking. Too much brown. Definitely could use an update. I didn't like the color scheme and furniture

Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant, the room that i got assigned was not deep clean enough! The smell of putrefaction in the living room was outrageous! We complained about it but the place had no more options or rooms available, I didn’t have a car rental when we arrived so we had no choice! The AC from the living room was broken and when we closed the windows the smell got worse. We closed the door that divided the bedroom and living room and put towels to cover the bottom of the door to stop the smell coming inside, but it didn’t work! On top of that we found holes in the walls big ones. Almost everything in the room was sticky including the walls, hard floor and carpet. Overall this place was not a good experience for us! It seems that people live there for extended periods or is perhaps used as a homeless shelter. Maybe I’m wrong but that was the impression we got based on the situation and people we encountered.

The outside looks like I was staying at resort in Florida or the Caribbean. The staff is so king and patient! The room/suite was sooo clean and affordable. The location was so convenient. Walking distance & short from so many restaurants, fun places, grocery store, and the mall. I will definitely be back in time for the swimming season.

I did want to mention after being there for 2 weeks you could tell when this sweet woman named Tashara was working the front desk! I’d see her always busy with vacuuming, spraying and cleaning doing wipe downs on everything! You could literally smell the difference when walking thru the door that she was the one working!

Nothing. I got charged a cancellation fee after being confirmed a room through Booking.com and upon arrival the entire foyer smelled like marijuana and the front desk clerk finally showed up and told me that they didn’t have a room available due to housekeeping. He stated that I was in the system, but there’s nothing they can do despite that I was still charged the entire fee for the room through Booking.com. I would really like to get that back thank you.

The fact that I had to endure kids running back and forth and jumping up and down in the room above me everyday and was told by the front there is nothing they can do because they pay their money just like me.

The room was spotless and the staff was very courteous. I love the fact that I can prepare meals in a real kitchen. The location is great close to many restaurants and areas to shop. The only downside was on my last day there for some reason all the dogs were barking. I love that pets arre allowed but can they be on a separate place. Not to disturb the other visitors.

My only complaint is the stench of cigarette smoke in my room. It seemed 'baked in,' as if that odor was accumulated over many years. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and will consider staying again.

The room was good. Would stay again. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok would enjoy more variety on menu. Parking was good enough parking. All in all my stay was good. Like I said would definitely stay again and longer stay than 1 night.

The stay was ok! They were redoing the parking lot so we had to park on the side not the safest place. The foyer smelled like skunk weed! The carpet leading to our room smelled bad!

The room i had was appropriately clean but dark and dingy. The bathroom was big, but had absolutely no counter or vanity for personal care products. There wasn't even a place to sit your toothbrush. There wasn't anything to put your suitcase on, but plenty of open space. They don't utilize the area at all. The staff was amazing.

The room provided 4 walls and a roof. The property looks like something from 1970. For what the place makes, something like new curtains shouldn't be a big ask. Desperate need of upgrade.

I stood outside for 20 minutes ringing the doorbell, just to be let in by another guest and waited another 10 minutes for someone to show at the front desk. When the lady did show up she was still wearing her noise cancelling headphones and told me it was my fault for not calling a phone number that was ONLY posted inside the lobby. I never got to check into my room and I am still fighting the hotel to get a refund. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or another of its chain locations again.

The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the price is quite reasonable. However, one aspect that I did not appreciate was the unpleasant smell in the room and the excessively dirty carpet.

Management were all nice people but the curtains in room were terrible and dirty looking. Carpet smelled like wet pets which was masked with fragrant carpet powder that faded away after couple days.

I love that each unit has a small kitchen- ideal for an extended stay somewhere. The rooms weren't the cleanest when I first checked in, but it was rectified on request. I do wish there was more noise control- I had several neighbors who were very loud late at night, on more than one occasion.

When we checked in the staff was abrupt. The room we were given was unmade and the furniture was moved into the kitchen. The refrigerator was pulled out into the kitchen and the bed was unmade. We had to get a different room.

Also disappointed that there wasn't an automatic door / handicap button at the entrance. Sure, rolling in 2 suitcases was awkward, but worse for the woman I saw with the walker and the man in the wheelchair. Otherwise room and property were sufficient -- clean, safe, and comfortable enough.

This was a great location and overall in good shape, but the room setup was not convenient. I know some of this was because it was accessible (don't know why I was placed there), but there should still be more counter space in the bathroom and table area. Staff was very helpful!

Our "non smoking" room was rank with smoke and Febreeze which I assume was their attempt to remove the smell. I checked in at 3, put my bags in the room, and left for a conference. At 8 we returned and I went straight to the front desk to get a new room. The desk agent was irritated that it took me so long to come to them. I did get a new room that smelled better but definitely not good. In this room the smoke detectors were hanging off the ceiling from wires. We sucked it up and stayed in the room. Also, worth mentioning, the elevator smelled terrible. I was trusting the 7+ Hotels.com rating. After talking with friends I now know to never stay in Extended Stay hotels as they have an awful reputation that I was oblivious of. If I was by myself and working blue collar contracts in Fayetteville, this place would be over priced but acceptable.

