Hampton Inn Cincinnati-Northwest/Fairfield

Superb

It was clean and breakfast was good. The hot tub wasn’t hot and there was no timer to turn any jets on. After being in the hot tub for a short time the water started to feel cool. The pool was cold.

We loved the breakfast. We came late because we couldn’t find a place to stay. We only booked this place because of the opportunity of a crib for our baby and one was unavailable. We booked this place to do laundry and the machines was down. We then had to move 3 rooms!!!

There was a smell upon entering the hotel. Then we got to our room. There was a musty smell and upon taking off our shoes, our feet were soaked as the floor all around the bed was wet. They did change us to another room, but put us next door. In the night we realized that there was a strong smell of urine. Not sure if it was from our room or the next. Both rooms also felt muggy. Also, the shower looked dirty and did not leave any of us wanting to hop in to get cleaned up. The breakfast area was not well cleaned. Would not consider another Hampton inn stay if this is what their chain feel is acceptable.

The curtain was broken and laying in the floor. I was offered a new room but I fixed it myself. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head was old and stopped up. At 200 dollars a night I expected more.

Great!! We had a wonderful time. The staff were so courteous and helpful.

Clean room and good staff

The location was good for what we were trying to do. The beds could be upgraded.

It was all good, maybe not so much the noise but it was a travel ball weekend Can we make pools 24 hours?

The staff was very helpful There were children playing loudly in the halls and rooms until after midnight

Check in was easy and the staff incredibly accommodating and helpful. our room was exceptionally clean and furniture in very good condition. the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows....good ones. I did not see any area that looked worn. my husband and grandaughter used the pool and hot tub. he did say the pool could be a tad warmer but really not a single complaint. The breakfast was very good with name brand products, cereals, peanutbutter cream chees etc. the eggs and sausage were very good and of course the waffles. The coffee was always available and good as well. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. I was in the area for a graduation and feel bad I probably won't be in the area again otherwise this hotel would be my absolute must stay.

Clean property friendly staff

It was clean and convenient The first night we were awakened by fire alarms and fire trucks. It was extremely scary. No one called and no one took responsibility.

Fire alarm went off at 4:30 am, after evacuating told to return to room. Continued to go off 5 more times over the next several hours! Unable to get restful sleep with a very long driving journey ahead the next morning. Manager didn’t comp room or offer another stay for another time.
