Perfect if you needed a place to stay for a night or two. We went to a concert and the location was perfect.

Walls are very thin. I could hear the man snoring in room next to me, but room was very clean, bed comfortable, and good location for my visit. Farmington /Palmyra area are absolutely beautiful. Dont miss the historic sites of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Great location , very clean. Needed better lighting in the room. There was one lamp in the room with bed. Would like to have a folding luggage rack to put suitcase on rather than the floor(no closet). Pillows were too hard for our liking and the mattress was quite worn in the middle (indent).

It was pretty much what one would expect from a two star property, room was clean but dull and dreary. It served a purpose for a couple hour stay overnight. I don’t know if I can give an endorsement for this hotel, if you can afford an upgrade, I would suggest going elsewhere.

I didn’t see any boxes of tissues - which would have been nice during this allergy season, and the bathroom sink in room 113 was slow to drain, but those are not major concerns. I did not avail myself of the continental breakfast because there was an incredible diner literally on the other side of the parking lot! Overall - I’d definitely recommend this location to others and would stay here again if I was visiting Canandaigua!

Love driving right up to your room and taking luggage on in. No stairs, no elevator. Clean friendly staff. Close to a breakfast place, a Dunkin and other places to eat.

A traditional motel, fully renovated. Always a delight to park right outside your room's door. Our room was small but spotless, everything new. Luxurious beds but mattresses badly needed turning. A small desk was the only place to put anything, other than on the floor. One of those folding luggage stands would've been handy. Coffee and breakfast items were available in lobby. Reasonably close to the Finger Lakes casino.

Parking is convenient, in front of your room. The rooms are comfortable but the bathroom is a bit dated. The shower curtain and door handles were stained, floor felt uneven.

We only needed a one night stay and picked this motel based on review here - it turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom seemed to be recently renovated. Front desk staff was very nice too. Overall a nice place and would stay here again. There is an excellent local coffee roasters place around the corner, if you need a coffee fix in the morning.

Our rooms were very, very clean, but a bit small. Breakfast was lacking, but ok.

My big concern was that the Inn was only 25% full and they put four guys in the room next to mine. They were playing music and trying to outdo each other in funny stories. The walls are paper thin so I heard every bit of their discussions. There’s no reason why they couldn’t have gotten a room two doors down.

My room was clean. But all night I kept hearing the roof making cracking noises. Not sure what that was about. Grab and go breakfast. Granola bars basically and coffee. The staff was nice. Overall not a bad place for a night.

I have stayed in some higher end hotels that were not as clean as this and it didn't have the overpowering smell of bleach some places have! I would for sure stay here again if in the area!

Property was very new. Cleanliness was amazing. Rooms are smaller, and basic, but very, very well kapt up. Safe area. Close to all kinds of things. Quick, Easy walk to several nearby restaurants and venues.

Overall, I was pleased with the room based on what they offered in comparison with the price. The room & bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is coffee, juice & danish. There was a minimum amount of amenities. Having said that,the price of this hotel was lower than all the other ones in the area and there were lots of breakfast options in the area and I always bring my own amenities. The hotel is also in a convenient location to highways and tourist attractions. I would stay there again.

The room was clean, however there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels, or clothing. Also, there were only 2 hooks in the room itself for clothes-no rods, and no closet. There was only 1 chair. The breakfast is not adequate-just sugary danish, snack bars, coffee & juice. (Thankfully Dunkin and 7-11 were just steps away.) As I said, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, but it was NOT worth the money and wasn't what we expected for our trip.

The room wasn’t made up no sheets on the bed or in the room. Smelled absolutely awful and refused to stay at this place. Requested refund from front desk. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Nice place to stay, great restaurants close by. The Breakfast is very limited at best, but the coffee is really good. The staff is great! A small table to sit down to eat you morning snack would be nice. I would recommend.

Ok for price, easy to park in front of room, no frills, no hot breakfast, just a reasonably clean room…. Some riff raff that can be annoying given setup but it was decent.

The stay at the America Best Value in Farmington New York was to see ans spend time with my granddaughter. The staff were very polite and friendly. The continental breakfast was was not great but there was a diner close by. Two gas stations and a few fast-food restaurants. The property was well maintained and updated. It was clean and quite. Very affordable for the week i spent there. Public laundromat behind the property. My granddaughter was very very happy with her stay. There is no pool.

Bed was pretty comfortable but I have stayed in places with better beds. They are still using single use disposal shampoo and soap. The whole facility was recently overhauled. Looks great! Dunkin in the next lot.

Great find a clean affordable place to stay while out in the road. Will be choosing again if I need a place to stop and sleep on the way home.

We stayed here for two nights. This is a privately owned hotel and the owners are a married couple who were wonderful. The hotel and the grounds were extremely well kept, clean and updated. The owners take enormous pride in their hotel and it shows. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very comfortable bed, and clean room. Great parking. Convenient to CMAC. The only issue was the morning snacks were not great. Fresh fruit would have been nice.

The room met all our criteria - extremely clean, very cool, and absolutely quiet (cannot hear traffic noise at all). The plus was that the bed was one of THE best hotel beds we have ever slept in and all the linens were tops. Thanks.

Property was ok. Rooms are on the small side. Bathroom paint was chipping around the tub. This is good for a one night stay not a long vacation stay. Staff was kind check in was quick n check out was easy. Breakfast is a simple grab n go snack. Overall if your looking for a place for the night and don’t mind a small room this is the way to go.

My son and I stayed for 2 days here and it was such a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice, kind and welcoming. They helped us with directions and gave us some information about local places and events. They went above and beyond to make our stay great! Nice, clean, felt safe. I just didn’t like that breakfast only consisted of honey buns, granola bar, apples, banana and coffee. Also had to ask for the iron for use.

Very over priced bare bones motel. Room had an odd odor. No place to put your luggage other than the bed. No tissues. Very small room. Breakfast was limited to coffee, a few packaged fruit type bars. No place to sit. Bed was comfortable though.

The hotel is conveniently located, the room was very clean and looked on the newer side. The bathroom functioned but was on the small side. The free breakfast was very limited (no hot food), just fruit, granola bars, packaged pastries, juice and coffee. I paid one hundred seventy five dollars for my stay, which was way too much. I would say a hundred is good if you just want a clean room with a bed and will be eating breakfast elsewhere. Nothing wrong with the place if you get a room for the right price.

The room was very small and not worth the price paid. The pictures of the property were misleading. They also required a $100,00 deposit when you checked in for possible damages (supposedly in case you turned off your credit card after checking in) a strange policy. Checkin took extra time because the credit card reader didn't work properly (my card worked everywhere else on this trip). Breakfast was limited and the juice machine wasn't working. Sitting at the desk in the room was a bit cold as it was close to the door on a cold and windy night. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

My husband and i stayed here while on our way to drop off diesels and we had 2 other drivers taking other trucks that are traveling with us so we got them a room as well. I was not honestly expecting a room this cheap to be such an amazing room. It was clean (even smelled like it was clean) right down to the curtains being nice and clean. No stains on the bedding, the bathroom was spotless and nice. The bed was so comfortable and so were the pillows. All of the bedding smelled super clean and was soft. Honestly i could spend a week on vacation in this room. It's not a huge room, but it's so nice. Completely unexpected for the low price. We really enjoyed our stay and the lady working the desk who checked us in was really nice and friendly. We recommend this hotel and will visit again. Thank you for an enjoyable night of restful sleep. We needed it.

We stayed for one night and had a terrible experience. There was a cockroach in the room. The table and the chair was also very dirty and stained. I had a very terrible experience staying here and will never want to come back here.