Room was advertised as non smoking but clearly smelt like it was smoked in and they just tried to mask the smell. Room felt dirty and unsafe. Found bugs on the floor and the smoke detector was disconnected and dangling from ceiling. We left within an hour of checking in and checked in somewhere else.

My family and i stayed there for 3 weeks. The staff was all so friendly and professional. They always had a treat at the front desk for my dog. The room was clean and fresh smelling. The only issue i had was sometimes the door didn't recognize my key card. But overall our stay was great.

I like the studio apartment style

No milk, brown sugar, anything to dress it up. Concentrate creamer for the coffee and instant coffee pouches. Carpet had a hole in it from a previous pet and was really dirty, as I could see from my white socks. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful and the hotel is nice. Grounds and landscaping is really pretty.

Close to highway.

Stay was good until i had to walkthru the hallway that was smelling strongly of Marijuana. not to mention early morning angry loud outbursts heard from others on the hallway.

Property was well cared for

Very clean and excellent service from the staff. My only critique is the bathroom sink has no counter space for your toiletries. Perhaps a shelf could be added somewhere.

Seemed to be a lot of semi-permanent residents. Not the quietest crowd.

The people across the hall were very loud talking, etc!!

angela, the service desk employee was fantastic & empathetic. she handled everything with care, compassion & comprehension not to mention she was sweet, intelligent & empathetic. our room had dirty towels but the housekeeper gave us fresh towels with extra.

I love staying close to the Mash House as it’s my favorite restaurant in Fayetteville. Being close enough to walk is particularly convenient. This time I chose the hotel because they allow dogs and we were traveling with our dog for the first time. He was made very welcome and having a suite gave us plenty of room.

First the elevator was closed and had to climb 3 floors of stairs and I have breathing issues, second The air conditioner didn’t work in the bedroom of the room . So we reported it to the front desk, but it was the next day that they changed our room which we were rushed to do which interrupted our plans

The elevator didn't work and I was on the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was decent.

the elevator was out of order in the three days I was there never saw it being worked on. The trash under the kitchen sink was never collected prior to my stay. In my parents room the smoke detectors were hanging from the ceilings. and my last morning I saw a cockroach walk across my room. I find it hard to believe that the 10 point check was done.

Nice privacy

The elevator still wasn't working, I had to drag my luggage up to the 3rd floor. It doesn't seem like they are in a hurry to get it fixed.

We were on the 3rd floor, elevator was broke, had to carry our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The room was musky and smelled awful of mildew. They had the windows open when we arrived trying to air it out. The shower did not drain, ended up giving my self and daughter a sponge bath because the tub was disgusting. Would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms you can hear everything above you and through the walls side by side. Paying that kind of money should ensure quietness and some insulation for God sakes.

Location was great. Bruce at the front desk was marvelous. Property was worn out. Couch was stained. Tub didn’t drain. No ice machine, so I had to ask for ice trays and a cup for the bathroom (to rinse my mouth after brushing). I wouldn’t pick this place again.

Front desk was amazing. Sleeping was very hard due to us being close to the office and people talking all nighr and going in and out of office door. We were in room 117 right across from office and also the fire alarm kept churping in someones room we coule hear it so not a good nights sleep at all. Shower had a crack in the bottom of the shower i was afraid my foot would fall through it and also the hair dryer was broken.

Reasonable price for location, within close distance to many restaurants.

The building is fine, the grounds are nice and pleasing. The room has repairs needed. The fridge door faces the wrong way; the cabinets need repair. Otherwise, it was fine. The bed was clean and comfortable. With a little work, it could be just fine. Would be nice if we had in-room coffee also. The breakfast is grab-and-go style. No hot items.

This place suited our needs for the evening. It had the frig/frz for our cooler items. Plenty of room (we were assigned a handicap accessible room) to set up our dog's create. I should have asked for another pillow but our rest was ok. Simple AM breakfast to go options. Value priced with pet.

Good size for a stay, pool was algae infested. Refrigerator was very noisy. Otherwise, acceptable for the purpose. Staff were very friendly

It’s okay. Wasn’t as bad as some of it previous reviews. It’s outdated and old but my room was clean. No issues with hotel and staff. Great location to dining and the mall.

We were just staying for a quick overnight on our travels. If we were to have stayed any longer than one night we would have switched hotels. It was very dated and their was gum stuck to the rug along with lots of stains.

It was close to a lot of places but the room was very disappointing. It’s supposed to be a smoke free room but it smells like it had been smoked in. The tub was grungy looking even when it was clean and it looked like it had been patched with a waterproof silicone or sealant. Checkout was at 11am and I was getting my items ready to leave but I was questioned by cleaning staff at 10am about me leaving. I never had that happen at other hotels.
