The location was a bit sketchy. The pubs nearby were more like stip bars. I got checked for weapons at the bar I checkef out.

Slamming doors and loud talking all night. Staff was cold, not even one smile. Did not feel safe. Many homeless/druggies wandering about. Bed was very uncomfortable.

The location was good .. I like the staff very friendly especially the manager. I like the facility very clean and always smell great. I would definitely share my experience with other friends & family. My room was on the first floor by the exit , a lot of foot traffic in & out door slamming all night every night!

I did not like anything here. Smelt like urine, and cigarettes throughout the building and our room. The room was dirty. No shampoo or conditioner to shower. Had to wait 15 mins to have someone come check us in since it was “after hours” but, my check in time was approved. Very sketchy area for a hotel.

Location was reasonable Doesn’t seem safe. Heavy drug activity & some staff will help but others are rude with nasty attitudes. The manager makes her own rules & gets vindictive when she can’t inconvenience you!

Security claims door locked 24/7. Out of the 3 entrances I saw, two were held open with a rock.

The location was alright. It was rather dirty. The kitchen area in the room had rust all over it. Even though it was a suite and had a kitchen area there was no cups, plates, cookware or utensils. There wasn't even tissues.

I loved almost everything about the hotel. From start to finish. Security is guaranteed. Extended stay means you clean the room by yourself which i think should be improved. Staff can assist with cleaning at least every 2days

Clean room. Brief stay on drive from Florida to New Jersey. Booked on Booking.com. Arrived at 11pm. No night person. Had to call customer service to apparently wake the guy up. He eventually came down and checked me in and then charged my credit card for a full night instead of the $20 pet fee after I had already prepaid Booking.com. Still waiting for my refund.

The people (employees) are always nice! The loud people in other rooms but that’s not the extended stays fault! I saw a few bugs but I also know that’s not the extended stays fault! People bring them in with their items! And risk ruining the experience for everyone!

My room had roaches. They were crawling in the wall, across the fridge, on the bathtub, on the tv. The room smelled like mildew.

Location was good for our needs. Room was clean. Room 410: Beds were terrible, would have been more comfortable sleeping on an air mattress in a tent. Tv didn’t work, no WiFi, no hand towels, no shampoo, bite clerk ride and unfriendly, when we checked out they wouldn’t even open the roll up door and told us to slide the key under the seal. No breakfast, no water pressure.

I didn't like the fact there was no staff on premises at any time. We would need to call and wait forever for assistance. There is also a very large roach problem at this location.

The front desk call us for noise complaints when we wasn't even there we was out visiting family or mostly at my mother in laws house, when we asked for clean lines or toiletries and trash bags we was told they were out so we had to buy our own, we also had roaches in our room.

My gas was stolen out of my truck my room did not have pillows. I went to the front desk, connect for pillows, and I got accused of stealing the pillows that were in the room when I stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 days. My room was never touched by hotel staff. I didn't get fresh linen or towels. I had to take my garbage bags down to the dumpster after asking hotel staff where to take it after 3 days if it not being picked up. Often saw the staff with the clean linen cart in the floor I was in but they never stopped at my room. The room did have a kitchenette but didn't have anything cook with. Had to go out and by my own pot and pan and utensils and dishes. To use the tv, I had to disconnect and reconnect the cable line each time I turned the tv off.

Also the bed sheets were stained and looked dirty. It seemed to be a hotel thats used as a shelter as well. Very noisy. Do not recommend.

People through out the proprtt have no manners. Up all. If hoj habe to be up early in the mornings dont expect to.get any sleep. People. Stomp around all evening. Very upsetting

I was very dissatisfied with EVERYTHING regarding our brief stay! The water was shut off with no eta on when it would be fixed. The bed was extremely small with dirty sheets on them. The shower/tub was filthy and had pubic hairs in it! We will NEVER stay here again even if it was the last shelter on Earth! The only encounter that was positive was checking in and interacting with Lani! She was very attentive and had a great personality despite handling multiple customers due to her being the only one there! Although the manager (forgot her name) walked the halls nonchalantly and with no sense of urgency.

The first night i stayed here, the maintenance guy, got it up for me, which is good, but the next morning, same then, no signal, i messes with it and messed with it, still nothing. At 8:12 am, no one was at the desk for me to see about getting the internet back up, also theres no free breakfast here, which is on the website that they do.

Despite the fact that I called to request a late check in as my flight was coming in at 11:40 pm and told the front desk that I will only arrive around 12:30 am they still did let me check in and told me that my reservation was canceled. I am an elderly person and was left in the streets.

This place is really geared for people who need an apartment. You have to bring your own cups, plates, & silverware. Fortunately, I was moving to this area and had the things I needed. The price was good, I would stay again.

I've stayed at other Woodspring Suites while traveling across the county as it has become by "go to" as I like the simplicity of the rooms. No Carpet and limited furnishings as it is easier to keep clean. This property is nothing even close to the other places I've stayed.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there was no one in the reception when we arrived and we had to wait for 20mins to checkin, the stuffs were very unfriendly. There was only a couple of towels in the bathroom and when we asked for more they refused to give us anymore towel.

