The moment we walked in the hotel it was obvious that the staff was ready to serve the young lady at desk i believe her name was Jowanda the fact she showed grace and kindness to us as she was dealing with sadness in her own personal life, she smiled and took the time to understand what we needed and never made us feel unheard, the next morning the male desk clerks, housekeeping was just as kind courteous and aimed to please. Breakfast was always hot, many options with a staff member who served us with his smile, I believe he is the father to Mrs. Jowanda. This place very clean, professional, smells great and amenities all exceptional. Service with Love and smiles that are genuine 💕 ill absolutely be back here when we return to see family and will not stay anywhere else. This hotel has a loyal customer for life.. Thank you to all the staff at the Hampton Inn Fairlawn, Ohio.
