Pointe West Resort Motel

My father had a medical emergency and ended up in Wesley hospital in Wichita Ks. on 10/30. Cancellation policy expired 10/29. I paid $357 for a room I never stayed in. I don't cancel vacations but I learned a valuable lesson in all this. Not all businesses are savory.

There is no ramp for rolling baggage to our room. We stayed on the bottom floor and there were 2 flights of stairs to get our luggage too. Pool was empty. Bed seemed new, but very firm and not to my liking.

View from the balcony that "Points West!" was Amazing no matter the time of day! Service was amazing! Everyone was super friendly and so helpful. Even our neighbors were awesome! We will definitely be back!

We have been staying here for years. We definitely missed the previous owners Jewels and Steve, but, Lisa the new owner is an awesome person and has wonderful ideas for the Motel. We can’t wait to come back next year and enjoy all her and her staff have done. This is our favorite place to come each year.

Beautiful view, clean rooms, convenient BBQ grills, would help to have shaded areas outdoors.

The property has a beautiful view of Beaver Lake. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Eureka Springs, but close enough to enjoy all that the Springs has to offer. If you are looking for quiet and a beautiful view, this is your place.

Pointe West has the most beautiful view in the world. Love the hummingbirds. Perfect location to visit family.

Love this place , it has a homey feel , Nice family place , Granddaughters love the pool. The 3 days we spend here. We seen a doe with twins, woodpecker, an a bald eagle . And my favorite are the hummingbirds. Its a nice getaway from the fast city life.

First time staying here. Quiet gem overlooking Beaver Lake. Around 30 minutes from places to eat. Our go to place to stay now for our Eureka Springs rides!

Scuba Divers dream! Best view, overlooks the lake. The rooms are spacious and clean. The property is old but well-maintained. Excellent proximity to dive shop and dive park.

This place is wonderful. We stayed for 5 nights in the three bedroom apartment rental. We all had our private space. It was very clean, no pests, comfortable beds. The owners were amazing and very accommodating. The view is gorgeous . Pictures do it no justice.

Rates were reasonable! The view is awesome! Location a mile from the boat launch what more could you ask for? Friendly service! Will head there this fall.

My grandson & I loved Pointe West mainly because of the view. It's an older facility but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the lake and the gorgeous sunsets. It fit our needs completely. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing owner!

We have been staying here for years. The best views of Beaver Lake and extremely peaceful and always very clean. Only suggestion is NEW MATTRESSES! My bed was hard and literally like sleeping on a board. My back and hips hurt all night and next day. Please invest in better more comfortable mattresses.

Wonderful stay! Property is well maintained, has a beautiful view, and the pool was fun. Gentleman at the check in desk was delightful and kind.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and the view is amazing. Off the beaten path and quiet.

Best attribute are the beautiful views. Property is rustic, with 1970’s look and feel. IMO, upgrades are needed. No, shampoo, etc provided, just a small bar of soap. The heater thermostat was not working, would not turn off, so we ended up turning the entire unit off to sleep comfortably. There was also an unusual knocking noise that I heard all night. Fortunately, we were only there for 1 night. I would not stay again.

Very nicez helpful staff and beautiful setting. Our room was very cozy and clean. My only complaint is that because were not very comfortable but that is pretty common. I would definitely stay here again.

The views from the room/balcony were amazing. So relaxing. The rooms were clean and had a unique Western decor that I enjoyed. Cool books ,some from the 1950s to give you something different to do. The gentleman at check-in/out was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

We highly recommend this place. The rooms are decorated so cute and the view outside window is breathtaking. They were so nice and helpful showing is great places to visit shop and eat. We was here for Honeymoon. Well definitely be back.

The view on this property overshadows the dated facilities! The manager was very kind and accommodating! Would not think twice about staying here again! We cancelled other outings just to sit and enjoy the scenery!

Motel was great! The room was clean and the view off the balcony was amazing. The customer service was some of the best I've ever found at a hotel/motel of any price. They even let us check in a little early. Do yourself a favor, if you're ever coming to Eureka Springs, give this little place a try.

