Check-in staff was rude! The man before me was told all about the hotel and was given helpful information such as where he should park to best access his room, etc., and I barely even got a "Can I help you?" She was immediately cold with me and would only speak to me when required for her to complete her job and refused to provide me with any helpful information. When I asked where my room was, she just pointed in a general direction. The hotel is OLD. Although it looks like it was renovated, the bones are OLD. Although the room was clean, it smelled of mildew and the air conditioner did not work properly. The property also charges for parking and it's not even downtown where parking is limited. They had more than enough guest parking and zero justification to charge for parking, other than adding stupid fees to pad their wallets. We booked this hotel for another trip and immediately cancelled that booking after arriving and rebooked with another hotel in the same location.

Changed rooms twice one had spider webs and the other ants. Staff was nice but sink drainage in the other room was really slow. Lobby and courtyard looked and felt great but some rooms was lacking compared to the lobby.

1. AC is only controlled by standalone unit and turns on and off which can be disruptive. 2. Toilet may have needed some maintenance. Standard stuff really. They were also very busy that weekend. But overall great and would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

Our room was across from an outdoor exit. Every time the door closed , our door rattled due to the wind generated. I requested a door stop or something to jam the door shut since I was told no other rooms were available. Front desk said they would have it checked. Nothing happened. Otherwise, room was nice

Parking spots all around perimeter of the hotel with multiple different doors to access wherever your room is so you don’t have to walk in through the main lobby every time. Lighting adequate in parking lot, able to walk from parking lot to h-mart if you need a meal or food, Paris baguette inside is delicious! Rooms clean, balcony access if on inside facing room, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, body lotion provided. Breakfast is additional charge, small Starbucks bar counter inside for cost.

The location of this hotel is the best because their shopping center is right across the street. Anything that The location of this hotel is the best because there’s shopping center is right across the street. Anything that you need is right there in that area.The customer service was amazing. I really enjoyed the day staff and night staff. I didn’t like how the coffee maker was dirty, I didn’t like how the glasses were dusty on the table by the TV. I didn’t like how small the fridge was no space to put your leftovers in. My particular room the balcony door was hard to open. It’s a little bit broken needs to be fixed. The pool was clean, lifeguard was there the entire time very nice, fire pit didn’t get to use it, but the area was nice and clean very beautiful courtyard. Nice view. Rooms were spacious. Overall, I had an Overall, I had an amazing experience and so did my kids and would consider going back.

I am a 6’5” man. I booked a room with a king sized bed so that I could have enough space to sleep comfortably, I went to check in and was given a room with two tin sized beds and was charged $30 more than the price that I had reserved

The hotel is poorly lit at night . I had to drive around looking for an entry sign … couldn’t find it and finally walked in to the lobby . That entry was marked with the name of a restaurant. On my way back to my car a stranger asked me if I knew where the hotel was . Otherwise it was fine

Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet location. It was very warm inside the gym and the treadmills face a wall. They should try to keep it cooler in there and reconfigure the layout. Also, the elevator door was loudly squeaking and my room was close to the elevator.

I was very disappointed at check in for my hungry self to see and be told the restaurant was closed and would not be open for dinner at all. That meant I would have to order out. Hotel no longer allows room delivery. Now I’m told I will have to come to the lobby and pick up my food. Throw on top of those upsets, I go to get ice and I find out the ice machines on both the 2nd and 3rd floors are not working. So every other stay I am in PJs with delicious dinner ready to eat and put cold compress on my eyes by 5:30. This time I was not able to settle until 8pm. My eyes were aching and it cost me a small fortune to have dinner delivered. I usually give this hotel a most excellent review …. Last time I checked in there was no Internet and cable TV trouble. I’m wondering why things are going steadily down hill. I’m back in February I am really hoping things are back to normal at my favorite hotel.

Asking for a quite room in upper floor 4 mos in advance when reserving and sending reminder message to the property day before should be acknowledge but Apperantley they do not care. They did not accommodate any of requests. I understand if you staying one night it is ok to say oh well and move on But 5 nights requests should be not ignored. Room has been given in 1st floor next to pool area where all parents and little screaming children have been run back and forward in hallway. So I guess this is why I’m not happy. Front desk care is yang un experience staff who do not care to accommodate or help to find solution for you.

The room facing inside the courtyard was fantastic & beyond convenient for me & my little one. The couch inside the room was also spacious & comfortable. The staff. They were dry & unhelpful. From the moment I stepped in until breakfast the next morning. They didn't smile. They weren't welcoming. In fact, if it weren't for the staff, I'd book again.

