The room was clean and spacious. Both the sofa bed and regular bed were comfortable. The staff is attentive, respectful, and helpful! Carla, in particular, was always very friendly! Thank you for offering all of the kitchen amenities we needed and for fresh coffee every morning! It has been a pleasure staying here!

The room smelled like smoke. The TV didn't work. We had to move rooms twice because each room we moved to had something wrong in it.

When booking this for a night I didn't really think about the extended stay part because the location was where we needed to be. Most of the people seem to be living there. Even though there was no smoking inside and several people brought lawn chairs right outside the front door to smoke, they either also smoke inside or the smoke smells just come in with them.

The A/C unit smelt like wet dog when turned on, there was dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom, the room smelt like cigarette smoke. All around horrible experience

The rooms are amazing! The staff is so efficient, even bilingual. I absolutely love coming here for this reason. The outside and elevators could be a bit cleaner with less cigarette smell. The staff made the entire experience a perfect one. Thank you for your hospitality!

Occasionally can smell really strongly of dog pee, owners of thier animals definitely need to make known they had. Accident so it can get cleaned up right away.

Perfect location for me. The bed was awful, so uncomfortable and uneven. Needs a new mattress. The mattress pad was stained and needs to be replaced. There was a parking spot that wasn’t usable that had broken glass and empty booze bottles that wasn’t cleaned up the days I was there.

It has been good. The people are nice, the room is great. Prices have been going up, which is difficult, but the place itself is great and the people are nice.

We were placed in handicap room due to faulty toilet in our original room. No problem but the pull out bed was a sunk in canoe and we could feel all the springs. Definitely do not recommend

Being kicked out before my reservation was up

Room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes smoke.

The room was dingy and pretty dirty. Smelled horribly like cigarettes. I’m pretty sure people live at the hotel and some of them looked a little seedy. I only spent one night because I got there late. But I left and got a room somewhere else the next night.

The room was excellent and we loved the convenience of having a kitchen so that we could cook our own meals. It was clean and the staff was really nice and accommodating. The wifi was really sketchy. The television was hard to figure out how to use it and see the programs we were interested in. We made it work but it was difficult when we were so tired from driving to get there. It also appeared that some were parked in the parking lot using the wifi covertly.

It was all disgusting. I chose not even to eat breakfast there for fear of getting sick. The cleanliness was awful. Hotel is disrepair. People were smoking in the hallways. Dogs were barking inside the hotel. Other guests were very loud and you could hear it through the walls. I didn’t even feel comfortable eating there or walking without shoes.

Stood at the desk for 15 minutes before picking up the courtesy phone to call for help just to check in. Lots of homeless people hanging out. Property was okay but smelled bad. When walking to my room, loud music blasting from the room next door. Carpets were nasty. Elevator had stains and spills on the floor.The room was not what I expected. The couch had terrible stains, carpet not clean at all. Had to wipe down the entire room with bleach just to cover the foul odors. And right before deciding to leave, I was afraid someone was going to start fighting based off of the loud arguing outside of my room. It seems like this property is used to this type of behavior. Next time I’ll choose the Marriott. Extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I did not stay long at all

We didnt touch anything and left immediately. We proceeded downstairs where nobody was at front desk. Got tired of waiting and left to find a different hotel.

The staff was polite. I am a skinny guy and have some medical issues that make me look like the not to be rude but the street people or tweekers. I'm not though so it up sets me when I'm treated that way. Your staff was just polite and did the job.

Enjoyed our stay friendly staff and nice clean rooms

Rooms were dirty. Sofa bed mattress was heavily soiled. Told receptionist she was not ready to change the room but offered sheets. When I brought the sheets to blood stain was on the mattress as well and my daughters refused to sleep on it. On the meantime shift changed and new receptionist (Desiree) when out of her way and talked to management and switched the room. This should have been done immense I brought this up to the first receptionist. All this took more than two hours to settle.

Breakfast included is a bit misleading since only mini muffins, fruit bar, oatmeal. Room smelled, not sure if it lingering smoke or something else

Simply gross in every aspect. Sticky floor near kitchen. Hair and dust all over bathroom counter; clearly not wiped. Dirt/dust/fuzzies along floor/wall borders. Bottom bed sheet wasn’t changed; could still see body imprint in wrinkles marks from previous occupant. Yellowed pillowcases. Going to trust the hotels scores from now on.

