Reviews
The hotel is generally clean and comfortable with courteous staff and a decent breakfast spread. However, some guests have issues with the smell of detergent, noise from traffic, and minor maintenance problems in the rooms.
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Courteous and helpful staff
- Overpowering smell of detergent in some rooms
- Noise from heavy traffic

Great hotel for a good price. Clean well maintained with friendly staff. Typical breakfast offering nothing fancy
- 4/5
Rooms need updating, not falling apart but lots of little fixes done and you can tell. Just needs updated and overhauled. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice that the rooms were cleaned daily. Lots of parking and seemed safe. We had lots of stuff in the car for 2 nights and felt fine leaving it there.
- 4/5
Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected. The bed was also clean and comfortable. Lovely plump pillows. Charging station at the bedside is an excellent touch. The rest of the unit was dated. My particular room layout had the bed in an inner room with no windows while outside was a couch/seating area. Dated and clearly used couches, this space I did not utilize. It did have one small window overlooking the parking lot. Coffee machine and mini fridge available as well. All in all, great place to stay for one night, if you don’t mind not having much window/natural light, it will be fine. Arrived and left in daytime so felt safe. Felt like a transient motel stop for me but with hotel prices. Did not try breakfast, slept in instead.

Staff were great. Breakfast very good. Clean. The renting tenants were sketchy at best. Little noisy with barking doggy.

I’ve stayed at the Quality Inn at this location a couple of times now, and each time has been pretty good! The room we were in was spacious, clean, and checking in was smooth. I needed something printed while we were there, and the staff was kind enough to print what I needed for me! The breakfast was not my favorite (I’m a picky person so that’s not their fault), but hey at least it’s actually hot food (eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles). The blackout curtains are truly blackout. The toilet seat is really low, which isn’t really a bad thing I just wanted to throw that in there in case you’re a taller person! Overall, I’d happily stay here again! It’s great for the price!

I enjoyed my stay here. They had front loading washers for guests. I was able to park my vehicle right outside my window.
- 3/5
Stains on the sheets, and we didn’t have garbage liners. We ended up having our own bag of trash we used, and flipped the sheets around so we didn’t touch the stains. Breakfast was not the best, but the bed was comfy!

I would like to recognize this property and their management for their exceptional customer service. I had a surgery scheduled early in the morning prior to their normal check-in time. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for me and even upgraded my room the room I had reserved wasn't available. A true example of customer appreciation and great service.

The property is great for the cheap price. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and you don't have to pay to park in their lot. Not a lot of amenities like a pool, but good for an overnight stay.

Or refrigerator didn't work, so our food ended up going bad, but they did get us into a better room the following night...

Good hotel. Nothing really to complain. Breakfast was decent. I wish they could have given soap/sheer gel in the bath tub. Felt safe and it was clean. Right by the busy road but room was overall quiet as it faced the back parking.

The person who checked me in today was very sweet! Apologies, I forgot her name.

Super clean room and bed was very comfortable!

Nice clean room and spacious. Quiet and soft bedding. Very helpful workers. Will be back again.
- 5/5
All I needed was quiet to sleep and that’s what o got! Room was clean. Only issue, low water pressure in the shower. Had to put the shower head on massage to feel like I was rinsing the soap off.
- 3/5
Room was outdated, everything else was fine
- 3/5
Decent for the price. Walls are very thin though.
- 1/5
The woman at the front desk was great, but the hotel itself was horrible. Stains on furniture, burn stains on the bed spread, and the room smelled horrible. Kept the fan running all night but the smell just wouldn't go away. Worst hotel I have stayed at in 10 years.
- 2/5
Have to slam front door to close. Trash bins have no liners. Bath tub slow drain. Toilet only flushes sometimes. Nice friendly staff.
- 4/5
Morning and evening staff was wonderful at the front desk. The TV didn’t work in the room and it was on the street side, which was too noisy so couple weeks later I stayed again and got on the other side and also the TV worked great but the heater was near the ceiling lol reach the controls without taking a picture of them first and feeling
- 4/5
I’ve been there two times in the last three weeks and both times the staff members went above and beyond at the front desk morning and evening.
- 4/5
Good breakfast spacious suites
- 1/5
I went to the front desk this morning and notified the attendant that the both beds and their sheets smell like cigarette smoke and that I wasnt satisfied with that accommodation. The attendant replied with, "ok". That's unacceptable and that I should have been provided with fresh bed sheets to accommodate my stay.
- 3/5
Just okay. Good for a quick night's sleep but that is all. Pretty rough otherwise. Staff was very nice.
- 1/5
They don't clean the rooms. You have to bring them your towels and garbage to get changed.
- 2/5
We have stayed at this hotel six times over the last year and we are going to find another place to stay due to this experience.