In said room my tv remote wasn’t working went downstairs to see what could be done only to be told have to wait in the morning for the housekeeping staff to get in. Here’s the kicker I was only staying one night so it wouldn’t have mattered in the morning.

The room rate included breakfast at the bistro. It was a very nice quality breakfast. There was a TV in the booth to watch the news. It was a very comfortable stay great location ! that the hot tub was removed, and the pool was too cold.

The booths in the lobby seemed like they had wear and tear and random pieces of pleather are stuck on top lol. The hotel isn’t bad overall though. Our room seemed clean, the bartender was cool, and the courtyard is cozy.

The hotel overall condition is horrible and requires major renovations. Also, it should be smoke free hotel but the smell of weed was all over the place and inside our room. This is dangerous as i am staying with a 1 year old baby. Not recommended.

The food was great and my first day with staff and service was good, but departure was different. I paid for food and drinks and didn’t cone back to get it. The items were thrown away and I was not compensated for the whole bill, I was compensated one third of the price with no explanation.. money down the drain

My stay was good. Nice size rooms and I like how the sink was outside the bathroom. Ice machine on the floor and daily cleaning services. Even though I had the sign on the door I was still able to get new towels and stuff. No free breakfast but there was a place to buy food during breakfast and dinner as well as a nook by the front desk. The area is hard to get services like uber/uber eats, Lyft, or DoorDash, not many people doing those services.

The ice machine did not work on my floor, I had to go to the lobby for ice. The room was the most expensive I have ever spent and was the worst room I've stayed in. I was scammed, by a person claiming to be a Expedia employee. I was in happy with the Henley in Washington DC, the room was no as it appeared on Expedia website. The room was so small we had to put our luggage in the bedroom area. There wasn’t a night stand nor dresser to unpack our clothes, so essentially we would have to live out of our suitcase. I called an Expedia number that I got off of the Expedia website because my itinerary receipt didn’t have a customer service number and the email I received says do not reply. I explain to the gentleman that I was unhappy with the room and the price of parking, and he was eager to help. He told he would find me another hotel but since I was switching hotel’s and the previous one was prepaid I had to prepaid for the new hotel and he would refund the money for Henley. The gentleman (;Anderson) did make the reservation at the courtyard hotel with the prepaid funds and sent me the security code from Expedia for each transaction. He also sent an email stating that I would receive a refund from Expedia for the previous hotel booking (The Henly). Well Expedia sends me another email stating that they tried to talk with Henly but the manager refuse to refund the money for the booking. Expedia also says that Anderson doesn’t work for them, and the email I receive came from the reservation help desk and the are not apart of Expedia. My question is if the reservations help desk is not apart of Expedia,how did they know to send denial email?

The hotel is in good physical shape and there is a small pool, but it is clean. I thought it said breakfast was included on the description, but it wasn’t.

The most that I did like about my stay at this particular establishment is that it was very quite and my family and I felt very safe. And what was unique about my stay is that the staff was very respectful, helpful, and cordial. And there wasn't anything that I didn't like about my stay and would and will recommend everybody that I know when it if they come to your city to stay at this establishment!

The folks were great!!! The size and location of the room was great, e.g. first floor, accessible to the courtyard. The smell in the fridge when we arrived and that lingered through our stay, not so much.

It could use updating. Our furniture was a little beat up and dusty. The bed was not comfortable. Our sink was clogged. Overall, it served its purpose, but I would love a little better for my room considering how much we spent.

I found the fact that there was no bar soap available for the bathtub very inconveniet. One would have to stand periodically to get access to body wash and shampoos while bathing. The good news was that there was a bathtub. Rarely find them in newer hotels.

The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. I liked the smoking area and the fire pit. I thought I paid for a free breakfast. My itinerary on Expedia said I did, when I got to the location I was told differently. then I was even more disappointed to find out there wasn't a continental breakfast either. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This place was cozy and safe, and the folks were very friendly. However, although I was there five nights, housekeeping never appeared. I even called in the morning to remind them before I left for the day, and they still didn’t show. In spite of this, it was a nice hotel. There’s also car rental on the premises.

My family and I really enjoyed this stay. Very quiet, rooms were clean, awesome gym. The lobby and lounge area was very nice. And also a very nice location close to everything would highly recommend.

The property is surrounded by freeways and somewhat isolated. It did not have easy charging, which means we will probably not be back. It also did not offer an included breakfast, and moreover charged a $5 restaurant charge even though we didn't use its in-house restaurant, which was pretty pricey