Staff was incredible! My room had a smoky smell, but management found me one that didn't have any cigarette smoke smell. Housekeeping did an excellent job of preparing the room. Very pleased with my stay.

Hosts we kind and helpful. The furniture in the room could use a little TLC, but the price was fabulous for the value of the stay.

The stuff was nice but the motel smell like marijuana everywhere you went. And the breakfast was only a grab and go or breakfast bar and some muffins. Our room smelled musty.

Dirty room initially, quickly moved to another but still not great. Not much comfort, and don't expect to use the sofa bed.

We stayed over xmas because my parents live in the area. Extremely bare bones hotel. We didn't realize people stay for long periods of time, and the clientele feels rather shady. The elevator smells strongly of curry or dogs. The hideabed has stains and the couch mattress is terrible. However, the main bed is nice and comfortable, the room itself is clean, bed linens are nice, and the staff is super helpful and nice. It was quiet and we had no problems. Overall the stay was fine. I'd pick somewhere a little nicer next visit to the area since that matches my taste a little better, but if you're looking for a no frills, no drama cheap place to stay, this is a good option.

My wife and I had a very good time in Everett, Washington. The hotel was very nice and had great service.

It took us going up and down the 1 elevator 3 times and 3 different rooms before we were finally able to get settled. The room keys didn't work on the first room, the second room was locked from the inside, and the third room had an extension cord pugged in the room leading to a fan in the hallway with the door propped open. The sofa-sleeper was extremely uncomfortable, we had to take our own linens up to our room. Then at check out time the front desk called our room at 11:10 saying check-out time was at 11. I said okay, she then proceeded to say, and I quote, "well are you gonna pack up and get out?" I have never in my entire life had a more unenjoyable hotel experience in my life. Then i was told that they were going to comp one of our nights and it still hasn't reflected in my account. We will not be going back and non of my family will either.

Although we didn't have an "extended stay," it was a great place for a quick overnighter--Motel 6 prices but a much nicer room. We had a very comfortable full-size couch and a good bed. The kitchenette looked great although we didn't use it.

It wasn’t exactly clean crumbs and even cans and bottles were under the couch hide a bed when we pulled it out.

The first night there me my husband and children woke jpijjor more bits from fleas. I work from home and the wify is terrible bo connection. And they charge you for there horrible wify. Room natsvghf ft 5

We fortunately were able to get a refund as the hotel was fully booked and was unable to accommodate to a different room. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

This place is gross, not clean, the receptionist looks like she just got out of bed. Walked around with no shoes. Not professional at all.

Access to the complex was easy and there was enough parking. The problem is when you enter, in the lobby the trash cans are overflowing with garbage. There is no staff at the counter to receive guests, and it takes time to get a person to assist. When we entered the room, it had a strong smell of urine that did not stop even when we left. In the place you could hear the footsteps of a person walking on the ceiling and the breakfast area did not look very hygienic. We chose that hotel for the breakfast, and we couldn't eat a single day, because we didn't feel confident in the food preparation processes.

There was something that looked like blood stains on the ceiling, carpet was ripped in multiple spots. Bathtub and sink had cigarette burns. Kitchen had a missing drawer. There was a list of items on the counter stating what the kitchen was equipped with (toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, glasses, etc…) but the room had none of theat. The room didn’t look like the picture at all. Would not recommend staying there.

This ocean crest resort was nasty. Didn’t have the second room ready and tried to let you know that they would not have one for us. Also the rooms they gave us were hot, torn carpet, heater vent shared, tub running. Just awful. I wouldn’t stay. We left. Help us get compensated for this ridiculous resort and false advertising.

Explained amenities the Hotel had to offer, also offered dishes, cooking supplies which was nice. She also if we needed anything, call or come down to the lobby and she would see what she could do. Complete night and day from night before. Glad we gave Extended Stay another chance, by changing locations.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, waited 20 minutes to check in; clerk was around the corner, doing dishes and folding laundry, couldn’t step away for 3 minutes to get us checked in. The bathroom was gross, toilet had dirty hand prints, the floors were filthy, the couch had rips, and the pull out bed had moldy stains. Grab and go breakfast was a joke, came down at 8:30 to only one muffin left!!!

When we arrived around 9 pm there were groups of individuals hanging around property inside and out smoking and who possibly where friends or family with the front desk lady we saw possible drug deals and a lot of activity that was questionable. A few rooms had parties going on. One out let was left without cover on it. Breakfast was very minimal.

