Nice stay. Was locked out and had to wait on staff to return to the area to get back in the property. That took about 15 mins. Somehow my key card was disabled.

Just needed for one short night but it provided a comfortable bed and the staff at check-in was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which is what we were looking for. Maybe we hit an “off-morning” but the breakfast when we stayed was pretty lackluster compared to other similar places.

A major drawback was the elevator though. It was jerky, made concerning sounds, and as of 5/30/26 had not been inspected since 1/9/25. Meaning the inspection for the elevator was five months past due. Also a minor nitpick is that the smart TVs don't have YouTube. Outside of those though the hotel is amazing and I'll be back in the future (if they still have a working elevator)

Front desk staff was rude and threatened went force me to leave due to my son running down the hall ONCE at check in, didn’t even give me time to get in my room! Then, didn’t allow my baby to walk in his walker downstairs. When reported to management nothing was done. Ghetto and rude location!

Well, the room did not have towels, the sink was stopped up, and we had to remove the drain. The breakfast was bleak. No cereal, or yofurt . The Waffle Maker was not working and there was quite a line.

From the moment of checking with Michelle everything was a breeze. I loved the room it was clean and well maintained. I look forward to future stays.

The property is great. Clean rooms, hallways even the elevator. Staff were very friendly and willing to help if needed. The only thing that irked me was the bed itself. It was the most uncomfortable one I've tried sleeping on. Everything else was great.

The hotel is clean and is usually nice to stay at there was a huge problem that could’ve been handled better. The staff at the front desk was unwilling to work with anyone. I already had paid for my room and there was an issue with my ID and they would not let me check in.

Air conditioning was good kept this cool all of our trip we went to the Renaissance fair in the area.It was so much fun. Staff was super friendly and nice. Wish I had seen more of them at late at night. Had a couple issues. I went to go address but they weren’t there, but that’s to be expected. Bed was comfy. Everything was clean for the most part did find a few things like behind the bed on the floor left by previous people overall was a good experience. Would definitely do it again best place to stay in the immediate area, definitely gonna be returning for Ren fair and fall fest

The rooms have a very strong smell. I’m not sure if it’s the cleaning products that are used but it is not a “clean” smell, it was very chemically, and it didn’t go away in the two nights we stayed. The water pressure in the shower is sinfully low, our bathroom sink was slow draining from the moment we got there. The duvet was thin and when we asked for more blankets they gave us a sheet. We also asked for an additional pillow since there were only three on the bed and the front desk said they didn’t have any. Zero extra pillows in the whole hotel? The continental breakfast would have been nice, but the food was cold despite it all sitting on heaters. It’s cheap if you’re trying to save a buck, but there are other cheap hotels in the same area that we’ve had better experiences at. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Clean room. Free breakfast and parking. Limited staff but friendly and helpful. Both nights heard people running around close to midnight. Hotel was fine, but probably wouldn’t stay here again with other nearby hotel options that might offer more amenities. But it was a good stay overall and good rates.

This particular visit was riddle with the cannabis group annual smoke out. Noone was immune to the strongest aroma of the season. Staff seemed to ignore it and that was that.

The wifi is inconsistent. The lost connections make it impossible to watch TV more than 15 or so min at a time then the TV would reset. This was not a TV issue - it was the connectivity. There have been hardware updates that make the rooms look nicer, but the building is old. The staff was helpful when I interacted with them, but there was no housekeeping the week and a half I was there. The guests were loud and smoked a lot. There is a lot of police activity in the area.

We arrived in Atlanta earlier than expected and they let us check into our room early which was AMAZING because we were both tired and had time to take a nap before the festivities started. I got there late. They gave away my room so I had to sleep in my car outside the hotel! We checked into our room and found household extension cords sticking out of a wall from an outlet we couldn't access so we have our phones and electrical devices just plugged into these cords on the floor at our feet! No other sockets next to or near the bed. We took the unplugged alarm clock off the table and moved it across the room to a rare wall socket. Craziest thing I've ever seen.

Had prepaid reservation from Orbitz from 10 days before travel date. Upon arriving at 9pm, the rather rude front desk lady said they were overbooked amd had to bump my reservation since it was made by third party. I opened my Orbitz app, and my reservation still showed current. No advance communications about the last minute cancel of my reservation just because they wished to! I spent an hour on the phone with an Orbitz rep to get rebooked to another nearby hotel.

During the mornings the wait time for the elevator is longer than unusual bc you share it with the service team. Listen the breakfast was phenomenal and staff was amazing. I loved the property, bed is so comfortable, only issue I had was the Thunder knocking the picture of the wall and it broke, scared me

Everything was excellent, except housekeeping almost coming in while i was sleeping. There should be a better system in place for housekeeping to know if there are guests still occupying the room.

The clerks were amazing but the manager was terrible. My husband and I had to check out at 3 am because we found a bedbug in our bed. Due to no other rooms being available we had to check out and find another hotel. The manager promised a FULL refund because of the inconvenience and circumstances but when starting the refund process he went back on his word and only gave us a 1 night waiver despite not having stayed at the hotel a full night. Will never book this location again.

This is a very nice property. The first thing I noticed was that it smelled so nice throughout the whole hotel. The staff was very nice and the lady at the front desk was so nice and she checked me in a quickly as possible when she saw how tired i was after a 25 hour drive. The room was so comfortable with a nice King sized bed. I love it here.

Nice clean hotel lobby with friendly staff. Check in was easy. I was on the second floor and when I stepped off the elevator the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. It was so strong, it may my eyes water. I have found this is the case in most hotels in the South Atlanta area. Luckily, I had a clean room and could not smell it inside my room. There were also people speeding through the parking lot as a “cut through” from the hotel behind the BW Plus with an adjoining parking lot. Probably won’t stay there again but it was fine for one night as I was traveling through for business.

Elevators smelled like marijuana. The smell was also in my kids connecting room when I woke them up. Pool was awesome.

The staff was incredibly welcoming upon arrival even though it was late. They continued to be welcoming and kind the rest of our stay. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed at all times during our stay. Many little places to eat, get gas, etc. around the property and we didn’t have to deal with traffic. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay in/around Atlanta!

There are a huge number of restaurants of many different kinds within easy driving distance (a mile or two).

My husband and I stayed here for the Renaissance festival weekend. Wonderful breakfast, wonderful staff on site, very accommodating on so many things. We’d stay there again!

My only complaint is the Continental breakfast did many selections. The waffle machine was great as always, but the butter was frozen.

Great stay! Location was perfect.

Everything was going great until my last morning. The house keeper attempted to enter my room at 8 am without knocking or announcing herself...despite the do not disturb sign on the door! Thank goodness for the latch securing door.

Just a well ran company the Staff is tops I would come back there for sure.

Condoms and other garbage in room. No towels. Poor service

The front desk clerk was very nice and my room was very clean.

Liked the area- easy to get in and out, lots of food places to choose, staff pleasant and friendly. Bkf was great, lots of coffee choices but if u r a tea drinker, no choice 😜.