The room was clean and well provisioned. The staff was helpful and welcoming. We are going to stay again. My husband is a cancer patient and receiving tests and treatment close by. We are over 100 miles from home.
- 4/5
Always a clean dependable place to stay.
- 4/5
Clean. Efficient room. Nice flooring
- 5/5
The check in was simple & the attendants were so nice. The room was big and clean. Comfy bed & pillows! I needed blackout curtains though.
- 5/5
We changed hotels to this one after our first one felt incredibly unsafe for us. The staff was amazing, kind and welcoming. The room was clean with no weird smells and we did were not worried about the safety of our car in the parking lot. Would absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
Yes, breakfast was good. Did not need the air cincitioning

- 4/5
The staff was great. The room was ok. The pillows were horrible but I slept well dispite this. The couch was a little wore out but it was a comfy stay.
- 2/5
We got there a little bit early, the front desk attendant was outside smoking, seemed bothered by my presence. She told me even though the room was ready it would be $100 to check in before 3:00. Heater in the room did not work, had to go get extra blankets. We have stayed here a few times, we won’t be back.

Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, or waffle it was OK at best
- 4/5
Beds were comfortable.
- 1/5
Sticky floors and stains all over the beds and floors. first they give us used unclean room and then we complained and they changed the room
- 4/5
Breakfast was really boring since I was there 4 days. I had problem with traffic noise 1 st night and I asked to be moved to quieter room. The staff accommodated my request without hesitation and asked later if things were better. So grateful.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful as I had 4 reservations there and they accommodated us do our kids were on the same floor as we were
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and informative.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was helpful. Housekeeping was supposed to be every 3 days, I was there for 4, but they didn’t clean the room during my stay.
- 3/5
Room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was non smoking. Could see the light from the room next door through the bottom of the joining doors. Could hear everything that was going on in the hall. Breakfast was okay.
- 5/5
The hallways smell pretty bad. Room smells a bit better. No ice machine on 2nd floor. We have stayed at nicer, cleaner, hotels for cheaper. We will see in the morning how breakfast is.
- 5/5
Great staff and will stay again
- 1/5
Right on a busy Highway, you hear the traffic all night. Post more, actually get to sleep elsewhere.
- 3/5
Room was fine but overall the hotel seems a bit rundown. Breakfast of waffles, scrambled eggs, very thin bacon and cereal. Excellent taco truck in the gas station lot next door.
- 3/5
Hotel was fine but the area surrounding the hotel is full on homeless/tweakers living in bushes and at hotel.

We arrived shortly after 4 PM to check in and found no one at the front desk. We waited, called the hotel number, and heard the phone ringing nonstop at the empty desk. Other guests came in, waited a few minutes, and went up without checking in. After about 10 minutes, the receptionist finally appeared. I get needing to step away, but combined with other issues, it set the tone for our stay. First impressions & smell: Stepping off the elevator, we were hit by a strong hallway odor — likely heavy carpet cleaner or pet treatment. Not unbearable, but definitely noticeable. Room layout (Room 203): The room was spacious but oddly arranged. There’s a 7x12 ft empty space at the entrance, followed by a narrow hall with an open closet and bathroom, leading into a long 14x25 ft room divided into two sections. Living area: Loveseat with pull-out bed, chair, desk, dresser/TV stand, and microwave/minifridge cabinet. Furnishings were in good shape, but the 32" LG TV felt dated, with poor image quality and several staticky channels. Sleeping area: Comfortable king bed, solid wood headboard, side tables with outlets, and chair — all in good condition. Bathroom: Clean and functional with a tub/shower combo, stone countertop, and large backlit mirror. The main issue was the painfully slow tub drain, leaving inches of standing water during showers. Overall: Spacious room, comfortable bed, and decent furnishings, but a few annoyances