The property and staff were nice but the walls are very thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Otherwise it was a good place. Would probably stay again but with ear plugs.

I have stayed here multiple times and have left and will continue to leave my honest opinions!! Months back this property was trashed, why? It clearly wasn’t the staff, it was ownership/Investors being cheap ass’s and I know this type of information because I am around property management year round!! The staff does what they can with what they got. Since I’ve posted in the past my honest opinion calling out the investors, the place is becoming cleaned up and and looking as it should !! There is a reason I keep coming back and that’s because the treat all their customers fairly under fair housing and very professional if ya ask me!! This place got 5 stars from me this last stay!! Show your reliable Staff you really do appreciate them!! No staff, no open doors!! I appreciate these folks .

This hotel its a extended hotel with kitchen and fridge but it did not had any kind of kitchen utensils no pots,pans,plates etc.... and room was smelly like urine needs more deep cleaning .

The hotel is rundown. Working girls outside, kids running around the halls, dogs barking and the smell of dogs… definitely will not be staying here again.

Other than our next door neighbor getting beat up by her boyfriend after accusing her of cheating it was great. Customer service via Felicia was amazing. Parking was relatively easy and access to Costco was the best thing ever

Reception was nice, hotel smelled really bad of stale smoke. Booked for continental breakfast but there were mini muffins and oatmeal. Pretty disappointed for the price we paid.

The lobby was dirty, the garbage bin overflowing, and there were stains on broken furniture. The room was dirty and smelly, and the bed had a broken spring piercing out. Other guests were also angry and complaining about the same thing. Seems like there was only one staff person doing everything, poor lady. This is a dump. Never again.😡

Won’t be staying here again. Not sure if this is one of the hotels that local government has set homeless people up in, but it sure did look, smell and feel like it. That’s great, there’s a roof over their heads, but I’ll just pay a little more next time to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn.

Check in was a breeze we told the front desk we were here for a soccer tournament and also advise we had half of our soccer team here @ there hotel, first night was upsetting as we had a late game @ 7pm came back and made a quick dinner we when down to the back patio and was told we weren’t allowed to be out there for our quick dinner which was around 9:40pm then asked if we could use the conference room which was occupied with there boxes and also was told we couldn’t use it, had to eat @ one of our players room, the 2nd day we when down for the grab and go breakfast which there wasn’t anything to eat everything was finished and they didn’t restocked it, no coffee and they knew we were waiting for some cleaned out the area, rooms were very dirty, parts from the stove broken, bath tub were also dirty pull out sleepers were in bad condition, the employee of our 2nd day was awesome we had brought our stuff to be abel to cook outside advise her if we could leave our table and stove out on the patio and said it was ok, on our last day there when we came back from our late game we came out to cook again and the manager had thrown away our folding table because she said it was broken, we had told them we were going to leave it outside so we wouldn’t be bringing it up and down from our vehicle, upsetting to know they had thrown it in the garbage, this hotel needs alot of upgrades, rooms smells, things are breaking in the rooms,

I got lice after being there for 24hs

Looks like this hotel was rented for homeless ppl but they dont state that. Nothing agains homeless ppl. But not ideal to stay with fam. Tons of ppl smoking outside cigarettes and other stuff.

This property is disgusting. It s unclean. I had a cockroach in my coffee maker. Ants in the stove. Carpet was torn up and dirty. I took pictures, but it won't let me post here. The staff, Brook the team lead was very friendly and helpful. But the property was horrific. I will never stay there again. I do not recommend.

The room is disgusting, bugs and ticks everywhere, the oven is broken and the staff act as if they're mocking you. For instance, you report the oven is broken and they say 'okay,' but they never fix it. There are ticks in the bathroom. My daughter has asthma and I requested to change rooms and be moved upstairs, but the attendant said 'okay' yet unfortunately our request was not fulfilled. We were treated poorly just because we are tourists.

When I enter the room. The room had garbage. The sink had hair. I had to buy a Lysol disinfectant spray. I think your hotel can do better.

Entry rug was filthy. Entry not welcoming or clean. Elevator didn’t work. Stairwell dirty and unswept. Surfaces on door casings and around doorknobs were dirty. Too many “pets”. Questionable “guests” loitering around entry/smoking, some still in night wear. Found a cockroach in our room.

