    Staff was young, visiting friends, doing their homework. The rooms were clean, but an empty toilet paper roll and the other was almost empty, empty kleenex container (over 5 days so they clearly never checked), the p.ool was absolutely cold the first day, but had warmed up a bit the next day. Too cold to swim. The breakfast was standard LaQuinta food, and we went out to breakfast. All the coffee pots were empty and being filled at the same time, so we waited for our coffee. The air conditioner worked fine. All in all, I wouldn't go back there.

    The windows were messed up and not clear so we couldn’t see out. It was a little odd that I could open the window from the 2nd floor. The shower head would pull out of the wall. There was a spider in the tub. There weren’t enough blankets on the bed and there were not any extras in the closet. The lighting was very poor. The desk chair was in very bad shape. There was food left in the fridge. The so called breakfast was very limited. NO FRUIT AT ALL. For $200 a night I expected much better. Based on this, I will never stay at the Hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

    We went to relax for weekend and swim. Pool was so cold we couldn't even swim. It was an indoor pool. Beds super uncomfortable. It wasn't the property's fault per say but we were woke up many times due to ppl above us and down the hall there was a very noisy puppy. Not their fault but made the experience worse.

    The hotel has a security problem while is there I witnessed three juveniles on E bikes one went into the lobby walked around came back out. They took their E bikes to two outdoor receptacle, electrical receptacles plugged into and plugged in another one on the other side of the door. All one was outside, scoping everything out watching the box the other two rename Ramsack the place I went in and grabbed a cup of chips went over got some drinks and while I’m standing at the counter waiting on the lady to show up at the counter, which took her about 15 minutes to show up I finally said to him you know they do have cameras here as soon as I said that they took off, advised the staff of what I’ve seen and I would recommend that you all put locks on your outdoor electrical receptacles and never leave your front counter for more than five minutes. Let alone 15 minutes. I understand that she was taking care of something, but being understaffed means that things like this Happen. I won’t go back there cause I don’t feel safe in the E bike thing in juveniles the newest little issue that every community has that which is blatant, they didn’t care. They ran in and ran out. They had all the time in the world and who pays for us customers because your rates won’t reflect your losses due to theft like that

When we checked in the staff member at the desk was "tired" and everything seemed to be an effort. We had booked the room for over a week and she assigned us a small queen room, when clearly the reservation was for 2 queen beds, We had to change rooms when she eventually assigned us a new room, and received NO help in moving to a higher floor. I think it was quite evident we are elderly, and would have appreciated some help as we had put all our things in the smaller room, The breakfasts had no fresh fruit and the pastries were certainly not fresh, the sausages looked as if they had been microwaved. There was no variety or taste to the food, which is disappointing when one is staying for over a week. This hotel was not up to the standard of previous La Quinta Hotels at which we have stayed.

    We had to change rooms because our first room smelled like vomit and the AC unit wasn’t working correctly. Also the outlet at the desk didn’t work. I plugged in my phone at bedtime to wake up to it dead. The second night was a different room. Same issue with the outlet at the desk. Also woke up the next day to a dead phone. Several Rooms had dogs that barked all night long keeping us up. It was awful. The breakfast was disappointing with no fresh foods, everything was packaged and processed. I will never stay at this location again and will really consider whether I’d stay at a La Quinta location again.

    The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and felt very safe. The breakfast each morning was also a great start to the day with plenty of options. The location was convenient for everything we needed during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Fayetteville.

It consisted of powder eggs, biscuits with runny white gravy, sausage patties that were obviously very processed and grainy in texture...soy like. I was not impressed. I picked it because it boasted of this great breakfast buffet. So I was mad.

    There was a huge pile of dirt in the bathtub. I told the staff and they said they would have someone clean it at 9 am when cleaning staff got there. They did not. I reminded them and they still did not. I asked to use another bathroom and they said yes. I was promised a discount but have not received one yet. The pool area was nasty!

    I had reserved a Handicap room, but they gave it away, and I was given a regular room. My husband had to help me into and out of the tub. The girl who checked us in said, 'Oh, all of the first floor is taken already.' I told her I had made a reservation a week ago. Why didn't you hold it for me? No answer other than I can give you the same room on the second floor, but when we got to the room, it was a regular room, not a handicap-accessible one. Very disappointed.

