I booked a room and then they ended up putting me in a different one stating they only gave a certain amount of the rooms that I booked so had to settle for a smaller room

Excellent place to stay in! Staff are very friendly. Hotel is clean and new. Room is equipped with a small kitchen and a big refrigerator. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we hope to be back if we are in Fayeteville.

Great staff!! Clean room - great shower!! Wish there were more Candlewood Hotels along 95 since we eat in house and they supply everything you need.

Cons: there were hairs left on the mirror in the room and the tub wasn’t cleaned around the stopper area We always stay here whenever we are visiting family and normally never have any complaints but overall, it was a great stay.

We have a family of 4. 2 kids below 10 years old. We had a good stay at this hotel. The price was good. The location is good. The property is in good condition. There were no overbearing ‘hotel smells.’ We would / will likely stay here again.

Guest Services was very nice and polite.Clean, Comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with cooking utensils even a toaster. I had a great home like stay away from home.

Very comfortable stay

I traveled with my dog and my 75 year old mother. Upon arrival, we were informed the elevators were not working, which meant our luggage had to be carried up the stairs. Upon entry into the room, we discovered the fridge was not turned on. My mother is a diabetic and her medication needed to be refrigerated upon arrival. For someone who has stayed here many times due to travel, I will not be coming back.

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The best thing is the Thermostat. We can control the temperture!!! Ive stayed at other hotels and those thermostats that turn off when theres no movement- are horrible.

Was my favorite hotel chain, until I had to travel with a pet. Their $75 pet fee is hideous. You can stay across the street and pay considerably less.

Good overnight stay while visiting family

I got back in at 1:30am only to find a dirty countertop, pubic hair in and on shower, hair on bathroom door, the sink stopped up witn no way to let water out. I complained and was told the manager would call me. It is Wednesday and no call. It has been 3 days. I should have booked with the Hilton next door. This was the worst hotel stay ever. They only change there sheets every 8 days. I am writing a review. UNFORTUNATELY UNACCEPTABLE

My stay was ok the front desk person Ms Valerie was amazing. When I got to my room whoever cleaned the room didn’t do a good job as there was hair still in the bathroom and kitchen but my biggest issue was the extra charge I got on my card. Although I didn’t have a bad experience I probably won’t stay there again it’s ok but not really my taste in hotel rooms

I’ve stayed here several times over the past few months and each stay is very satisfying. It’s clean, quiet and the staff is very pleasant. It’s also located within five minutes of the mall, restaurants and shopping.

Convenient to everything but my room was nothing like the internet, it was smaller and no couch I will not be visiting this hotel again

A quick visit to Fayetteville, NC for a weekend visit as how exciting as the candlewood Suites hotel as the staff was a great team of professional the entire stay.

Valerie at the front desk made my stay so enjoyable, I’ll be returning to this hotel again in the near future because of it. She’s simply the best as well the entire staff.

The room was nice and clean but I don’t like the fact I had to pay a deposit when I arrived at front desk . It should’ve been included in the price online . The front desk ask me uncomfortable questions . I answered questions online before checking in . I wish it had keyless check in because it would cut down on time . We stood waiting in line to be checked in

The room is spacious with kichenettw, microwave, sink, stove, utensils, diswasher and big refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious too. However the bedsheets seem used. It is wrinkled. The area near the bed smells weed/smoke. But the staff are friendly. No breakfast is provided. Pet is $25 plus tax

The stay was pretty good overall. We were able to check in early but our room didn’t consist of a king size bed like we paid for.

Was not able to check to check in because the key system was not working. Did not stay at this property. Had to make arrangements to stay at another hotel. I did not stay here and would like a full refund since I was not able to check in and stay at this hotel.

It was an amazing time, the friendly staff, cleaning, the room, comfy bed and everything was great. It is a pleasure to stay in a hotel that doesn't smell like mold, humidity or smoke. I'm definitely going back and I will recommend it to everyone.

The few employees I ran into were rather friendly. The hotel itself was pleasant.

The hotel it self was very nice, super comfortable, clean. HOWEVER, when we came out to our truck in the morning someone had broken into our covered truck bed. When I asked if the hotel has any cameras they reported that “a security guard walks around at night”. Do with that what you will but don’t count on them caring that your stuff got stolen.

On 08/26/22 there was a roach in the bed dead. The overnight front desk girl tried to play it down that was rude. She said to zip it, then she said she was angry because she was 8 months pregnant. Even the security guard said she was being rude. She had a nasty attitude and I recorded a video of her. I will never stay there ever again. I left immediately and would not even change rooms due to her nasty attitude. I drove 3 hours in the middle of the evening just to get away. I have never seen a place where the staff will talk to you that way.

Roaches in my room, told them if I could get put at another one of their properties because I didn’t want to stay there. I was told I could get my room changed or they would have maintenance come spray the room. I said it was ok for them to spray the room since they said they would not get me a room at another one of their properties. I get back from visiting my brother thats stationed in fort bragg and when I go to the bathroom I find roaches again. I didn’t even want a refund at first I just wanted them to put me in a room at a different one of their properties and to feel like they actually cared and they did not make me feel that way at all. Terrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

The rooms were very spacious. The front desk clerks were very helpful and had wonderful personalities. Hotel is convenient to the mall, various food places and the movie theatre is right down the street.
