Very nice and super clean Hotel. Good Breakfast and excellent service. One of the friendliest staff, I have seen in a long time. Great place to be.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the room & lobby were dated. In our room the air conditioner was blowing strong, when I called the front desk it was always busy. The breakfast was sub par compared to other stays, not very welcoming. The bathroom was very small and shower had low pressure. Overall we would not stay at this location again.

This property was extremely clean and in a good location. When we got there about 2 o’clock, the requested room was not ready, but they found us another room that was a little bit different but suited us. They definitely went the extra mile for us. The property seems new and it was a great stay. We will be back.

This is a solid hotel. Nothing stood out good or bad. Nothing was exceptional but nothing was horrible. The rooms were clean and the breakfast options okay.

Was in the area for work and needed to stay one night, and this was perfect for us. Plenty of space in the room, welcoming staff with refreshments, simple check-in and out, and sufficient and clean breakfast.

The room was nice. There was left over sunflower seeds under the bed though. The breakfast was okay but a lot was either out or out of order. We didn’t get housekeeping but someone came in to take out the trash during daytime hours.

Room was dirty with leftover trash from previous guests, notified the front desk. The soap, shampoo & conditioner dispenser was out, notified the front desk; however it was never refilled. I was there for 6 days and supposedly the came to clean every other day, but only the bed was made.

I was charged for Monday and I left Sunday afternoon.

I only have 2 minor complaints. The bathtub was slippery and the stool handle had to be held to get a good flush.

Lovely hotel. My only nit to pick was that the pool was full of leaves & hadn't been cleaned recently, so I couldn't go for a swim (for context, this was a Sunday in early June, so summer pool weather. C'mon guys, be better). Otherwise, great place.

Our original room had no air. We were immediately moved to another room but it was a double queen. This was our anniversary and disappointing. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. Other than that inconvenience the stay was comfortable.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Very peaceful, clean and the staff were amazing. I will be staying here again.

My only complaint is I checked out Saturday morning instead of Sunday. The time was around 6:30. There was no one at the desk to check out. When I called back later they were not aware that the room was no longer occupied.

This is our second stay at the Hampton Inn and both times was great. The people were friendly, their was a wide variety of breakfast to choose from and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Traveling from out of town for an appointment at the Justice Center. We were allowed to check in early and the front desk staff were so pleasant and kind! Everyone works well together. The hotel was IMMACULATE! We've not been anywhere so quiet and clean in quite some time. I was really pleased with this last-minute find.

Basically, great property and service. Did have problem getting heat/to heat/cool to work properly. May have been thermostat, but temp was either to hot or too cold. Went to either extremity. Set to 70 deg but kept cycling to hot or cold. Also. asked agent for copy of my bill so i could see what any other charges might be. Lady said Expedia did billing and she didn't have a copy. Would be nice to get copy before leaving site.

My family was here for five nights, and throughout our entire stay, the service was nonexistent. I had made multiple requests for room services and the front desk kept on reassuring us that they will let the cleaning team know, but nothing happened! We are very disappointed with our poor service experience! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you don't mind cleaning for your own room and dumping your own trash every day.