The hotel was clean but its not your usual hotel almost like a rooming house. My son had a boxing tournament in the area and this hotel was definitely better than the other hotels in the area. Not sure if they were short staff but it only seemed as though 3 people only worked here. Check in is terrible no one is never at the desk which is important because your turning away customers lined up to get in. Its sad how clean the hotel was the customer service is what makes this hotel suck. Then when its time to checkout the rep who belongs at the desk checking people is away from the desk knocking on doors to get people to leave which i thought was rude. It wasnt a pleasant stay for me felt more like a shelter that people are paying rent. My family and i were very uncomfortable and couldn't wait for it to end

Okay let's start with the chicken there was no chicken the lobby was empty the gate was closed and nobody was there I need to call as service number 500 so I talked to someone and he gave me another number I need to call it was a private number and then I start to fight with this guy to the other end I should come back tomorrow the hotel room was already paid I never have such an experience there was no one in the lobby the hotel was actually not working at all then I enter the room the room was day daylight it was super super bright there was nothing good way to close the windows it was really like a super super poor your furniture the whole state don't go to the hotel never ever woodspring again it is unbelievable

I booked a room and they gave it away to someone else, so when I arrived I had nowhere to go and they didn’t refund my money and the guy at the front desk couldn’t speak proper English and had a bad attitude with me the whole time! This hotel needs to be shut down as soon as possible!

I booked a room and they gave it away to someone else, so when I arrived I had nowhere to go and they didn’t refund my money and the guy at the front desk couldn’t speak proper English and had a bad attitude with me the whole time! This hotel needs to be shut down as soon as possible!

He wouldn’t open the gate the whole way. Weird. Then he tells us there’s no rooms left. We had a reservation and there were no more rooms. Thank god cause we were 2 women and didn’t feel safe there. GROSS!

Over expensive washer and dryer. One night there was 8 black outs. We got locked out of room and was told there was nothing the front desk could do. Literally was told to stand outside the room and wait for the housekeeper, or look for herself Yourself. My husband had to get loud with the lady at the front desk just for her to make him a one time use key. Booked for 9 days and checked out early because we just could not take the sorry conditions anymore. I booked two rooms but could only use free WiFi on two devices. You would have to pay for additional devices. There was a nice guy who worked at the front desk. He was the only helpful person. It took a very painful 35-40 minutes to check in, working with the manager. Sorry experience. I would NEVER. Showed up a the wrong location first was greeted with the same consistent bad customer service. I’m not from the area, why would the lady tell me that she doesn’t see my $950 reservation instead of saying there are 3 other locations in the area and that it’s just not there. She caused extra stress when she could’ve just more helpful. Instead it was like she was waiting for an argument. Disgusting locations, disgusting people, not worth your money.

Train rails close enough to the hotel to even listen trains passing by during the night,one side of the hotel is close to a freeway and traffic noise is loud,there wasnt even curtains or silverwear on the studio and if you wanted silverwear you have to pay for it extra.Staff were rude and unproffesional.

There were no pillows when we got to our room. The soap was opened and used. There was a roach in the hallway and a dead roach in our tub. They also have a gnat or fruit fly problem.

This place LITERALLY charged for breathing air, I mean I hate to be this dramatic but it’s true. Example one, the “ charged 250$ for smoking” which I’m actually okay with because I do not smoke and don’t like the smell of cigarettes but soon as I get into the elevator it smell like weed and cigarettes. Also you’re only allow to connect 1 device to the wifi if you want to add more devices you have to pay extra which I’ve never heard such thing and I been to a lot of hotels around the world. Secondly they charge 45$ if they have to pick up trash in you’re room which is laughable this hotel is not a 5 star hotel honestly it’s barely a one star. When we got their, we were giving smoking rooms. I asked the guy if he could change it to nonsmoking rooms. He tried but apparently the computer didn’t let him so he called his manager. The manager was not happy that it was a 1 night stay and kept fussing about expedía booking 1 night stay and that he wasn’t doing dose. I called hotels.com and they said that they in deed can change the reservation to nonsmoking but they just kept saying no the computer won’t let me. So at 12am i had to go look for another hotel for my family, the person on the phone even tried talking to them and telling them that they could but they didn’t want to listen.

Had to wait at the front desk for 20 minutes for someone to check me in. Blankets in the room had a stain on them, and the towels had hair and makeup stains all over them. Also did not have any soaps or shampoo in the shower. The full kitchen was nice though.

Check-in time was 3 pm and I reached there at 7:25 pm but nobody was there at reception till 8 pm. At 8 pm they told me that the room I have booked is not yet clean... So, I opted for other available options. They got one but that had a non-working a/c which they had to swap from other room. They finally gave me the room at around 8:45 pm. Whole hotel is stinky. Room I got was very stinky (smoke or whatever) we had to rush to get the room freshener to breathe properly. Room has the kitchen but no untensils. Asked the front desk, they said you have to buy utensil from front desk but it's closed now (that was around 9:15 pm). So, nothing was usable for me. I'll never ever recommend this hotel to anybody.
