Staff was wonderful,Room was a decent size , but it smelled like dirty mop. Also I would definitely advise anyone traveling to bring your own towels and rags . There’s were dirty still and had multiple stains on them. Other than that it definitely served its purpose.

Anytime we come up to the Ft Bragg area we find comfort and a home setting staying with Affordable Suites.

An awesome place to stay. We have stayed at other Affordable Suits and they all have Been very good. The Fayetteville/ Fort Bragg location is exceptional The rooms are arranged around a courtyard that simply invites you to have a seat and relax. The suite was spotless, and arranged in a manner that made us feel at home. The manager was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect ( I have severe allergies ) and she worked with me so my stay was pleasant and uneventful. The on-site guest laundry was also a great help. Nothing

The kitchen had enough stuff in it but when I opened a cupboard a couple of bugs scooted off. Same in the bathroom cupboard - bugs in there too. The extractor fan in the bathroom was ridiculously noisy. The beds were ok and looked fairly clean.

The property significantly improved from May 2025, to May2026! The rooms were updated and smoking has been banned inside premises! There are also 9pm-9am regulated hours for quiet time! They turned the suites from a 24hr party session, into a nice clean, peaceful environment! That is outstanding!!!

Clean room, helpful and flexible staff when it came to checking in late. The instructions to check in were very clear, just make sure to let them know ahead of time. They were flexible with checking out as well, really made my stay much less of a headache.

The room had no bedsheets for soda bed and it was full of roaches. I have never experienced anything like this. what a night so scary! The room was unbelievably disgusting, not clean and full of bugs and roaches. My daughter and I had to leave and go somewhere else.

Negative - Parking lot does not have lights. Most people I saw there are truck drivers. Many people are smoking marijuana in night outside near the door or in the parking lot. Felt not safe for families.

We stayed here while visiting family in Fayetteville. The place was clean and very quiet and better than expected.

Basically a 1 BR apt, as their slogan says "a suite for less than the prices of most hotel rooms". Clean enough, quiet, and convenient. Oddly, no blankets on the beds, only bedspreads. But worked out fine. Probably could have asked for a blanket. All in all, very good value especially for a longer term stay.

The property is in a very prime location, where activities are accessible, restaurants are within close proximity, yet; noise and unregulated disturbances are minimized! The Staff and Management are approachable, and assists without complaints. The overall condition of the property is Peaceful and quaint.

I’ll start by saying check in was easy. Management was very polite. The hotel seems great for warm weather (once you enter the front door everything is open/there’s no ceiling/you’re basically outside again. I can see the potential of making the area very nice/cute. It rained during my trip so walking to my room, we got rained on AND there’s no elevator at this facility. I traveled alone with my newborn so trying to carry everything up the stairs, with a baby, was a lot. Next, I was very disappointed in the appearance of my suite. Initially, I thought the room was nice until I actually walked around and started to put my stuff down and noticed dog hair all over the couch. There was quite a bit of curly and straight hairs in the tub, in the sink, and on all but 1 of the washcloths and towels.The bathroom mirror was dirty. There were spots on the walls that looked like blood and a splat of purple nail polish on the bathroom wall. The bed was sunken, there was a pair of flip flops under the bed. Theres a kitchen but there’s no soap or sponge to clean any dishes with. The thermostat can’t be set any lower than 70 and it was pretty warm in the room. It was late when I arrived and there’s no manager on site in the evening/weekends to switch my room. I sprayed Lysol as much as I could and kept my stuff together. It just didn’t feel clean. I also laid a garbage bag out on the bed under my baby’s stuff. There’s no iron, no hand soap in the bathroom. But theres a Roku tv & WiFi worked.

However, I did have some concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. There were spots on the walls, the shower curtain appeared dirty, and there were items such as hair and socks left under the sofa. When I attempted to use the oven, the handle came off, and there was also a significant amount of mold around the sink. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

For the most part it was good other than there was roaches in the bathroom. When told about roaches they said sorry bout it and it’s an old building. It was a good location and easy to get too.

We were on the first floor and the people on the 2nd floor had hids they made noises from 9pm all the way threw 8am so we didn't get any rest the manager didn't ado anything I went up and told them to be quiet

Not sure why this place got such good reviews. The reviews were a major factor in my decision to book here. I was unpleasantly surprised. Stayed 3 nights, and had to call to get in on 2 nights because the key cards/door locks didn't work. It was very late and cold both nights and I had my family with me. That's not ok. Only one remote for two TVs - let the manager know the first day. Never rectified. Not able to get fresh linen on weekends because the office is closed on Sat PM and all of Sun. As for cleanliness, walls, doors, and floor were dirty, but no signs of bugs or other pests. The hotel is OLD, and EVERYTHING inside the room is in desperate need of an upgrade. All furniture, cabinets, doors, appliances, and even the bedding is very old and worn. The cherry on top is that you must empty the trash before checking out. I always tidy up and take out the trash when I travel anyway, but to make it required is doing too much. Gave it two stars because there were no pests (although the property/room looked like that might be an issue). Very basic but good if you just need a place for the night and you don't care about age/cleanliness. If those things are remotely important to you, or if you need a room for more than one night, avoid this place. It's very budget friendly, but really not worth it. Once again, I really question the legitimacy of all those good reviews. My experience did not come within the same zip code of the experiences described in the reviews.

