Internet was terrible as well as the TV since the internet was bad the TV couldn't catch live channels but had apps on there to watch movies but they was old..was noisy an people steady coming an going..pool was small an crowded. Price was ok, front desk clerk was good. No cold water in the sink so only had hot scorching water. Shower has no water pressure

The manager was extremely rude he said I was on the do not rent list which is not true because I had been there four days prior and didn't get kicked out I asked him to show me proof that I was on the DNR list he wouldn't provide me any information and told me he was calling the police would not listen and extremely rude

I had an all around great experience was traveling for my nephews graduation the staff was very helpful and nice my tv wasn’t working in my room and in no time the front desk associate switched my room with no fuss. Will definitely stay here again thank you guys for being wonderful.

there is nothing to like about this place Well it’s an area frequent with ladies of the nights and a lot of drug use. I didn’t know and when i asked for a refund i didn’t receive which i didn’t even step into or use the room i had paid for

I think that the breakfast was a few more items like some sausage or bacon, and maybe some grits. Just to give people more of a meal.

When I came down to checkout and see what the adjustment was on my bill, at the front desk, the same gentleman that told the manager was going to take care of me and discount my stay, acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. He told me that no one was going to discount my stay and that I would have to call corporate office to get it anyone to listen to me.

Staff was very rude they basically said that I couldn’t extend my stay because I never let housekeepers in when I was in the room the whole time with my service animals. They also tryna say I didn’t pay a pet fee when I have two service dogs I had showed their ids when I had checked in on aug 29. Now their manager said I can’t extend my stay because I never let housekeepers in my stay ( I was in my room the whole time ) . They also told me why I’m making a big deal I could go stay somewhere else and they were threatening to call the cops on me because I was arguing with them about my extended stay that I had paid for .

First three rooms looked at were not cleaned well. The fourth room was suitable. Staff said they will inform the manager about housekeeping's failure to clean well. Breakfast is until 9 a.m. so food should be available until then. Waffle batter was out at 8:30. Otherwise, good stay.

The Building has a lot of Repairs needing to be done. Hot inside, odors, vending machines out of odor. TV’s in Room did not work.

Extremely disappointed ! First we are elderly and was told there were no elevators to 3rd floor so climbing stairs with luggage took my breath . Then we get in room and tv didn’t work. Said sending someone up to fix which we never saw because we were going to leave and go shopping but when we went to the bathroom to put stuff there was a bad smell . We turned on water and it smelled like sewer water . We got our stuff , went straight back down and told the guy to which he said he can’t do anything about the water smell and there was not a refund. I said so we’re supposed to pay for a room you can’t even use water and he said Well call your bank and dispute but there is no refund . We were tired and extremely frustrated that he couldn’t have cared less . We left and I will not just let this place take my money when it’s not at all my fault ! I mean who would stay in a room you can’t even brush your teeth or take a shower . And imagine that coffee taste using the water ! Very dissatisfied !!!!

The man checking me in was on a personal call the entire time is was at the checkout. I was put in a room where the air wasn’t working so I was moved to another room that was better but the shower wasn’t that clean and the room was much smaller than expected.

I checked in at 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday. Went down to the front desk to let him know that my television was not working at about 4:45-5 p.m. he said at the time the maintenance man was gone and he would be back in about 30 minutes he even came down to the room and tried to fix the wi-fi himself he was unable to do so. By 9:30 p.m. that night still nothing no maintenance man, no Wi-Fi and no television this is unprofessional and it is not good customer service. After being towed for five and a half almost 6 hours the maintenance man was coming.

I like it didn't take long to schedule room. But was displeased with multiple follow up texts just for reserving room, equipment in bedroom rusted like microwave which is a safety hazard, and offered complimentary breakfast but did not have one available. .

The bed felt like they'd repaired the mattress quite a few times. The pillows were the size of couch pillows. Thankfully I just needed a place to sleep with my dog for a few hours and hit the road again. Limited vending machine, no cards accepted.

They were try to apprehend a suspect who was occupying one of the rooms. I eventually decided to check out before the time because I was afraid that things might escalate and I could be in harms way. The reason i stayed there was for the pool and is advertised with a pool and the pool is closed this place is not worth the price especially since there is a gate to enter the property. Also my gf took our dogs out and the maintenence worker made her feel uncomfortable buy watching her and the shaking his head when the dogs pissed in the grass in a non common area no pet areas over 100 a night mid week. The shower was awsome but the water just dribbled out of the shower head.

Beds hard as rock. Moping floors in old mop water. Crack heads hanging around heater did not work in the room. TV remote did not work for the tv. Reported the heater not working go to the front desk after reporting it a hour before I went to front desk and they was sitting around playing on there cell phones. I paid for 3 days and they charge me extra taxes every day instead just one time.

They put us in the back where there were a lot of people arguing and they must have lived there cause they were posted up. My room was right where they were hanging. It was me and my daughter and I didn’t feel safe in that room. The lady was very understanding she moved me to a really om directly from n the front. Other than the people hanging outside like they were. The room was nice and in a good location.
