Not clean, but good value for the money I suppose. There's really not a lot of options on I-95 when traveling North or South from NY to Florida. So,, to just rest for the night. It's ok.

For the breakfast We were in a rush so just got muffins and orange juice but it look good and had hot and cold celections

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Beds were a bit hard. I like firm but they were definitely on the "hard" side. Also, there was a charge added to my total bill which no one could explain and they claimed they were unable to remove it. NOT a good practice if you want repeat customers.

The building seemed like they were renovating. My room smelled moldy and the bottom of the toilet where that knob is was not cleaned. Looked like urine. Spider webs and chipped paint on ceiling. Microwave was dusty. Couch needs to be cleaned

Front desk woman was very rude and unwelcoming! Will not be staying at this location ever again. Man was smoking in hallway. Room across reeked of weed.

For the price it was fine. My wife pointed out hair stuck to the wall and dirty areas. Breakfast was good just a little slow keeping up with the guests. Parking was fantastic. The front desk girl when checking was great!

Yesterday evening the 29th of December at Comfort Inn Fayetteville and at the season of holidays I had One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of doing her job and assisting guests, she spoke with an attitude and treated me with clear disrespect.we were trying to ask her questions about our staying she wasn't responding properly. She was dealing with us like a trash !!!!. Besides that, she treated me with extreme racism, while she treated other customers kindly.This behavior is unacceptable in any place or any hotel, especially at the front desk where guests form their first impression. Her attitude alone was enough to ruin the experience, and it seriously reflects poorly on hotel management.

This is a good solid hotel. Not overly modern, but a reasonable price. Good water pressure and the lotions/shampoo/conditioner type in the shower and bath smelled very nice. Location wasn't very loud.

Great hotel! Room was huge kids had their own room. Breakfast was great view was beautiful.

Hotel is rather dated and could use some upgrades but good enough for the price. The microwave in my room didn’t work very well but after some struggle I was able to finally get my dinner reheated. Conveniently next door to Cracker Barrel which was convenient for takeout.

The room air conditioner was making grinding noises, the room smelled, we found someones dirty cloths around the room. This was the 2nd room we moved into after asking for another. I let the fron desk know, they did not seam concerned or feel the need to make any notes. I would like a refund for this stay.

I did a quick stop overnight on a long drive. Had I known the place was in such poor condition I would have stayed somewhere else.

Air conditioner not working

The front desk staff were lovely and inviting. Besides that nothing good here. A total dive. Disgusting dirty. Looks almost abandoned from outside. Floors in public areas filthy. Humidifiers in hallways taped shut. Our room stunk musty and mildewed. Doors and walls disgusting dirty with what looked like human excrement, hair, I assumed coffee, dust, dirt. I stopped looking just so I would stop freaking out. Sheets looked clean. Got in bed to sleep. Air unit was so loud my ears were ringing all night and I barely slept. Never again.

Well a huge fight broke out between 3 rooms and about 15 people on the 3rd floor at 3am.

Terrible experience! A fight broke out right next door to our room around 3:00 AM. This fight poured into the hallway with several people screaming and fighting. Literally, right outside of our door! Management never felt the need to call the police or even attempt to address this people. The fighting carried on for over an hour. It woke me and my husband and our two children. Absolutely awful!!

Very disappointed with our stay. The level of grime in the common areas was indefensible and when checking in the staff member was annoyed by my questions and unhelpful.

I didn’t have hot water a the A/C sounded like it was about to rattle off the wall. Won’t be coming back.

Only thing we did not like is the noisy air conditioning.

when we arrived we were greeted with such sweet hospitality and she was very informative tellung me ablut breakfast times . The beds are comfy, rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast was hot and tasty!

This would be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I say this for two reasons. 1) the area is very ugly and outside the hotel there are suspicious people and as if they were homeless, coming here with their families scares you. 2) and the worst of all is that when I went to have breakfast it wasn't until 9 am. I arrived exactly at 8:55 am and the cleaning lady there treated me like I was a prisoner, literally horrible. And my daughter wanted to get some juice and she rushed to remove the juice nozzles so she couldn't get some juice. I think it's disrespectful that they are there to serve us and not treat us like dogs. In short, we couldn't have breakfast and we had to pay somewhere else because of that lady's bad attitude. I really hope they fire her because she's so rude. I've been traveling for 15 years and it's the first time I've been treated like that (people like that would bankrupt a hotel, of course. She doesn't care, she only works by the hour, but they should have measures for that). In the end, how much longer will I never come back to this hotel because of that lady?

The whole hotel smell moldy

Was just a one night. Walking in there was a bad smell The desk person was unpleasant. Did not greet us, her first statement was please wait. There was no one there. I waited at least 5 minutes until she finally addressed me without any eye contact. Room was warm, however the AC did worked out. Breakfast was good.and wss really clean

Property lobby floor was full or dirt. Interior smelled like an armpit and somehow was worse inside the room. The wall behind our bed had black Mold spots. We left within minutes and found another hotel.

Quick stop of the Interstate. Met our needs well and decent price, very close to Interstate so convenient.

I would rate this breakfast as below what we have had at other Comfort and other chain hotels.

We were traveling to Florida from New England. This was a perfect stop for us half way. We look for a hotel that is close to the Rt 95, clean and quite to get a good nights sleep after traveling 13 hr. Breakfast was good in the morning.

Room was smelling bad . After turning the ac on, smell went away. Dusty on top of the bed backboard.

Black mold on ceiling over showers, walls around toilets and sink splattered with brown residue. Hair all over the shower walls. Shaved beard hair in the sink. The sink stopper was taken out and left there, all gross. I wouldn't say it was a comforting experience as I had to make sure the bedding was clean (it was but it make me question).

Property was super clean. Upon check in the front desk agent was very friendly. It was a great spot for a quick on and off 95. Cracker Barrel in the same plaza and Starbucks down the road.

The only negative was disrespectful guests who started their loud truck at 6:00 AM. They left it running for over half an hour. After about 5 minutes the horn beeped off and on. Then after that it blew constantly until they stopped it!! Rude awaking.

This is my halfway stop to and from Florida. The front desk person is the reason I come back year after year. She recognized me and pulled my reservation without me telling her my name! This kind of service can’t be taught. I can stay at any hotel but the people here is why I come back!
