Dawn at the front desk was so kind and helped us out. All staff very friendly and polite.

You can always count on your stay being consistent. Great staff, who are friendly, and very accommodating. Clean rooms, plenty of parking, easily accessible from the NYS Thruway. Great value for the money.

I love the hot tub that’s one of the main reasons for booking at this hotel was that it had a hot tub. The only thing I wish I had was two railings to get into and out of it and sometimes and I need to get out of hot tub with only one railing, but other than that, the hot tub itself was totally amazing. Breakfast was minimally. OK not a lot of options. What was there was good just not very warm.

Staff was great, hotel is very clean, and it’s in a good location. The room was big and comfortable. They have a very good breakfast as far as free hotel breakfast goes. This was the 2nd time I stayed there and it will be the only place I stay when I visit my family. I have stayed other hotels in the area and this one is my favorite by far.

Everyone was quite friendly. The room was spacious and clean. They may want to think about serving breakfast a bit later, until 9:30 or 10. The breakfast space can get crowded and it might be easier if the breakfast went longer. But it is a great hotel.

Room was not as advertised. 2 Bedroom Suite is just 2 spaces with no doors. There was no privacy within the "suite", there was stains on the curtains. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD FOR ME OR MY FAMILY. The room was not worth $550. The staff was nice, although I didn't get to speak with a manager.

The breakfast was mediocre at best, even though it was billed a very good breakfast.

Breakfast was mid. There was garbage on counter in bathroom. The television selection of channels was slim. And just to watch Netflix I had to hotspot the tv. The couch was disgustingly stained and smelt like pee.

The hallways and lobby are a bit tired, which gave a skeptical first impression but the room itself was clean, fresh and had no smell.

This is our go to hotel when visiting family in Farmington NY. I was really disappointed in the breakfast this time. We usually stay for 4 or more days when we come up this time 5 days. Breakfast was the same thing every day. Scrambled eggs, sausage links and potatoes. EVERYDAY! We finally started going to Dunkin a short walk away. Most places atleast change it up with folded eggs with cheese or western omelets. Bacon, which is usually alternated with sausage. And most important and not that expensive to provide, sausage gravy would be nice from time to time. I know it’s a southern thing but please. If not for being creatures of habit we would probably try somewhere else. The hot tub on the first day had an odor about it but was nice and clean and the odor was gone when I got in a couple days later.

The only good thing was that the room was clean. The hotel itself is out dated but clean. Some of the staff were friendly and courteous. The morning after our 1st night the toilet clogged, someone came up to unclog it but couldnt so they changed our room. The new room the toilet clogged as well and we were told that 60 people are flushing at the same time and then said we were to use no more than 4 sheets of toliet paper because the toilet paper that is purchased clogs their system. She wasnt apologetic in the least but was gracious enough to leave the plunger in case it happened again. Which we did several times. I've never stay in a hotel where there was no daily room service. We stayed for 4 nights, not once was our bed made and we had to ask for clean towels. When we asked we were told they only had 1 towel on the cart and they were being washed and would bring them up when finished washing and that didnt happen. We were thankful that we asked when we came in for the evening because they were not there when we went into our room. We also had continuous problems getting into our room. The gentleman at the front desk came up and had to change the batteries in the door mechanism. Just 1 thing after another. I booked this room due to the exceptional reviews. I wonder now who actually wrote those reviews as it did not pertain to this hotel. Needless to say we will never set foot in this hotel again and will most likely never stay in another Comfort Inn Suites!

I read the reviews and decided to try it out. The hot tub was nice n hot/clean. The kids enjoyed the pool with no complaints. The hotel is older but it was a nice stay. Our room was clean. Again older and could use some updating. The breakfast was classic. No complaints. All the staff were very pleasant.

The location to the casino was great. There was blood on the bathroom wall. My toilet did not work properly and I was never offered another room. There was nowhere to park when I returned for the evening.

The room was clean, the staff was incredible, the woman who checked us in was the sweetest, however the ONLY reason this lost 1 star is because we requested a joined room and didn’t get it for our two rooms. Instead, one room was joined to a room that was not ours. I went to ask if they meant to give us the other room and they said it was booked and they didn’t realize it. I think they forgot and booked it by mistake. Super upset about that BUT the service was great otherwise. An employee named Suzie at breakfast was awesome and went above and beyond to provide a great experience. She even spoke to the crowd of people asking if we are all set. You can tell she loves her job, very sweet!

