I wish I would have gotten her name (Beautiful, kind black women) was extremely pleasant to work with on our late booking/arrival. The room was clean, towels were soft and smelled fresh. Beds and pillows were comfortable. PERFECT find for our one night stay traveling through with our pets. I absolutely would stay again and recommend this place.

Nice room, pleasant design, very clean (which is greatly appreciated) excellent value, friendly staff. Would choose again. For me personally, I’d probably choose a second floor next time. I like the curtains to be open and enjoy the day light. My big window was facing Burger King and the parking lot, so I chose to keep the curtains closed for privacy, which made the room dark and not as pleasant as it could have been. The mattress was a bit springy, but I still slept like a baby.

Room was clean. The floors could use a better sweep and mopping though. Hotel was recently renovated which is really nice. Not a lot of noise, plenty of light in the evening which is nice. Beds were comfy. Only bummed bc didn’t realize there were no queen beds downstairs, the front desk lady was so sweet and respectful and changed the room with no issues to a downstairs room. Bathroom need a little extra once through found several hairs but was easily rinsed down before my shower.

Great location right off I95, walking distance to several restaurants. Ample well lit parking. Clean, comfortable room. Easy check in. Pet friendly, although I didn't use this option I saw several guests walking their dogs.

Remodelled hotel. The room was clean, and visually appealing. The bed was excellent! Our room also had an oversized mini fridge, microwave, and newer tv. Waffle House breakfast across the street was also good.

Great location , easy for lots of food , easy access. to interstate. I would rate this at 10 1/2 I stay in about forty hotels a year. In the last 15 to 20 years , this is the only hotel I really would say, I Llove this Hotel. I'm have stay in hotels from 300 t0 40 a night. Depending on location. It was easy to get on and off the interstate and there was a variety of eating place close by. No ice machine around to get ice for the room. The bed was alittle high off the floor so it made it hard to get in and out if the bed. The bed was alittle to close to the wall on one side which was hard to get in and out of bed.

It was excellent that there was a small refrigerator with a freezer—we were able to chill our cooler. The receptionist was very friendly! Great price. Clean room. Excellent bed and pillows. A 1/2 mile off I-95 so the location was excellent. Breakfast is not included but isn't a problem for me. They had a coffee machine in the office and room. Burger King was across the parking lot, and the Waffle House was across the street. I have stayed in a few other places in Fayetteville that were more expensive and the Deluxe Inn was much better. Ice machine is on the second floor,

The deluxe inn was really nice. Great location. The beds were really comfortable. And check in was simple. The girl in the check in office was smoking marijuana. The office smelled really bad. The floors were filthy. I had to clean them myself so my feet didn’t get black.

This was just what I needed for a stopover on my long drive. The room was just the right size (one bed) and clean!

It was a very nice, clean facility, and the help was very pleasant. So what they DON'T tell you is they charge you a $100 deposit at the desk. So you've already paid for your room online and it's non refundable, you go to check in and THAT'S when they tell you about the $100, and it will be refunded when you check out. When I checked out i was told they held it for 24 hours and then my bank would keep it 7-10 business days. 2x on Booking.com it mentions a pet deposit, but you have to really dig to find the disclosure about the mandatory $100 deposit. Just pretty sleazy if you ask me.

Everything was great except for the fact that we reserved a room with one bed and, when we arrived at the property and were assigned a room with two beds, we were told "you called earlier and asked to change the reservation to a double." We didn't do that. Not sure what happened there.

There are fast food places across the street and a burger king next door. It is only 15 minutes from downtown Fayetteville which has more actual restaurants. We will be back.

Great price and nice rooms. The only downside you hear the main road traffic. Not bad. But if you’re a light sleeper it can keep you up. Not a lot of night traffic.

Only reason not giving a 5star review is I had to give a $100 deposit on a credit card upon arrival. I was told it would be refunded when I checked out the very next morning…..I’m still waiting for that to happen. Kinda sketchy I’ve stayed at numerous other hotels that haven’t required a deposit.

