Liked the bed and free drinks coupons. Didn’t like the unheard pool.

The facility is beautiful. I love the multiple hot tubs. The front desk people on the weekend were very helpful. Our grandson was graduating from Highschool and we wanted to stay somewhere special. Our room was not fantastic. It smelled a bit musty, the carpet had a big wet spot on it, the bathroom floor was sticky. We called these things to the attention of the desk, and the weekend crew did the best they could to remedy things, except for the musty smell. At breakfast, half the toaster didn't work, and when I brought it to the attention of the breakfast host, she simply said, " well just use the other side." That was after I had waited in line for 10-15 minutes to toast my bread. I asked if they had more decaf coffee, and the host said, "will you be drinking it all day?" This is not a cheap hotel, and I have been in many more reasonably priced places that seemed to care more about their guests. Not a big deal, but it did color my visit. Not sure if I will return.

Location was perfect for me. I did not need my room to be handicap accessible. Hot tub was out of order.

The staff was great as I left something in the room that was valuable and they called me and held it until I got back to pick it up.

The breakfast had lots of fresh variety. The hotel room was nice, but it could stand to be cleaned a little better.
