    This hotel was very clean and convenient, just about 25 minutes from the concert venue, but we were really disappointed by a couple of issues. One of the main reasons we booked that morning was to use the pool before the show, but we arrived to find the pool closed for the weekend; if we’d known in advance, we would have made plans somewhere else. Then, after returning to our room, the thermostat didn’t work. When we called the desk, we were told it probably needed batteries, but they had no extras, and the proposed solution was to move us to another room. It was after midnight and we were exhausted, so we didn’t want to pack up and switch rooms. We didn’t understand why, if it was just the batteries and rooms were available, they couldn’t simply provide batteries from another room for the night. We ended up sleeping a few hours and leaving very early. While the hotel was well maintained and clean, these issues left us disappointed.

    Our last stay was most memorable. A personal item was left behind after checkout. The item was discovered missing so I called the Inn where the front desk staff had house keeping check the room for the item. I received a call back indicating that the item was found so I returned to pick it up. The Inn’s staff was most professional.

    Loved the room and bathroom. Loved the comfort of the lobby sitting area for just hanging out. We had dinner there the first evening and the menu was limited and food only mediocre. But then found restaurants near by for the other evenings.

    Room was comfortable. Some parts of the hotel could’ve been a tad bit cleaner like the bathroom and the floors. It was easy to park and had easy access to highways. Overall, the hotel was convenient and would stay again!

    The gentleman at the front desk, Nabil, was excellent. He made our stay as welcoming and pleasant as possible. The staff that we encountered were very pleasant and helpful without being asked. Overall the room was comfortable and quiet. Having the use of a refrigerator was highly convenient. The room, while generally nice had some issues. It was underlit. Whoever thought that putting, what could only be called a blunted spike, I believe a hanger type post halfway up the inside of the bathroom door should be prosecuted for assault. The both of us kept hitting it at about mid bicept two or three times a day during our stay. Not pleasant to say the least.

    We got an un-requested wake up call at 7am and I heard them calling each room next to us as well. Not sure why, I feel like normally that should only be on request only. Being startled awake at 7 am was not fun after a full day of travel.

    Staff seemed indifference to customer satisfaction. I’m not sure if the Expedia app did something that caused the initial dissatisfaction or the hotel. The hotel could’ve made a cheap fix to make me satisfied with my stay and for a couple dollars decided not to. I’m guessing they were just towing the company line, but I will probably not be back to a Hilton even though they have very clean hotels. I feel like Hilton wont care that i was dissatisfied. Just left feeling bad about my stay.

    Hotels.com said check out was noon, staff said 11am. It wasn't a great experience and ruined the tone of my 30th birthday getaway. Nobody deserves to drive 4 hours only to be treated like a problem when doing something as simple as asking to get checked in. Wouldn't recommend beyond a last resort place to rest your head.

    The hotel is in a great location and clean and comfortable but there was so much noise all night long. There was a tour bus pulling out in the morning. Maybe that explains the noise? Usually, it is quiet.

    The floor in the bathroom of my room was pretty damaged and the tiles would move as you stepped on them. The room didn’t feel very clean, there were ring marks from cups on many surfaces in the room.

    I made a reservation for March 9 and I took a screenshot before I hit continue. When I receive the booking confirmation there must’ve been a glitch in the third-party website and it recorded it as March 8. When I received messages to check in, I thought that was strange so I contacted the third-party website as well as the hotel directly. Even with a screenshot of the dates that I chose no one helped me. Not a cancellation and charge me a fee, not a cancellation, not fix the mistake and move it to the correct date one night forward, nothing. I was on the phone for hours late into the night. My small church is paying for the night for me to attend my first conference since 2019. We don’t have a budget for this and the lack of help was very upsetting.

    Front desk was great, we enjoy our small talk, went to confirm about times for pool and hot tub (reason i picked the location) and was informed that they were down for maintance with no notice. Very Upset about this. we got to our room and it was very chilly in the room and bed was not comfortable at all. We ended up ending out stay early to find a location with a hot tub and pool.     I’ve stayed at this hotel and location multiple times. The service and staff have been very good. I would highly recommend. Parking, perhaps have big trucks to park in back where most space.

