Very convenient location!

For a nightly rate of $515 it would have been nice to have housekeeping services for the two nights. We were out of our room for 12 plus hours so by the time we got back to realize no one even attempted to clean the room or bring fresh towels it was too late to complain.

Very friendly staff and accommodating. I originally had the room right by the elevator and the dinging was keeping me up at night and woke me up first thing in the morning. The hotel staff moved me to a different room right away.

Property was very clean and quiet. It provided easy access to town.

We were unable to eat breakfast after being told it was included. When planing my trip we were told about the hotel, amenities and breakfast and we would have access to everything. When my little one and I went to get breakfast we were told it would be an extra $50 for the weekend to eat breakfast. This was a Huge disappointment and will result in us not staying here again.

The breakfast was good, waffles were fresh and were made instead of having to deal with a waffle maker like in other hotels that offer breakfast. The fresh fruit was great.

The room was clean and quiet. The food was very good! Breakfast was amazing, I don't know what they do with the scrambled eggs but they were filling and super tasty. I highly recommend the breakfast!

Had a great Friday-Sunday stay. The entire hotel operation was “perfect” starting with checking in to a visit at the bar to breakfast in the restaurant and a dip in the pool. The entire property is well maintained, the indoor areas were spotless, the room was well appointed, the shower head was incredible and the bed/bedding were very comfortable. This is now our hotel of choice in Fayetteville, AR

The shower lay out was ridiculous! The door opened in, banging in to a rack holding towels that got wet during the shower! Bad design!!!

But that’s IT. Staff was superb! Again, We’ve never stayed at a Hilton we didn’t like. Embassy will always be our favorite tho!

the tv in living room did not work and the toilet was not secured to the floor very well as it rocked when you sat on it

The only thing during this stay that was not so great was that we didn't have any towels for showering in our room and when we received them they still had make-up stains.

My family stayed here for the weekend for a wedding this weekend. We had a king suite, and a double queen room. It was very clean and nice. The hotel was very clean and updated. We will stay here again. I would recommend.

I tried to pay cash for my room upon arrival and they would not let me .. said I had to use my debit card and it would be charged but if I wanted to pay cash I could upon check out and would receive my refund within 10 business days and was charge and extra 25.00 for something and said I would receive a refund of it after room was cleaned and made sure it wasn’t destroyed… you need to make this clear on your website when someone is booking a room…

We recently stayed, for the first time, with Hilton Garden Inn in Fayetteville, Arkansas. When we checked-in, we quickly realized there had been a mistake with our room. The front desk, jumped into action, called other hotels in the area, to try to help resolve the issue. Our stay ended up being perfect! The rooms were comfy & clean! The breakfast delicious, the outdoor patio was so inviting and the staff were exceptional!! Thank you!!! : )
