Signature Inn Eugene

Bed was comfy & had extra fluffy pillows. The sheets & towels smelled very clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig in the room. All rooms are ground floor. I enjoyed the funky decor. There was some street noise & noises from other guests, but I used the AC fan & a white noise app to drown them out.

Impressive seeing the owner taking such pride and tending to the property himself. Homeless have been moving closer since staying at the Signature Inn for the past two years as a step off to my flight home from Eugene Airport. The owner is obviously monitoring cameras on the property and is quick to address the homeless before encroaching on the property

This has become my go-to place to stay. The gentleman that runs it is very nice and the rooms are exceptionally clean. And he keeps tootsie rolls in the lobby. 😋

The staff was great and very helpful! The Inn is in a great location. The bathroom is clean and well-stocked with high-quality towels. The lighting in the room was dim. The carpet was bumpy, posing a slight tripping hazard. It was also a little stained. Nothing is perfect! Great stay

For the price we paid, there should have been more amenities, maybe a continental breakfast or something. Overpriced but clean rooms but the bed was a little too firm for me.

Heating system was located in odd spot next to bathroom door, so it was cold in the bathroom. Bed was raised very high.

Staff was friendly and accommodating with a last-minute upgrade. We loved the walkability to a variety of good food options and coffee shop. Busier than expected traffic on the road was noisy but our room was directly over it so other ground floor rooms were surely quieter. We would visit again.

The rooms are spacious and very quiet. There are a total of 5 pillows that are soft and clean and even a chair pillow on a reasonably quiet bed. The towels are of great quality. All around, I'm very pleased that I found the signature inn on my first Eugene trip. I will definitely return for another stay.

Room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable, Eugene is notorious for raising prices weekends with football games, this hotel is not worth the $300 plus it is charging. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired and is not the most comfortable.

The motel property and lobby are tidy and well cared for by the owner, who is courteous. Our room was wonderfully clean and it felt refreshing after traveling. When staying at hotels, the cleanliness is always my top priority and this was very clean. We stayed here because we liked the character of the renovation and proximity to the airport.

Overall a cool, old motel that was flipped and made over into a mid century modern hotel, very well done.

A small motel with a modern vibe that has been tastefully upgraded. Room was on the smaller side, but the bathroom was modestly larger than expected. I found it to be clean and the bed comfy. The owner was very friendly at both check in and check out. It sits conveniently off a main arterial, but there was lots of riff raff roaming the street out front. I would stay here again!

Booked this property for a wedding in town. The manager was excellent. The property is older but has newer decor and is pretty clean. The area has a lot of unhomed people and the road is pretty noisy. There was a track meet in town the same weekend as the wedding so there were not a lot of options for reservations.

Highly recommend! This is a motel that has been remodeled and modernized. The staff was accommodating and excellent. Brand new inside and out! Great free parking. Easy access in and out from a one way street. Able to walk to a couple bars, food trucks and restaurants.

Nice, clean, hip, and affordable. Not a property for everyone….but I liked it. Close to stadium and plenty to do within walking distance. If you expect ultra hip luxury, this will disappoint. If you expect value, location, and a bed and shower, this place is perfect for the right price.

Easy to get to, centrally located. The bathroom was really small and the hot water took forever to get to the shower and was barely warm. The room was near the road and there was a lot of traffic noise.

The space at signature inn was clean. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Access to downtown Eugene and historical running trails was easy- just minutes away!

The little motel was fine - room was very clean and front desk staff was friendly. The area around this hotel is sketchy. Lots of homeless people walking the street. Just around the corner drug deals were happening and we saw someone shooting up. It’s too bad this hotel happens to be in an unsafe area.

The Signature was a nicely remodeled property close to the UofO campus. Shower was hot, beds comfy, room was clean and the check in was easy and friendly. I would stay here again for a quick overnight in Eugene.

The heating unit that was in the wall was very loud, made it hard to sleep and didn’t do well heating the room. The room was affordable for it being a game weekend where very other hotels in town drastically spiked prices. Bed was ok. Location wasn’t great.