The whole experience wasn’t pleasurable and I actually packed up and left at 2am. When I arrived at my room it was on the first floor by the stairs. It was loud, I get it.. people are looking for their rooms. But inside the tv was not working properly. It looked like someone hit the screen and the picture was around that shattered part. But also then heating/ac unit was very loud with banging/flapping noises which made it hard to sleep. And lastly mouse droppings behind the bed. I just couldn’t stay there anymore. I honestly just want a refund for the few hours I was in the room.

When I wanted to check out an Indian lady at the front desk went to check in and before she refunded me my deposit, which is ok, She came back down stairs and tell me that a small bath towel is missing, I told her to check again cause she might not check well. She call me thief, and a bunch of bad words full of hate. “ oh the hotel room is already not expensive, and I steal bath towels bla bla. I wouldn’t recommend that place to anybody this is very disrespectful.

I arrived late after driving all day. It was nice to be greeted in the office. The room is in a good location, not far from I-95. I was impressed with how clean the room and bathroom were. I would stay there again.

Check in was smooth and attendant was very helpful. She placed us in three rooms that were next to each other and was convenient for our elderly parents. Rooms and lobby were clean and the location was great for eating and gassing up the van.

The staff weren’t very friendly and lacked the knowledge and communication skills that I required for my specific stay. I hired a decorator to come and decorate the room. I called 24 hrs before check-in to confirm that this was okay. They said that it was and would make a note on the reservation. The decorator arrived and they wouldn’t let her back. I called and tried to figure it out and they were rude and disrespectful. When we arrived same thing, rude and mean. I will not be staying here again.

Very clean room, but the toilet would run every minute or two so I had to shut it off at night at the water intake then turn it back on when I needed to flush. Well worth the $75 + tax to stay there. Pets are only an extra $20.

Front desk staff very nice. Room was comfortable. A bit of road noise. Walked to the Burger King next door for dinner. We don't love motels where the door leads directly outside but this place is very nice for the price.

Room was very clean. The bed was super firm. The a/c made weird noises but did manage to keep the room cool enough, possibly because it was 55 degrees overnight. Very friendly staff, very easy check in and check out. Neighborhood is not great, so be aware of this before you stay here.

Hard to use my laptop because there were no outlets that I could find near the desk. Oddly, I could also not turn the remote tv volume down below 12. Aside from those two very minor things I had a perfect stay—as always. There’s a reason I book there again & again.

For the price, compared with other hotels in the area, this hotel was worth it for a one night stay. Mainly "fast food" restaurants nearby. Had to drive a little ways for a fairly nice place to eat.

This motel is old but well maintained. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cost for the room was 3 to 4 times cheaper than other motels that I stayed at (which had disappointing amenities). If you are looking for a motel for a one night stay, I would recommend this one.

I was a little uncomfortable when I arrived with some of the folks in the parking lot - I was a single woman travelling alone, but ultimately had no issues. The room was very nice and comfortable and would probably stay there again, if needed. It was a good deal for the price.

The room was updated clean and had a slight smell of reassuring cleaner. The outside is a bit worn but that wasn’t an issue. It’s not in the best of areas but the desk person said they have a ton of cameras and theirs is always someone at the desk. Overall a good deal.

We were impressed with the lobby all the cameras and the lighting in the parking lots. It appears that the owners have tried very hard to update the interiors of the units, but that would be an ongoing effort that requires a bit more attention. Clearly these were units that once allowed smoking. This odor cannot be removed with fresh paint, linens, and flooring. It needs to be remediated like a fire with excessive smoke damage had occurred. The stink is still there, and caused me to suffer with a headache the entire next day. Its great that carpeting was replaced with vinyl flooring, but we dripped a few droplets of water on the floor and used a towel to wipe it up, and the towel was blackened with dirt. The toilet seat was not tight and falling off the toilet, and the TV was very difficult to navigate. On the positive side, the bed was VERY comfortable, the refrigerator had a freezer section, and the A/C unit was adequate. If the floors were scrubbed/mopped better and with clean water or solvents, the TV controls better and the toilet seats attached, this would have been a higher rating.

