Great quick stay

No utensils/equipment in kitchen. Breakfast meager. Room was nice. Need to upgrade room card maker to block already occupied rooms. A card to our room was issued to someone else.

I was surprised to find a complete kitchen, which I didn’t need, but there was nothing in it by way of pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. If I’d planned to stay for more than one night, I wouldn’t have been able to fix a meal there.

I did not like that the doors were not handicapped accessible. It makes for a smoother transition to outside. And it could be even smoother coming from outside to scan your key & then the doors open automatically.

I rented 2 rooms, 1 for my mother and 1 for me. We felt so unsafe due to their clientele that we stayed in the same room. They also allow smokers to gather right outside the front door entrance and smoke. There are no amenities. Very bare bones. If you are planning on an extended stay there are no plates/ glasses/ cookware which I thought was the purpose of a property like that. I will never stay there again. Do not recommend.

The facility was secure, which I liked and the the man behind the desk.I don't know if he was the owner, but he helped me.Because I have some mobility issues.My biggest complaint is it just looks, you know, kind of run down.But aside from that, it was a very good stay, and definitely.The price was reasonable. The space of the room and you can cook in your room Where do I start, We booked this location because it is our anniversary and we were exploring Fairfax Virginia and enjoying the Mall and festivities, I wish we would have chosen another location. The staff on site do not know how to work their own televisions and didn’t have the cords for us to enjoy the Netflix and other apps that you can log into to watch your own your own shows so we watched the News and Hotel Swap shows for 4 days, The Front desk employees and online stated breakfast from 6:30am-9:30am and it was Mini muffins for a Toddler and tea breakfast it should say while supplies last!! The house keeping come once a week we were told which is very unfortunate because you can not get extra sheets or pillows and you have to walk your dirty towels and wash rags to the front desk and they will give you new ones. The laundry room is filthy it’s woman’s undergarments on the table and on the heater vent in the laundry room, The dryers on the laundry room do not dry your clothes my husband and I had to dry our clothes 6 times and that was $4.00 for each time and $.25 for an additional 5 minutes. To spend $24 to dry your clothes is insane, We couldn’t even get help because they closed their gates at 10:00pm meaning there is NO FRONT DESK PERSON TO HELP WITH ANYTHING ONSITE unless you call the non emergency line and they tell you someone is on site but they are in their room and the person still haven’t came out to assist us with the dryers. The other guest leave their Trash at the door instead of taking it to the trash cans that’s at the end of the hall so you are smelling and looking at whatever is in the clear bags while walking the hallways. To make things worse, I kept coughing because of the room conditions. There was no proper ventilation, and the air conditioning and the heat was unhealthy The shower water does NOT get hot at all. The atmosphere overall is quite no noise but again no one to be found for help. Oh and the elevator is out of order as well.

Wonderful location, safe and extremely convenient. It’s cheaper to book via 3rd party app (booking.com) than the front desk, rates are higher if booked directly from the front desk.

I would recommend staying for a short or long stay rooms kept clean, you have your own kitchenett to cook, great Staff, control your own air conditioning or heat in your room plenty of store and shopping with mall close by very convenient.

The General Manager Sushma Baral Dahal and the whole Napoleon staff are very pleasant,polite and kind they will do everything in there power to make you feel like you are at home. All the men and females working house keeping much appreciation for all you do to make your visitors stay here nice. For a short stay or long stay I would recommend, I had an extended stay for a work assignment and my stay was great. Loved my view from my room right across from mall.

Breakfast is NutraGrain bars, packets of oatmeal, frozen packaged mini muffin with weak coffee and artificial unrefrigerated coffee additives no actual food or dairy. Thats only between 6-9:30 am after that no coffee available. No kitchen supplies no paper towels no free housekeeping unless staying over a week. Really dingy and not clean smelling linens. Bleach and soap please! No amenities available at front desk or for sale (toothbrush, shower caps, toothpaste etc)..Vending machines are outrageously expensive ($4.50 for a snack size chips?!) Laundry is $4.00 a small load for wash only? And there is no handicap entrance! Staff is the only shining light they are all very sweet!

The hotel had some billing issues with Expedia, and I was on the phone et Expedia for about an hour until around 1am, all tired and uncomfortable. In the end, I had to cancel my booking wt Expedia and get refunded and paid the hotel directly. Such an unpleasant experience. Hope I’ll get my refund from Expedia soon . Thank you.

It was a good location for a good price, comfortable bed, quiet and convenient. Overall would stay here again but definitely needs improvement.

