Executive Residency by Best Western Navigator Inn & Suites

The entire staff at this property was very nice. The property is clean and in a safe neighborhood. My only complaint would be that Expedia itself misrepresents the amenities included in the rooms and the prices. I booked my room based on the fact that I believe it included a private hot tub in the room. I based my room choice on this amenity and the price shown by Expedia. But upon arriving at the property that was not the room I was given and it was explained to me that room I had selected would actually be $100 more per night. This is not the properties fault. This is more of a misrepresentation by Expedia

We always come here for a comfortable, pleasant stay. We have been back several times and will continue to return. Walkable to fast food, grocery, coffee, Target, etc. Staff is amazing. Shout out to Dawson for always being awesome and a pleasure to interact with!

Front staff was so helpful and kind, allowed my son and I a later check out because we were taking a red eye out of Seattle! Fan in bathroom was noisy, but other than that, rooms are clean and beds and pillows were so so comfy! Highly recommended

Staff was super nice and helpful. Kitchen staff was very fast and kept all breakfast full and fresh check in was smooth. I had 4 of my kids with me and one of them is a roudy toddler and all the staff were so patient and kind.

I've been going here for years. I drive 4rs to visit family... They're parking policy and pet policy changed. And they didn't tell me until i got there to pay. They are expensive from time to time. But they might lose a customer. Sucks. Extended stay is better prices

Breakfast area was lacking - many containers were empty. Elevators and hallways looked dirty. Overall felt like a lower quality property. We only stayed one night to catch a flight so it served its purpose. Overpriced for what it was though.

This hotel is in a convenient location. We enjoy the large jacuzzi type tubs and the overzll layout of the suites. We charged our phev when we stayed there.

The pool was freezing cold, to the point where my kids couldn’t even use it. They described it as feeling like an ice bath, which was really disappointing since the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this place. Breakfast was very basic and honestly not worth getting up for. For the price we paid, I expected a lot more. Overall, this was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures are incredibly deceiving, and after taking the time to read many positive reviews before booking, I’m honestly shocked those people had such different experiences. Most of the guests we came across seemed like long-term or permanent residents, which added to the uneasy feeling. If you’re considering this hotel — especially if you have kids — I strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs. Save your money, save yourself the stress, and look elsewhere. This place is absolutely not worth it!!!!!!

The breakfast was horrible, food left out too long ths edible items were the greek yogurt not touched by the staff and the waffles. The hot tub didn't work and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Only thing that was disappointing and would have liked to have known at booking or prior to check-in was that the pool was out of service. I was there for a week and a pool and hot tub were important enough to me that I would have gone somewhere else had that information been shared.

The room we had was great. Breakfast was great. My husband loved the "farm fresh yogurt" and was disappointed on the days it wasn't served. A little disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed. Used the exercise room and the business center. Both were well equipped. Make sure to check the paper in the printer before you need to print. :) Called the front desk and he ran some down.

The staff were excellent. Clean room and comfortable beds. Not the newest facilities, but everything was well-maintained. Standard continental options, with a wide variety of breakfast choices, were well-maintained by the staff. Happy staying here and would stay again.

We absolutely loved it here. The hot tub and pool are open late and early. Everything was CLEAN!! The staff was excellent! And the breakfast was 1st rate. The room was large and comfortable with EXTREMELY HOT WATER!! We will be back

I stayed for 11 nights, the room was great everything worked. The gym is subpar, would be better withsome real dumbells at least that go up to 50lbs, these just go to 12. That hottub was broken for half of my stay but they were able to fix it. The staff were all very nice and helpful

This property was nice with full amenities. Except while we were there the jacuzzi was not able to be used as this was one of the reasons for booking. Breakfast was full of varieties including hot and cold.

The over all stay was rine but the room was not clean at all. There was chewed gum left in multiple places. I told the front desk and they didn't offer to change rooms or anything. I had to ask for them to come re-clean 3x because they kept missing the spots. I eventually had to bring the cleaner in and show her.

This property gets the job done. The in room mini kitchen is clean an has what is needed for a short stay. The neighborhood is a relatively busy commercial area next to a residential area. Quick airport access.

Nice property. Somewhat hidden off Evergreen Way until one knows where it is. Good breakfast. I liked they had replaced carpet with Luxury Vinyl Plank. Makes the room so much cleaner. Good stay!

The hotel was pleasant to stay at and had everything we needed. The breakfast was fine, and staff was polite, informative and friendly. Our only drawback and fault on my part was I didn't read the entire memo at check-in, i.e. housekeeping is per request only. I'm not sure if it's an American thing now but in Canada, housekeeping is an everyday service unless you indicated the privacy tag. It wasn't of a big deal because I was able to get replacement towels but had to clean out the garbage bin ourselves. We would still comeback and recommend the hotel as the price per night was more cost effective than staying in Seattle, also it's closer to the Seattle Premium Outlet (Tulalip).