It was a good stay. But we asked to get our bedding changed. We left at 11 am. Came back 3 times to drop things off and each time went d found someone to ask again. After 6 pm on the third time and a little more gruff asked again. Finally it got done. The housekeepers were not friendly at all. And we only asked for 1 bed change and extra towels one time.
- 4/5
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. THe sound insulation was not very good as I culd hear people talking in the adjoining room and I-5 traffic noise (trucks). The breakfast was fine with eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagel options.
- 4/5
We had a nice stay
- 5/5
Breakfast was a nice touch
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Room was clean amd bed comfortable. Breakfast was available and good.
- 5/5
But the breakfast area was very tight and congested to prepare your plate people seen to stumble over each other
- 5/5
It’s was clean and the staff was great but just needs a little renovation.
- 3/5
When the air conditioning was first turned on it blew out very musty smelling air. See-through towels were disappointing.
- 5/5
Clean, convinient and friendly staff.
- 3/5
Food was okay. The bathroom floor was slippery with no floor mat. No hand soap or trash bags in the room. Overall, good stay and comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Shockingly clean and quiet, best hotel in the area, having stayed in them all. Will definitely go back and recommend the room upgrade with separate bedroom, only a few bucks more. Safe, clean, nice staff, no riff raff
- 3/5
Sink was leaking, traffic was loud
- 4/5
Comfortable, close to family, and reasonably priced.
- 5/5
The hotel is well maintained. the room is comfortable,
- 5/5
Really liked the extra bedroom in each room
- 4/5
Very comfortable room and accommodating staff. Hallways and common areas could use some updating and better lighting
- 4/5
The property is situated right on 128th, which is a very busy road in the morning. And the window did not seal correctly, so the noise coming from the window with more than usually expected.
- 2/5
Customer service wasn't great but also not the worst. Room was only minimally clean. Sheets were clean. Curtains were falling and red/brown gunk on the inside. Windows were growing green stuff around the edges. Showerhead had brown gunk where the water comes out and there was gunk growing around the knobs for the water. A/C worked great. Walls were thin and even in a corner room we could here conversations, furniture moving and people walking. Breakfast was minimal. Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, two cereal choices and two bread choices. Waffles and cereal were good. Sausage was not. Seemed to be in a safe area. Nothing happened to us or our vehicle while we were there. Price of the hotel didn't match the value in my opinion but we were safe and able to sleep.
- 3/5
Floors were not clean, hair in bathroom.
- 4/5
Nice and cautious people. Very secure. Good for the money!
- 2/5
Location was great and there was a great coffee shack in the parking lot. However, the hotel itself was depressing with dark hallways and run down facilities (Red Rum, Red Rum kept playing in my mind). Walls are thin so you can hear everything going on. We heard our neighbor through the bathroom vents. We didn’t have soap for the shower, just shampoo and thin towels. There was a ceiling leak over our toilet so we were afraid to use the toilet as we didn’t want questionable water/sewage dripping on our heads. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice, the dining area was cheerful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless there’s nothing else in the area.
- 3/5
Having stayed here last winter, we found a big change. What a surprise to find you sign a document on a small screen at check in that includes the fact that you agree to not having your room cleaned or serviced during your stay. The breakfast selections have been pared down as well—bread variety is limited to white or wheat—no muffins or bagels, Always just eggs, waffles and sausage for hot selections. We stayed for four nights.

Good place, good price. Super comfy bed, clean sheets, all in good shape.
- 2/5
Hotel seems dated
- 1/5
Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. I would love to give 0 star if I can. Breakfast area is so crowded, no room/space to move around. Attending staff in breakfast area is so rude. She literally grab the plates in my hands and said, I have so many. I inform her I am not getting your food and I only need plates and I we are family of 4 so I have 4 plates. I told her this is included in our stay and we pay for this. I am not so happy of how she treated me. So, stingy with plates? Because, of how chaotic was our experience in first day of our breakfast, my family decided not go have meal on 2nd day. Our toilet in our room is flushing so slow, we all got worried that it will clog. Hotel is so loud and have hard time getting sleep. Please don’t stay in this hotel. Find another place. I would not come back here. It was an awful experience.
- 5/5
It was an amazing stay. Our family was very comfortable with more than enough space. Will definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Didn’t have the breakfast provided, but the room was stinky and shower was not clean and toilet kept clogging.
- 4/5
There was also air conditioning which cooled the room quickly and a TV, Micro, coffee and nice sized TV. A great location to get on or off the highway but this would be our only complaint, that it was very noisy with all of the traffic. A great restaurant right across the street too!
- 3/5
It was ok. The water on the back of the toilet took an hour to fill so that you could flush.
- 3/5