Amazing Jewel in the Emerald City! Signature Inn is even better than any of the reviews posted so far. For a very reasonable price, I experienced a totally updated motel, with on-site owners who have addressed every basic traveler need: clean and sanitary floors and surfaces, comfortable beds, crisp sheets, new furniture and fixtures, plenty of hot water, quality soaps, shampoo and lotion, plentiful towels, and a complimentary assortment of snacks and healthy beverages. I am coming here every time I stay in Eugene!

Great little motel near downtown, and surrounding neighborhood. I liked being able to park right outside my room door. Check-in was a breeze, and they’ve made an older property feel welcoming and modern. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very comfortable. We were greeted in our room with water, drinks and snacks. Very much appreciated! The beds were very comfortable! The shower was nice. The bathroom was small but functional. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful in every way we needed. He allowed for a late checkout which was great! A nice stay!

The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful, and they even let us check in early on arrival. The room was fine. Very basic and reasonably clean. There were some complimentary water bottles and snacks. But the room was very over-priced for what it is! We had no other options as things were booked in Eugene during our visit (graduation, Nike National track meet, etc.).

Friendly check-in person. Room had hard floor instead of carpet which is more hygienic and allergen friendly. Complimentary snacks, water and juice waiting for us in the room was very nice. The only real issue was the bathroom was verrrry cramped and small, but it was clean.

We stayed here for a film production nearby. It was a great, wallet-friendly, elevated step up from a typical roadside motel. Clean, well furnished rooms, comfortable beds, and really kind owner who was attentive to our needs.

This is my second stay at Signature Inn and I'm likely to stay again. It's a classic motel arrangement but with super cute rooms! There are other motels nearby that are cheaper but it's worth it to me to spend a little more here for the charm and sense of safety.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend! Very clean and close to everything. Also, loved that I could walk to the local coffee shop and several eating establishments.

I absolutely loved my stay! Staff were very friendly and the room was an absolute bliss. It was clean and smelled very nice the moment we entered!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for our stay. If you are looking for something easy on a budget, I would say this is a good spot. If you are sensitive to noise I wouldn't recommend it. The road noise is pretty loud, and the air conditioner/heater was very loud. The toilet had a pretty high pitched noise coming out of it every time you used it. Despite these elements, the bed was pretty comfortable and it was convenient for getting to downtown.

Hotel was nice, clean, and quite on a friday night. They even give you free snacks, water, coffee, and toiletries.

Property was clean, bed was comfortable. Sheet quality was nice. The road was a bit loud, but a white noise app on my phone did a good job covering it. In the winter you have to leave the water running for a LONG time till the warm water arrives at the room. I would stay here again.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Eugene. Very clean, nice perks for travelers (snacks / water in room - a very nice touch - and at no charge. Parking was available for free. Rooms / beds have been modernized and are very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again! Nice hotel!

VERY cute rooms and very clean. Check in was effortless and all the staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. If you're staying in this part of Eugene there's no need to look at the nearby hotels, stay at Signature Inn.

Location was good for us. Clean and new room amenities. Price should have been 175- 225 instead of 350 for such a small room in a small motel. ( not a Hotel ) So definitely overpriced for Oregon. ( and I am used to paying California prices 😱

I stayed here with my teenage son before an event I was hosting in town the next day. The room was clean and the amenities were awesome. Complimentary snacks and water. Plenty of pillows and comfortable beds. We both really enjoyed this hotel and I would definitely recommend it

Very welcoming staff even upgraded our room from a queen to a king bed. Cute retro style hotel with modern renovated rooms. Very comfortable and clean room. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy, but we felt very safe while at the hotel and we found some great restaurants and a brewery within close walking distance. Overall a really great place to stay near the university.

Very friendly staff. I didn’t want anything super expensive for my quick weekend in Eugene. This place fit the budget and was clean, quiet, and had nice snacks and waters in the room upon arrival. The only downfall was the super soft and mushy bed. The rest was great!

While on a road trip from San Diego to Seattle, i stayed at a bunch of motels under $100/night. This one was by far the best! The entire property was recently remodeled, so my room was in great condition with new furniture, appliances, bathroom, etc. Cleanliness was excellent, and a few free drinks and snacks are provided in the room as well as a couple other small amenities you rarely find at this price point. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, and parking couldn’t be easier. I would definitely stay here again when passing through Eugene!