While the customer service was perfectly fine, the condition of the room was definitely subpar (in our terms, terrible). First, upon arrival to the location, super sketchy. I was glad they had parking security to act as surveillance , but that only gave a minor reassurance. Secondly, upon entry to the room, there was a distinctive odor or smell that just screamed used room. It was a musky smell, like when your bedsheets have been used for about a week, or when someone decided it was okay to lay on the bed after being outside all day. There was no sense of a "clean" smell and it was very off-putting. I did not enjoy this stay at all and it was definitely not worth the $300+ stay.

Beyond that, my son really enjoyed the breakfast. Bummer the jets weren't working in the spa, but it was still warmer than the pool.

For the most part it was a great place to stay but our ac didnt work so we bought a box fan, there were a few ants in our room but it was clean over all and the breakfast was decent. The Buzz In steak house just down the road was amazing!

Towels: uncomfortable, rough, dulled, coarse texture lacking softness and fresh appeal. Bed mattress: it was challenging to achieve a comfortable sleep due to the stiffness of bed mattress.

The pool was cold and the hot tub didnt work while we were there a big part of picking this place as our daughter had surgery in seattle and we wanted her to be able to swim before surgery since she cant for 6 weeks after. Other than that the place was great breakfast was good waffles were coming out doughy each day not sure if it needs adjusted or what we tried leaving them on longer but still seemed doughy other than that we enjoyed it there the staff was very nice.

This is the second time I have stayed at the property. First time was for a week, this time booked for three days stayed two. I travel two to three times a week for business, many times more, both domestic and international. So I give a property a lot of leeway on a rating. Both experiences for me were less than stellar. This last time there was such a stench in the room that we could not endure and we had to leave. The time before they took a very large deposit because we were there over a week and it did not rotate off our credit card for over a month. And the area in which the property is located has some issues, modern problems, but still an externality I would avoid if given a chance.

The rooms are clean and well-kept, which is a definite plus. However, the overall safety of the property is concerning. The night security presence is not very effective, and the parking lot is both small and often occupied by people loitering — including visible drug users and sex workers. If you’re staying here, be prepared for limited parking and to remain cautious when coming and going after dark.

The hotel was just average, pool was not working well when we arrived, and closed for some hours. In general, we had not the best hotel feeling at this hotel.

Great aviation themed hotel with awesome breakfast that changes potato egg and meat variations daily. The pool was a hit with the kids, the in room kitchenette made packing meals to take on daily adventures a breeze.

The hotel itself was clean, however the room itself was not and the bed was extremely hard. If I hadn't booked through a 3rd party , I would have canceled & stayed somewhere else. I couldn't afford to lose our money & they wouldn't have refunded.

This hotel is excellent! The people were lovely. It was super convenient to get to Boeing & we grabbed super at Trader Joe’s. It was an extremely pleasant stay.

What were other reviewers looking at? Once you step out of the immediate lobby the elevators and hallways look run down. We clenched our teeth and opened the door to the room. The room itself was clean and presentable. However, the bed was hard as a rock. As a sufferer of degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis, the night in that bed proved excruciating. We arose early after getting little sleep and went down to the breakfast area at the specified 6:00am start time to find very little set up. We settled for some cold cereal. The hot dishes were presented about 10 minutes later. We were eager to hit the road by then. The same sketchy people were lurking around the property who were noticed there the night prior. This hotel is set back a bit from the main drag and frankly felt a bit unsafe. There appeared to be people living out of their cars parked along this side street. No parking lot security was observed. It says a lot when even the front lobby door has to be locked after 9:00pm.

Overbooked me and could stay and they wouldn't refund me

The reception staff were cordial, the hotel was clean, the food area was clean and kudos to the ladies working it (especially on Friday, when there was a ton of kids)! Our room's refrigerator was not working and did not realize it until I went to grab my tuna salad. Also, there were usually people hanging out in front smoking who could be perceived as homeless.

Pool was good but hot tub chemicals burnt everyones eyes. Everything else was good at the hotel. Room was clean. Area was relatively safe.

Front desk staff member was friendly and had a fun sense of humor. They give you a piece of paper with all the hotel information when you check in. I loved having everything in one place and shared with me upfront. The hotel has a hot tub which is less common these days. The rooms with a kitchenette are well appointed and it makes takeout or light cooking very easy. I have high standards and I would definitely stay here again!