Quality Inn & Suites hotel was a decent place to stay for our visit to Everett, WA. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was unexceptional. I cannot speak about the staff, as I did not interact with anyone except the desk clerk who checked me in. I received no room service of any kind, and was forced to seek out TP from the front desk on the last day of my stay. While I did not miss fresh sheets and the towels held out, I would have preferred having my bed made up at least once.
- 2/5
Dirty drilling system is so low
- 1/5
There are no smoking signs throughout the property and on the website. Upon entry of our room, it smelled like cigarette smoke and was very outdated. The freezer portion of the fridge did not work and the Suite area of our room did not have airflow from the A/C unit. Second night, starting after dinner time we could smell cigarette smoke like someone was in our room. If you closed the bathroom door, it was really bad in there when you opened later. Check out is at 11 but our room key was turned off before 10:30 so luckily one of us was still in the room while we were taking luggage out. We wanted to book an additional night because of a soccer tournament, but we decided to book another for our final night. The cigarette smoke was unbearable. Told the front desk our issues upon checking out, so we will see if management reaches out like I requested.
- 3/5
Also, the luggage cart had a flat tire on one side. Ugh!
- 2/5
Customer service was mediocre, the front desk clerk seemed like she had better things to do than to help me, received more smiles from housekeeping and the lady that managed the chaotic breakfast situation and I barely saw them. The bathroom in our room had no handwashing soap?!! The garbage baskets had no bags. We found some glasses on the floor near the A/C unit and the carpets looked like they needed a deep cleaning. Our room door did not close properly, we had to pull extra hard on the handle when we would walk out or push with a lot of strength from inside until we could hear it click into place.
- 4/5
Was nice property
- 5/5
Front desk very accommodating for special requests
- 2/5
No housekeeping whatsoever. We had to ask for clean towels and washcloths and they didn't take the dirty ones. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No mat outside shower. Torn curtains. Barking dog in the room next door. Breakfast was ok.
- 2/5
Everything was clean and as expected but they had a "glitch" in their system (that is apparently common but hasn't been fixed) that charged us 2x what the room deposit is supposed to be and were no help in resolving the issue. It was incredibly frustrating and we ended up having to file a fraudulent charge with our bank to get the funds released, after the room deposit was returned.
- 3/5
Staff was nice and friendly.
- 2/5
Badly needs an update, old, smells bad.
- 4/5
Not bad for a nights rest. Beds were comfortable.
- 2/5
The staff was extremely helpful. But the fact that we had to communicate with them every half an hour or so to get things done due to issues with the room. The floors in the room were damaged and stained. The bathroom bathtub was chipped and faded in awkward spots all over the bathtub. There was someone playing band instruments in the hotel, which kept me up late until the night.
- 4/5
It was not bad.
- 3/5
Traveling from the Southern states, hotels like this would cost a fraction of what it cost here, saying that, the hotel looks fishy oustide because of the dark colors of the building but inside the rooms were ok, comfortable and clean. "Breakfast" included very limited options and the dinning area is very small...so, I guess you get what you paid compared with the prices around.
- 5/5
Nice and convenient
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and convenient, the staff very friendly and breakfast.....the lady who kept the "food coming" was very busy and kept working with a smile and friendliness.
- 5/5
Good !
- 5/5
Great property.
- 1/5
Smelled everywhere bad. Not enough hot water. Breakfast sliced white or wheat toast, waffles, cold cereal, burnt sausage, scrambled eggs. tangerines. Scrape building and build new. Lots of homeless around premises. Did not feel safe. It was really a run down motel at best. Never again
- 5/5
Misplaced my sunglasses, and while checking out was discussing with the front desk. After I had left and was driving to the airport, the hotel front counter member, called to say the item had been located. I returned to the hotel and was so thankful for the return of my list item
- 1/5
Outdated & most importantly it was very dirty a room across from us was an extend stay & while we were there they clean it up & kick tenant out 4 contractor black bags full of trash beer food & garbage very unhealthy!!
- 3/5
The room wasn’t ready to check-in at 3pm, and we were told to go back in about half an hour. Understandable with short staff. Even with that, I wouldn’t mind staying there just overnight again because parking is free. Plus, this is something that really was out of the reception staffs control and there is only so fast the housekeepers can work. It was just inconvenient, not the end of the world at all. Probably wouldn’t do a multiple day stay, but one night definitely was okay.
- 1/5
Very bad inconvenient service at this place! First want it to reserve an extra night but they said they don’t have any rooms available when I called on the phone!when we got there. I went online and I got a room available! Next day we reserved a suite with 2 rooms with a sofa bed in one of them! They gave us a folding bed instead because they said nothing else was available and was a full house! They said to ask next day early in the morning which we did this morning! Still the receptionist don’t know anything about the rooms or have any info about how the rooms are set ups! So disappointed by the service at this hotel and us very pricy! I expected better quality service! Hope the manager call me today and try to solve this problem! Still have 2 more nights to go!!!!!!!