    Our only complaint was that we had difficulty with the website address using our GPS system. The hotel is not actually ON the street as advertised, and when notified that we had arrived, there was no hotel at that sight. Instead, it was tucked into the back of a large lot about 100 yards from the website address. Otherwise, the hallway on our floor needed vacuuming. But overall, a very nice stay. A Chili's was also adjacent to the hotel which made eating dinner that evening easy.

    Great room, very comfortable and spacious. We stayed for 2 nights. Only complaint I would have is we could not figure out how to get the shower to work.     Irritated for sure from the staff. I called ahead of time to tell her the wrong card was on file. She stated it would be fixed at check in. Checked in gave her the correct card and sent us on our way. But she didn’t even use my card screwed it all up. Then the room tv didn’t work told them they said they called maintenance. And never heard from them again. Plus being in an accessible room for a reason the shower head holder kept falling off with every persons shower. Good on cleanliness but I will not stay here again.

    I reserved my rooms through Expedia. one was a King room and specifically asked for a handicap accessible shower. I did not get that and was not offered another room because they were full. I was told that it was Expedia's fault, and was never offered an apology or compensation. I had to buy a shower chair for the room.

    Check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean, spacious and new (not worn out). Good, quiet AC. My only room issue was that the inside bath tub walls were rounded and the bottom instead of squared and left me wanting a grab bar of some type to enter and exit the shower. without slipping. It is a nice property though and we'll return. We'll bring bathing suits next visit to enjoy the indoor pool.

She fixed it instantly for me. Everything worked as expected in the room and was in very good condition. We slept well and the breakfast the next morning was good.

    Glad we stayed there. I must say the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in while in a hotel. They were amazing! In fact, my daughter and I would come back early just so we could sleep in them! :)

    Worst stay at a hotel ever. When we arrived we were given the wrong room, they then gave us a new room, upon arrival at that room we found a maintenance man inside. Room #3 greeted us with a wet carpet, mildew smell and the A/C broken. Finally, room #4 had a leak in the bathroom that was all over the floor. The owner offered us a $35 refund and refused anything else, no apologies just arguing. Hotel visitors beware!!!!

    Dryer was down, so we were going to leave, but the last at the front desk said she would ask night shift to assist with commercial dryer. So we stayed. She in fact, did not ask him, making it awkward and weird. We were also asked for an additional deposit(after already having it held from Expedia) we've been staying here for years and have never had this happen. Ever. Also for whatever reason my rewards number did not come up. The last time we stayed we were diamond members and this time it reset it to Blue?! Overall just not a great experience we probably won't be staying there again

    I never leave reviews, but it was shocking how dirty this hotel was for a La Quinta. We love them because they are affordable and ALWAYS CLEAN! We were shocked at the condition of this hotel. Our room smelled terribly of urine. The sheets had multiple stains. The carpet was dirty and covered in crumbs. The elevator was absolutely disgusting. So disappointed.

    Our room is not up to par of the rooms as we are accustomed to. Curtains are ragged, shower head was not very good, there was no shampoo, lotion, or baby soap! Refrigerator was frozen over! Bed was comfortable!

    The big disappointment was the shower. It still a shower in a tub and the there were no safety grab bars for stepping into the tub or out of it. i am 76 years young and would have apprieciated the safety bars.

    The room was great, check-in was great. I know all La Quinta's are not the same but the one we stay at in MO. Has a huge outdoor area and patio with umbrellas, chairs, tables etc. This one had a 2 foot concrete bench out one of the back doors where the tree kept people from being able to sit. The breakfast bar was out of pancake syrup was empty and when I asked for more a cabinet was opened a bottle of sugar free was set down. So seeing where she got it from another customer got the gallon of regular out and refilled the container herself before putting it back under the counter. On check out the young lady was doing her nails and could only type 1 handed. Not a bad experience at all but not what I have become used to from this motel chain.

    Exceptional front desk - Ashley and Patrick in the morning. Lots of high points at this La Quinta near Washington Regional hospital, Fayetteville AR. which include bedding, extra large bathtub, wall mounted thermostat for temperature control. Remarkably light Comforter bedspread combination which was instantly warm - wow. We enjoyed our stay! No so good was breakfast. To end on a good note - one of our two rooms had to be canceled. They were perfectly accommodating.

    Staff was sweet and kind and said they'd even try to get manager to give me a partial refund. Beds are horrible the fitted sheets don't fit the beds and the mattresses need to be replaced. Terrible trying to sleep there. And we drove 6 1/2 hours to get there for a family funeral.
