Front desk staff was l as than welcoming. Needs a personality adjustment. Morning person delightful

Hotel room was dirty, hair and pubic hair in my shower wall. Room was extremely small I almost thought there wasn’t a bathroom. Thin sheets. Thin pillows. The room Smelled bad and mildewy/ Smokey. It’s fine for a spot to sleep in between areas but I don’t recommend for a week long stay. You’d expect to pay 100$ a day for this outdated and old hotel, not 250$.

I would not stay here again. The property is very dated, the bed was broken, the room was extremely small, there’s no gym, the food was not good, and there were many dissatisfied customers. Fairbanks is great, the location of the hotel is good, and the employees were nice enough.

the staff was very helpful, polite and the rooms were clean and had good amenities. The building and rooms are very aged but you can tell the staff does the best they can with what they have.

Nothing! Dirty, felt unsafe, staff was rude. They did not like it when I asked for more toilet paper and a towel. Told me I had to come down and get it myself, but it was late and I was already in my pajamas. They told me that they “knew their duty” and were sorry but they can’t bring it to me. It upset me of course and I argued with them then hung up. About an hour later they sent the police to the room to kick us out. We in no way warranted that kind of treatment. We lost our money and booking.com can’t do anything about it either. I would never stay at this hotel again. I booked it because the ratings looked good, but in reality the place is in an unsafe location and it was very old and dirty.

I like that it has washer and dryer. Staffs were nice.

We didn’t have the breakfast. Only cold options for that in a less than welcoming basement room. The room was small. The kind bed only has 3 crumpled pillows ( for two of us). I enquired twice for an extra pillow but they said there were no spare pillows in the hotel… Our window just faced next door’s wall.

We missed the first night of our reservation due to a cancelled flight and there were a lot of changes on the hotels part to our reservation but in the end we got our room and enjoyed our stay. Candace the manager was very good dealing with the changes
