The pool had algae and very green wasn’t clean at all. The bottom was so dirty. I had to grab the net to clean it out as my daughter wanted to swim badly. We asked if there was pool towels before going outside the employee looked and said yes . There was no towels just the small ones. The room was hot during the day no matter how turned down it was. The elevator was sketchy making noises and jumping as it moved or stopped. The elevator smelled horrible. I thought we were gonna have a double room meaning two rooms but no it was just a double bed. I was told we booked thru a third party so if the pictures showed two they can’t do anything about it.

I love this hotel! It’s close to shopping and restaurants and the staff is always so professional and helpful. The breakfast here is fantastic!

The hotel was undergoing repairs and they started working at 8 am in the morning on one day and 7 am on the other - it was horrible. The banging lasted all throughout the day.

Very clean room and the property was nicely landscaped. The room was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and it was setup very nicely and clean. The Hotel was a short drive to the Renaissance Festival. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. We will definitely stay there in the spring when the Renaissance festival is going on.

The rooms had broken furniture. The bathroom shower button was broken and there was a sign that read “press button below to start the shower”. There was no button it was an exposed screw. The room carpet had major stains. The refrigerator cabin was broken. However, the staff was amazing which was the total opposite of the rooms experience.

We liked that this hotel is within walking distance to restaurants without crossing a busy street. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay, I think they are working with the best they can. The beds were comfy and the room had good temperature control. The Facilities are a little outdated: The shower water was luke-warm at best and the fire alarm woke us up around 6:30 am both days of our stay. We think the problem was smoke while cooking breakfast so its good to know the alarms will defiantly wake you. Also our TV and room phone did not work and the outlets were slow charging.

Most staff are exceptional as I visit annually but there are new staff members that arent as kind. It would always be great for people to be prepped when yearly events happen in the area to be ensure you keep your customer base as more updated hotels around the area are being built. We respect you always and appreciate most of the people weve come to know over the years.

Alarms kept going off throughout the night, making it hard to get any real rest. They were loud and constant.

I wasn’t even able to check in. They cancelled my reservation and I was even notified. I came in from Savannah at 12 midnight and had no where to stay. They never even called to say why my reservation was cancelled.

The staff was friendly and the sheets looked clean. mattress was hard also the room smelled like pee but the staff gave me Lysol spray ?

Overall stay was okay. The bulb in hall light needed replacing. It blinked fast and constant. I could not use it unless I wanted to have a seizure. The body wash bottle was empty and the iron cord was not wrapped up. Nothing so serious that I wanted to leave but things could have been better. The breakfast was good except the potatoes. They were not done.

Room, especially the floor and bathroom were dirty. My husband went to get a towel and it looked like it wasn’t even washed. Toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and there were several unrepaired holes in the wall and ceiling. And the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while.

Went to Fairburn for the Ren Fair, and this was probably the best place I’ve ever stayed in my past three years of going. The staff was friendly and great to be around. Location, food, staff, cleanliness, comfort... all great! We stay here during RenFaire season every year. Kid friendly, waffles are a hit, beds are comfy. We didn't like the TV channels. If that is the only complaint, we are more than okay with it!

The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the location Dilapidated, holes in walls, furniture broken, smelly and dirty…..This hotel is what you’d expect if you were paying 40$ a night at the local hotel where all the junkies live……Disgraceful what they charge for the subpar quality. TV didn’t work either, Was staying here for the RenFaire for 2 night and checked out without even getting a refund and went and stayed at a hotel near the airport for the same room rate and it was LIGHTYEARS better. I did not manage to get a picture of the holes in the walls in the hallway due to being in such a hurry to GTFO

Our check in was flawless and smooth, the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was warm and adequate variety (pastries, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereals, waffles). Bed was good. Location to everything was fantastic.

Routine maintenance of shower is lacking. Supposedly adjustable showerhead doesn't adjust, only puts out a mixed stream of spray and massage. Should have been reported for replacement by cleaning staff.