We also enjoyed that there were several eating outlets in the area. The staff and management we're a great help by accommodating us. This hotel has options to have three beds in a room which made it much easier when traveling with teenagers. The only thing that could make this stay better is, if they had a light breakfast.

I’m not sure this hotel gets a 9.0 rating. It was a good hotel, maybe a solid 7.5, but nothing more than that. It was clean and quiet but has zero amenities.

I had a truly positive experience during my stay at Deluxe Inn at Fayetteville . From the very beginning, the woman at the reception was incredibly helpful and professional. She assisted me right from check-in and continued to support me throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was how she handled a change in my travel plans. I needed to prepone my stay, and she managed the adjustment smoothly. Even more impressive, she personally helped me through the refund process for the original booking. She later followed up with a phone call to confirm that the refund had been successfully processed — a small gesture that made a big difference and showed how much she cares about guests’ peace of mind. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. But the level of personal service I received, especially from the receptionist, is what truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stress-free and customer-focused experience.

Upon check in, the clerk asked for a $100 deposit and said it would take 3-4 business days before it was released back to my account. This was Thursday and now it is Tuesday and they are still holding the money. No other hotels ask for this amount and it is always released the day of check out.

This hotel is excellent! The rooms are modern, fresh, beautiful and CLEAN! The owner was so amazing. Our first room, the TV had a small reception issue. Within minutes he moved us to a new room. We are Hilton and Hyatt gold. We decided to try this place based on reviews. We will always stay here traveling from FL to Virginia.

Will never stay here again. Found a cockroach the first night, and we reported it. We were told by the owners and I quote “it’s North Carolina, there are bugs here”. It was very clean and the room was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. However, we had to pull our luggage up the steps to the second floor because there was no elevator. Also, we had to leave a $100 deposit that we received back once they inspected the room to be sure there was no damage. Once the room was inspected and there was no damage we were allowed to leave.

For a one-night stay, this place is clean and does the job. The only thing I’d mention is that the Internet wasn’t working, though it seemed they were addressing it. The location right off the expressway makes it convenient for getting back on the road. We didn’t have a pet, but I liked that there were treats in the lobby and it felt very welcoming to pet owners. As an animal lover, I appreciate those details.

The Deluxe Inn was one of the cleanest hotels in which we have ever stayed. The outdoor areas were also very well maintained. Parking was easy and near our room. Staff were friendly, and restaurants were plentiful and close by. Our dog was also welcome there. We highly recommend the Deluxe Inn.

Exceptionally clean & quiet, even though there was a dog in the next room, i couldn’t hear any noise. Although my room was towards the back, my motorcycle was safe and unbothered. THIS PLACE IS GREAT, i couldn’t believe how nice it was, for the price. DEFINITELY stay here!!!!!

The front desk personnel is very helpful, attentive, helpful and professional. The check-in process is effortless, which is good for me after a long drive. And I was very impressed when I opened the door of the room. The room is very clean and neat. It smells nature, which is good for me since I got allergy and there is no smell of chemicals. The floor is very clean and I can walk bare-foot. (In a lot of other hotels, I always wear slippers in the room) The bath is very nice with all necessary amenitie and the floor is anti-slippery. And night in this area is very safe and sleep is very quiet. Thank you for staffs.. Your guys did a wonderful job!

This was an unexpected stay! The Inn had been renovated two years ago but it seemed like it was remodeled yesterday! Extremely clean and neat, nice comfortable bed, wooden floors (which is a must for a neat-freak ). I highly recommend this gem which is right off I-95 , exit 49 in North Carolina. You will not be disappointed! Very nice person checked me in.

The hotel room was very clean. Some furniture with metal trim was rusted. Very loud, threatening disturbance during the night. Sounded like objects being dropped on the floor, very loud screaming, cursing and fighting - sometimes spilling outside. Went on for hours. Will not stay here again.