I waited fifteen minutes while front desk was on the phone, granted they were on the phone making a reservation but being acknowledged would have been nice. Room was on good condition, clean! bathroom sink was slow to drain and water pressure at night was very low. Major disappointment was the hot tub wasn’t working and looked like it hadn’t been working for a while, the water was brown and smelled. Breakfast was good and they kept it clean and filled!

Do not expect a full service hotel experience. Valet was they parked my car where I could have. I unordered my car. Pushed my cart outside of hotel due to elevator being out the. So many things wrong with this room. Smoke alarm was hanging by just its wires. Everything in the bathroom was dirty. Black smudges on everything. Ceiling paint chipping with mold as well. Air conditioner was unclean with a gross, unpleasant smell when on. Would never stay here again.

My positive is why I am giving a 3 star. The staff was AMAZING. everyone said hello in some way. Checking in we had Arthur at the front desk. It was a late check-in. He was amazing. Arthur made the 1st part of our stay so easy and pleasant. He is for sure one of the best parts of Comfort Inn. The food was good. The eggs always fresh. It was the exact same thing of eggs, sausage links and potatoes each morning. Would have been nice for a change but it was always hot and fresh. The kitchen staff made the beginning of day great each day.

Good stay

It was an affordable stay at a dated hotel. We walked to the casino up the road and enjoyed a meal at the Irish Pub on the corner. The staff was wonderful and the rooms are spacious. I would stay again.

Evidently the breakfast staff did not show and front desk lady “trying” to do both jobs. There was basically no food, no coffee and when she did manage to put something out, folks swooped it! I asked for a bit of compensation for mot providing decent breakfast and did not get a reply. Hopefully this is not typical — hotels are not cheap! Pool was nice.

The room was very clean ither than the small amount of caulk in the bath tub that was peeling. I love the room, so spacious and relaxing.

I love that the pool is open until 9:30pm for all, and until 11pm for (quiet) adults. Most hotels close the pool earlier than a typical tourist would be arriving.

The employees at the front desk were wonderful. The people who out it the food, 2 out of 3 that I had contact with, acted like we were annoying them, especially during peek time with lots of kids. I visited without children, and chose this hotel for the nice rooms, hot tub access without children and breakfast. It wasn't convenient.

Nice staff and cozy environment

Stayed here for two nights. The lady at the front desk both evenings was so kind, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed visiting with her. She baked more cookies for my kids. We had a suite with two rooms which was so nice for our family. We could have our own room and even got a king bed!

This was a disappointing stay at a comfort inn that had high ratings. The property wasn’t very clean. A guest spilled sticky breakfast items in the elevator on Saturday and this stickiness was there the entire weekend. The room seemed older and worn down. The breakfast was the worst that I’ve ever had in my experience of traveling. The person in charge of refilling and cleaning in the breakfast area was not staying on top of things. Pretty much as soon as food was put out, it was gone and not replaced for a while. I would not recommend staying at this Comfort Inn but that is not a reflection of the other Comfort Inns in which I’ve stayed.

I was given the handicap room, which I didn't mind. But in the shower the stool is flipped up and has disgusting dirt and mold and what looks like tissue stuck to it. Very unsanitary.

The room was adequate. The beds were a bit too stiff for me, but that’s wholly subjective. Staff were friendly however occasionally hard to find. The bathroom was clean however noted the shower curtain rail broken. The complementary breakfast was great. For the price, was a decent stay.

Breakfast: The breakfast needs major improvement's. The waffle maker and juice machine need also improvements. The waffles were getting stuck and the juice machine dispenser was faulty. Pool/Jacuzzi: this was fantastic and very clean. Vending Machines: Non-working, need new ones. Affordability: if you’re tight on income this is a choice compromised.

Well they put all breakfast away an hour earlier. I was there at 9a.m. and breakfast should have been out till 10a.m. on a Sunday morning. The old worker women was rude as well!!

Arrived in the evening and went up to my room to find it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. They reassigned me a room but the carpet was stained and everything in it was for very tall people. The bed was so high and the chair had my feet off the ground. Both beds had slopes to them where people slept on the inside position so the mattress was uncomfortable and old. Finally I was excited for the pool but when I went there it has a layer of scum in it that was gross. I did not swim. On the only up note the breakfast was good.

The TV had options like Netflix and Hulu, but since it **wasn’t connected to the internet**, those features were useless. The **free breakfast was mediocre**, with limited choices and nothing particularly fresh or tasty. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for travelers passing through. If you just need a basic place to sleep, it’s fine, but don’t expect great amenities or tech-friendly features. A few upgrades (especially the Wi-Fi and breakfast) would make a big difference.