    I thought the breakfast was yummy. It was amazing seeing an Indian family in the lobby with all of their beautiful wedding garb on. One of a front desk staff, a lady, upon check in was awfully quiet to hear. But polite. It was costly but I know I also booked it rather late and it appeared there was a lot going on in the area over that weekend. Bottle water in the room for $3 each unless one signed up for something? That was disappointing. And I know this ages me but I miss the good old days when newspapers were shoved under the doors of the rooms. Maybe they aren't even in print anymore.

One night the neighbors dog barked all night long, and the next night it sounded like the couple next to us was in the room with us. Other than that, if you’re a heavy sleeper this will be a nice place to stay overnight.

    Night staff was wonderful but the lady I talked to at check out maybe maryam I tried to tell her Expedia had the wrong Check out time on their app and she said basically that’s their problem you should have looked at our wall ….. I’m like I got in at midnight …. Also she made me wait while she called someone on her cell phone turns out it was a co worker but it looks terrible.

    Airport shuttle is listed on the amenities but nowhere to be found on the property. Misleading information. I had to spend over $60 for Uber back and forth to the airport. No assistance with luggage on the property. Had to carry all the luggage myself upstairs to my room.

    The pool. For some reason no one ever used it besides us. Get ready to be disrespected by the breakfast staff. The workers will never say good morning or welcome but they will stare at their computers like they are air traffic controllers (or more likely solitaire players). Also, no coffee or tea after breakfast is rough. Zero effort to provide any semblance of luxury.

Young lady at the bar area was extremely nice and engaging!! After leaving, I called back after realizing I left a few items in the refrigerator.     Great location- we came from Baltimore and stopped to visit Mount Vernon. Hotel across the street from a big shopping center with full nice grocery store, coffee shop, ice cream shop. Hotel clean and staff friendly. Everything worked great. Lobby was pleasant with bar and food available. Pool and hot tub looked cloudy but the area was clean- could just be an off day. We did not swim. We would definitely stay again- we only planned one night and there was enough in Mt Vernon area to stay a few nights.

    Service and facility.. Had room changed due to AC issues and despite room changed, all night could not sleep as AC was very loud and didn't stop all night as thermostat wasn't working. When complained in the morning, staff was unapologetic and rude and said that happens. Also adding water to the Coffee in the lobby instead of replacing with new coffee container!! Never seen in HILTON LIKE THAT!!!!!!!

    I needed a room with a roll in shower and bench, however I couldn’t sit and use the handheld showerhead because there was no water pressure- I had to stand with my walker in the shower for safety. We requested maintenance but they never came. Also, I was glad I chose the $4 breakfast add on when I booked - breakfast was $15 for a generic buffet breakfast.

    I felt I got a clean room, the items promised worked, I was there to do business while my home was being repaired. The manager Allen was excellent, but other staff wasn’t. They were rude and dismissive. But if I asked Allen he was very much a fixer. Even with me being displaced, he seemed to listen and allowed me my room early, because I was so upset.     Check in was a disaster. The computers were down and the manager was very rude about the situation. After 1/2 hr she found us on her list and gave us a key to our room which was supposed to be 2 beds. Went directly to the room to find out it was 1 king bed and had to go back to have her give us a new room which was another 20 minutes. At this point the line of people was almost to the door. The manager should have had some assistance especially since the system was down from the day before. Many in our group had the same experience and some way worse.

    On 4/27/24 I took my son to get breakfast and was reading their menu on a stand outside of the dining area I barely got to read any of it before a waitress came and told us to come sit down it was included no worries, they got us a cranberry juice and coffee and then my son decided to get a bagel, it was rock hard, he took one bite and said it was disgusting and he couldn't eat it. Because the woman told us it was included we got up to leave and was chased down to sign a check so it could be billed to our room. I immediately went to the front desk to explain and was told it would be taken off the room bill (not sure yet if it actually was) We were so upset about the overall experience at this location we checked out on 4/28/24 even though we were booked and paid in full for another day. The hotel is also right next to the fire station so you will be hearing fire whistles from next door 24/7. There is also no overhang for smokers, so when it's raining they are smoking right next to the front door where the only overhang is located.