I was a little disappointed at the fact that they advertise having breakfast and when we got up on our first day, which is what we intended to eat the whole time we were there it was just oatmeal and hot water Not very much of a breakfast selection so I don’t know why they advertise that. Also, the bed was so uncomfortable. It was so hard to sleep. It definitely was not worth the money that we paid for

Fallah is one of thee best Hotel managers I have ever met!! He definitely goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Always willing to lend a helping hand no matter the situation. Definitely would recommend staying at this hotel location as long as he is manager here!! Salvacion and Malika have also helped out tremendously as well.

Mr fallah is a very good front desk hope. Very professional and willing to extend his self when needed by us as guests. I would recommend mr fallah have training for his other employees because we spoke to the gentleman taking out trash this morning and he said nothing in return. Mr fallah is the example that all the employees need to follow there.

We were traveling with a small dog and he gave us a first floor room without our asking. Everything we asked for was immediately provided. Room was clean, beds were comfy, towels were nice quality and there was enough of them. All the appliances worked. The hotel is centrally located. The only downside, if any at all, was that the breakfast was minimal: oatmeal, granola bars and muffins. But I would absolutely, positively stay here again and probably will next year

I have to be brutally honest. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. There was trash under the bed, holes in the floor, hole in bathroom wall. The furniture had burn marks on them. Sheets were dirty. I’ll never stray from Hilton again. Do not trust these reviews.

The property looks great on the outside but the inside looks dirty and old. My room had an odor and you don't get room cleaning service. Also, getting clean linen is a hassle depending on who is working the front desk. I will not stay at an Extended Stay property again.

Room was not well maintained Falah was wonderful he was accommodating but the room overall wasn’t good. They need to hire new cleaning staff and learn to wipe down the drawers walls and appliances thoroughly It would also help if they would use Lysol and provide disinfectant wipes. I wouldn’t stay again but I would like to add Falah was great!

Room was not well maintained Falah was wonderful he was accommodating but the room overall wasn’t good. They need to hire new cleaning staff and learn to wipe down the drawers walls and appliances thoroughly It would also help if they would use Lysol and provide disinfectant wipes. I wouldn’t stay again but I would like to add Falah was great!

Our room was adequate but was not worth the money I paid for the rom. I have paid less for a much better room. The bed was comfortable but the TV was loose on its post, the bathroom shower looked like it was going to fall out of place, there was not adequate grit to the shower floor to prevent slipping, and the remote control was missing. I had to go get one from the front desk. The positives were the friendly check-in, clean sheets and towels, and the location of the hotel.

Johnny was very helpful and accommodating when I checked in. This is a very reasonable hotel to spend a night in, in an area where hotels are extremely expensive. The Fair Oaks mall is literally across the street making it convenient for shopping or getting a bite to eat.

Aside from being right off a pretty confusing stretch off multi-highway, multi-level, multi-lane, multi-exit ramps, being surrounded by toll roads (you have to pay to use the freeway here, 66 and 495, 24/7), and the seemingly incessant heavy traffic… the hotel itself is great! I mean it. And not having to drive to the mall or a coffee shop really might save years of your life compared to driving anywhere for. any. thing. any. time.

I needed two rooms (one for me, one for my dad) since my mom is in a local hospital. Originally we were given rooms 101 and 102. 101 was ok but the A/C unit kept turning off (even in Auto mode), but in room 102 the A/C unit was EXTREMELY LOUD. The front desk moved me to room 105, where the A/C unit was fine, but when I turned on the light in the bathroom, the fan made sounds like automatic gunfire. I said oh well and lived with it. From 9pm-2am the following things happened: An entire FAMILY moved in to room 103 and kept hitting both walls (hitting rooms 101 and 105 now), kept the TV on loud, a dog was barking, and people kept getting locked out of their room and pounding on it. At one point, someone started smoking weed. At 12:45am I asked room 103 to be quiet; they basically said yeah sure but then ignored me. At 1:30am someone got locked out of their room and screamed and banged up and down the hallways. I asked the nightshift front desk guy to talk to room 103, but he was busy trying to convince another person that there were no rooms available. As I was leaving, I overheard him tell another person that he's not paid enough to police customer activities. My father in room 101 complained about the A/C but was told he was SOL. We could not get out of there fast enough.

Very friendly staff. And clean environment. Definitely recommend family or solo stays .

This is a total dump which should be closed. Dirty, smells horrible, run down, rude staff, breakfast was a joke, no attempt to clean my room during my stay. The room had used sheets when I checked in, the towels were old and worn out. The hotel association should not allow people to do business like this.

Unfortunately a pair of my wife's jeans were stolen from our room. I could tell someone had entered our room as the fan was turned off.

I left after the toilet in the second room didn’t work. I should’ve known when there was a plunger provided. The sheets were clearly used in both rooms, even had lipstick and other stains. Gross!