This room had a great big window which brought a lot of natural light into the room. The only thing that was not good was that the bathroom sink had no water pressure and it leaked down the back by the wall. It is in need of maintenance.

The hotel itself is very nice. The problem is with their management. I booked a stay through Hotels.com for one night. I added a second night to my reservation at a later date. The hotel did not extend my initial reservation but added a second reservation for the two night stay. They charged my credit card twice. I have been trying for a week to get the erroneous charge taken off my credit card with no results. I have called the hotel 3 times and continue to be told that the General Manager has the information but is very busy. Be sure to ask for a receipt upon checkout of this hotel so that you can catch any false charges to your credit card immediately!

The hotel was pretty clean and breakfast was great.

The rooms were ok enough for what you'd expect, but the property was poorly staffed. Breakfast was abysmal... meaning the only thing available for both mornings we stayed was a little bit of corn flakes. When I asked the attendant if they were going to add anything else she was clearly overwhelmed... including watching what I assume was her 3 yr old daughter.

I stayed here and was bitten by bed bugs severely. I was left bleeding and injured from 2 nights in room 227. I am still suffering from the bites over 8 days later. This was the worst hotel stay of my life.

The hotel was outdated in the rooms and hallways. Our kind size bed felt broken with a massive dip in the middle and you couldn’t lift a foot without it being extremely loud. The carpet was outdated with stains on our room floor. The elevators and vestibules all had an old smoke smell to them. For the price, I would have expected better. In the future I will book another hotel sooner, with a cheaper price.

Overall - It’s okay. I was given a room that has a big shiny (it looks like a wet spot) spot on carpet in front of bed. It looks like there was a hole in the carpet and someone tried glueing the area but over did it. So it is actually not wet - it’s dried and crunchy. It’s the first thing you see when you open the door and the sun is shining on the rug. The hallway is tired looking. Trim and edges of walls look dinged and chipped paint. There is a work crew staying here - and I think they are alon the floor above me.. sounds like a herd of elephants walking around. But for a cheap overnight - it served a purpose.

You get what you pay!!! Staff were polite. Whole places reeks of old cigarettes/dampness and a heavy overpowering chemical smell trying to mask it. Easy check in. Place is a bit run down. Room was clean. Beds are on the firmer side but wasn’t an issue. Pool was not clean both days. Whoever runs the pool is not up-keeping. Chemicals are off balance and hot tub has tons of dried up black dirt and debris and dirty film. Complained first night and they said hot tub would be drained and throughly clean but it was not. Young woman at front desk did apologize after she went to look. Only worried for all the kids playing in that filth and bacteria. Definitely would not come back but if you’re passing through and just need a place to lay your head it’s fine.

Very clean, very welcoming staff. Fresh coffee, tea, hot chocolate and ice water in lobby. Warm chocolate chip cookies too! The beds were amazing, like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast foods were good. The pool and hot tub was amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning back for another weekend get away.

So it does have a slight smoke smell like other reviews say but, they wouldn't be able to get all the smoke smell out and you can tell they take measures to get rid of the smell as much as they can, it's not overwhelming or anything. The room was really clean you could tell the cleaners there do their job, the room itself is kind of run down there were large deep scratches on the furniture, which is something they obviously can't help, I'm trying to say the room is clean but the furniture showed it wear. We woke up for breakfast in the morning and every table was taken so we decided to get Dunkin across the street, off topic but worst Dunkin I've ever been to. All in all I would give this place 6/10.

My biggest complaint is that it is not sound proof and we heard lots of little feet running around and up early.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beyond anything I have seen in years! They were very hard workers and usually performed 2 jobs at once to make sure the clients were well taken care of. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that the door handles and locks need to be replaced.

Over all it was a good stay. Breakfast needs a big improvement. Same old same old. The bed was harder then a brick. Body hurts. And yes has far as pool and hot tub the have adult time from 9:30pm to 11pm. But the really needs hours during the day. As the kids are out of control and nobody watches them.

I was woken up at 5 am to people slamming their doors nonstop until 6:30 every couple of minutes. I went pee and the toilet clogged and my room phone didn’t work so I called the hotel off my cell phone and the guy at the front desk said” I don’t know how going pee clogged your toilet” me neither sir but it did! Check in lady was not friendly at all.

Breakfast was good and attendant was very courteous and responsive to me needs,as it was very busy. The room was clean and comfortable and the heater quiet. However, the fridge was not quiet. Had to shut it off. The beds were quite firm.

The pool and hot tub were closed. Who is the only reason we chose this location I had four of my grandchildren with me for a Christmas weekend as a gift and to spend time with them it almost ruined the time.