I had never stayed here before so I had no idea what to expect. The rooms were close to the road which was a concern but I did not notice any traffic noise. The room was great as was the bed and the air conditioner did an excellent job. Would definitely stay here again!

Humming birds everywhere its clean and great customer service love the people that run it

I accidently left a pair of my shoes in my room when I left. I was sent a text message that I had done so and where I could find my shoes.

Beautiful views, large rooms, comfortable bed, clean, friendly owners, pool was awesome, zero bugs, fun to watch the hummingbirds, easy commute into Eureka Springs, easy to get in and out for parking. If there was anything that I wished was different, It would be to have the convenience of being able to do a load of laundry. This was only because we spent a week at the property while on a bike trip. But this was definitely not a showstopper for staying at this beautiful spot as there is a laundromat In town that we were able to use. We loved this property and will definitely return if we visit Arkansas again!

The view from our balcony of Beaver Lake was assume. The rooms are clean. Everything worked. Friendly staff. While a bit dated, the rooms have recently been updated. Good place. Great view.

The attentiveness of the owners always on hand for any needs. Even when I checked in late due to a flight delay. Truly a rare gem in the Ozarks. Looking forward to coming back here & nowhere else!!

The only negatives are very minor in lieu of my happiness with this motel. The hot tub did make the room unbearably warm; it'd be ideal if the A/C unit could blow colder air. The in-room coffee was not very good. Bring your own grounds and filters. There is no continental breakfast so the property and Expedia need to update their amenities list. With the in-room microwave and fridge, I was able to place an InstaCart order from Aldi's to get coffee, breakfast sandwiches and food for the weekend. All in all this was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

Our experience was amazing! Starting with very friendly, respectful and hospitable team, and on through a few days of piece and quiet, and humming birds swarming around, and the view of the Beaver Lake to die for! And - to top it all - when we accidentally left behind a piece of jewelry, the guys called us when they found it, and then mailed it to us within a week! This place is a hidden gem!

Great stay…..super clean and a beautiful view of the lake. It’s about 15 mins from historic eureka springs. We loved the view off the back patio.

We loved the nautical themed room, the patio was a wonderful place to enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake… it was perfect during the day, the sunset, and at night… we had a jacuzzi room so that was the icing on the cake!

This property is all about the fabulous views. All rooms have a great lake view, and the outdoor area at lake side is very nice. The rooms are simple, clean, and good sized. Stayed here a couple of times, and always very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful lake view and the room was fabulous! Steve at front desk was very nice & helpful on things to do around Eureka. I highly recommend this place to others.

One plug-in didn’t work so was disappointed my phone didn’t get charged. Manager was nice.

This is an excellent place to stay if you want beautful views, clean comfortable rooms, nice amenities like outdoor grills, firepits and hummingbird sightings--and friendly customer service from checkin to checkout!

We absolutely loved this place. We loved the decor of the room , the friendly owner in the office. The view from our balcony was magnificent. The hummingbirds were entertaining. If we ever stay in Arkansas we would definitely stay here again.

The property was located less than 5 minutes from Dam Site Lake Park - Beaver Lake in Eureka Springs, AR. The view of the lake is AMAZING and the amenities were outstanding. We spent most of our time on the lake with family (who were camping), but our nights were quiet, very comfortable, and relaxing. We stayed four nights and we will definitely return next year. Thank you Pointe West!

What a delightful motel! So quaint and everyone so friendly. It is worth staying here for the views alone. The nature everywhere. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

The hospitality was great. It was a very comfortable stay. My kids loved the pool. I love the fact that kids can play in the pool, and I could sit on the deck and watch them.

The well kept “old school” resort property overlooks spectacular Beaver Lake.

The property is nice-could use some 21st century upgrades (ports to charge today’s technology).Overall we had a very nice stay. The scenery is stunning and the staff is excellent. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The owner was great and the views are incredible of the lake. The fire pit was stocked with wood and ready to go each night. The rooms were a little dated, and the mattresses needed replaced, but overall a beautiful location.

I love staying here, this is where we have stayed both trips we made to Arkansas. The staff is very friendly and the view is beautiful.
