Friendly, helpful staff. Room and hotel clean and pleasant. Breakfast was super busy but offered good options, having the expected scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles, but also having some mini scones with the bread. The helpful front desk staff member was great about offering information that all the restaurants we could walk to from the hotel were good choices for dinner. We didn't want to get back in the car after the long drive, and the building next door had two restaurants. We ended up at The Casual Pint which had good sandwiches and a bunch of different craft beers. The hotel also later sent me a text to ask how the stay was going. This was super. I asked for some advice on the best way for us to get to the National Mall to see the sights, and I was told "a team member will be with you shortly." Hotel staff member Rosana was fantastic about answering my questions. She advised the closest metro station was East Falls Church and that we could take the metro to the Smithsonian stop. She helped make our stay in the DC area a really good one. Thank you!! All was great except the beds were too soft for us and caused some back pain. Additionally the bed linens were too warm to allow us a good night's sleep. We turned down the AC to make the room cooler, but we were either roasting under the blanket or chilly using just the sheet, so none of us slept well. We use natural fiber light cotton or wool or light-fill down blankets at home, and we missed them during this trip.

Overall great for the price as it only cost $25 plus tax. Well worth it. Standard stay in a 3 star hotel, goodish bed, shower and overall room. Tv guide was a one star as it was hard to work

Very good location, friendly staff, breakfast was great and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Specially Stephanie from kitchen staff supported our daughter to get her favourite yogurt Swim pool was not operational.

Pool was closed for maintenance, but also it looked fine. This was a pretty huge disappointment for us. The breakfast was not that great- despite having the ubiquitous waffle makers, they were bringing out stacks of reheated frozen whole wheat waffles and had no waffle batter. The other hot breakfast items did rotate each day, but nothing else changed.

I was also a bit surprised by the additional $10/day parking fee, which wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. That said, the hotel itself was in decent condition. The staff were quiet but friendly and professional. The interactions were pleasant, though not particularly welcoming unless you approached the front desk. I don't particularly have a problem with this, but could see other people being thrown off. The room was comfortable, clean, and a/c worked very well. The beds were comfortable too. One of the highlights was the complimentary hot breakfast, available daily from 6am to 10am. It exceeded expectations for a continental offering, with a wide variety of options including a waffle maker, sausage, sautéed vegetables, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Everything we tried tasted great. Overall, the stay was comfortable and breakfast was a standout. I'd stay here again but not without calling in advance if there are plans to book and use specific amenities.

I like the room. It’s clean. But I don’t like their food. I asked once for a new waffle because it’s so hard but the lady told me No. I have to get the one was already serve and warm it. Even I warm it still hard. So I just go.

However, they need to be better prepared for snow because it took 24 hours for me to be able to get my car out, and I had to stay an extra night at another place. My complaint is: I chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool, but it wasn't working during my stay. Therefore, it shouldn't appear in the search results or there should be a notice indicating that it's unavailable.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. I was given a sign to put in my car, but was told until I checked out that I had to pay for parking.

The breakfast was very good. They started on time. The parking was easy. Though there was an extra cost for parking I was not expecting. Staff was personable and professional. Will stay there in future. Having to pay for parking. Although I thought hotel fee was not outrageous, it was still high and I thought parking was included. I've stayed there before and parking was included. Ice machine on my floor was out of order. Although working on other floors and worked well.

The shower head was literally held up with tape against the wall. The toilet wasn’t working on night 1 and their solution was to give me a plunger, which I had to use anytime I wanted to flush.

We had a fantastic time staying at the Hampton Inn in Falls Church. First off the hotel is located in a very convenient location and is 20 minutes from downtown Washington DC. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming during each interaction. The complementary breakfast had many options which changed daily. They have a large pool and a fitness facility as well. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Washington DC to come stay at this hotel as it offers a convenient location and excellent service

We booked and paid in advance for a two-queen bedroom months ago, but when we arrived and got our keys, we found that the room we were given was a king room. When I told the front desk that we had booked a queen room, he said none were available and offered us an upgrade to a king suite. Being very tired, we accepted that. We found that the king suite room was no larger than the king room, and there were a few issues with this room. One, but location of the TV and the fact that it was bolted down to a desk, you could not rotate it so you could watch it comfortably from either the sofa or the TV. So, you always had to watch it at an angle. Also, the AC didn't seem to work properly - either you froze when it was turned on, and if you turned it off it got very hot and stuffy in the room. Also, the room faced a very busy highway, and the noise was very noticeable. The toilet was not functioning properly, and had very low flush rate and took a very long time to refill after flushing. The water pressure in the shower was acceptable, but the water pressure to the toilet and sink were very poor. The ice machine was not working on our floor, but I went down to the lobby to get ice. I found no vending machines in the building, so you had to purchase snacks from the concierge. Two soft drinks and two candy bars were $12.00. I will say that all the staff was very nice and tried their best to accommodate us, but the hotel is not a place I would revisit.

I was mainly trying to go to the hot tub with my kids but they only had a pool, when I was booking I saw they had a hot tub but somehow i picked a wrong hotel. I really didn’t enjoyed my trip, we left the hotel night before.

lWe had easy access to the Metro Bus stops and shops. The breakfast was excellent with friendly and helpful hosts and desk clerks. I loved how the maids dropped in everyday to clean up the room with clean towels and making up the bed.