Our entire stay was a joke. One of our two tvs wasn't working. It color was so off it gave us headaches. I tried calling down to front desk no one picked up. When I went down for towels and to talk about the tv they said the they would bring towels and send the repair guy up. We waited hours for towels, when I went back down I was told the phones was down and the repair man was busy. I also had to go down for toilet paper and waited 30 mins while no one was around. I repeated all my issues along with explaining how horrible the hotel and service was and they said ok. Won't be going back to thos location. Also how do you supply a room ment for 6 with 3 towels?
- 5/5
Cooo beautiful room
- 5/5
Fresh rooms, the staff was excellent.
- 3/5
The overall quality of this property has gone down since my last visit. General overall appearance was shabbier, my room was not as clean, the outside property was not as kept up and the breakfast didn’t seem as robust as before. Overall I was pretty disappointed.
- 4/5
Decent hotel, mostly clean and comfortable, except for the furniture, which is in dire need of cleaning or replacing. Not the easiest parking lot to get in and out of (on a very busy street) but close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff.
- 4/5

I've always thought it was shortsighted to be blaring FOX NEWS in the breakfast room
- 4/5
Staff was very nice at check in. The room was clean and comfortable. It worked for one night.

This hotel is cheap and convenient to the Interstate, but right on a busy road. They have single pane windows so you can hear the loud traffic all night. My room also had no curtain at all on the shower. I discovered this late at night when I headed to the shower. I will not stay here again. I will pay more to stay somewhere else.

Homeless were around the property, when we ate breakfast unfortunately homeless people easily passed through eating area, and we found that nobody take care of the security in the hotel they were around and even we saw them in elevator
- 5/5
Nice place for a one night stay.
- 3/5
Easy on and off the I-5 freeway access. Complementary Breakfast was good. Had to request shampoo and towels for room. Might have just been a one time oversight. Cheaper than most hotels in the area. Overall, you get what you pay for.

I came here to catch my breath, where this team caught me and prepared me for an excellent stay. Thank you guys!!

Overall a good experience

Hi, I didn’t stay tonight for this booking and left early, where I am experiencing challenging living arrangements now and had come to your hotel for an escape. As I have done in the past, to note, where I have found your Quality Inn & Suites Everett to be my safe haven & retreat. Tonight I was continuing the same, with your front desk attendant where I might have talked too much and made her feel uncomfortable, which I noticed, and headed off then to my room. Light chat about the nice roads here nearby, where this lone & beaten soul was appreciating her attention & kindness; part of why I was talking too much? I think she thought I was flirting Where I then heard her talking with someone as I headed up the elevator, mocking ‘that one guy who was just’, something or other making fun of him and his conduct. Not sure what I heard but was pretty damn sure that was me; where after a few uncomfortable minutes upstairs I just left Nice room though

We were put in a smaller room than what we paid for. When we were given the room we paid for, the pullout bed was literally sticking out of the couch because it was broken. My family tried to make the best of it, but with the pullout bed being broken, globs of mystery substance on the couch, blood stains on the cushion, and white stains on the bedding, it was clear that the hotel was unsafe and unsanitary. We were forced to find somewhere else for the night and refused a refund.

Communication is not effective... we asked to have room cleaned and linen changed... room was not touched.