The Office closes at 6 P.M. Upon arrival, we received our keys via a lock box. The designated room was damp, musty and older. The appliances were dirty. The bed was lumpy. There were no glasses in the room. Obviously, with the Office closed we were not able to get a more comfortable room.

The location is perfect, because it's a little secluded; yet close to all of the shopping and food businesses You need! The property is secure, with key only access to enter into the complex!! The roos are Very Spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was Clean, hot shower, clean countertop and toilet; with ABSOLUTELY NO cigarette burns or discoloration! The fact that it offers two TVs, is a bonus when there are more than one person staying!!! Awesome experience. Looking forward to the next stay!!! WELL DONE AFFORDABLE SUITES!!!

Always a pleasant stay. Absolutely my go to place when visiting Fayetteville. Check in is always easy and convenient. Communication is excellent. Very much enjoy after a long day of travel.

The room stool chairs were so dusty and uncleaned, looked like they came from being stored in a warehouse. The room was dusty in areas also. We seen about six roaches the first night. The mattress was really hard. No one is at the office after 6:30pm.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. We arrived shortly after check-in time. There was no staff, but they notified us that our keys were in a lockbox and told us how to get them. We opened our door only to find our room had not been cleaned. The bed sheets were pulled down, used soap on the counter, dirty towels. And then to see drug paraphernalia in the parking lot too. Stay far away.

This is a glorified trap house, has girls going back and forth all night as the staff sits in the center lounge area intended for guests and get drunk. Almost electrocuted first day by exposed wires, no towels on the third day and people coming up and down the stairs all night. I had booked there for a week to visit my parents and step sister and literally had to go stay at my parents house one night just to get some rest. The staff are rude and with the office not even open on Sundays and closes at noon on Saturday good luck getting any help with the constantly malfunctioning keys or if you do need extra towels or sheets wait from noon Saturday until 8 am Monday morning when they promise you some are coming but it's 4 o'clock and the office is closing and you still haven't received any towels. Enjoy!?

I like the room but it is not the same room I reserved online. They actually have me in a handicap room. It was supposed to be a king size bed with a kitchenette with dining sitting like the photos show it to be online I don’t have that nor a king size bed. I asked about that and the lady upfront said it was the only room available. I had walked through property and noticed a lot of empty rooms. There’s a banner outside motel that states they are renting now. It is clean and nice. Staff is very friendly just wish some honesty

Literally can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s truly a hidden gem. Very comfortable quite. Perfect if you have a long term stay.

Overall I was very satisfied. It was plenty of space and clean. Didn’t see any bugs which is always my concern staying at Hotels or extended stay type of places. The bed was actually super comfy! Only issue was we couldn’t get the tv in the living room to connect to the WiFi so I had to use my hotspot on my phone. The General Manager was very accommodating since I was super late getting in town from Texas! I will be staying here again!

The grounds are very well kept the rooms are spacious but not very clean. There was spaghetti on the floor from the previous guest. No toilet tissue in the room. The sheets were filthy. We found clothes from the previous guest tucked between the bed and the nightstand. let's not mention under the bed! My son took a peek under his bed and was mortified. Housekeeping should be fired for the work they're doing inside the rooms.

Sad to say that i ended up leaving after the first night although i was booked for 3. Due to negative experience which included an office that closed at 6p which resulted in accessing key via lock box which was difficult to access and held my room key along with others meaning key could b e accessed by anyone once in the box. A room where ac was out which did have portable window unit however this prevented the window feom being locked on ground floor room bedroom facing parking lot. I could go on with more issues...The gm was aware of some of concerns at check in however only when i checked out the next morning did she offer a room change. Too little too late.

People smoking marijuana in the entrance way. Fight broke out in courtyard. Room smelled like cigarettes when first entered. Kids playing hide and seek at window late at night. Room was clean. Spacious room. Desk clerk very friendly and accommodating.