It's very dirty. The sofa bed had stains and looked really gross. There was hair in several spots. The bathroom door didn't close and the bed was really creaky which made it hard not t[ wake up my baby. There were a lot of people smoming outside the lobby. They should designate another area for smoking rather than the front entrance where everyone has to walk through.

The morning coffee was dreadful. The cream for the coffee was dreadful. It has been many years since we’ve tasted coffee this bad. The food items offered were fine.

I’m not normally one to complain but the moment that we walked into this hotel it immediately smelled of cigarette smoke. My room reeked of smoke and wasn’t cleaned. Our floors were sticky and seemed like they hadn’t been mopped ever. I had to clean our room to feel comfortable. They claim they do a ten point inspection but it wasn’t clearly done. I had hair ball that was not my hair and dried spill on the little table that were not from us. My boyfriend’s room started to reek like weed at 7:00am. But this hotel supposedly states that it is a non-smoking property. Our room had a kitchenette but no pops and pans. This just was not acceptable. I’ve stayed at Extended Stay before but this was hands down the worst experience.

The property said it came with microwave and refrigerator but neither was in the room. When I complained they acted like it was a major inconvenience to give me what i paid for. This property also caters to mostly homeless and drug addicts.

Room was not as described. Very unsuccessfully tried to extend my visit, after being hung up on 6 times, from 6 different people, drove to hotel and was told it was now sold out. Chairs were dirty and had 3-6 inch globs of possibly food remnants. Staff was inconsistent each of the 6 different front desk people had a different reason or answer. After talking to three people to extend my stay, was extremely surprised to come back to our room and be locked out. Two said I had to do it online, so I tried right in front of one, and she said I see it right here you are all set. The third one in the morning said yep i see it you are all set. Not one of them mentioned it was a new reservation and not an extension. When my son cut his face with the car door, above and below his eye trying to secure the vehicle at night, no attention was given to him other than a handful of kleenex as he was dripping blood.

I have been paying day to day here as a homeless veteran.... and for whatevr yreason you guys let me double book and pay my last dollrs to my name on the same exavt.room.... and woyld not allow me to switch my room and so for christmas i endes up out on the ztreet.... thank you verh mucb

First of all I stay here quite often in the last month but this specific time not so great I plugged in my power bank which is a solar generator charged by the wall plug in room 221 this is the very first time that I plugged it into the socket when only the second time I've charged the device mind you this device cost $600 and is brand new while I plugged it in about 5 minutes later I was standing next to it as it sat on the table and it explodes with a big pop sounds like a gunshot right next to my head if you take a look around the room every single plug is burnt on the inside this one this tìime surged and didn't pop the breaker but it ruined my it ruined my $600 brand new power bank it over surged and now it will not work again I'm very upset and now have to somehow get this sent and fixed due to your faulty wiring in your room I'm going to blast this all over the place if you don't make it right I'm very upset and this is how I survive when I'm not here

I was called by the front desk for being too loud when it was my neighbors who were stomping. I discussed this in person with the staff member and was not properly apologized to.

Floors were sticky. Shower was leaky and had multiple burn marks on the side. Smelled badly of pot.

The room seemed clean. The hotel itself was less than average. The need to ask for the coffee pot and kitchen items from the front desk because they are not in the room, underlines the trouble the hotel often runs into. The breakfast was granola bars. There was no coffee creamer anywhere on-site. The children of the families who live there have no place to entertain themselves so they do as children will and run around the hotel. The communal trash area was overfull and the door barely opened. Housecleaning is set to every other week. The staff was friendly but lacked training and management skills to maintain the hotel. The side and back door are not available for use because of the people that get let in if they are left open. MANY people living on-site. Overall it just did not measure up to my expectations for the brand name.

It's off the main road down a longer driveway so you don't get much street noise, but it is next to the freeway and depending on which side of the hotel your room is, you will get that noise. Entering and exiting the property is about average considering traffic. The grounds were nicely kept.

Pull out bed was really dirty so we didn’t use it. One person slept on the couch and 3 of us on the bed. Hallway floor was sticky. We checked in at 12:30am and left before 11am so we didn’t make a big fuss about it. Good customer service during check in.

The floors in the room were very dirty we arrived and removed our shoes and socks walking around in bare feet but the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt.

Breakfast was not good. Couldn't drink the coffee, it was that bad and I grew up drinking truck stop coffee..lol. Outdated and bed was ok. Next time, I would stay somewhere else.