- 5/5
It was a great starting here
- 5/5
It was a very comfortable stay. We travel lit with my son for completions and this was one of the most comfortable stays. It was important to us that the hotel had a nice hot fresh breakfast with real eggs. Beds were comfortable and the room clean. We were facing towards the busy street and that was a bit too noisy from like 5 am. But we had to get up before 7 so it was ok. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great place.
- 4/5
Site excellent area not to bad
- 2/5
The only reason I gave the staff three stars is for the support staff. The manager on staff that I spoke to was super snarky and nasty, in spite of my speaking to her rspect
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
Hot Breakfast was good, had a variety of options to eat.
- 4/5
good
- 3/5
Clean and comfortable bed, but in need of a refresh as furniture and such was worn and out dated. Staff was kind and very helpful which was very much appreciated. If you just need an inexpensive place to lay your head for the night it would fit your needs.

Nothing

- 3/5
No house keeping for three days.
- 2/5
The staff was great but it’s an older hotel. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the toilet didn’t work well. The hotel really needs a good update!
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Very clean, very quiet. No problems.
- 4/5
I recommend this hotel for a single or multiple nights stay.
- 4/5
Room and facility very clean, comfortable, good bed. Odd that there's no exhaust fan in bathroom. Towels are rough, but again...it was fine for us for a comfy night's stay on a budget. ONE STAR for phone-in customer service...I called that day to confirm our stay & ask about early check-in. The main phone # said to call the # on my confirmation; when I did I kept getting dropped or just a busy signal. Got thru once to someone who spoke poor English and had no clue how to help me. FIVE STARS for front desk when we got there, so helpful, courteous & accommodating. Got us right into our room!
- 4/5
Nice lobby. Helpful staff. Continental breakfast was goodwith a nice dining space. Rooms were clean but small. Bathroom lacked a fan which we found odd.
- 5/5
Very nice place! Alex, the front desk person is very helpful!!
- 5/5
Alex the front desk person is very nice. 5 stars for him. This place is exactly what I needed! Clean, quiet and close to the freeway and restaurants!
- 4/5
We took a road trip from Missouri. And I really loved that this hotels breakfast was top notch. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
It was a good place to stay for the night. I didn't need long term and fancy so this worked great! Reasonable rates and comfy bed! Due to property location, it was a little tough to navigate in and out of. Not a huge problem. Need more clarity as to which entrance is the front door.
- 4/5
Quick check in process, clerk was friendly and helpfull. Clean room.
- 5/5
Fine stay for an overnight sleep. Super comfy bed
- 5/5
I had a great experience with this hotel, check in and check out was really easy. Comfortable facility. Enjoyed the breakfast. Parking was spacious. Xander (my dog) had a great time too.
- 3/5
We only stay one night, the room was nice and clean, but the shower head at the bathroom needs to upgrade to a better quality, the water speed was so slow, you just can’t take a quick shower and the hot water stop working for the 2nd person right after, really annoying
- 3/5
Ok location and typical for a Comfort Inn. The manager is too smarmy to be working in customer service. I’m never staying in this place again
- 4/5
Mostly our stay was good. Only complaint was the location was not the most quiet. Located right off the interstate made it convenient but traffic was noisy.
- 5/5
The room was very nice and clean, the hot breakfast was wonderful.
- 3/5
first room, toilet didn't flush and phone didn't work. Upgraded to a suite, where the phone didn't work
- 3/5
First negative experience at a Quality Inn. Disappointed in the how dirty the property and inside areas were. Also, was asked for 50 dollars for incidentals and now told i wont get that money back for 7-10 days. I am a frequent guest at your hotels and have never been asked for that much money before, and always received it back upon checkout. Not happy, and may not return again. Still considering the situation.
- 5/5
I had no issues. Room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed talking to front desk staff. I will be back. Thank you!
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing staff and super comfy beds
- 5/5
First time stay for a business trip to Boeing everett. My room was not available at check-in so they gave me a free upgrade to a suite. I would definitely stay here again
- 3/5
Unable to deal with customer service issues. Gaslighting. Blaming the customer. The non binary with the tats swore at me. The general manager left a note on my door, didn’t leave their name or number. Apparently I have been rude. lol. Just emphatic. Also, bad, unreliable wifi. Bad coffee. Bad eggs. Bad waffle mix. Been here for two weeks. Finally made a waffle. Threw it away. Krusteaz. Use that one. Thank goodness for the espresso shack in the lot. I should come through with a black light and post the pics. One more thing, only an N95 will stop airborne viruses. You look like virtue signaling dopes otherwise, a pnw flaw. These people are everywhere. It’s a real freak show