Brad Edwards no longer works here. Brad would call everyone couple of days before the arrival date and chat. He would screen the potential guests to keep the bad apples out. We have an idea why Brad was let go, but we liked his character. Easy prepaid check-in. The new manager lives on the property. Hardly ever in the office but comes right out if you call the emergency contact "out of the state" cell phone number listed on the office door. Many kids staying longer term on the property, but they are usually quiet by 10 PM. We would stay here again.

The only issue I have is that I called in advance (2 weeks prior to arrival) to reserve a 1st floor room. I was told it was all set. I get there on arrival and no first floor room was available. so I was misled. I would have canceled the reservation but the room was paid for already.

For the money it was nice. It was quiet and family oriented. I really like that it was set up like an apartment. The person running it was very nice. I definitely will stay again if I am ever back that way.

The room was not clean, blood on blanket, some type of human fluids wiped on the wall of the bathroom and bedroom. Sink in bathroom did not drain, lights burnt out. Hallway light flashed and made a popping noise. There was one fork, we had to ask for more. Stovetop unusable since nothing stayed on burners and only one worked. All the wires from hood was just dangling with bare wire. We checked out a day early requested a refund for the last night and Amy told Expedia we stay all 5 nights. We would have left after the first night but everything was booked in the area we needed to be. I don’t know why people raved about this place?? We booked on the words of other travelers, never again! One nice thing is that the grounds were kept up.

Stay was ok, however washcloths were dirty so did not use (actually decided to use paper towels) , towels were ok enough to use. Checked bedding, everything was good there. Bedroom TV did not work, only the one in the living room. Everything was pretty much rusted over including the towel rack, light fixture and shower rod which was a bit odd to me. Besides that everything was cool.

First of all there was no one available to check me in at 3pm but someone came at 3:08 which was fine. The suite was very dark and there were no overhead lights or at least none that worked. I had to turn on every lamp by hand. TV did not work. Don’t think there was a cable box so that was disappointing. Area was great with lots of shops and restaurants. Room was quiet.

The property was easily accessible from the nearby highway and parking was convenient and close to the unit. We met with the property manager upon arrival who made us feel welcome and appreciated as guests. He brought us to the suite to personally show us around and explain everything we needed to know. The suite was clean and larger than we needed for the two of us. The unit was comfortably furnished with new flat screen TVs for our enjoyment to watch Sunday football with our son. Brad (property manager) made himself available the entire stay for any questions or concerns. He felt more like a neighbor as we saw him every day and was a source of referrals for area restaurants and updates on college football. We would not have been surprised if we googled “Southern Hospitality” that Brad’s picture would be in the search results! Excellent value for what we needed, and would not hesitate to return if we are fortunate enough to have our son come back to the area for training in the future.

We always stay here when we are in the Fayetteville area. It is a very clean, safe and comfortable place to stay. I refer all my friends here.

The room was great, clean, and secure. The only thing that I didn't really like was that I am a non-smoker and it was really hard to avoid everyone smoking and the smell. Even though there is no smoking in the room, it still smelled like smoke because it is just everywhere. If that doesn't bother you then it is a great stay.

Due to safety concerns, I was not allowed to check in, however I was still charged The proprietor of the facility stated that he charged my debit card to insure that it was valid, however he stated that he would reverse the charges. This incident occurred on August 18, 2024, today is the 29th and I still haven't received my refund I have stayed at over 100 Hotels/Motels in 40 different states, and I have never been charge a penny prior to checking in.

Affordable Suites is in an excellent location for those visiting their family that’s stationed at Ft Liberty. The living room allowed us to be able to comfortably visit with our grandson and his wife. It is located in a quiet area. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is wonderful! The price is great and very nice accommodations with having a suite. It was perfect for our family. Proprietor was very helpful. Can be loud at night with traffic nearby periodically and if anyone sleeps in the living room area with the ice maker kicking in. Bring ear plugs. Close to the Fort Liberty. We will be staying there again for sure. This is also an extended stay facility and can only be accessed by your key card at night. There can be some seedy looking characters there, though.

Mr Brad made our stay amazing. Our room was very spacious and clean. The facility and parking lot very well lit and secure. Great location, close to many restaurants, stores and Fort Liberty. I'm not sure how the reviews on Expedia were outstanding, but we were very disappointed. 1. It felt unsafe bc it was old and run down and there appeared to be transients staying in the rooms surrounding us. They just sat outside all day. One young woman had sunken eyes and appeared to be on meth. 2. The apartment was large, but the air vent was filthy and there were cracks in the floor of the bathroom. 3. The couch was filthy and we were afraid to sit on it. 4. Although there was a 'No Smoking' sign in the kitchen, the entire apartment was cigarette-saturated. This was especially bad bc I am allergic to cig smoke.

This place is always clean and the price is great

No daily cleaning or sheet changes but we don’t do that at home; also eco friendly. Manager, Brad, has a great personality and committed to customer service.