The girl at check-in was ambivalent on our stay, it seemed. Every other persons at the front desk were super friendly and upbeat. The breakfast was superb as was the woman who kept everything clean and filled with delicious, hot food. The pool was very dirty so we didn’t even use that. We stayed in the accessible room, on the fourth floor and the ceiling had a few pieces missing, the toilet paper dispenser came out of the wall, the mirror “door” to the closet was held together with 2 sided tape and wouldn’t stay closed. A few stains on the rug. The room itself was clean, but maintenance was slack. On the bright side, it is located in an area where you can walk to a few restaurants. When we checked out the young gentleman really seemed to care about our predicament, he was very nice. However, our room was not up to the standard of the price we paid.

Location was pretty good with many convenient food choices. Seemed pretty clean. Bed was comfortable. I usually zero on some construction quality item but nothing grabbed my eye. Turning on the tv it always defaulted to static but otherwise worked fine. Bugged me that the stair door didn’t latch which is a bit of a life safety thing

We were in the area for an annual event. Very friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. Loved that the staff texted us and that we could text our needs! Only thing we didn’t love was we couldnt get the curtains to completely block the parking lot lights. Everything else was spot on

First and foremost, the employees at this location (at least the ones I encountered - Keri, Nick, and especially Ms. Georgia!) were absolutely fantastic. Nick welcomed us with a warm smile, and Keri was an absolute gem the next two days we were there. Ms. Georgia was extremely attentive to the breakfast area and made sure the counters were clean, food was stocked (there is a decent spread that rotates daily), and coffee was fresh! The room was clean, however, it's clear that it is an older property. The rooms were outdated and falling apart. The closet door wouldn't stay closed; there were vile stains on the mattress and box spring; and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. I think the hotel could definitely use an update, especially at the nightly rate. Overall, the experience was good for the time there.

Room was rundown. Walls damaged. Paint on the fixtures. Mirror closet door did not close properly. Front desk staff were not very good at there job. Definitely not what i would expect from a Hilton brand hotel.

Carpet and upholstered chair in room were visibly dirty. Closet door stayed open because locking mechanism was missing; manager made aware and did nothing. Dirty washcloth left hanging in shower. Front desk evening staff and breakfast service staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff are AMAZING! Nick was the new team member and his trainer was so professional and accommodating! It’s sad to have such a great team and the facility in which they work is far from up to standard! Reno is definitely needed to match the team!

Llegando la puerta descargada no funcionaba con la tarjeta hasta que en el 3er intento bajando a buscar ayuda subieron a cargar la batería de la cerradura, la cama desatendida y la otra cama manchada de sangre tuve que bajar a reclamar y me dieron en mis manos el montón de sábanas y cobijas para que yo hiciera el trabajo de cambiarlas quede sin palabras, que feo de verdad el piso pegajoso y sucio gracias a dios solo fue 1 noche el desayuno patético ni los niños comieron todo mal sabor .

The staff were great. The room was okay. The pull out couch had dirty sheets on it and the room smelled like mildew. The night clerk was very apologetic and offered to move us and gave us clean sheets, but it was late and we didn’t want to move the kids to another room. Everything else seemed clean, the bathroom was spacious.

Customer services & hospitality were the best! Pool not being open was hurtful.

First and last stay at amy Hampton. This one in particular was extremely disappointing. In addition to the lack of cleanliness. They removes all microwaves from the rooms. I also not sure what Hampton has against cleaning the rugs. This location along with Camp Creek parkway location...disgusting carpet. The only positive was the pleasant and professional staff.

I stayed in room 204, the door was had to close. I had to shift up the door to close. I think the door is a safety hazard. Other than that, my stay was good.

Property was in a convenient location. A/c was a bit loud but expected. Shower pressure wasn’t so good for 6am but turns out there was a boys & girls basketball team in house and probably were all showering at same time . Otherwise room was clean easy walking places for quick food.

They didnt know what rooms have bathtubs so we had to haul everything to 3 different rooms and finally said the hell with it and just stayed in the kast room they gave us. Tied to ask house keeping which room had tubs but nobody spoke english. Very disappointing as we stay in other hampton inns and they know where tubs are.

The hot water was lukewarm at best. The breakfast food was okay but it wasn’t replenished enough. Lastly, the construction in back of the property started at 6am on a weekend. No sleeping in…..