- 4/5
Breakfast was 3 out of 10 same watered down ok and waffle mix to thin like eating air the worker watches everything you eat or use feels like she is annoyed we eat breakfast and 629 isn't 630 do t try early only who she chooses can the house keepers were caught in my room when told no service can't say how many times and the only GREAT worker is DOMINQUE in the morning she is the only happy upbeat helpful worker quality inn has she knows her job she should be treated better as being only good asset here at quality inn ...oh and the owner comes and feels like a sergeant walks around and looks mad at everyone not comfortable at all he should stay home property very outdated for price he should shop for his hotel instead of coming daily to police it the price is out of control for location and condition of rooms needs deep cleaning more breakfast choices and another happier attendant like Dominique over all stay just as motel 6 needs help showing customers appreciation we stayed over 30 days not 1 free or discounted room
- 5/5
Love staying here
- 5/5
The room was large and comfortable and a bargain at the price. Breakfast was good with hot options.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.
- 4/5
We had 3 days two nights trip in Seattle, arrived the hotel after dark, the receptionist was friendly and gave us helpful information. The overall cleanliness was ok not too bad, no bugs no flies at least. Our room was bit dark, the light too warmed and yellowed, the carpet also dark, but the bed and pillows are soft and comfortable, so overall it’s okay and acceptable. But one thing I don’t like the condition of the place. There’s some small hole damage on the door and wall, and the heater wasn’t warm enough, it’s a bit cold in the room.
- 3/5
Started out rough. Floor we were put smelled so bad if marijuana. Desk attended was very helpful in moving us.
- 5/5
Very convenient location. Unfortunately there is a fair amount of road noise in room facing the street.
- 5/5
Great hotel with comfortable beds and a good breakfast.
- 5/5
It was comfortable and the breakfast was great.
- 3/5
But the hotel needs an major reno
- 5/5
Checkin was quick and easy, the front desk agent was polite and helpful. Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, masked with air freshener. It appeared nice and clean but the smell was horrible, giving me and my kids headaches. The odor was amplified when we attempted to turn on the heat unit, but had to shut it off because we couldn’t bear the stench coming out of it. The smell of the room has permeated our clothing and hair, and upon leaving we realize that we smell terrible because of it. Our room was facing the highway and very loud, so for anyone wanting a decent sleep, request a room on the other side of the building or bring earplugs. You get what you pay for, and this hotel was ok. Had the room not smelled terribly it would have rated much better.
- 5/5
Convenient and close to people we were visiting. Cant beet the price
- 4/5
Property has elevator, but they dont access every part of the hotel, other than that room was clean but near the front door and was pretty noisy, especially with the construction that was going on late at night.
- 5/5
Nice place. Good value
- 5/5
Its easy and convenient to find your way around. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Some front desk people dont know as much as some others. But they might just be new. Overall we had a great, comfortable stay and amazing breakfast every morning. The coffee stand in their parking lot is super convenient and the best coffee we have come across.
- 5/5
Perfect location from family and Paine Field airport (9 min). Check-in super easy and staff was so friendly. The mini breakfast buffet was bonus, loved it!! Scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, make your own waffles, cereals, yogurt, bread, bagels, mini muffins, coffee, oj, milk. O’donnells Irish pub across the street, mini market within walking distance for water or snacks Room very clean. Cups, no bottled water but coffee machine. Fridge and microwave definitely was a plus. Shampoo/conditioner and soap provided. When I asked for more soap and lotion very accommodating! Would definitely stay again!
- 4/5
The toilet was very short (low to the ground )and it clogged. After being gone all day, with a promise that the toilet would be fixed. We had to borrow a plunger and care for it ourselves. We enjoyed the breakfast. The plastic cutlery was extra small uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Great customer service. The staff were very friendly, and they were able to help provide the rooms that meet our needs when we cannot have two rooms together. We booked two rooms. The rooms are clean, the hot breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Great location and value just 20 minutes north of Seattle, convenient and good value with breakfast included.
- 4/5
Nice , clean older hotel in the city with a great breakfast! Great beds and clean rooms.
