Please do not stay at this hotel!!! This hotel likes to take your deposit I go on a Friday night the front desk staff told me I can only use cash for the incidentals. Never have I been to a hotel that doesn’t take a card that was red flag number one and then the biggest red flag of them all when it was time to check out, they accused me of smoking in the room so they could keep my cash $100 as I’m standing outside of the door. A lady walks in to go to the hotel. I asked her has she had any problems here she told me that the very day before the hotel did the same to her so it’s a pattern here

Well other than getting locked in the elevator within the first 30 minutes of being there only one ice machine on the property working and of course it was empty because the entire hotel was booked and we only had one ice machine. Lack of maid service due to staffing but they were up front and if you needed towels you could go to the front desk so the staff was working hard.

The hotel is near a lot of restaurants so you have a lot of choices. I did see local police ride through the parking lot. I was glad I had my door locked because front desk had a mix-up and gave another guest a key to my room.

There was some kind of sorority reunion at the hotel that weekend. There was not adequate parking. People were parking in the street, at the entrance, and at the fast food place next door. All of the vehicles parked at the fast food place were broken into. At least 4 vehicles parked at the back of the hotel were broke into by smashing out windows. This hotel is not a proper place to host a event like this.

Check in was smooth, customer service was friendly, breakfast was hot with options, the queen beds were soft, pillows soft, water pressure strong, decent size, and the parking was plentiful and well lit. The AC in our room started acting funny, so the front desk brought us this small but STRONG floor fan. Baby… that fan did its job ? It was cooling AND making that smooth, comforting noise that drowned out the folks upstairs acting like they were auditioning for America’s Best Stompers late at night ? and the kids nearby who clearly didn’t believe in bedtime after 11. Then the AC decided to get its life together and kicked back on, and combined with that fan?? Whew… top tier white noise. Ended up being a real peaceful night after all ??

The beds are a bit uncomfortable. When you try to turn in the bed, you will feel back pain.

The front desk lady Ices was very nice. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was good. The fact that ny card was charged prior to check in when I chose pay at check. Caused me issues with with account. Several bugs in the room so my 8 year old was petrified. Online when booking I choose this hotel showed a pool available indoor, drove from Maryland to Georgia 11 hours and no pool. Issues with my microwave, tv and door handles.

Several things in the room did not work properly, including the AC, the refrigerator, and the bathroom outlets (all reported to the front desk on check out). Had we been staying longer, I would definitely have requested a different room.

The air-conditioned seems like it was not working properly at night even with the temperature on 60 degrees. The room smelled as if it had flooded or molded so I couldn't get a good night's rest and the toilet was stopped up . I called the front desk to tell them the toilet was stopped up and I had to go get a plunge never again will I stay at this hotel.

Had an overnight stay passing through. Was decent room for the price. Check in went great. Room was hot when I got in but didn’t take took long to cool off. Corridor was hot too, and air was blowing wide open but no cool air. Bed was comfortable but didn’t like all the small pillows. Breakfast was ok.

We stayed here for the Renaissance fair and would stay again when we come back for it. It was in a convenient spot from the interstate and the fair. The food in the surrounding area was decent too.

As soon as I got in my hotel room where the door didn’t lock or the keypad even work my bed had cigarette holes in the sheets the ac didn’t work appropriately and there were water leaks in the lobby. After leaving with 20 mins I didn’t receive any type of refund. The worst situation ever.

The exterior door fob sensors were hanging off the wall. The elevator was broken. Stairwells were smelly and had items stored in them (power washer with hose). Furniture was dated and dirty. I could have stayed somewhere else for a better price.

The room accommodations were nice. The elevator went on day 2 and was not repaired, requiring all guests to use the stairs. This was a challenge for my spouse, who is legally blind.

The bed I slept in was infested with bugs that started biting me as soon as I tried to go to sleep. I literally scratched all night long and woke up the next morning with red bumps on my legs, arms and stomach. I was charged twice due to front desk not properly checking me in. I was booked under 2 rooms and she said I’d only receive a refund if she could resell one of the rooms. The front desk lady was pretty rude. The breakfast staff was amazing. There’s also no pool even though it’s advertised.

The lobby and elevator smelled very bad. Not very clean, the noisest place I have stayed. All the adult sized toddlers blasting music at max with their stock stereos to feel relevant in life seem to congregate at this facility. Bring headphones to attempt to sleep if you stay here. As well as febreeze.

The room was decent and clean elevator was not the best it wasn't working when we first got there then once it was running it still was not the best and the door would not fully open sometimes and being on the 3rd floor climbing the stairs was not fun with luggage and kids .. The last inspection on the elevator was January 2024 and it expired February 2025 so may need to look into that .. The cleaning staff were super nice .. Was a decent stay all and all 3 out of 5

We arrived quite late (after midnight) but we had called ahead to notify the hotel of our late arrival. Check in was quick, got a good night's rest, then hit the highway first thing in the morning. It's important to have reliable accommodations while on the road.

First I would like to say the staff was friendly. This was a Christmas trip for my daughter and I to surprise my 4 yr old son/brother. We drove 11 hours for this trip. On Christmas night we were awaken to fire alarms going off at 11:30pm. Had to wake my son and daughter to evacuate the building. When we were able to get back in and settled the alarm kept going on and off so barely got any sleep. We were on the 3rd floor. I was lucky to wake up ontime for breakfast the next day the elevator was not working so had to take the stairs to go down for breakfast as well as take it to the room because the kids we're sleep.The tv in our room was not working and let the front desk know but it still never got fixed so we ended up using our ipads the internet was super slow. I'll probably stay somewhere else when i return in a couple of months because it was a huge inconvenience.

The blackout curtains could not be closed fully; the track was too short. Outsiders would be able to look into our first-floor room. The shower had an uncomfortable grip texture.

Room cleaness not good and breakfast had nothing at the tie we decided to eat.

Second time staying here. Will stay here again. Staff is super friendly and surrounding property neat and tidy. The room was great! We had the king handicapped accessible and the shower floor worked great. So many handicapped accessible rooms do not have this dialed in and water floods the floor. So this aspect was VERY appreciated.

The staff is cool very quiet area. The only bummer is the traffic on senoia road between 12pm & 6pm.

Did like the snell

Best encounter with service staff ever. My check in agent noticed my disability and gave me a close room on the first floor without being asked and she helped me immensely to get my items from my vehicle to my room. Amazing, friendly, kind and caring. I hope your establishment awards her for going above and beyond. Other staff were also very kind and helpful. Kudos to the breakfast ladies and the maintenance guy who helped my husband put some new tags on our vehicle.

Pleasant stay.

Check in was quick. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is that the carpet in our room had lots of stains on it. The room was clean but the stained carpet took away from the room. They should pull it up and replace it.

Property was in a good spot, clean, and prompt service upon arrival. Toilet was running during the stay, but was an easy fix by myself and let staff know on checkout. Only complaint was breakfast was lackluster and was not enjoyable other than waffles. Will stay here again though. For the price and overall experience, give it a 7/10.

Everything was great except for a stain on the carpet, and I didn't really care for the small pillows. Other than that, the staff was great at check and check out and the I love the location.

Overall great hospitality

Room was clean and modern. Staff was very nice. Didn't use any amenities. Other guests were very noisy, but settled down around midnight. Shower temperature and pressure were great.

It is a good place for the price.