- 1/5
I didnot liked the breakfast timings. Too early. 6:30am to 9:30am. Hardworkung people come to relax in the hotel, but this hotel wants you to wake up early anyways and finish breafast early so tgat breakfast serving lady gets free early. Thats all they care. Also the lady was so rude and she start shutting breakfast counter so quickly sharl at 9:30 as if she is waiting to 9:30 alaram ring. Absolutely no courtsey that mykid would need something we are still eating. I asked for coffee at 9:25 and she rudely said no, we are done. Didnt liked breakfast timings and the staff. Other hotels have breakfast till 10am and too courteous.
- 3/5
We had a suite. Room 220. Heater was not working correct. We wore our sweatshirts/coats for 5 hrs. Night clerk brought portable heaters. They caused the circuits to blow 3 times. We finally were able to use only one heater. The night clerk went above and beyond to solve this issue. Hopefully, they remedy rhis problem
- 5/5
Reasonable pricing. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great and offered lots of options. Access to I-5 was convenient.
- 4/5
Clean easy access, would stay again
- 4/5
Nice rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were a little standoffish but not impolite. My German shepherd was comfortable staying here. Breakfast was standard greasy American but appreciated the coffee and water dispenser.
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
Comfortable bed, good breakfast. We only stayed one night while visiting some nearby family. Quite basic but we slept well.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was accommodating by finding me an extra pillow. The only disappointment was the breakfast. While the hotel doesn't necessarily have control over guests attire, the eggs, sausage, and bacon was cold and that should have been better.
- 5/5
Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great. Room and bedding clean and very comfortable.
- 4/5
First motel staff to treat us like we weren't just disgusting homeless people and it was a great place to stay
- 4/5
Hard to exit
- 5/5
Nice quiet property. Plenty of parking. Nice lobby, very clean property.
- 1/5
When I checked out I mentioned that these people should be talked to, the clerk told me that she knew what room I was referring to and she’d talk to the manager- once I knew that the tenants already were known to make noise I was a bit upset that I got a room next to them. She told me once the manager arrived she would give me a callback me so I could discussed my disappointment with my experience-24hours later I have heard nothing. I’ve stayed at this place before, place is ok- needs a bit of a refresh, this room smelled like BO- and after feeling like I was camping instead of getting a decent night sleep- I will never stay there again.
- 5/5
This property has long term tenants as well as overnights. Seattle must be a very expensive place to live.
- 3/5
A convenient distance from Lynnwood, Monroe, and Everett, but the key cards failed three times, it's fairly noisy, and the breakfast bar left alot to the imagination.
- 5/5
Very friendly
- 2/5
As soon as I walked in I noticed the smell of cleaner/bleach, which is never a good sign. A sign of cleanliness yes, but then what is the smell masking? I was on the top floor at the end of the corridor and the room was large and spacious BUT just so outdated.... Looking at the people in the property it looked like a long term residency place. The morning I left, I came down to see an older woman talking to the Christmas tree, pretty scary...... The property needs updating, carpets need removing and everything needs a lick of paint.
- 3/5
The property was decent. The inconvenient limited access to get in. Parling spots very tight. Shares driveways with an apartment complex. NO actual sign to identify the place
- 4/5
Clean, well kept, staff is nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing was the cold water pressure in shower wasn’t good, too hot of a shower or not at all lol.
- 4/5
We were pleasantly surprised with this Quality Inn in Everett. Great value for the price. We stayed 7 nights and I would not have stayed if it was at all dirty or uncomfortable in any way. It's conveniently right off the I-5 freeway which means the area is busy but it was fine. The building is older but it was clean and it did have some updates. I especially appreciated no carpet in the room. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good as well! We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
A very nice hotel in a convenient location at a reasonable price!.Staff was very helpful and professional. Room was kept tidy.
- 3/5
She said she would check with the manager and gave us room keys. When we arrived to our room both keys did not work forcing us to return to the front desk for reactivation. The manager did correct the credit card problem a couple of days later. Everyone was nice and apologetic however after a long traffic day problems checking in to a hotel are exhausting. The checking in process was our only issue.
- 5/5
All was great execept the room had a strong bacon smell all the time..
- 3/5
Shower was for a very short person
